I m not interested in ur credit card insurance so please cancel my insurance of credit card. I am not interested in ur insurance. It's given to me without my permission. I hv already complaint to hdfc bank and bank cancelled my insurance of one assist so please cancel my insurance. Call me for this complaint.

    Hi,

    My name is riddhiman singh and my registered mobile number is [protected].

    I am really unhappy with the service that i got from one assist. Attached are the plan benefits that were promised.

    So i wanted to highlight some of the key benefits that weren’t fulfilled

    1. Never got a dedicated claims relationship officer to help me go through the processes smoothly

    2. Never received any temporary handset (Courtesy handset)

    3. It is well over 12 days service guarantee that you guys claim to provide and i still haven’t received my phone

    When i call customer care and ask about this 12 day service guarantee they say “sir, there is no such guarantee. We only provide phones as early as 15-25 days”

    About the courtesy handset i didn’t even understand the reason that was thrown on me.

    I am really upset about the quality of service and i want this to be escalated to the highest of authority.

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank auto debited rs.2499/- from my credit card number ending with xxxx 8129 without my concern on date 14/09/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel membership and refund this debited amount of 2499/- as soon as possible.         My relationship no. 507119, which i opted for mobile protection service on date june 10th, 2017 for mi4i worth 12, 999 inr. The very next day i got my mobile fallen and display got damaged. When called to oneassist they had taken complaint of claim no. 2154917, they had closed since it is falling in cooling period. I made it done with my own money the repair. Firstly they had not taken proper details, my mobile name name had taken to redmi 4 note 64 gb for mi4i mobile and it was purchased on 12th may, 2015. During their call from one of their executives i clearly mentioned this and previously my mobile got got changed mother broad and the imei number had been changed and they told to update the details in mail. Their response is too slow and taking a week to reply to a mail. I called to on of their executives many times and told to cancel my policy, as they say their representative will call within next 48 hrs but the response in zero and they are careless for giving proper response. They tried to convince me that next time my problem will be solved and for that i didn't accepted. Due to work pressure at my desk i didn't contact them for a while and my mobile got again fallen down and same display problem occurred. I tried calling them again and taken the claim 2278780. To which everything went in the same procedure like previous but ended saying the imei no.in the invoice copy and the provided details are matching so the claim has been closed. The things are nor resolved anytime and my requests are not replied and my job had not done as promised. Now they are saying that after 30 days i claimed again for cancellation policy so they want to give half of the money they paid. They give reply once in a week and they are not giving claim number for the cancellation request so that i could not tell them that i had given prior to 30 days. Their executives will not call in the stipulated 48 hrs time and now i am unable to call to customer care. I want my full refund for what paid to opt the services. To hell with oneassist and please don't go behind this fraud agents. Hope my query will be resolved soon.

        My issue is not resolved. Give me an explanation for what you sent in mail and what you spoke with me on telephone and what you concluded. You didn't tell that the above said story to me while we are talking and you are in hurry to disconnect the call and told your back end team will contact me and you wrote the mail as you like. I didn't had any word conversation with you that things might take place like this further and simply u closed the membership id. I asked for full refund and even at that time you people didn't provide me any sort of details. You can’t do whatever you didn't say to me. While I am paying money I was not explained any policy details and simply you told to pay the money. Now also I am asking to refund my money back into my account. I don't care either which plan I opted either to MI protection plan or one assist protection plan. I didn't have any call from MI Protection team and you people called from one assist and didn't give me proper details. Its better you work on this matter and money matters a lot to me. I am not hereby paid money or donated for you One Assist people. I want my work done in that case I paid, as my work was not done I want my full refund back. I can’t opt for the services within 15 days from the date I opted the services and I should cancel my policy within 10 days. How does that even make sense? It was not paid after reading your terms and conditions, it was paid after listening to your executive in phone call. So take my call and revert my money back. Stop the drama you were doing and be prompt. Its my hard earned money and I am not doing any charity business and think you are also not into that sort of business. Even in that they ask willing if we want we can pay not like saying some stories at first and cooking many stories in a while and concluding as you Like.

        Final Review and experience in the whole journey for OneAssist Service,

        I should appreciate the consumer Complaints for made the things so fast. I got quick response from these people. But I fought for full refund, which didn't lead to success story of mine. They are so trained in get convincing the client and so show their charm in clarifying the loop holes of their terms and conditions. They are so confused and they try to make us to feel confused. Its waste of having chat or conversation and we should be privileged that they are giving some amount of INR as refund and they say they are always ready for uninterrupted services but they interrupt always calling when we are so busy and they taken that as a reason and say we are unresponsive. They say they called to take information and without taking proper details they end the call and things happen as above said conversations.To hell dealing with the entire team and I forever regret of opting their services. Its my sincere request its better to prevent rather than committing mistake. They are ready to convince the customer with their so called said norms or terms & conditions, I pity that they are loosing their brand name and make people to think again before opting for services. Its a forever good bye and for whole this session i paid 50% of the protection plan. Thank you so much ONEASSIST.

                I Received SMS from HDFC BANK that RS-1899/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN without my permission. i also got a mail from one assist team. i don't even ask them to revive policy same i didn't get any call from ONE ASSIST to get it revived or else. they deducted automatically amount without my conformation, this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                  I feel worst service giving to customers,..

                  For my complaint i am following with one assist last three months.

                  For my mobile re-pickup its took one month (Bcz of first service not done correctly).
                  They picked my mobile on aug 17th, but after that i didn't get single update. Nearly one month i am following with customer care. But they are saying no update in system.

                        My membership id:[protected], kindly deactive plan and give my money back.
                        Because working speed of the company is too slow. I pay for adld plan on 23rd aug 2017, but they took more than 15 days to activate the plan and i got a email of activation of my plan on 12th sep 2017. I am unsatisfied with work.

                            Due to electric fault in washing machine, i had an urgency to switch off water supply in the bathroom and while doing all this, the device fell from my tshirt pocket into the bucket accidently. It was purely a non-intentional circumstance. (Ps: i have been using this device for more than a year and this is the first such case of liquid damage i faced in all this time)
                            I applied for the claim on 31st july’2017 as you can see the confirmation of my claim registration wrt service request number 2206728 on mail received from m/s one assist consumer solution pvt ltd.

                            Your claim for damage of your device has been registered with oneassist vide service request number 2206728.
                            We require certain documents for your claim to be processed. To submit these documents, kindly follow the steps mentioned in the guide attached with this email.
                            Please note that the documents requested on the website are mandatory for processing your claim. These documents are preliminary in nature and not exhaustive. Basis the documents/details submitted, the insurance company may require additional documents.

                            As per the process, i submitted all the required documents within 24hours of the request raised.
                            Received mail on 3 aug’2017 from m/s one assist consumer solution pvt ltd asking me to submit few more documents, which was duly submitted without any delay.

                            The device was successfully picked up from my home on 4th august’2017, by hand, a representative of ecom express private limited although the confirmation of device receival was sent on 7aug’2017 by the company to me.in the meantime, i contacted the cre of one assist on 8th aug’2017 to request for the “courtesy handset” as mentioned in the claim benefits i was assured.

                            From 8th aug’2017 to 14th aug’2017, i have been continuously calling them to send me a courtesy handset so as it was clearly mentioned in the claim benefit i purchased from one assist consumer solution pvt ltd. Every day, i was given false reasons, hopes and of course mental distress from one assist cre’s. One of their cre even confirmed that my courtesy handset is already on its way to get delivered to me, which i have not received even after 15days of claim registration.
                            I was informed that courtesy handset is delivered within 4-5 working days, which eventually got extended to 7-10working days.
                            Even after waiting for more than 15days, i was not given courtesy handset and to add on it, denied the claim stating the clause of “wilful negligence” from my end.

                            With reference to your service request number 2206728, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.
                            The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
                            ""the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)."
                            We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.

                            And when i asked for the pointers on which they decide if the liquid damage was wilful or not, i was given no satisfactory response. As mentioned earlier, i have been using this device from june 2016 with no complaints till this accidental liquid damage happened. Accusing customer of “wilful negligence” to access this claim is derogatory and completely unfair. The mental harassment that i have gone through in all these days is not justified in the terms of customer service at all.

                            Moreover, i feel like this claim insurance thing is a complete bluff to cheat customers in the name of selling insurance for mobile devices.
                            I received the un-serviced device (My original handset) on 19 aug’2017 from logistic partner of one assist consumer solution pvt ltd.

                            I have no other option, but to take legal action against one assist consumer solution pvt ltd. For selling a false insurance claim, denying claim benefits and mentally harassing me in the name of customer service.

                            Let me inform you, that I have been using this handset for more than a year and not even once had it been sent to a service center for any sort of damage. Telling a customer about safeguarding the property is your duty but accussing of wilful negligence is a completely unprofessional and unethical.

                            Seriously, why do we need to purchase INSURANCE, if this is the response we get in the end. Bloody why spend 1100/- for purchasing a useless insurance that won't entertain our complaint . This is only a way of earning money by fooling people in purchasing INSURANCE.
                            I am sorry to say but, OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd seems like a complete FRAUD and unreliable company. I will refrain from dealing with them and my suggestion to read the above stated matter and think 10 times before finally ditching this company.
