Hi

My relation no: 263997 it will expire on 16/09/2017. Kindly cancel my plan for one assist. Its a very urgent request.
For the past 3 years my membership is renewed without my permission.

Is there any option in your site to deactivate? Kindly advice
How many days it will take to cancel my plan?
How can i check my cancelled status?

Hope this will be resolved asap.

    I baught an insurance from one assist. My relationship id is 2200010. I filed for insurance on 10th aug. But there insurance company approval is still pending. The phone was sent on 21st aig to insurance company. But the approval is still pending. Whenever i call to customer care they always told me to wait. They are keep delaying the process. I also sent an another device for repairing. They sent me the device back. It was not repaired by service centre instead of that they got it repaired from a local shop vendor and there were still issues in the device. When i told this to insurance company. They said that they have arranged for a pick up. It was 5 days ago but still there is no response from their side

        I, anika lasiyal, have filed a claimed for my iphone 7 as per oneassist solution policy. My registered mobile no is [protected].
        But they have rejceted my complaint as they found my subject of detailed situtaion to be mysterious or unkown circumstances.
        While i have wrote there the other subject during claiming and they called me to change my subject to unkown situation for further steps to be taken for claiming process. So i edited that on my claim request filed in one assist website.
        Now they are the one who first of all change my subject. Then, while giving the policy they told me my phone is secured for every physical or liquid damage. Anything to my phone is in one assist care and in my first claim, they did such a forgery with me.

          Hello oneassist,
          I am hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899/- from my credit card ending with 6468 without my concern on date 31/8/2017. I am not interested as of this service and don't want to this member ship any more. Please i request to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of 1899/

          Dont activate this type of plan in future with out my knowledge.

            I have purchased a oneassist mobile protection policy solicited directly my the apple store on purchase of apple iphone 7.
            My phone fell from my had and stopped responding. I called up one assist and logged a claim. The company asked me to upload all the documents. I did so immediately within 2 hrs. They mentioned that within 48 hrs somebody will come and collect the phone. After 3 days i was called and they asked me to include additional details of description of damage. I told them there is not outside damage but the phone has stopped working. They said expain on their website exactly whre the phone fell. I provided information regarding this mentioning it fell at my residence. After additional week they got back asking to me update details of where exactly it feel in my house. (Bedroom/bathroom/living room) etc. I said bedroom. After 4 days they emailed saying they want a clear picture of the original invoice, which was already provided. I provided this. There was no response.

I don't even know the company this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card.                       This is reference 2244567 issue, today i got the email that my claim has been rejected due to so so reason.. (Something negligence all that).
                      You just mentioned that negligence issue, have you ever shared what all situation comes under negligence. When you had given this insurance what you say this insurance will cover all accidental, physical damage, liquid damage etc.

                      Now, you just overturned your decision and said insurance company rejected this.
                      I am disappointed to take a insurance from such fradulant company like you. Stop cheating innocent people otherwise you will be no longer survive in market.

                            Long time back i requests your team to stop this service and refund my amount back to my account, instead of that your team charged twice to my account but got reversal for that amount after complainting for that.

                              My claim was approved in ber settlement. While i was call customer care they informed me i need to send the documents to this email address "[protected]@oneassist.in" i have already send the same documents 1. Personalized cancelled cheque and 2. Invoice copy, but no revert came from their end as my documents accepted or not or when the refund will be processed!

                                My hdfc credit card has been debited by 1899.00/- for renewing oneassist membership.
                                I didnt recieve any kind of approval or information or any phone calls regarding this renewal, without any intimation, they deducted money from my account.
                                So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of...

                                  I had purchased appli iphone7+ (Imei-[protected]) on 8th oct’2016 with an insurance from your company.

                                  Within 30 days, the mobile screen broke and your team processed my claim.

                                  New mobile was given to me on 8th nov’2016 with an imei:[protected].

                                  None of your team members told me to update my new imei. Moreover the new unit was given by you. Your team should have the details….!!!

                                  Now again my handset is damaged and i am unable to raise a new claim.

                                  Requesting your team to update my new imei and process my claim.

                                  ~i had called your team to know if my insurance is valid after my first claim. They said it is valid.

                                  ñow they are xheating me that the claim cant be processed...!

                                  Not even a reply from the company.

                                  I have written to their MD. mr.Gagan also, all seem to be so busy that even a single reply to me has not come .

                                  More over, I will further take this legally if the company is so pathetic in responding to customers...!!!

                                      My claim was approved in ber, while i was call customer care they inform me i need to send a email to "[protected]@oneassist.in" i have already emaild the same instead of courier, but no revert came from their end and also in earilei i informed that my location was non servicabie so i need to send the device manually and courior charges will be refunded, i have sent multiple time this email to "logistic. [protected]@oneassist.in"
                                      But no valid response given yet for courier shipping charges, its
