I booked an ola cab today 24/2/16 at 11.55 am crn no.[protected] driver name vishwa pratap vehicle no.Up 32 fn 5990 got a confirmation message from ola giving me drivers name and vehicle no.When i called the driver to tell him about the exact location to pick up he was very rude and when i asked the reason he became abusive and point blankly said he is not going to come.
I hope your organisation wil take stern action against the driver or should i file a police complaint against him.

    I had book Micro cab as it had appeared on my ola app i booked that cab. we received a cal from driver we reached our destination and den wen i received my ebill on ma phone it was mentioned its a mini cab...

    All the rates were accordingly mini cab . ijust dont understand if micro cabs r not available then why simply ur bluffing customers if micro are not available we would hAVE BOOKED SHARE ola ..

    Ola is nicely bluffing customers under this micro option they are showing micro cab availabe and wen we book it they nicely transfer it to mini .cause we have asked while sitting in cab dat is it ola micro that driver said no mam i hv kept ola micro option off because this is peak time..and that cab was mini...

    twice this thing happend and this is really bad what ola is doing..

      I travelled in ola ac cab on 24/04/2016 from tambaram bus stand to velacherry venkestwara 2nd cross street it cost 597 rupees for only 16 km.The bus ticket from madurai to chennai itself is only 600 rupees.I have paid a high price for the cab.The cab no is tn 11w 5268.
      Take my complaint seriously or ill book a case on ola company

        Today I booked a prime car from your ola cabs which is handling by so-called professionals. Me and my family were waiting for half an hour for your cab on kalindi kunj Road after waiting for that much time your driver rang me and stating that he doesn't know the way to kalindi kunj that time he was just1 km far from pick up point after half an hour he told me this and then I try to make him understand he disconnected my call and I kept calling him for long time but he didn't response me at all. Driver name: dhiraj Kumar malhotra.car swift dzire no.DL1RT9788. I am having high expectations that ola will take some appropriate action on the driver. And last but not the least today is the last day of ola apps in my mobile... Bye

          Greetings

          Yesterday[protected] by 19:00 hours, i had a book a ola cab and made atleast 10 bookings . Each time the driver denied to go to noida and all the drivers did not had a up tax so they categorically denied to go to the noida
          ( my destination point ) . One driver agreed to go to noida and when i board the cab, he later on denied and asked me to get down from cab . He left me alone near the delhi jaipur highway . Then i tried to book another cab and kept trying till 21:45 hours but no one agreed to go to noida, then i walked towards the nearest metro which was 3 kms from where the ola driver left me. And i took the rapid metro from micromax station ( dlf phase 2 ) by 22:30 hours. I reached at home by 00:30 hours ..
          I was so surprised to see this unprofessional behaviour of driver that i could never expect from. I will go legal now and make sure i take a strict action against ola. This is insane, how can the ola leave their customers in this way and what can a person do during emergency..
          what is the update on this.

          Issue 1 - I made 10 bookings from gurgaon on Friday 22nd April 2016 . each time the driver denied to go to Noida stating they don't have UP tax.

          Issue 2 - after 10 bookings, one driver agreed to go. When we crossed the gurgaon toll plaza he asked me to get down from cab as he can't go to Noida . I called the OLA support team but driver refused to talk to ola team.

          Issue 3 - driver left me alone by 7:15 pm at NH8 high way .after that I tried to book many more cabs but each time the driver denied to go to Noida .

          Issue 3 - my amount got deducted from the ride, where driver left me alone on NH8 .
          After trying to book from 7 pm to 10pm, I finally decided to take rapid metro from micromax metro station . it took me further 2.5 hours to reach to my home sector 120.

          Issue 4 - you guys blocked my account and when I spoke to one of your representative, he told me to read T&C.

          I have lodged a consumer complaint and will take a legal action against you. Wait and watch .

          This is what I expect the service from OLA . this is the third time I got faced such challenge .
          No Helpline No support from the OLA CABS.


          OLA not even fall in category which can get even 1 star also.Utter waste service.

          Advise you not to use OLA services.

          Wrong Bill Details

          Additional pricing is included for the peak timing is made even if there is no peak time. Addittional money of 225.71 Rs is looted mentioning Peak pricing at 1:20 Pm to 2:15 PM timing on 23/05/2016 with the CRN[protected]

            I rode from Taj Lands End to Kandivili yesterday using Ola Share service.

            The driver took cash as it was Ola share and later I got a notification that the same amount had been deducted from Ola Money also. I ended up paying double .

            I want to lodge a formal complaint against the driver and the services and demand immediate refund for the same.

              I am a frequent Ola cab services user and have used the Ola share module as well. Till now I have not faced issues with any driver and was quite content with Ola's services. Today, I booked an OLA under their shared service. This driver not only took his time to come to the pickup point, but insisted on advance payment before being ferried to my location and said that this is the norms of Ola share. I told that I had availed Ola share before also and no driver has asked for the fare payment in advance. No where has it ever been mentioned before that Ola share has an advance payment system.

              He kept on insisting and was quite rude in his approach. Fed up with his behaviour, I alighted the vehicle after I repproached him for his rudeness. he came rushing out of the car and charged towards me and was abusive and insisted that I pay up even if I do not avail of the cab ride. I too am quite robustly built and threatened to retaliate and lodge a complaint against him and it is then only that he sped away. I have lodged a complaint with Ola as well but am not sure if they will take any appropriate action against this unruly driver.

              I want strict legal action taken against this driver and want OLA to explain how they will ensure such an incidence doesn't occur again with anyone. lest I will take strong legal action against them.

                please check and respond other wise i m free to go in the consumer forum for redressal and also complain to delhi government regarding this. please reply.

                  I had booked a cab on 19th of April for 20th april, 7:40pm for my travel to the station as i had a train to catch for 10:00pm form Chennai central. Before 15mins i got a call from the driver stating Sorry Mam ! i am one hour away from you location and i will not be able to reach on time and he requested for the cancellation. I can really understand the driver but i fail to understand OLA as a company .

                  Customer trusts you after booking a cab. I immediately called OLA so called CUSTOMER CARE (which doesnot care about its customers at all). The customer care representative used his "REHEARSED LINES" - "OHH MAM! so SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT IT", BUT THERE IS HARDLY I CAN DO ANYTHING FOR YOU PLEASE BOOK ANOTHER CAB".

                  I mean seriously ? this is your CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER? they wanted me to book another cab pay 3X the charges just for nothing but to make profit ? instead of giving me another cab they put an offense against the driver ? why dont they put an offense against themselves as a company as OLA Doesnot have a policy of giving another cab but they surely have a policy for 3X charging the customer. They are never ashamed of charing 1000rupees also for a 20km travel. I really wonder what will happen if the Suresh prabhu gets inspired by their working model. Trains will also start charging like that .

                  My troubles didnot end there, my friends and i tried to book another cabs and here is what we got, thousands of calls from N number of drivers rejecting the booking as soon as they got to know the drop location. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH OLA NOT THE DRIVERS, you dont teach them how to use maps, you dont teach them how to talk, they dont know the routes.. Booking a cab is like fighting for your life, something more frustrating than your daily challenges at office and personal life. You waste an hour of your time if you book OLA.

                  ATLAST UBER came to my rescue. ELse i would have never reached the station on time and missed my train and OLA would have nothing apart from saying SORRY.

                  I want to ask OLA, who will pay for the torture from them and the time i wasted in booking the cab and talking to the drivers. ?
                  And you dont deserve 1 star also there is no option for giving negative rating, else you would have come first OLA.

                    Yesterday[protected] I booked OLA cab at 7:30 PM in Kolkata. I received a call from the Driver (Rupak, WB-51B0740, Xcent, [protected]). He told me to pick up within 10 min. But, After waiting about 15 min I got a message that my Trip is completed. I was shocked!!! The Trip is completed without starting!!! I had to catch a train. I missed my train due to this unprofessional behavior of the driver. I registered a complaint to OLA. They said SORRY for the inconvenience and said next time this situation won't happen. But, what about my train missing???

                      Ola cab number tn 22 cs 7930 picked us from egmore at 9 55 am to t nagar instead of droppong at the specified location in t nagar the driver dropped us in the middle of the road and started speaking in abusive language. He then left collecting the money. So i request you to kindly take necessary action against the driver

I have booked ola cab on 22.04.16 at 18.15 hrs with the rate chart Rs. 7/ per KM from Birati to Bansdroni (kolkata) total 32 km.I reached Bansdroni at 20.00 hrs and the bill was 829/-.Don, t ride ola because you will be cheated like me.My bill no. was CRN[protected]. If I hired West Bengal Taxi, the charge may be maximum Rs.400/.I will go to consumer forum as well as media.

                          I Have booked a OLA cab to drop me at Mejestic railway station on 22-4-16 and I asked the cab to be reported to my house at 8pm. I received a message that the driver name and the cab detiails.

                          Last minutes around 7.45pm he cancelled the trip. This is the OLA service to the customer. Please take action against the driver. I am planning to go to consumer court.

                            Today (22.04.2016) i have travelled from wagle estate thane to vikhroli kannamwar and i have been charged for rs.548/- under the heading of 'peak pricing charges'.
                            While going to wagle estate from vikhroli this morning, i was charged rs. 180/- only.

                            This is really pathetic pricing by ola cabs and they are just trying to potray their image as a 'lowest pricing' which is completely fraud ! They are drawing 3 times money under peak pricing and are robbing customers.

                            I want my refund of rs.360/- coming under excess procing.

                              After booking a cab on 12-Apr-2016 one nice pop-up message received from Ola App that "Now You have cashless payment option just Try it " then they prompted me to add my money to Ola Wallet, amount got deducted from my account transaction got success through payU gatway but not added to ola wallet due to their technical issues, Ola people confirmed the same when I raised the request and they said to allow some time max 2 business days to resolve the issue. till 10 days no one responding on the issue (Ticket 3403702). Its their service

                                Yesterday(21.04.2016), i had booked a mini for a pickup from chromepet to srm university and had got the booking confirmed for today's (22.04.2016) trip by 8.30 am.But around 8.15 am i got a message stating that my booking was cancelled because i had not attended any call from the driver, which gave me a shock. When i checked for myself i found that i did not recieve any call from the driver. When i contacted the ola executive, i was informed that the driver will be penalised but what is my condition now?? They did not even arrange another cab for me!! This is the status of an international cab service who dont bother for the consumers. Also it makes me feel to ask for a refund of rs.1000, which i had to spend for my late arrival there.This makes me even feel worse as only yesterday (21.04.2016) i booked my first ride in ola, and that too was worse as i got the message of rs.100 discount only after finishing my ride.

                                    Ola cabs first of all charges 2.6 times charges in peak hours and the driversjust accept a ride and will come upto half n hour late or even cancels after making us wait for long. It's a lot of time waste and theykeep creating inconvenience to riders.Ola auto just stops wherever in the middle and says auto has a complaint can't go further. At night when lady passengers have travelled alone also this happens.Ola company just say a sorry wen u complaint no action is ever taken

                                    Ola Cabs — Driver used abusive words and debited money without any ride and wasted my precious time.

                                    Ola driver abused me and not come to pick up me and my ola money debited without any ride and they wasted my previous and valuable time.

                                      Ola share cab was booked by me on 19.04.2016. My booking detail is osn30063315. Fare rs. 161. Driver was sandeep arora contact no. [protected]. Cab no. Hr38v3664.

                                      Today i came to know that fare rs. 161 was deducted from my ola money. I was not aware that the fare has been deducted from my ola money. So this amount of rs. 161 was also wrongly paid by me by cash to the driver at destination. Driver sandeep arora did not inform me that the fare had already been deducted from my ola money. Hence the driver played a foul and cheated with me.

                                      In view of above it is requested to arrange refund of rs. 161 to me and also take necessary action against the driver.

                                        I had booked a cab for wednesday 20th april to travel to station from my house in jp nagar. I got a message 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time at 8.45 pm. The driver details were - ashoka n ([protected]) for the crn[protected]. Silver indica ka02af2896. I got a message within 5 mintues stating that "thanks for travelling with ola cabs.. With bill amount:. I called the driver 3 times but he didnt pick up the call. He later picked up and told that he is not ola driver and his name was not ashoka but raju. He was rude to me and disconnected the call. From true caller app, i could get that the number was that of ashoka and not raju.

                                        I had many luggage and had to travel to catch a train at 10.40. We had to struggle to get another cab as there were not many available at that point of time.

                                        I would appreciate if you could talk to this driver and make sure he doesnt repeat this again. If this continues i will never travel in ola rather take uber / fast track where i have good experience travelling in them. I will also recommend the same to my friends and others and will ask them never to travel by ola if there is no action taken on this driver.
