I had just received my hdfc credit card last week and have not even activated it yet (Card number ending with 8765). My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount rs 1299 without my knowledge on date: 08/09/2017.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

Hi,

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. Every year from 2015 iam requesting over phone to deactivate the plan, every time the rep saying we will stop but every time my money was deducting... I never got any services from your company even you dont have any details of mine... I dont even know the company...

I am sending emails everyday regarding the payment of claim amount to my bank account of my theft claim of my samsung s8 phone and the company just says that we're transferring it today. Initially, i was told it will take 5-7 working days and now its a ongoing procedure. They just say, we have escalated and will call you back and never call me to update on this....

one assist is a fraud company

One assist is a fraud company i think... I was registered with my number [protected].

They deducted 1799 rupees on date[protected] without any permission from me. My account is in low balance then they 1799 refunded and deducted 200 rupees again without any permission. On[protected].40 rupees deducted my account and refunded 1658.40 and also 200 rupees and same process on[protected].47 rupees deducted from my account...
