Hi, Please note that I took OLA Cab from Bandra Turmins to Airport on 04Jan 2015 in the early morning, I got taxi number MH02- CR 4654 Driver Name VIJAY NIMONKAR ( [protected]) . When I reached Airport my Mobile Got discharged and could not check bill amount, I asked driver about the charges, he told that You will get message in your phone, Charges are Rs 350/- When i Checked my phone charges were Rs 149/-, I was shocked how this driver has done cheating with me, When i called him he did not pick my phone. This type of Cheating will surely harm the reputation of the company, Requesting to concern authority to take action against this DRIVER VIJAY KUMAR NIMONKAR ( [protected]) Waiting your response on this urgently.       Dear sir, I took this cab from Hyderabd air port to. Srinagar colony. The driver asked for Rd 200 for paying toll at toll counter, , , I enquired if this is a part of total bill, , he said no, , , this toll amount is to be paid separately, , , at the end of the journey, , , he informed the bill amount was Rs720, , , , I paid 750, , , , , that means I paid Rs 950. For this ride, , which is very high by all standards, , , , MERU costs about Rs 720 only for that ride, , , after some time I got a message and mail indicating the ride bill is only Rs. 699 which includes toll, , that means your cab driver cheated me for Rs 250, , , please clarify whether is it true that your cab driver charges parking and toll extra, my OLA ride details are INVOICE NO.[protected] 30 Dec, 2015 OLA Phraoith out a bill, , , Please clarify, Regard PHRAO

        First of all, OLA says on its twitter handle that the peak time is Mon-Fri between 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm.
        I had booked a cab for just 14.7 km ride at 2:27pm today and I was charged Rs. 754/- which seems to be almost equal to my Kerala train ticket. The only mistake was by my wife that she didn't read that we will be charged a 3.0x peak time charge for the ride as she was in hurry, had to rush for train. I mean who charges a 3 times rate for a afternoon ride where people hardly travel. These all are OLA's tricks of making money saying "we want to encourage more drivers to login to the Ola app and be available for bookings". Also the driver said I will take you through a shortcut as if he is knowing all the routes and actually took a way long route. And finally giving the most common stupid reason saying, "Sir I am new here in Pune." It means I was an to show him the correct route. This was my just second ride from OLA one from my account and this one from my wife's account, and its never gonna be OLA again.

          Make Ola Cabs to provide estimate of the total charge beforehand whenever they are charging 2.5 times the normal rate during peak hours. In that case, I would suggest people to take auto and taxi which are waiting outside railway station. By not providing the esimate they are indirectly looting the passengers.

            Team, Thank you for explaining me the peak hours and peak charge of 2.6 times on your billing amount. But i am using OLA from past 1 year and i know while booking it shows peak hours. But i am 100% sure it didn't show me any such notification. Is there a way you can track this. I have never seen any popup regarding the peak hours and i never saw the I agree button. I just click on conform and it booked my cab. Please don't chit customer like this. The Beauvoir of the driver is Honorable. Please look into this ASAP else i have check for other options.

              Recently(2nd Jan 2016) I traveled in OLA from Tirumala to Tirupati(down hill), when i enquired about the prices with driver before starting travel, he said it is normal OLA charges and no fixed/additional charges, when i reached my destination the charges were 316 rupees(CRN[protected], the driver denied to take the amount instead he said the bill is 650 rupees and started yelling at us for not paying the amount he asked. I strongly argued because the ola app in my mobile and his mobile was showing 316 rupees, he made so may calls the drama continued for more than 45 minutes, and OLA people also made a new bill (CRN[protected] of 499 rupees, and i was forced to pay this amount. this is highly disappointing behavior from OLA if there are fixed charges you should do so in app or driver should inform about it, and not do this way like charging for something and asking for more. I didn't know OLA is so money minded. I am highly disappointed. I was told my whole money will be refunded from one of your OLA executive, these cowards don't allow to lodge complain in their app, and i was never called back for this issue.

                I am a Chartered Accountant and Ola customer since long. I and my wife had Ola ride later booking at cochin on 2nd, January, 2016 of sedan car at 12.40 pm for evening 5.45 pm cochin airport with confirmed CRN no.[protected]. To my utter surprise no body turned up and when i called cochin Ola landline number, i was informed that no cars available. It was utter non sense on part of Ola to keep us waiting and inform that i have to make alternate arrangements. Cochin airport is at 2 hours distance. While arranging alternate transport at fag end caused missing our flights. Because of Olas deficiency of service, we have suffered mental, physical agony and financial losses. Why legal action should not be taken against Ola for such a disastrous service/

                  On 1st Jan 2016 at 21.19 pm I booked OLA Cab via my app to pick me from my Residence premises D-8, 8009 VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI for a drop next day early morning 6.30 am, 2nd Jan 2016 to New Delhi Railway Station. I received a confirmation message with CRN No.[protected] from OLA Cab saying that the booking has been received for 2nd Jan 2016. Next day morning I received a message at 6.12 am with Cab (White Swift No DL1YD 7301) & driver (ALOK KUMAR # [protected]) particulars. I kept waiting for a call from the driver until 6.20 am and called him many times, after 3-4 continuous calls he picked up my phone and I asked him where he was, he kept telling me that he's on his way. Until 6.45 am he did not come and we had to catch our train at 7.15 am from New Delhi Railway Station. Finally we he came at 6.55 am ridiculously replied that he slept and my husband told him that he should not take night shifts then to which he replied I will get you to the station howsoever. He drove the car so rashly, jumping all the red lights from vasant kunj to new delhi railway station. With no regret or apology in his behaviour he kept driving rash and was almost on the verge of hitting with an accident. At 7.15 am we were still outside the main red light of railway station, we had to just pay him and run from the main red light to inside the station which is about 1 km. Because of the OLA Cab Driver's negligent/irresponsible attitude towards his services/customer, while the train had already started, we ran and caught our train with luggage in our hands in much difficulty. I want OLA Cab to respond immediately on this and compensate the trauma incurred because of them.

                    Hi..I am sharing my very worst experience with OLA CAB on the last day of year 2015, which took place in Kolkata . I am a frequent user of ola cabs but after this incident i will think twice to use this services & in the same time will not suggest others also to take a ride on ola, specially any single passengers & girls. On 31st December 2015 i booked a Ola cab at 5.42 pm CRN no[protected], white indigo, WB 07 j 2234, driver name- MATI YADAV [protected], he came at the right time near to my place, but during the conversation, while i am giving him my place direction i found that he was accompanied with some other person on his car with out informing me, & when i asked him that" does any one is with you in the car", he replied that yes one guy is their but nothing to worry he ia man from company who is checking the gps connection in phone...How strange ...Is this acceptable excuse?? now many question arrives. Why some other stranger person will be in the car with driver on his working hours?? as a single passenger where is my security?? how a girl feel safe in ola?? as everyone knows that in sedan except with driver four person can accommodate..If the driver accompany a stranger in the car then where the passengers will seat??? my grand father was seriously ill that day i was terribly looking for a cab from past half an hour but didn't get a one, but the time i got a single one he betrayed me in this way.. Will ur company be able to cost my grandfather life now??? give me the answer ?? i will really take an action against this company & against the driver.. First of all ola charging the higher rate than the normal taxi & above all they are giving this kind of loose, risky, disaster & dangerous services to the consumers?? then where is the difference between the normal taxi & ola?? take a suggestion that do not allow any low class people to drive ola...If you want to make your service better then first of all educate the basic working rules & regulation to the driver..Give some seminar & behavioral modification training to them. I hope the you will definitely take an action in immediate basis against the company & the driver .Its a question about people's safety. Thank you Rajeswari Roy

                      I booked an OLA cab on 3rd Jan 2015 at 1139 pm. The driver was over speeding and breaking signals. Consequently at one of the signals, another over-speeding car breaking signals hit our cab. Unfortunately I got hurt badly and the driver was not injured at all. Its good that he was not injured but instead of attending to my injuries the driver went on to argue with other car driver. I was in bad pain inside the cab for 15 minutes after which some auto rickshaw drivers came to my help. Currently I am inside a hospital and have so much pain that I can not speak and have my shoulder jammed.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I am a regular User of OLA Cab, I had a OLA drive today (4th Jan 2016) Morning 5 AM initially a bill was generated CRN[protected]. for Rs.279/- .I Paid driver the bill and de-boarded the cab.after few mins i am receiving one more mail and message from OLA revising the Invoice CRN[protected].to Rs.451/- ., Requesting me to pay additional amount Rs.172/- and it is mentioning that Rs.172 /- is pending against my name. Kindly Correct my account in order for me to use the cab in my future rides else i have to shift to some other operator. Hope you will take action and correct my account. Regards Syed Zaidi

                              Dear Sir, Today My wife is going to Kashmere gate to catch valvo bus at 5:30 Am so i have booked cab through Booking no CRN[protected] at 4:45 AM.company has assigned task to Driver Mr pratyaksh Sidana([protected]) cab no-DL1YD9814 and driver has reached at my place 4:28 but driver left the site at 4:35 without informing me and cancelled the drive. when i called to customer care they were not aware about incident and even not ready to approach driver to know the reason of such behaviour. anyhow i have managed with another transport and during that period i have gone through so much mental harassment. you are requested to kindly give the suitable notice to company and advise driver should not have authority to cancel drive untill &unless customer gives the permission other they should have stop such services . This is third incident with me so i am lodging formal complaint against co. Thanks and Regards Mahesh

                                Myself and my hubby booked ola cab from Tambaram to Nanganllur, usually ola charge 280 rupees only, but while returning from our native, we booked ola cab.they charged 780 rupees saying its peek hour charges.we didnt get any pop up while booking, while paying the driver told its peek hour and they charge three times more.In the name of peek hour charges, they are robbing customers money...shame on ola cab.

                                    I got ola from Alaknanda, Kalkaji to go to Pari chowk, greater noida. It usually takes 45 min. Driver Sajid had no Idea about Delhi or Noida/ Greater Noida. He had no GPS. He kept ignoring my GPS Instruction and after 3 hrs I had to force him to stop. That place was 35 km away from my destination! I had to take an autorikshaw in this cold and arrived sick. I would not recommend any body to take Ola. I have not received any communication back even after a week from Ola authorities. Date of service was 28/12/2015.

                                      Hi, My sister used an OLA cab and got a free ride using a referral code. Since she used a free ride, she has got a referral code which she has given me. I tried to use this code and register but I did not get free ride. I call customer care and told them the scenario, they told me it is violating their conditions, I told them what are the conditions. Their answer was not satisfactory, they told me that it is their system which is not accepting because email Id of your sister is matching. This is really foolish answer, If my sister's name is similar to mine, doesn't mean that we both cannot use OLA cab first free ride.. I have used referral code 9DGZ0P for which they did not give free ride, I feel that their outdated system has taken away my privilege of free ride.

                                        Booked a cab on 3rd Jan 2016 from Indirapuram 3 hours before the departure from T3 terminal, New Delhi airport. The driver did not follow the conventional route to airport. He did not know the route to airport. Digressed a lot of times. It is least expected from the driver to not knowing the way to New Delhi airport. Is it not the company's prerogative to onboard drivers who atleast know the way/directions to the important places like airport, railway station etc.It caused not only mental harassment but also cash loss to us. The flight was missed and we were homeless. I want my money to be refund to me. Ola company pvt ltd should atleast refund me the loss i have suffered due to Ola services/driver.
