Hi,

I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that it has been auto renewed without my approval or intimation.

regarding cancellation of one assist plan

One assist has charged 1299 over my credit card. Even after calling customer care requesting for the cancellation of plan within 4 days of activation, one assist is not ready to cancel plan and pay me the refund. Instead i was offered 400 rs discount for continuation of the plan. But still i am not given the discount. Please cancel my plan and provide me 1299 rs in refund.

I am writing this with high disappointment. I received a call today that my insurance claim has been rejected under clause "willing full negligence".

Firstly, people buy insurance to save themselves from such incidents. No one would on purpose damage their phone. The phone had liquid spilled on it and your policy do cover liquid damage as well. What do you mean by "willing full negligence"?

please deactivate one assist policy

I don't want to continue with oneassist wallet plan. Their policy is in auto renewal mode, ideally they should ask customer that policy is required for next year or not and update the same accordingly. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan, no refund is required.
I'm hoping for a prompt response, please deactivate asap, any new money deduction for this plan will encourage me for other legal actions.

I'm really unhappy with your services, initially you took 7 days to verify the docs, but your time frame says, it'll be verified in 48 hours. That was the first delay.

Later i sent the hard copies, it was delivered to you on 4th august 2017. But, you sent for ic approval on 10th august 2017. Second delay.

Later, its been 13 days, there is no update on decision....
