Transferred Rs.400 to ICAI on 29/01/98 thru SBI, Kottayam . However the transaction failed. Showing Payment Not Successful. Ref. No. EVF 476425 [protected]. However Bank has confirmed the transaction is successful thru one 97 communication. For ICAI they have not received the money. Why the one 97 is not returning the money.
