As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

I have being regularly calling on your customer care no from last 8-9 days. You said, you provide hassle free services to your customers but its being hasrshing now for me atleast my previous claim is not closed yet my claim id was 2072995 i've received a mail from your side that the claim has being completed.
