Ola Cabs — Cab was cancelled | |||||
We booked ola cab in trivandrum for ride later option on 14th may for the journey on 15th may at 5.15 am. We got confirmation message from ola at 4 am on 15th may saying our cab is confirmed 15 mins before the ride driver details will be send. Finally at 5 am we got message from ola saying they couldn't find any cab in our location there by cancelling the cab. Because of this we couldn't catch our bus to kanyakumari on time which was booked earlier and we were unable to get any other mode of transportation to reach the bus stop to catch the bus. The Driver of cab KA 03 AC 201 Was driving very rash near varthur at about 5:30pm 8th September 2015 please take appropriate action against this driver as he almost injured 2 bikers and near missed my car and almost hit another car .
