Actually when i got my phone insured the insurance person said they will you an temporary handset when your phone got damaged or lost, in whichever city you live in india we will provide you the claim n pick you phone and provide you temporary handset.
But today as on 6th october my phone got physically damaged and i called oneassist compant at arnd 11 am after a long conversation of 32minutes and raising a claim they said the cant provide me the temporary handset as my area dosent come undey their temporary handset proviing area n the time for the reapairing my handset is more than and equal to 25 dayd or more n at the time of insurance they said they will provide me temporary handset n the time of reapiring is less than 15 days.. And all these details are recorded with my regisrered phone number [protected]

    I made the payment of rs. 2199/- online using oneassist website for mobile insurance but later i decided i don't want one assist insurance.

    When i called their customer care, they said they were not able to find my registered email id or mobile number. Then i provided them my relationship id but with that also they were not able to find my details.

    Looks as if they don't want to refund my money back.

    Below are the details

    Please refund my money back.

      I have received my new hdfc moneyback credit card last month. And yesterday i have received an message on my registered mobile number that the oneassist plan has been successfully activated on my account. But i havent't requested for any such services anywhere.

      So requesting you to cancel the oneassist service from my account and refund my money at the earliest.
      And never send me such offers in the future.

              I had purchased a mi max and had taken a one assist policy which had 100% cover on all kind of loss. Recently my mobile stopped working as some water entered in it while in rain.
              The claim has been rejected stating self negligence. Device claim – service request # 2358453.
              My question is how do u prepare urself from such unexpected calamity. Why will effect my property knowingly.
              I purchasing the policy i was informed liquid & accidental damage is also covered. This claim should get processed. & now company refuses to give the claim

                Why icici customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                  auto renew for an account which i requested for cancellation last year

                  I have filed an insurance claim with the company with below details.

                  The mobile phone fell down accidentally from the hand and the company is rejected is saying it as willful negligence. How can one do this willfully which is bought for more than 15, 000. The reason for taking insurance itself is to cover the cost of accidental damage. But they are rejecting it straightway. I think government should seriously look regarding the claim process of this fraud company and close them as soon as possible.

                      A sum of rs 1899/- have been deducted from my axis bank account no.
                      [protected] on dated 23/9/2017. One assist consumer solution
                      Representative called on my phone no [protected] and read the 12 digit of my debit card and told me that my card have been insured by bank for theft.
                      But after some time i received message on my phone that my account have been debited for rs 1899/-. I immediately called on [protected] from my father's no. And complaint about the deduction but they told me to call
                      After 48 hours when the policy will be activated. But when i called back after 2 days they told that the amount has been deducted by bank because i have signed a form of insurance at the time of opening of account in the bank.
                      I visited the bank branch today on 4/10/2017 but they denied the facts and
                      Said that they fill only account opening form and no other forms. I do not want these kind of insurance and refund my money with interest in my account immediately. I am 12 class student and only the money which my father gave to me for monthly expenses is kept in the account but this has been cheated by the company.

                      Cancel my policy if any and refund my money immediately with out any harassment.

                        Dear hdfc/ one assist,

                        My hdfc credit card has been debited with ₹1299/- towards one assist mfee. How can you people debit my account without my knowledge and moreover without my consent. This shows your unethical practice.

                        How can you activate such things and create a relationship number without contacting me despite no requisition from my end to activate.

                        You do it for yourself and you then intimate us of creation of relationship number and deduct amount from account.

                        It's unnecessary for me to have a one assist relationship, hence kindly resolve the issue and refund the debited amount and never repeat it again without my consent.

                        First thing the service was attaches without my knowledge and i was charged and got only 80% amount but rest are didn't get. at that moment i told them to stop the service. now after one year they charged 1399 rupees from me where d service has already stopped with reference number[protected].

                              I am a hdfc bank customer. One day (07.09.2017) a person from hdfc bank phone banking credit card division naming himself as sourav called me to my registered mobile no. At hdfc bank & told as i have some loans in the bank they are offering two facility, one a hdfc ergo accidental insurance & an oneassit card security of whom the charges will be paid by the bank and nothing will be deducted from my account or card which means it was free of cost to me. He told me when he would forward the call to the respective company i must response in positive. Naturally i acted as told by him. But i was surprised when my credit card statement comes to me. Both amount was deducted from my credit card. Now my question is why they are taking such fraudulant way to get customer. I think it is mere cheating. I can remember the phone no. Also from where the call came to me. It was[protected]. It is against my will. I was not interested to continue those policy if the amount is borned by me. Please solve the matter at the earliest.                                 I had purchased a mi note and had taken a one assist policy which had 100% cover on all kind of loss. Recently my mobile stopped working as some water entered in it while in rain.
                                The claim has been rejected stating self negligence. Device claim – service request # 2285049.
                                My question is how do u prepare urself from such unexpected calamity. Why will effect my property knowingly.
                                I purchasing the policy i was informed liquid damage is also covered. This claim should get processed.

                                My Mobile Was Deamaged due to some resons, I was claimed my Mobile insurence and the oneassist was not repair properly they was foget to fix camara glass to the back side of the phone, I was rasied the reqest to repickup and re repair to my mobile it been 3 weeks completed still they did'n tacken any action.

                                    My device had been damaged and i wanted to claim my insurance for damage repair. I called one assist to claim my insurance. At first they told me to visit their site and fill few details which i did. I was told to upload few documents. For some personal emergency i wasn't able to upload the documents and left the claim as it is. As i was busy i could not upload the documents and wasn't able to inform the company that i couldn't upload. They closed the claim request and they didn't inform me on the day of closing the request. As later, when i was free to claim my request i contacted the company and they denied me to claim my insurance. They said since the claim request has been closed, i have to get my device repaired on my on. This does not make sense at all. Since i didn't even claim my insurance. Just because the claim request has been closed, they said i cannot claim my device insurance. So the money i paid for insurance goes to waste and also i have to pay for the repair for the device (Which they were supposed to do). This company one assist is completely fraud as they are denied my insurance for a stupid reason where i didn't even claim once.

                                    I agree the fact that i was supposed to upload the documents within a stipulated time . But because of some personal family reason i was not able to upload the documents and was not able to inform the company for the same . But the reason for the denial of my claim is completely stupid, just because "the claim request has been closed" . I cannot claim that damage insurance . This is completely stupid as i didn't even claim the damage once ! and they just deny my claim because i failed to fill some details . I paid for the insurance . And i don't even get to claim it !
