Ello Team,

This is regarding my membership Id - [protected] of 2 years extended warranty on Bluestar RO water purifier.

On 24th of May, raised a SR[protected] was raised due to water taste change. On 26th May the service engineer [Devkumar Bhukta (mob. - [protected]) although the service engineer assigned was Souvik Dwari, I received a call from[protected] claimed to be from Oneassist local office to allow Devkumar to work on the case] visited and diagnosed that the water filter needs to be replaced. I requested him to replace the same and ready the water purifier so that I can use it and raise an invoice so that I can pay the due charges. Although I gave him the start OTP but didn't hand in the end OTP and requested for a complete job sheet or call report.
Same day in the afternoon I had a word with your customer care executive Ashraya, she took the regional service manager on call and informed the same. And the service manager on call agreed to send an engineer with a replacement part on Tuesday to rectify the issue.
But in the evening, the SR got closed stating - 'Customer denied the service charge/replacement part payment'.

Wanted to know why the SR[protected], got closed with a false statement.

Yesterday, I raised another SR[protected]. Called to your customer care and had a word with Mr. Abhijit and narrated the entire saga to him. He assured me that my case will be serviced and the problem will be resolved.
Today, sometimes back received call from Mr. Amit Mondal (claimed as regional service manager of Oneassist) (phone - [protected]), he informed me that my issue can not be serviced by Oneassist and closed the call as "Reason: Plastic/Thermocol part not available". Not only that, he advised me to service the water purifier from outside.

Could you please check the above two SRs and help me with a proper solution ? And why both the cases got closed with false statement ?

    Dear All,

    please find the latest estimation shared by the oppo service center ghatkopar. And it clear states that only my screen is damaged but one assist team made fool out of me and instead of repair they were giving me 5000 for my device as my device is Beyond economic repair with total repair cost of 31245. But as I said earlier oppo service had given me an estimate of 9300. I will take this in court for mental and physical harassment caused by the one assist and airtel team.

    I have been without my phone for more than two weeks and after that I got to know that one assist was trying to get there hands out of it by saying it's beyond economic repair and airtel is also not even concerned abt there loyal customers.

    I hope you will revert this mail on priority as I will be filing a fraud and defamation case against airtel and oneassist for presenting wrong details and causing mental and physical damage to the customer. The insurance company is not Fulfilled the promises made by them.

        Techinician came and confirmed issue with WIFI board and parts are pending to ship and due to replace in the my LG TV.

          My name is Midhun Mohan M, and I purchased a laptop from Flipkart on January 11, 2023. Along with the laptop, I also purchased complete protection insurance worth Rs. 3, 819 that covered accidental and liquid damage. The laptop was delivered to me on January 13, 2023, and I have attached the supporting documents for your reference.

          On April 1, 2023, while I was traveling from Chennai to Trivandrum on a train, a bottle of water spilled over my bag and seeped into the laptop. Since then, the laptop has not turned on. I immediately contacted the OneAsist toll-free number and followed their instructions to download their app and upload the necessary images and documents.

          However, despite explaining how the water spilled over the laptop, various OneAsist executives kept asking me pointless questions. I grew increasingly frustrated.
          After that when I had escalated the same on the social media they agreed to collect the laptop and collected the same.

          After that they said that the laptop is on total damage category and they cant repair and transfered me half of the invoice amount and when I asked about it they are saying that this is mentioned on the Terms and Conditions. I dont know whether they have damaged any components for making repair cost higher.

          Furthermore, upon researching
          further, I discovered that my claim had been rejected with no valid explanation. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable, as I had paid for the complete protection insurance precisely for situations like this.

          When I have checked about this company on other websites, almost all the consumers are got cheated from them and all are giving negative reviews for the company.The documents supporting all this attacted below.

          I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible. I am seeking total compensation for the repair or replacement of my laptop, which should be covered by the insurance policy that I had purchased.

            On 1st October I was booking a gas cylinder from my Mobikwik wallet. After the booking was done there was a popup informing that I had enrolled in the oneassist wallet assist plan and a sum of Rs 79 was deducted from my account without my consent

              I had purchased a Hitachi airconditioner alongwith Oneassist 3 years extended warranty from Tata cliq on March 2022.
              After that Oneassist asked me to activate with the code for the extended warranty, but I don't had received any activation code. I asked Oneassist through reply email to send me the code for it, but they don't and I forgot it.
              After completion of one year Hitachi asked me to purchase their warranty further but I denied as I have a already one (one assist ) for that.
              On the month of September 2023, the airconditioner started malfunctioning and I tried to register a service request under the extended warranty, but surprisingly there is no option for me in their system.
              Then I contacted to the one assist customer care service and explained them the issue I faced and requested them to start repairing it.
              But next day they told me that they found in their system that extended warranty will start after 3 years once the original manufacturer warranty will expire.
              Then I send a email with attachment of the warranty card showing the warranty from the original manufacturer was expired.
              The same was vetted also from Tata cliq.
              But now they told me over phone that I had written in their system that extended warranty will start after 3 years.
              Then I forwarded them the request email for the activation code, which I didn't receive as of now.
              Now, it's clear from the above facts that they never send me any activation code and neither it was activated from my side.
              Tata cliq also agreed that the airconditioner warranty is for 1 year.
              But one assist claims, as it was written in their system that extended warranty will start after 3 years. So, don't do anything now.
              My question is who activate it that extended warranty will start after 3 years, which is completely wrong. Tata cliq or myself didn't do this.
              So it's a clear case of dis- trust, brich of contract and misleading.
              Therefore, requesting you to take action and resolve it ASAP

              Team Oneassist escalations trying to misleading me saying that they had send me the activation code and I had activated that warranty will start after 3 years of purchase.
              But when I asked them to forward the email containing the activation code, they send me nothing.
              It's a clear case of misleading customer and denied to give extended warranty though they had received the amount for that.
              Therefore requisting you to resolve it ASAP.

                Denied the service for extended warranty

                I purchased a headphone in may 2022 and taken the extended waranty from the fraud company oneassist and when i contacted them in aug 2023 for claiming my warranty, they said "we are sorry, we can't proceed with your request"....

                Returned Device in MORE damaged condition after denying claim

                I purchased a Google Pixel phone from Amazon India and got in insured with One Assist. Recently my phone fell and front and back panel was damaged. I sent it for repair. they denied claim saying it is overseas model even though I purchased in india. Moreover they damaged it further. The screen was attached to main body when I gave the device and phone was working. Now the screen is detached and phone not working. they say they will do nothing...

                  Please note I purchased SONY led tv in April 2022. I took 3 yrs. warranty
                  from the shop. They executed it through OneAssist, valid from 2023 to 2026.
                  It was confirmed through sms on[protected]. On[protected], I made a complaint about my tv not working. It was rejected stating that my claim has been closed. Reason : IC reject undefined. when i contacted on [protected], I was told to contact my shop ARCEE. It appears that Arcee shop is closed since last month. I would like to know why my complaint is not entertained. I have taken a valid insurance for my tv.

                    Actually I am victim of the online fraud of 833000 Rs. from my HDFC bank account no. [protected] Branch Name - sector 37 chandigarh on 7 and 8 may 2023. Actually It was the scam with me to Invest the money by unligal fraud way by scammers in PNB and Yes bank account. I file the FIR in police station with FIR no. 0142 in dehradun in Rajpur police station Under section 420. Also I file the case in CGM court againest scam.Police is on the way to investigation.
                    I have the complained in RBI and HDFC bank also already. But the money is not recover. I have the Insurance with oneassist Insurance company with customer Id 12463494 and shared the all details in multiple requests. Membership ID : [protected] and Sr. No : 20070239. But Sir the Oneassist did not recover any claim for me and rejected my claim with rejection letter.Please take a action againest him and help me for the claim.

                        One assist has been providing me with their annual plan worth Rs. 1, 399/- pe year starting from 10th Jan'2020.

                        I had never applied or given approval/consent for such a coverage niether to one assist nor to IndusInd Bank.

                        Attaching screenshot for the same where it clearly mentions that it was bank induced sale (which means no consent/ approval was taken from me).

                        I would like to claim a refund of Rs. 5, 596/- (1, 399 *4) that has been deducted from my account since 4 Years.

                        It came to my notice today 11th July, 2023.

                          I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this for my card protection. Without
                          My permission they took my 2599rs from my debit Card. Then I call to axis bank they told me this is another service. So we can't help you.

                          I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money. Otherwise I will also no more as axis Bank customer. Thanks

                                Issue with Claim Settlement

                                Hi Team,

                                I have purchased realme 43inch Tv with one assist in policy from Flipkart on 6th aug 2022.

                                Now I have applied for accidental claim wherein as policy document and inspection report i m eligible for claim, but company instead if repairing offer 50% cost of repairing.

                                While I called in customer care they informed me that terms and conditions mentioned in website and policy that 50% value...
