I was not activation plan activation i dont want contiune this plan please cancelled my membership plan an give my refund back my money.
Iam trying to contact through customer services they are telling they dont have details regarding my account.

The refund will be processed in bank/card account from which the amount has been debited. It takes 7 to 8 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

I don't need to continue oneassissist subscription.
