I booked ola auto before a week and found that driver was not responding despite I called him several times and not provided proper response, so I cancelled the ride and they charged for that rupees 30.I need a proper refund of this else I may go ahead with further authorities

Please refund or give me proper information becuase already i have paid ola money 965 and my balance have debitrd from my account but ola postpaid is showing to pay due by 9th june.how is it possible if already payment has been done.

Firstly, when I book a ride.. The charge is different...and when my ride is complete suddenly the charge shown 50% extra then before. I requested you to pay back / refund. my extra charge..this is not right for you to Make fool of your customer please pay back as soon as possible.
