Please note I purchased SONY led tv in April 2022. I took 3 yrs. warranty from the shop. They executed it through OneAssist, valid from 2023 to 2026. It was confirmed through sms on[protected]. On[protected], I made a complaint about my tv not working. It was rejected stating that my claim has been closed. Reason : IC reject undefined. when i contacted on [protected], I was told to contact my shop ARCEE. It appears that Arcee shop is closed since last month.
