My hdfc credit card got auto debited an amount of 1399 on 11/15/2017. The message says that its charged for one assist membership fee. I did not opt for any such membership and i don't know why and how they can do this. I called the customer support team and the representative refused to process a refund request.

After completions of all the satisfactory verification of my documents like invoice copy, id proof etc. My handset was picked up from my address and after checking of the phone one assist mailed me that this handset was purchased from outside india and claim was closed even they have already verified the invoice...

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1015 without my concern on date:15/11/2017. oneplus 3/ display damage

I was charged 564.05 towards my newly issues credit card in the 1st month itself inspite of not using the card.
After calling the customer care number, they informed me that these charges were towards the emi of one assist membership costing 1299.

I am tired of writing mails to you guys and dont know when your stupid seniors will call back regarding my device as they are always busy on calls, if you guys need to always ask your superiors to take calls then why do you have a call center might as well have trained staff to handle the queries and after how long are you informing me about the approval...

Hi i'm omkar. I had subscribed for your plan last year. My relationship no. Is 1431287. The plan which i'm subscribed to is an 'enhanced wa power single plan'. It was renewed on 6th november 2017 (8 days ago).
