Updated by Narayan Devadiga I am contentiously harassed by one assist team for buying this product/ services. Today mr agnel had called me and he was literally torturing me, i am really frustrated and in depressed stage by continuously called from one assist
Hdfc team please help here i really upset with the one assist team and into depression because of the continuously harassment everyday for the deactivation.

Updated by Narayan Devadiga This is nearly about 2 weeks now, I am chasing for the deactivation and reimbursement of my deducted amount from my HDFC credit card.
Kindly confirm me the refund amount . I got a call from One assist Team, only Rs 300/- will be refunded of Rs 1299/-. As Rs 1000/- will be deducted . This is not accepted . I want the full amount to be refunded.
Do you want me to go to Media Press complaint about the fraud . I am been completed harassed by the One Assist Team and forcing me to buy this product. I am mentally disturbed by this.
HDFC Team- Need your immediate attention Please.

Updated by Narayan Devadiga I got to know from Customer care, that the One Assist service is activated on my HDFC card no 7298 on 17th Nov 2017 and I have send mail to One assist for deactivation of services on 15th Nov 2017.
How can you say that it is extended 30 days after activation . can u share me the proof of it. Check the image attached for your reference.
i will take legal action
