    Sir, Madam I and my friend was on bike on the way from Bannerghatta road towards MG Road today at 10:15AM. This OLA cab (KA02 AD 1789) carrying 2 passengers, had hit our bike's left side mirror today at 10:15AM, and when we enquired on the reason, the driver abused us with all bad words, and threatened on the basis of regional discrimination. Seeing we taking the picture of his cab, he again stopped at St. Marks Road, in front o[censored]s and threatened again. We immediately dialled Police (100), and also logged a formal complaint with AshokNagar Police Station limits. Soon as the driver comprehended that we have dialled Police / OLA customer service; the driver stopped his cab again at St.Marks Road and got his passengers dropped there, and then he came to apologize to us. As a OLA customer, I am formally lodging this complaint to you as well, to bring into your kind notice of such illiterate drivers who should ideally be the ground carriers of OLA brand, are infact damaging your organisation reputation. Please take stern action; and a formal complaint is also logged with Ashok Nagar Police. Thanks.

      Hi All, Trip ID: CRN79633258 Driver Name: Lakhvir Singh([protected]) Cab detail: PB 01 A 1476 Complaint number: 1815875 Flight details: Chandigarh to Bangalore(Flt 151825); PNR number:U91FGI; I have booked the cab today for 11.30am, driver reached in time and even picked me at correct time. On the way, his OLA device got some issue and he stopped. I called to the customer care, they told him to drop me to the airport but driver initially refused to dropped until his device start working. After requesting a lot, he dropped me but I missed my flight. It’s an horrible experience, as I missed my flight by 10mints. Issue is totally at Ola cab driver and the device they used. Please take the proper action for this and please refund my flight charges. Thanks, Ashish

        Have tried to book play a few times but frustration to make a booking made me opt for easier booking options like meru Even though I wanted to book ola the call centre invariably replies systems under up gradation and please book via apps. Why shd one be forced to download an app which invariably makes you accept their terms and conditions regarding privacy which I don't want to share. .i say this is a very bad way to promote your services only after you get all private info about customer this shd be illegal

          I have called up several times to book a cab ...the answer I get is book through aap...aap is not working...again called up they said book through web site...web site responds booking is not possible on a short notice..kindly call the call centre no.. this is for the 6th tine I am being asked to book through app as your so called system is getting upgraded. this is ridiculous. todays its been an hour m getting idiotic answers from your end..had to go hospital...but due to your foolish system..sittinag and complaining. I need a justification...or else will complaint in consumer forum. n if it is so difficult. please shut this ola cab service..insteinstead of providing services u all are creating a mess

            On 31 march 2015 I booked the cab, my pickup time is 5:20AM I waited for the cab at right time and at right place, Before pick up time I dint got driver details but 5:21AM I got a miss call ASAP I called the number he was OLA driver I told him I was waiting at the pick up location and I addressed the location to him, he disconnected the call, I thought driver coming to pickup I waited but he dint and I got a cancellation message but I dint cancelled My flight missed.I complained OLA on 31st march but yet they are not responding.. DON'T BELIEVE OLA CRN71656925 OLA complaint number 1255707

                Booking Id -CRN79144429 Hi, I book a cab on 30th April but the cab arrived late but the driver charged for late arrival. This is unacceptable. The booking time shown in the app is 12:10 but the driver arrived around 12:30.                   the Ola Cabs when started they have good. After making name they started money making they are putting raid time charges to our head. some time Bangalore traffic will be there but they are charging PER/MIN and also the PER/KM exp: if traffic is jam if the cab will take 40 min. to reach 3 km. we need to pay 40 RS extra to them this is to bad this people is doing Please tell them to remove the raid time charges and doo good to public please if not we have to make publish in social media about this matter

                    This is my first time use of OLA Cabs. I had booked for a OLA cab this morning from Andheri to Vikroli. The cab came in at the right time, I had no issues on this. The fare was dynamic, as explained to me - that is 150% of the metered fare. The diver was a big time cheat. He took me all round and in the longest route possible. Instead of going to the Powai from Andheri, he routes through Vile Parle and then goes on WEH to Jogeshwari and then takes the JVLR. At Vikroli, instead of going on KBS Marg, he takes the Eastern Express highway. In all, the diver was a big cheat. Along with the bill, the route map has also been sent to me, clearly indication that the journey was taken is a much, much longer route. If this is the type of drivers that OLA has, I strongly recommend THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT USE OLA CABS. This is The last time I will use OLA Cabs and will tell all my friends how the driver here cheated me. I will tell them NEVER TO USE OLA CABS EVER. I ALSO WISH TO TAKE THIS THROUGH THE CONSUMER COURT FOR HAVING BEEN CHEATED. Ramesh

                      Hi - CRN number[protected]. I took a cab from Bangalore Airport to Residence on the 23rd of April 2015 and driver took Rs. 130 from me on toll charges and additionally in the bill I have got debited toll charges. Am seeking refund for the same from 24th and today is 30th and everytime the answer is complaint is getting resolved but am not seeing any resolutions.

                        Dear All, Olacabs is Killing with waiting charges (Hidden Charges) Even if the driver reaches late you are charged for waiting, how's that! Please be carefull. If complained, the reply is that your concern is forwarded to respective dept and you will hear from us soon... nothing later, what you can do. Keep on calling again and again or email.                           Dear Sir / Madam, I took this cab @ 12:39 am today Taxi number MH13 AX 1972. This is the third ride where I have observed rash driving (previous two incidences reported to Ola Cabs via thier App), but this time it was beyond tolerance as the driver used abusive language and also was violent in his behavior. He was driving rash and we had a narrow escape from an accident. On repeatedly telling him to slow down and drive carefully, he entered into an argument with me and stopped the vehicle midway and asked me to get out of the car (@ app 1:00 am in the morning). Further he used abusive language and pushed me as well. He kept on saying that he is very rich and I am no one to say how to drive, he owns the cab and he decides what to do. I am unsure if the driver was drunk or was under influence of some drugs but abusive language, Rash Driving and Physical assault is not what I am paying Ola cabs for. Today's event could have resulted to physical damage, the only reason it has not happened is because I avoided several attempts made by to driver to get into a fight and ignored the abusive language he used. I have also sent a complaint to Ola Cabs and await their response on this. Please advise.

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked ola cab around 7.45 A.M. on[protected] from my House No.710, Upstairs, 6th Main, Vijaya Nagara, Bangalore - 40 to send my aged parents to my native place SONDEKOPPA which is hardly around 25 kms from my house. One need to take right turn at Tavarekere ( Bangalore-Magadi Main Road) to reach our village. I was assigned with white TATA Indica Car KA-02-2050 vide CRN78381192 and the name of the driver is UVARAJ and his phone number is [protected]. After reaching Sunkada Katte, the said driver started demanding excess fare from my parents on the ground that if he drops at Sondekoppa, he would not get new customers and he had also called me and on humanitarian ground, I agreed to pay a sum of Rs.50/- over and above the meter fare. The meter was showing Rs.385/- after dropping at my native place. However, the said driver, had collected a sum of Rs.485/- from my parents and the same was paid under protest. Therefore, I request your goodself to look into the matter and please see that the same thing should not happen again to anybody and it is in the interest of your esteemed organisation and also the general public.                               This has reference to the subject and booking reference: CRN 76464848 booking done on 19th and received confirmation. Booking was for 20th 4.55am drivers number and details of vehicle was informed at 4.32 am on 20th April 2015 at 4.40am call received from driver mentioning that he is in distance of 12 to 13 KM and for particular pickup its loss for them hence they requested to OLA for cancellation. Immediately once call off we received cancellation of booking. It was left only 10mnts for me to arrange new vehicle for Railway station..                                 I received a confirmation message for this booking at 13.23 via email. At 20.16 I received the message that the cab was coming at 20.30. Name of driver Hira Ram, Phone no. [protected]. Then, at 20.22 I received the message that the booking has been cancelled. It even said that I had requested the cancellation!! This was completely false and caused me impossible damage, since I had a train to catch. The driver too called me and said that he will not come because because of the cancellation. This is the first time that OLA cab has caused me this absurd problem. I don't think I would advise anyone to use this service if she or he has important engagements. Absolutely terrible service.

                                  Ref:CRN77182222 OLA INVOICE NO.77182222 dated 22 Apr, 2015 The actual distance is 16.5 Kms.You can go by GPS also. The invoice says Ride time charge for 46 Min: ₹46.0 The bill by SMS and Email states 13 Min as the wait time. So the company should have charged Rs 213 only Kindly give the credit or return the sum of Rs 103/- M/s OLA should immediately act. Vatsala Lakshmanan

                                    I booked a cab for airport drop on[protected] in the evening for which I received a booking confirmation (confirmation no-CRN[protected] but nobody showed up. No message about cab details or anything. I tried to contact ola but no response too. We had to drag our luggage all the way to taxi stand and took a taxi from there. This is highly unprofessional of Ola n I have no intentions of taking its services in future.

                                      Ola has silently enhanced the prices by introducing new"Ride Time charges". This is in addition to "Peak time charges" and "Waiting charges". After first 5 mins "Ride Time Charges" starts and they charge you Re 1 every Min for the duration of the journey. This is bland cheating and looting by the company. Hereby i request all be aware of this and avoid hiring OLA.
                                      Yes...This is really cheating.

                                      When they already charging Rs./km, why should we pay for ride time charges.
                                      If the driver drives slow then we are ending up paying money for it.

                                      Dont want to use Ola now.

                                      I was charged the below:
                                      base fare for travel of first 4 kms: 80
                                      total distance was 6, so perkm @10 = 20
                                      Peak hour surcharge = 50
                                      ride time for 21 mins= 21
                                      Total bill amount 171

                                      I do not understand the logic behind ride time rate, if you are already charging a peak hour surcharge. I paid 71 rs. extra for a distance of 6 kms, and plus listened to the driver grumbling that he traveled 6 kms to pick me up. which shouldnt be my problem.

                                      Yes in Bangalore Ola is cheating customers like this. I am attaching a receipt hereby showing Ride time charges other than Peak time charges and Ola is exploiting the customers. No proper justification from Ola. 24th June Sunday night at around 9:15 I wanted a cab to bring my mother home from hospital. Before even confirming for cab on my mobile the Ola app displayed 75 Rs additional peak time charge, Agree or Try again later. For a distance of 7 Kms I want to travel it would cost 80 Rs for first 4 Kms (previously it was 100Rs for first 6 Kms) then 30 Rs for additional 3 kms, riding time charges minimum would have been 40 Rs and over that additional peak time charge of 75 Rs...plus service tax and weighting charges (min 20 Rs) total it would have come up to 245Kms. I decided to take auto and it costed me 92Rs and saved 153Rs. What dirty tricks is Ola playing? No regulators for Ola?

                                      Its clear that OLA is cheating customers by having different charges under different headings. Not sure what is Ride time charges. They can drop me in 1 minute / per km or in no time. below is the fare charges where it was costing me around 140/-. now it costed me 200/-


                                      FARE BREAKUP
                                      First 4 km: ₹80.0
                                      Rate for 6.18 km: ₹61.8
                                      Free ride time (5 min) ₹0.0
                                      Ride time charge for 48.06 min: ₹48.06
                                      Total tax ₹10.63


                                      I registered complaint with Ola # 5024525 . Let us see if we hear anything from them.

                                      Dont why ola is charging ride time charges and more over i booked the cab around 11.20 and dong know why the peak time charges are applicable. generally peak time will be from 9 to 11 bcoz generally after 11 they will not be much traffic decided hereafter not to book ola again
                                      For a 6km ride, i had to pay 168/- on ola mini ride which is 8per km.. As they said besides taxes n othr cost they chRged journey time. That means they charged 23per km. They can charge waiting time but how can they charge journey time? Thst means we are paying double for a single ride. One on basis of km and other one on basis of time taken. They said its 8rs per km but actually its 24rs per km. They hide such charges. Meru n mega r atleast honest with their rates. We thought ola are our lives savour and boon to us that we do not have to depend on nirmal taxis but this made me n many others run away frm ola. We wll have tp depend on other options.                                       Yesterday I also faced the same issue. Ola charged 45 rupees for 45 mins travel time. Why this charged when paying kilometer charges for trip. This is really cheating. People are paying extra money from their pocket and ola are shameless about that also we are not responsible for heavy traffic or slow driving.

                                        Its been observed that when ever i call the call center to book a cab, i just get a standard response stating that they are unable to book as the systems are updating. And this is the standard response i have got for calls made at any hour of the time. The ola cabs call center executives needs better training in terms of customer service. This is just so annoying cause if you dont have a mobile app you cant do bookings at all if you wanna travel. Hope to hear a favourable response from the team as i need to vent out few more grivences.
