I am a axis bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:16/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- oneassist...
And i demand 1 lakh against this company for the serious harrassment and related issue..

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number without my concern on date:19/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

      I am using hdfc credit card without any intimation you have deducted the amount of rd.1899.00 from my card ending 4641 on 10/11/17.

        My name is incorrect, and i already have informed about all this one year back. Still it is not changed. The actual name is neelamadhab mallick. Now i am getting the message, that, i will not be able to avail the insurance, if my name is not correct.
        I have never seen this kind of hell service in my life. I called multiple time to rectify this name but after one year, i am getting such messagees.

          I received sms from hdfc bank credit card today deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

            The account was accidentally sign up and after even requesting it to be cancelled so many time the agent was still forcing me to keep the plan under the discounted offer. I told him i do not want the service and i want it to be cancelled he told he that he will send request for cancellation to the cancellation team which was since 14th of november. I want the account to be cancel right away and my money rs 1399 to be refunded. The relationship no is 3064524. Please do the needful.

                  I am narayan devadiga, without knowing to me hdfc credit card has activated one assist and asking me pay the amount and rs 1200/- (Approx.) has been deducted from my account. I don’t want to avail this services, but i am been force to buy this services. Since more the 1 week i am chasing with the customer care people for de activation of this services. I had spoken with rahul gaikwad (Customer care one assist), he was literally again and again convincing and forcing us to take this services.
                  I just want to immediately deactivate this service from my hdfc credit card no - 7298, and reimburse my deducted amount.
                  I hope this is clear with your team. And please stop harassing us.

                  I am contentiously harassed by one assist team for buying this product/ services. Today mr agnel had called me and he was literally torturing me, i am really frustrated and in depressed stage by continuously called from one assist

                  Hdfc team please help here i really upset with the one assist team and into depression because of the continuously harassment everyday for the deactivation.

                  This is nearly about 2 weeks now, I am chasing for the deactivation and reimbursement of my deducted amount from my HDFC credit card.

                  Kindly confirm me the refund amount . I got a call from One assist Team, only Rs 300/- will be refunded of Rs 1299/-. As Rs 1000/- will be deducted . This is not accepted . I want the full amount to be refunded.

                  Do you want me to go to Media Press complaint about the fraud . I am been completed harassed by the One Assist Team and forcing me to buy this product. I am mentally disturbed by this.

                  I got to know from Customer care, that the One Assist service is activated on my HDFC card no 7298 on 17th Nov 2017 and I have send mail to One assist for deactivation of services on 15th Nov 2017.

                  How can you say that it is extended 30 days after activation . can u share me the proof of it. Check the image attached for your reference.

                    Hi,
                    I am suryakala. Without knowing to me hdfc credit card has activated one assist and asking to pay the amount. We don't need this service and we called up the hdfc credit card. Now hdfc credit card people say that we have to deactivate this first. When we called customercare of one assit they are idoits. They alwasy try to convence us to keep this service and they don't want to deactivate. When we repeatedly ask them they are disconnecting the call.
                    I have made 2 call and i also have the recording of this calls. I want to move leagally on this. Can anyone help me.

                      I checked my hdfc bank to see that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan, without my permission. No notification received, called center don't help say "can refund only 500 and lower plan cant cancel". Just want my money back and that's it don't want to take further action.

                        I have purchased Redmi Note 4 with 1000rs protection plan which is provided by oneassist. when I was listening music my phone was just fallen down from my hand by mistake and screen was cracked. So i raised claim to oneassist with proper documents in mentioned criteria of claim after 2 week of time wast the insurance company rejected my claim mentioning that "THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER EXCLUSION 10 - Loss or damage caused by wilful negligence, Improper handling (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)". What the hell then why I buy this protection plan what the s* is this...

                            I have applied for a credit card of kotak mahindra bank and i had received the same first week of november2017. On 13th november 2017, i received an sms to my mobile no. (I. E)."transaction of rs, 1399 has been made on kotak credit card xx1255 on 13nov. On one assist."

                            The above mentioned one assist solutions company has debited my credit card account without giving any information. I am not given any request and any confirmation from my end.

                            Further, i don't want any assistance from the above referred company.

                            Hence i request you to refund the amount rs.1, 399/- to my credit card account, immediately.

                                My hdfc credit card got auto debited an amount of 1399 on 11/15/2017. The message says that its charged for one assist membership fee. I did not opt for any such membership and i don't know why and how they can do this. I called the customer support team and the representative refused to process a refund request.
                                Please process the refund request and refund the amount.

                                  I have claimed for my damaged handset and after numbers of communications over a mail and call for a around one month of period. After completions of all the satisfactory verification of my documents like invoice copy, id proof etc. My handset was picked up from my address and after checking of the phone one assist mailed me that this handset was purchased from outside india and claim was closed even they have already verified the invoice copy and actually this handset was purchased online from company website and supplier was from india only. And after getting this mail i mailed many times but i have didn't got a single reply from the company for the same.

                                    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1015 without my concern on date:15/11/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- asap.

                                      I have purchased redmi note 4 from mi.com with protection plan which is provided by oneassist. After diwali vacation, when cleaning the house during that my phone was fallen down and screen was cracked. So i raised claim for the same to oneassist with proper documents in mentioned criteria of claim as shown on mi.com. However the insurance company rejected my claim mentioning that "the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by wilful negligence, improper handling (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)". If i can handle my handset properly then no need to take insurance. Further i have taken protection plan from oneassist so it's their problem if claim is rejected by insurance company. They have given replacement of screen with 3364?- rs estimation which is not negligible for me. So like this oneassist company making fool to all by not giving services against protection plan.

                                        From my account rs 1899 has been debited. You fraud company. I dont want your service so refund my amount. This is a bloody service how you guys debited without my permission refund it quickly otherwise i will report it. This is completely a fraud. I had call to your customer care no. And your operator doesnot even listen my word and talk badly he says he can discount at my plan but does not cancel. Refund my amount as soon as possible otherwise i have to go legally.
