    I have called two times to one assist to cancel thia service but no action has been taken. I called them to cancel as the renewal date was on 8th september 2017. The service has been charged and i am extremely unhappy about it. This is very unfair. Please cancel my service and refund my money. One assist is actually a rubbish service. The customer service is awful and disgusting.

      Hello there

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I have also complained about this through your toll-free number but there still no response about the cancellation of my membership yet.

      Please deactivate my membership and refund my money asap

        Baught an insurance from one assist. My relationship id is 2200010. I filed for insurance on 10th aug. But there insurance company approval is still pending. The phone was sent on 21st aig to insurance company. But the approval is still pending. Whenever i call to customer care they always told me to wait. They are keep delaying the process. I also sent an another device for repairing. They sent me the device back. It was not repaired by service centre instead of that they got it repaired from a local shop vendor and there were still issues in the device. When i told this to insurance company. They said that they have arranged for a pick up. It was 5 days ago but still there is no response from their side. On monday their complaint handling department told me to wait for 48 hrs. It's more than 4 days. There customer executives keep telling me that i have to wait for some more time.

          I informed one assist team today to terminate my membership through phone call and email. I'm advised to call again to terminate the membership prior one month of renewal date (Nov 7th 2017) and they won't take the request prior two months considering terms and conditions. Prior cancellation period is not mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions of one assist. I'm free to cancel the membership anytime. Last year my account was renewed and the amount 1229/- was deducted without my confirmation. I'm clear about that it should not happen this time. Kindly help me to terminate the membership immediately of the below account

                  This is to notify you that I also received a deduction of Rs. 118 on 11-Sept-17, for some Deal an EMI plan(EMI Processing Fee- SmartEMI LN Rs. 100+ IGST 18 Rs.). I inquired with HDFC bank they said that this is also due to oneassist service only. So plz refund my total amount of rs. (1299+118). Kindly do not process any further deduction from my card limit.

                      Date[protected]:- i uploaded a dslr camera pic of my mobile box.. Because i don't want to give any reason regarding claim and documents issue...
                      Date[protected]:- oneassist again mail me and say sir please send us a email to our senior yogendra sir and mention your device not on and your emi no. Changed in previous case... And finally i send a mail to oneassist and this is my last mail to oneassist... So they not provide me promised service and not provide me cartecy handset as they promised so i requist you please accept my claim and approval because i know i am right and i summited all documents are correct and today i received a mail from one assistant they said "with reference to your service request number 2257758, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim. The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason: the subject claim is not admissible under exclusion 10 - loss or damage caused by wilful negligence (No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property)
                      We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.
                      " so this is not a perfect reason and i am sure you fraud with me so i requist you please accept my cliam requiest and approval it as soon as possible otherwise i complain a file against company at court... As my advocate say i am right at my place...

After several calls regarding status of his claim, my client received a mail on HYPERLINK "calendar:T2:[protected]"[protected] to his dismay, you have stated that the claim was rejected due to mismatch of Mobile IME Number.

                          They rejected my claim because i was anaware when humidity from air turned my handset liquid spill identifier litmus paper turned red.
                          They categorised it as mysterious and endes the conversation unprofessionally. Mute for a minute and disconnect. And the whole process took 10aug to 7 sep. And they are now sending back my handset in another 7 to 10 working days!
                          Holy crap!
                          They are frauds and cheaters in disguise.

                            Hi,

                            This is waseem, my moble samsung s6 edge plus accidentally got damaged in the month of june'17. I have claimed airtel secure to repair my mobile as it got damaged. Raised a complaint on 7th july 2017, they came to pick my mobile on 30th aug'17 and today (7th september) i received my unrepaired mobile as is. There is no update on the status why it was unrepaired and also when i spoke to the oneassist customer care they told me that to check with airtel.
                            Airtel asked me to check with oneassist.

                            I have been paying the airtel secure subscription from may onwards thinking that if something happens to my mobile i can get it repaired through airtel secure.

                            Finally it turned out to be a prank played by airtel secure and oneassist.

                            I need an explanation why my mobile was delivered unrepaired. Why the insurance company rejected my claim.

                            There are some fraudulent happening by misusing this website. Right after I submitted my phone number for OneAssist I received an call from [protected], saying that they are calling from consumerComplaints and asking us to pay RS 10 to proceed. 10 RS is not big money but they want us to go to https://www.kwikpaymentsolution.com for payment where you can see RBI page (which is Fake) . Be Aware (do not make the payment ) its Fraud. They ask u to enter your Netbanking Pwd or debit card details so dont do it.

                            I did not register for this ever, but an amount got dedcuted and i let it be as they told me it is only for a year. now it is being deducted every ****ing year. I did not ask for a renewal, but it is happening! some auto-renewal crap. If this doesn't stop, I will be taking legal action.

                                  My self krishna peravali, recently i bought a mi product redmi note-4. A suggested by the mi/oneassist team after discussing with them i bought mi protect which will give full cover to your product. (Ad/ld - accidental damage/liquid damage)

                                  Now unfortunately, my mobile get in contact with rain water whichi have informed to oneassist with service request # 2254529.

                                  Now they rejected the claim with reason saying "willful negligence".
                                  So here my questions to mi/oneassist are as follows:

                                  1. First of all with out discussing on the incident with the customer how can you decide that its willfull, dam accident is an accident how can you say its a willfull.
                                  2. We as a customer will trust you mi/oneassit more but you failed in here with this, because as per the invoice my mobiles total cost is rs.9999/- only but the claim estimate is raised for rs.11237 /- so whom you want to make fools.
                                  3. So what else you do expect for liquid damage other than travelling persons genuine reason.

                                  Still i hope you being a professional company will revisit this case and try to do the needful to pass the claim as i hold all required reasons with proofs for the claim raised.

                                    As per my plan benefits it is mentioned that 12 days service guarantee and you 'll get a courtesy handset in the mean time of handset repaired. But these things are just to make customers fool. They just escalate the case from one place to another and nothing will happen. Customer have to survive. I advice to all don't get trapped in this company's fake policies. They just put those plan benefits to attract customers. If you give them your handset to get repaired then their minimum time to give your handset is 45 days. And one more thing whenever you call them for complain they always give you same reply as " we regret for the inconvenience. And we escalated the case and wait for 3-4 days and after 4 days you'll again get the same reply. And this will continue till their minimum days of repairing i. E. 45 days. You can imagine that one and a half month they take for a handset repair and no courtesy handset will be provided to you. There are more better options in the market than this fake policy maker company. I complained more than 20 times and till now nothing happened.

                                        I have recieved my new hdfc credit card with unauthorized deducted money of

                                        Niether i have applied for any oneassist membership. Money deducted automatically.
                                        So i contacted oneassist customer care for refund. They told me we
                                        Accepted your request. One confirmation call will received by you.
                                        Every day they called me approaching for continue member ship forcefully.
                                        They called me 3 to 4 times daily. Every time when i refused they simply told me confirmation call will receive by you.
                                        So i decided i will not use hdfc card until my one assist money will refund to my credit card.
                                        I am already hdfc customer for long time. This act is deeply sadden and irritating.
                                        Kindly resolve my matter as they are simply trying to enlarge my request for day by day.
