Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola asking money for ola postpaid | |
I have been using ola cabs for travel and have been paying in cash for my rides. Recently one of the ola drivers had extracted an otp from me saying that it was needed for making a change to the route. After i have shared the otp immediately my ola app was disabled. I again created the account with the same mobile number and have then rides after that which i have paid with cash. I had reported this issue to them via a mail to both [protected]@olacabs.com and [protected]@olacabs.com in april and no reply was provided on that and the ticket was closed without providing any comments. Now in 20/05/2019 more than a month after the issue was reported by me i am getting legal threat from ola saying that i have a postpaid account and need to pay dues to the postpaid account - which i have never availed. Please can you help me with a 3party claim for my vehicle as your ola driver has lost control and damaged my vehicle.
The driver had a very bad behavior which was more annoying.
I need to get my car fixed ASAP.
