My credit card number is [protected]. Please terminate plan. I want credit card to use but such fraud thing confuse me to use. What the hell for such plan, when i don't want to use it. There is no any number to call them to close such fraud plan. Government should close such fraud banks who officially robber the customer. Or government is getting any interest in it?

I am a HDFC credit card holder . My credit card number ends with 9904.
Without my knowledge Rs.1899 debited from my credit card account.
I don't need to continue oneassissist subscription.
So, please cancel my renewal and refund Rs.1899 .

    This is reference 2244567 issue, today i got the email that my claim has been rejected due to so so reason.. (Something negligence all that).
    You just mentioned that negligence issue, have you ever shared what all situation comes under negligence. When you had given this insurance what you say this insurance will cover all accidental, physical damage, liquid damage etc.

    Now, you just overturned your decision and said insurance company rejected this.
    I am disappointed to take a insurance from such fradulant company like you. Stop cheating innocent people otherwise you will be no longer survive in market.

      I didn't request/approve for one assist auto renewal mode in my credit card, then why did you deducting the money from my credit card. Year on year automatically deduct premium from my credit card. I want my money back to be refunded. Please find below details. Working hard to get salaries you guys easily deducting.           Long time back i requests your team to stop this service and refund my amount back to my account, instead of that your team charged twice to my account but got reversal for that amount after complainting for that.

While i was call customer care they informed me i need to send the documents to this email address "[protected]@oneassist.in" i have already send the same documents 1. Personalized cancelled cheque and 2. Invoice copy, but no revert came from their end as my documents accepted or not or when the refund will be processed!

                I had purchased appli iphone7+ (Imei-[protected]) on 8th oct’2016 with an insurance from your company.

                Within 30 days, the mobile screen broke and your team processed my claim.

                New mobile was given to me on 8th nov’2016 with an imei:[protected].

                None of your team members told me to update my new imei. Moreover the new unit was given by you. Your team should have the details….!!!

                Now again my handset is damaged and i am unable to raise a new claim.

                Requesting your team to update my new imei and process my claim.

                ~i had called your team to know if my insurance is valid after my first claim. They said it is valid.

                I have written to their MD. mr.Gagan also, all seem to be so busy that even a single reply to me has not come .

                More over, I will further take this legally if the company is so pathetic in responding to customers...!!!

                      With very surprising i just received a call after lodge my earlier complaint and
                      Asking our banking details and transfer our credit card amount to paytm account. Just due to hence we have share our important bank details by mistake including otp.

                      It is not just co-instance... One of your team member is involved in it otherwise how it would be possible that unknown person called after 10 minutes of complaint registration.???

                            I was told by the team to complete a doc. Process in various mail and waste my time and claim duration intentionally. After some time i came to knew that the actual process is to fulfill all formalities only n only in account page within 48 hours... Now no one is care about the case and just reply "sorry we are not able to do anything"...

                              Dear,
                              I have received message from hdfc bank that 1299.00 deducted from my credit card ending no 0498 towards oneassist membership without my knowledge. I am not interested to continue in oneassist membership. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount to my hdfc credit card ending no 0498. My relationship number is 2546241 for your kind information for further action. Highly unethical of you people to deduct the amount without my authentication.

                                I used to get the calls from oneassist customer care in which they insisted me to purchase the insurance for my phone and one day i thought to get the insurance as i was leaving for usa and their customer agent very confidently told me that they will give you coverage even if you are in usa and i purchased it. Then unfortunately my phone got damaged in usa i sent an email to inform them but didn't get reply even after 4-5 days then i thought to call them and they did register my complaint, but few days later they told that they can't repair the phone in usa or after your return in india in some days because it has to be done within 2 days and i have to get it repaired myself. What is the meaning of insurance then? I had so much inconvenience and unnecessary harassment. This is a fraud to loot your money when they just look for reason to deny you the insurance. I m in india right now, so either get my phone repaired or refund my insurance amount.

                                  I had take mobile insurance last year on 5th may 2016 and i renew it again aon 29 july 2017.. How many times insurance company call me for payment and for renew. But in any call they did not tell me about claim condition.. After payment they said that you can not calim insurance till 15 days from renewal date after payment they did not told me that claim complain should be registered within 48 hours from the dammaged time. Now when i claim registered on 24 aug, they take my complain. On 25 aug they call me the claim can't be proceed beacuse time has been over.. Many time i tell him company did not tell me about 48 hours condition. And they did not message me about this condition on my mobile number.
                                  Sir please help. I am belonging to middle class family and i am student. I cant afford too much money to spent and i do not have a time.

                                      I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card

                                      As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that it has been auto renewed without my approval or intimation.

                                      Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.
