Hi

My membership id:[protected], kindly deactive plan and give my money back.
Because working speed of the company is too slow. I pay for adld plan on 23rd aug 2017, but they took more than 15 days to activate the plan and i got a email of activation of my plan on 12th sep 2017. I am unsatisfied with work.

Please solve my problem quickly and give me refund of amount quickly

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card ending with number 0489 without my concern on date 06/09/2017.       Due to electric fault in washing machine, i had an urgency to switch off water supply in the bathroom and while doing all this, the device fell from my tshirt pocket into the bucket accidently. It was purely a non-intentional circumstance. (Ps: i have been using this device for more than a year and this is the first such case of liquid damage i faced in all this time)
      I applied for the claim on 31st july’2017 as you can see the confirmation of my claim registration wrt service request number 2206728 on mail received from m/s one assist consumer solution pvt ltd.

      As per the process, i submitted all the required documents within 24hours of the request raised.
      Received mail on 3 aug’2017 from m/s one assist consumer solution pvt ltd asking me to submit few more documents, which was duly submitted without any delay.

      The device was successfully picked up from my home on 4th august’2017, by hand, a representative of ecom express private limited although the confirmation of device receival was sent on 7aug’2017 by the company to me.in the meantime, i contacted the cre of one assist on 8th aug’2017 to request for the “courtesy handset” as mentioned in the claim benefits i was assured.

      From 8th aug’2017 to 14th aug’2017, i have been continuously calling them to send me a courtesy handset so as it was clearly mentioned in the claim benefit i purchased from one assist consumer solution pvt ltd. Every day, i was given false reasons, hopes and of course mental distress from one assist cre’s. One of their cre even confirmed that my courtesy handset is already on its way to get delivered to me, which i have not received even after 15days of claim registration.
      I was informed that courtesy handset is delivered within 4-5 working days, which eventually got extended to 7-10working days.
      Even after waiting for more than 15days, i was not given courtesy handset and to add on it, denied the claim stating the clause of “wilful negligence” from my end.

      With reference to your service request number 2206728, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.
      The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
      ""the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)."
      We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.

      And when i asked for the pointers on which they decide if the liquid damage was wilful or not, i was given no satisfactory response. As mentioned earlier, i have been using this device from june 2016 with no complaints till this accidental liquid damage happened. Accusing customer of “wilful negligence” to access this claim is derogatory and completely unfair. The mental harassment that i have gone through in all these days is not justified in the terms of customer service at all.

      Moreover, i feel like this claim insurance thing is a complete bluff to cheat customers in the name of selling insurance for mobile devices.
      I received the un-serviced device (My original handset) on 19 aug’2017 from logistic partner of one assist consumer solution pvt ltd.

      I have no other option, but to take legal action against one assist consumer solution pvt ltd. For selling a false insurance claim, denying claim benefits and mentally harassing me in the name of customer service.

      Let me inform you, that I have been using this handset for more than a year and not even once had it been sent to a service center for any sort of damage. Telling a customer about safeguarding the property is your duty but accussing of wilful negligence is a completely unprofessional and unethical.

      Firstly why would anyone damage their own devices and secondly ACCIDENTS happen unexpectedly n never 'WILLFULLY" as mentioned above.
      Seriously, why do we need to purchase INSURANCE, if this is the response we get in the end. Bloody why spend 1100/- for purchasing a useless insurance that won't entertain our complaint . This is only a way of earning money by fooling people in purchasing INSURANCE.
      I am sorry to say but, OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt. Ltd seems like a complete FRAUD and unreliable company. I will refrain from dealing with them and my suggestion to read the above stated matter and think 10 times before finally ditching this company.

                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. Every year from 2015 iam requesting over phone to deactivate the plan, every time the rep saying we will stop but every time my money was deducting... I never got any services from your company even you dont have any details of mine... I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                        Dear one assist,

                        Please stop making frauds of the people's hard earned money. You are nonetheless than a criminal of the highest rank.
                        Recently, i visited hdfc bank and they offered me a credit card. The bank staff filled my form and told it will be delivered in few days at your address. Before the credit card got delivered at my home, i received an email from one assist that thank you for buying our product and charged me with rs 1299/-. I went to bank and they spoke with customer care for one assist, they asked to wait for 48 hours and i will be receiving a call for cancellation. I waited but there was no call. I went again to hdfc and again we spoke with one assist customer care and they asked to wait again for 48 hours

                          Hi i puchased the mobile insurance for my mi 4 handset and after two months because of heavy rain in mumbai it become wet accidently. And water get inserted in the hadset. Though every damage is covered in the insurance now the insurance company oneassist avoiding to process the claim.

                            I purchased plan for damage protection from one assist with invoice and photographs at the time of purchased told me mobile collect from your place and given to extra mobile for use till repair and 15 days policy for repair but claim registered on 31 august no.2305110 but till no process and harassment for documents requirements, i sent mail but no response, also i will send hard copy by courier or scan copy to on email but no agree with me, oneassist only require upload on website many time uploaded but still requirements, so i m facing problem with phone so pls help me, my no.[protected]

                                I am sending emails everyday regarding the payment of claim amount to my bank account of my theft claim of my samsung s8 phone and the company just says that we're transferring it today. Initially, i was told it will take 5-7 working days and now its a ongoing procedure. They just say, we have escalated and will call you back and never call me to update on this.

                                  A amount deducted from hdfc bank that rs-1799/- from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                    I have paid rs 4716.66 for insurance of my phone. The amount has been debited from my account via transaction no.[protected] dated on 27.08.18 i. E. Monday. I have neither got my insurance policy done nor the amount is refunded by you.
                                    While repeatdly reminders by mail on the email id: saji. [protected]@oneassist.in and mayur. [protected]@oneassist.in and telephonic conversations on your customer care. I have also sent the screenshots of my bank statements of the respective mail ids.
                                    Now i recieve telephonic calls from your company for the same insurance. It seems your company are cheating customers.
                                    It is once again requested you to refund my amount or issue me the policy imediately.
                                    Otherwise i am free to go to consumer court for legal action against your company.
                                    Hope i will get a favourable reply from your end

                                      My name is bhupender singh. My no is [protected], on 5th august i was lost my wallet and in it i lost my hdfc credit card. I do a call to hdfc bank for block my card they block the same and transfer my call to one assist for a card protect policy. One assist executive told me full policy detail in 1 minute 23 second. And my policy of one assist was issued on 8th aug 2017 and the y deduct 1899 from my credit card. On 7th september i lost my pan card and driving license and i chat with one assist regarding re-issue my cards. There executive call me and told my documents were misplace on my pocket not my wallet. They told my policy name is wallet protector not pocket but at the time of policy issue they didn't tell me detail. Then i told him/her to cancel my policy but after 3 days there executive told me they refund only half amount because my request forward on 8th september but i told him on 7th september. Please suggest.
