My hdfc credit card has been debited by 1899.00/- for renewing oneassist membership.
I didnt recieve any kind of approval or information or any phone calls regarding this renewal, without any intimation, they deducted money from my account.
So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
I am totally disappointed with this one assist services for the below reasons.
1. There is no response regarding my membership cancellation.
2. They are not giving any contact details to sort out this issue.
3. They told, they will call back in 48 hours, but i didnt receive any phone calls or messages etc.
I dont want any further explanations / convincing etc.
Kindly close my one assist service and refund the above said money without any delay. If i will not be getting refund from your side i am sure that i will definitely close my credit card account without paying any dues / outstanding because of your service.
Please find enclosed credit card statement. For the above transactions was happened for your reference.
Kindly go through it and refund the money otherwise i will go by the legal action about this one assist.
