Dear team,

I am a hdfc credit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1299 from my credit card number ending with xxxxxxxx9225 with out my authorisation on date 24/08/17 and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

Relation ship number for one assist is 495217

I urge oneassist to cancel this membership at once and debit the amount back into my credit card at the earliest as this was done without my authorization or consent! If not, i’d be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly in violation of consumer rights and cyber laws!

    Hi,

    This is ramya. I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of rs. 1899 from my credit card.

    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs. 1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

      I have being regularly calling on your customer care no from last 8-9 days. You said, you provide hassle free services to your customers but its being hasrshing now for me atleast my previous claim is not closed yet my claim id was 2072995 i've received a mail from your side that the claim has being completed. But in your system it is still showing pending and all.. So i have a request to you guys to look our my concern as this is quite frustrating and becoming irritating too..
      And without closing they have given me new claim id-2315280.in this id i am unable to claim and upload my documents..

        One assist insurance company has rejected my claim due to incomplete incident report even though when contact with their executive at the time they ask me to mention the date and time or location... And not even replying to my messages

        Few weeks before i was going from college parking and taking turn to exit towards right, suddenly another guy hit me, i fell down, so. Does my phone also fell, even i have scratches on my arm as floor was of concrete, as my phone fell it's screen got broken and i had no internet access i called one assist team to file for claim i got a call back from your team and that guy told me to briefly explain the issue, after my phone fell i had no internet access and i had to do this job with in 48 hours so i asked my friend to do this job, and eventually he brifely wrote only short part that phone slipped from hand, and i am writing this as i just now got a call that my claim rejected coz of not describing the issue properly,
        I have many handsets and taken insurance of many phones and recommended one assist to many friends as well i take full cares of my phone's and axpect that my incident report will be updated as soon as possible, i am still without my phone and asking to send email from my friends so i hope you will do this update asap

          I have declined to renew membership of oneassist service but they renewed my membership and charged 1899/- inr on my hdfc bank credit card without my permission.
          Kindly take action on this complaint to reverse membership charges.
          Is this company involved in doing fraud name of services provider.
          Govt should take action on it and make strict rule for like these company.

              I recently received a sms that a renewal of policy will be charged for my icici account.
              I don't remember asking for any policy renewal.

              And when i mailed the support what i get is automated message that please mail from your registered email id. This means i never registered with them in first place.

                  Every time i call them about my phone and ask its whereabouts they tell me to wait 48 hours.. And on sep 1st i received a mail telling me my phone has been delivered. But where actually is my phone.. I don't know what to do anymore.. These people are fraud. I asked the shipping company where my phone was... According to the courier id oneassist provided.. But they said that we do not have any item on this number. Its been like this for more that 1and half month i have been calling them. But they don't seem to even care. Please do something about this company. So that other people don't get entangled in this situation... Like i am right now

                        My relation no: 263997 it will expire on 16/09/2017. Kindly cancel my plan for one assist. Its a very urgent request.

                          I baught an insurance from one assist. My relationship id is 2200010. I filed for insurance on 10th aug. But there insurance company approval is still pending. The phone was sent on 21st aig to insurance company. But the approval is still pending. Whenever i call to customer care they always told me to wait. They are keep delaying the process. I also sent an another device for repairing. They sent me the device back. It was not repaired by service centre instead of that they got it repaired from a local shop vendor and there were still issues in the device. When i told this to insurance company. They said that they have arranged for a pick up. It was 5 days ago but still there is no response from their side

                              I, anika lasiyal, have filed a claimed for my iphone 7 as per oneassist solution policy. My registered mobile no is [protected].
                              But they have rejceted my complaint as they found my subject of detailed situtaion to be mysterious or unkown circumstances.
                              While i have wrote there the other subject during claiming and they called me to change my subject to unkown situation for further steps to be taken for claiming process. So i edited that on my claim request filed in one assist website.
                              Now they are the one who first of all change my subject. Then, while giving the policy they told me my phone is secured for every physical or liquid damage. Anything to my phone is in one assist care and in my first claim, they did such a forgery with me.

                                Hello oneassist,
                                I am hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899/- from my credit card ending with 6468 without my concern on date 31/8/2017. I am not interested as of this service and don't want to this member ship any more. Please i request to cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of 1899/

                                  I have purchased a oneassist mobile protection policy solicited directly my the apple store on purchase of apple iphone 7.
                                  My phone fell from my had and stopped responding. I called up one assist and logged a claim. The company asked me to upload all the documents. I did so immediately within 2 hrs. They mentioned that within 48 hrs somebody will come and collect the phone. After 3 days i was called and they asked me to include additional details of description of damage. I told them there is not outside damage but the phone has stopped working. They said expain on their website exactly whre the phone fell. I provided information regarding this mentioning it fell at my residence. After additional week they got back asking to me update details of where exactly it feel in my house. (Bedroom/bathroom/living room) etc. I said bedroom. After 4 days they emailed saying they want a clear picture of the original invoice, which was already provided. I provided this. There was no response.
