the Machine gives Error many a times while washing cloths in normal way, even gives error when I use economy ( 10 mins quick washing mode) & doesn't check water level by the weight of the cloths. I bought the machine on 28/11/2007 from Tolshop. The challan no is 10994864 & Vat Tin no is [protected]V, ustomer order ref is[protected]. If you need any other info pl al me on [protected]

    I had complained about my Onida 21 IQ colour television on March 9, 2008. Now after 20 days of the complaint, i feel like cheated, insulted & decepted.

    Nature of Complaint : Video & audio not coming, Light/Power indicator glows on & off.

    On March 12, 2008 Service Engineer came and taken my TV's PCB to the service center. He told us that "there is some problem in Power Supply & in one IC, it will take 3-4 days to rectify it and will cost around 1200 INR.

    After 5 days on March 17, 2008, I had called ONIDA Customer Relation Center and talked to Service Engineer about the proceedings, He said that it will take another 3-4 days to rectify it.( response was in very rude manner )

    On March 24, 2008 i agained called ONIDA Customer Relation Center, he was absent on that day.

    I again called on March 25, 2008, Service Engineer said that he is not able to identify the problem & it is not possible to rectify the problem. He suggested us that we should change our PCB. He said that he will put New PCB of same Onida 21 IQ MODEL for Rs 2500. We agreed and allowed him to change the PCB.

    On March 26, 2008 Service Engineer came with new PCB and he replaced it. I was not present at that time as i was in my office. My Mother had attended him and identified two problems :

    1. Video and Sound were not clear at all.
    2. Power ON/OFF and Menu Buttons were missing on television.

    He said he will comeback with the required kit, taken the amount Rs 2500, given her the BILL and went away.


    After coming from Office, i noticed that apart from the above problems, many features that were in old PCB are not in this new PCB now. Even my old remote is not working at all.

    On the very next morning, i called Service Engineer and told him about the problems.He said he will come on Saturday.

    On Friday March 28 evening I reminded Service Engineer and taken the time of his arrival, so that i will be available. He said he will come by Lunch.

    On Saturday March 29, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. I called him. He said very rudely that he is busy now and he will come in the evening but he didn't come at all.

    I am really fed up of calling Service Engineer again & agian.

    Now I am humbly request Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my television problems.
    I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem.

    Problem solved, thanx to Onida officials for their quick action in return of the mail I forwarded them.
    Yes I have lot of bad experience with onida. Poor service and unqialified servie. My service were happened in chennai .

    Please think twice before going to onida ...at chennai
    Today i.e. on 26th June 2008, after 2 yrs of my complaints about remote, sensor, automatic channel scanning, TV shout down problem via remote etc. and nearly 8-10 visit in last 2 yrs, finally on my request Mr. Ashish Narker instruct Service Center @ Vasai - Thane to take PCB and check it thoroughly.

    My PCB is JVC but TV is ONIDA BLAK 21.

    Hope I will not face the problem as Aditya Gupta as I found Mumbai and Thane region officials very polite and prompt till today.

    Finger is crossed now and let see what happens on Monday-23-June-2008. Will post here further.
    Actually, the problem is that we are not able to communicate directly with the officials, we should try to contact the officials, it really works. Service engineer would not listen often, but Officials always listen to you and quickly resolve your problem.

    In my case stated above, 20 days pending problem got sorted out in 2 days after i contacted the Onida official, Hats off to them.

    Sir my tv set has a complaint ie the alaram is continously ringing and its indication is also glowing
    there is no display and there is no audio also please give me a suggestion to rectify the complaint

    my onida blak 21" t.v. is not working. it has supply fault again and again. this is the repeated problem. when i purchase onida 20" on dewali in Oct.-07, the t.v. has fault from Ist day supply comming or not time to time. i called service engineer the engineer said to repair it but, i was not agree due to new t.v. first day not working. so i changed the model with onida blak-21", but after 2 years it have also again supply fault, because this was out of warranty, i check it in the local market. it have the picture only but sound I.C. not working, it burn again and again due to supply fault. The mechanic told this is not a good supply board, it will creat the problem again and again. so i changed the kit. Pls if you have any special sound card or supply board, which will work with the same remot. pls response me. so, i could rapair & install it again.

      sir.
      i have purchase a onida A/c few month back. since from the begining i am not satisfied with that A/c/ coz its not cooling well its taking much time. so my current bill is coming very much, i have complain the customer care many times. they r coming & seeing but . they dint clear the problem. so i told them to replace the product. i have spend money many times in my phones & fittings. so pls kindly look in this matter.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I had purchased Onida Air-conditioner Model 18GLS on 27.03.2009 vide bill no VC23826 from SACS, Madurai.

      I had a problem on cooling, and I complainted on march 1st week. My room size is 10X10 with single cot, and self.

      After the previous email, your person came on 12.05.09 after noon 2 pm with new vendor as came before issues. And he did the same as before. He is telling section pipe (Connecting pipe) ice problem is not a problem.

      He measured the sunlight temperature at outside and came inside and taken the temperature reading under blower of inner unit. And he filled gas 50 points to 65 points and taken grill temperature also.

      Actually the nature of problem is in the condenser unit. In high pressure your Unit going to block so that only it forms ice. Don’t try to fool me. Your people trying the cheat me.

      So, try to solve the issue by sending proper people immediately. Who really works to solve or replace the unit and not to convince me.

      I expect you will complete the issue immediately or call me at anytime for any clarification to my mobile [protected] because I suffered a lot with your worst service which I had never experienced in my life. Don’t make further delay and don’t make me to take any action.

      Sub: Airconditionar down for more than 75 days on hot summer.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I had purchased Onida Air-conditioner Model 18GLS on 27.03.2009 vide bill no VC23826 from SACS, Madurai.

      I had a problem on cooling, and I complainted on march 1st week. My room size is 10X10 with single cot, and self.

      Mr.Esaki (Under Mr.Radakrishnan) attended the issue in 3 days and he stated that it is your feeling only. The machine is working good.

      After a quarrel, Mr. Ramesh (Under Mr.Radakrishnan) has attended again in few days, and he said, he will discuss with his senior and he do the needful for the problem.

      After giving frequent complaints, Mr. Alagusamy came, he cleaned the vaccum fan. And he asked to check and confirm.

      Again the problem not solve. So, made complaint to Mr.Radakrishnan.

      Mr.Radakrishnan send one contract people to solve the issue.

      Mr. Kalid (Contract man) he visited and he said, compressor and oil stroke problem. He told that he take the machine on the next day to his service center.

      As per his wordings, he taken the outdoor unit on the next day and worked for 5 days.

      After 5 days, he fixed the unit, and asked me to check and confirm.

      But the problem was not solved yet.

      After my complaint, he visited again and confirmed the problem was in section pipe(connecting pipe which formed ice).

      He taken the unit, worked 5 days and problem not solved.
      The above repeated for 3 times. But my problem not solved till the end of the summer.

      Then, he changed the cablary pipe also. But even when the was unit was not working.

      After fighting again and again, Mr.Radakrishnan and Mr.Michel ( Under Shankar) visited, and told he will send another experienced contract person.

      After 2 days, the contract man Mr.Sherif came. Again he taken both the indoor and outdoor units, worked 5 days and returned back and he said he cleaned with High pressure air, and condenser oil strokes, and he repeated the step for 2 times.

      But even after 50 days, my problem not get solved.

      Then I was very much angry because I spend the entire summer without A/C, and so much mental tension for repeat complaints and un useful services, phones and personal visits.

      After that I met Mr.Shankar (Service head) who assured the replacement of outdoor unit within 7 days after making request to your company.

      There is no response your service team there after.

      After 14 days, Mr.Shankar has told that the machine was purchased before one year. So, there is no replacement only service can be done.

      Even after that no response from your team.

      After so many calls and quarrels, he send one Mr.Michel and Mr.Alagarsamy for name shake. They simply says that the machine is ok. No problem.

      Did they think that I am fool?

      So, I last hope on your team and their response. So, I need your direct attention for this issue. Or else I am sorry to say I don’t know what I do.

        I BOUGHT A DVR 3812 IN THE YEAR 2006. NOW ITS NOT WORKING AND A MONTH AGO I HAVE GIVEN THE SAME TO ONIDA AUTHORISED CENTRE, COIMBATORE TO REPAIR IT. BUT THE TECHNICAL PERSON SAYING THE SPARES NOT AVAILABLE AND KEEP DRAGING TO REPAIR THE SAME. ANY SOLUTION FOR THE SAME.

          I was bought a two split A/C with in 6 months it make a problem . i was contact the Onida service center they take a compliant they give me a compliant number B182 they told me with in two days we solve your problem . after two days no responsible . again i was call them they told me . the same dialog with in two days. it is continue ten times . after i was fire them after they told we sent the mail to our office we don't have a spare parts for the A/C . so please wait with in a two days we received that spare and we will come . it is continued for ten days still no action for my complaint . what i do .

            i purchase a microwave 2 month back .Then on 15feb while using the microwave the glass tray broke .I put a complian on 16feb for it after 5 days the person came but dont know any thing about the complain came empty handed ok no problem so i ask him to bring the tray the next day .Then suddenly he say that ok i bring the tray but u have to pay.I said no ill not pay because it is not my fault tray broken inside the microwave.so he said ok i[censored] want free of cost then give me written complaint ill send it to mumbai office and it will solve under 3 working day .Now 7 working day gone no body call me and if i call them they does not pick the phone .My complain NO-L416.I want to put complain against Mr.Sridhare for misgueiding me.And now i dont want use ther product because of poor services .I want my money back with compensation

            Onida Microwave — Service

            I had purchased Onida microwave Model- Black beauty PB23 on 23rd July, 2008. Now some problem has occurred to our microwave, due to which it is not working. WE have complained to the service centre at Bhubaneswar since last 3-4 days, but no one has come forward for any service. We are said that they will come today, but their today has not yet come.
            So kindly do the needful.

              I had complained & handovered to service center about my Onida TV 29'' Oxygen 600 on First week of March 2008. It is a couple of months are already over but i didinot get my TV back neither information received.

              I will spread this bad experince to friends & colleagues, i feel like cheated, insulted. I am sure i will never buy any ONIDA products in my future.

              I never Buy Onida products anymore. Guys.. Onida customer service is really very Poor. They only concentrating in their sales service. They don't know how to satisfy the customers.

                I have purchased an onida DVD player just a few months back and what i had enjoyed on it is only one movie before the first service even that, with a lot of diffculty.

                The customer service is so [protected]@ Hyderabad the two service after calling the customer service department is so - that a service tech rep by the name of Vishnu comes @ doorsteps and informes, that, there is a few replacements and replaces a few parts for teh first service and what we could enjoy was only a few movies.

                Again this gave a problem and when spoke to customer service it took one month for them to send a rep again and when he comes says, that, we need to take to service station.

                However called customer service and Mr. Siva an arrogant man says and talks as if he is doing a big faviour to us by not doing anything.

                It is the most ediotic exp. with these people. If there is any shame on ONIDA reps reading thsis call me @ [protected] and from now my only slogan would be for everyone do not buy an ONIDA .

                I bnought two Onida DVD Player cum recorder.I was so happy to buy and enjoyed for nearly 1yr.
                One day -may be due to voltage fluctuation both DVD power supply went wrong and it is now 3weeks thyat has been lying in nthe service center & ultimately today I brought it back to send it to Kolkata for
                necessary repairs.
                RESPECTED SIR
                I HAVE PURCHACED ONIDA DVD ON 30.10.2007 AT NAGERCOIL. BUT NOW I PUT ANY DVD ITS NOT WORKING SIMPLY IT IS STRUCKED.IAM VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED ON THIS KIND OF DIFFICULTY.PLZ TELL THE REASON FOR THIS

                I have purchase Onida DVD DX-6000 in patiala, but lightly used fast three years. Now problem power circuit was failure Spares not available in service centre since 20 days.
                Hello,

                This is deepnarayan chaubey from varanasi. I have purchased onida dvd model no.DFX5985L. after one month the problem has started. I have fedup with the service of customer care. He repairs dvd and again the fault came after 10-15 days.
                Its so difficult for me to coma many time. The service in varanasi is worst.
                Now the problem is, when i start dvd "NO DISK" message appeare

                  I have brought a new onida 29" TruSLIM TV, I thought it was supposed to be 29",as the model no suggested 29 truslim. And I was also informed the same by the salesperson.

                  I bought the tv home, it looked small for 29inch tv. When I checked the length diagonally it is only 27 inch excluding the frame. The display region is only 27inch in length.

                  Onide service person told me that it is infact 29 inch, but the one inch on both the side is hidden on both sides along with the frame/cabinet

                  I don’t get it, when i purchase a 29inch tv I assume I would get a display area of 29 inch. it is only 27inch diagonally.

                  I feel cheated, Can I do something about it.

                  I bought the TV and its my second day with it. I some how started feeling that its smaller than the conventional 29 inch TV's and started checking online about any complaints on the TV. And I landed here.

                  Hey as such it is just a TV and not a mid-sized car. So better accept the fact that it is a 29 inches tv and do not brood over that it is a 27 inches tv. This is a marketing tactic.

                  If you still think so that you are cheated then better approach the consumer court. It will take another 10 years.

                  BEST SOLUTION
                  I PURCHASED 29" ONIDA (WITH HOOFERS, KAY BASS WITH SIDE SPEAKERS FIXED TO STAND) IN 2006 SEPTEMBER FROM TMC

                  ONE YEAR BACK ONE SMALL DEFECT HAS BEEN NOTICED WHICH WAS REPAIRED. NOW ONE MONTH BACK ALL OF SUDDEN ON ONE FINE MORNING WORKING TV HAS BECOME BLACK SCREEN WITH WHITE STRAIGHTLINE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SCREEN. THEN WE COMPLAINED TO YR KUKATPALLY SERVICE CENTRE WHO HAD CHECKED AND INFORMED THAT THE TV SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THEIR SERVICE CENRTRE. SINCE THE SET IS VERY BIG AND UNABLE TO TRANSPORT I CONTACTED YR GUNFOUNDRY CENTRE WHERE THEY HAVE ARRANGED CLOSED DOOR VEHICLE AND CARRIED THE TV TO T HEIR CENTRE. THEY HAVE REPAIRED AND INSTALLED AT MY HOUSE ON 21ST AUGUST 10 MTS. AFTER THEY LEFT THE TV SCREEN HAS SUDDENLY BECAME BLUE WITH HORIZONTAL STRIPS. AND AFTER SOME TIME AGAIN THE PICTURE IS APPEARING. WHENVER SWITCHED OFF AND AGAIN SWITCH THE SAME BLUE SCREEN WITH STRIPS IS APPEARING AND AT SOME TIMES IN THE MIDDLE OF TV THE SCREEN IS TURNING TO BLUE WITH STRIPS THE MATTER HAS BEEN IMMEDIATELY INFORMED TO YOUR GUNFOUNDRY CENTRE BUT AFTER 5 DAYS THEY HAVE ENTRUSTED THE WORK TO YOUR KUKATPALLY CENTRE WHO HAD VISITED ON 28TH AUGUST FRIDAY 2009 AND REMOVED ALL CONNECTIONS AND FINALLY HATS OFF THAT HE CAN NOT REPAIR THE TV AND ADVISED THE GUNFOUNDY CENTRE TO ATTEND THE REPAIR WORK. AT PRESENT TV ALTHOUGH GIVING BLUE SCREE WITH STRIPS SOME TIMES PICTURE IS COMING AFTER KUKATPALLY SERGICE MAN VISITED AND REMOVED TOTAL PICTURE IS OUT AND ONLY BLUE SCREEN APPARING WITH STRIPS.
                  THE MATTER AGAIN COMPLAINED TO YOUR GUNFOUNDRY CENTRE SO FAR NO ONE ATTENDED THE REPAIR. I HAVE PAID RS 29000 FOR THE TV YOU MEAN TO KEEP QUITE I PURCHASED THE TV AFTTER SEEING YOUR ADVT "ONERS PRIDE AND NEIGHBOURS ENVY" PRIDE ON WHAT WITH TEARS SPENDING RS 29000/-

                  I REGRET FOR THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR SERVICE CENTRES

                    I am a person attracted by your ad. “ OWNERS PRIDE ; NEIGHBOURS ENVY “ purchased a ONIDA THUNDER.21”.1200watts TV on[protected] from Vasanth & Co, Chennai.17 and 0.8 Ton SPLIT AC. 0n[protected] from Ratna Fan House.TNagar.Chennai.17 and got commissioned on[protected]. Frankly telling now “OWNER GOT ASHAMED AND NEIGHBOURS POOHPOOHED”
                    I did not meet such a problem from my earlier BPL TV using for more than 10 years and still in good condition, experienced now from your ‘THUNDER’. Red Colour has gone, I mean any colour combining with red loses its red component. Asianet emblem blue colour becomes green. Any scrolling news got blurred. I complained this problem with the customer care on 2-2-08 and the complaint number is 52638 they said. Nobody turned up till now. I am a minimal user of TV just 30 minutes a day average. I am upset over this problem may be with picture tube concerned.

                      Deficiency in Manpower in Service Centers

                      Product: Onida DVD Player / DFX-5957

                      We bought that in M/s Saravana Stores, T. Nagar vide bill no: 52886 on 10-10-07, 20:50Hrs. We enjoyed their product just for 50 days only. Then it was dead and we registered the compliant over phone. Their rep identified the fault and taken the faulty part from Player[protected].

                      But till now there is no progress in rectification. Every week i am calling them they are postphoning this matter.

                      Onida — will not buy ONIDA products

                      i have purchased ONIDA 29 " flat color tv 16/17 months back , i started giving me the problem related to picture distortion,color fading/changing ,some abnormal sound while working. i raised an complaint after repeated followup service engg visited changed some coil to higher rating , still picture distortion was not solve.then after raising another complaint no body attended ,then came in the service engg boss but could not solve the problem ,then it wa unattended for @2 months , then after again followup with main boss they took away the pcb for rectfication and still the problem is unsolved . when i spoke to them they are saying the picture tube is bad and need replacement which will cost @6500 rs.it seems the policy of ONIDA to prolong the problem the take the product out of warranty and then charge the coustomer . i am really fade up with the ONIDA product , i think i am so frustated that i can throw this ONIDA tv . i will not buy any of the ONIDA product henceforth in my life.
                      I have purchased a onida tv 32 enches lcd through telivision advertisement, last one and half year it gave me pain a lot. Service after sale is also not good.

BUT NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN IN OUR FAVOUR. AFTER MAKING COMPLAIN TWO OR THREE TIMES AGAIN AND AGAIN TODAY YOUR COMPANY'S ENGINEER HAD COME AND DECLARED THAT IT IS NOT IN HIS HAND TO REPAIR THIS AC.. SIR I WANT TO TELL YOU THAT WE HAVE THIS AC IN GUARANTEE PERIOD ND EWC OF THIS AC TOO. SIR WE WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THIS MATTER i.e. WE WANT A NEW AC OR WE WANT THIS AC TO BE REPAIRED COMPLETELY.. UNLESS WE WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

                          I bought ONIDA dvd player MODEL (DFX 8080) in the year 2004. For the past 4 years, there has not been a single problem. It was going smooth. But, for the past 1 week, I have found a problem stating 'no disc' even if the disc is inserted in the unit. So, I lodged a complaint with the Onida customer service centre ( phone no :[protected] on 7.1.08 Complaint regn no : 56381457 and got the reply that the service technician will look on the problem within 2 days. But, till date, (10.1.08) nobody has turned up. This problem of 'no disc' has occurred to 3 relatives of mine who have the same DVD player. When they called up on the service technician, he had simply said that they have to completely change the board that would cost around Rs. 1500 or above. I wonder why we have to repair it for such a heavy cost within a period of short term. We are buying ONIDA brand product just because of customer satisfaction and liability of the product. We need a extended period of life for a product and not for a short term. Instead of replacing the board for 1500 or above we could just go in for a different brand of dvd player from the different company. It would certainly be a loss for a good company like ONIDA. It is just like " use and throw" type of product. Why we have to tolerate such a type of product in a very expensive way? I need an immediate action from your service centre otherwise the owners of all problematic dvd players has to go in for new brand which would definitely be a black mark on your part. Please do take some immediate action to this problem. We still have some good hope on this brand.

                            We had a very bad experience with agarwal packer...as from vizag to kolkata our home goods were transported and to our dismay there was dismantling no proper handling..which resulted in breaking a foreign sandwish toaster and our brand new onida microwave oven glass... this is just irresponsible job of agarwal packers. We would like to claim for the same ..and just packers should not be allowed to damage goods like this after all things are purchased with hard earned money.. we need the rectification done by agarwal packers and the refund of the same

                              We brought Onida TV from Panjagutta Bajaj electronics on Jan 1st 2008 after spending 16800/-
                              We paid the amount and the delivery was next day and after going home and reading reviews we found our coice is bad and we shld go for Onida as there are many compliants which are never addresed and hence we went to Bajaj and talked abt this and demanded our money back and he insisted saying we cant do as we alreday paind means we are in well from which we cannot come out and he was quiet rude on us. later he promised he will giv service if any problem and convined us saying he too own same TV and all.
                              Just after we switched the TV with Tata Sky we observed same problems that are mentioned in reviews and we are really upset
                              There are lines coming on TV and DVD player with TV has disturbances and also black patches on screen
                              Can we exchange or get our money back as it is not too long since we got this TV
                              Also can we raise issue in consumer court abt ONIDA which is selling products that are not tested properly and has very poor quality control process going on.
                              I strongly advise, suggest everyone not to go with any product relaetd to ONIDA
                              Every product has complaints that are never corrected or addressed

                                  I had purchase 29" Oxygen Thunder TV on 25th November 2007, after use of only 10 day TV is not working, i have booked complaint with Doc no [protected] in Amravity Onida service Center. They had asked to book a complaint in nagpur office as TV is in Nagpur, i have done same & complaint has book on 08/12/07 in nagpur office, after 4 days ie on 13.12.07 engineer from Nagpur service Center has visited & taken some part for replacement / repair & give me a JOB NO [protected].
                                  I had talk Mr GUTAM SHARMA about complaint on 14th Dec he ensured the problem will be resolved within 2 -3 days , again the same answer was recieved on 22nd. Today i have also called in service center[protected] again they told me that it will take onther 7 - 8 days to solve the problem with very bad attitude.

                                  I agree with the complaint & same i had problem i had buy the 29" flat t.v on 24/7/2010 which is not working properly from 11/08/2010. i had complaint in customer service they say me the technician is goin to come on same day but till 17/08/2010 no one has attend the complaint. My complaint no. is[protected]. On 17/08/10 the service centre person assured me that the technician is going to come surely but still not they had come to attend the complaint. I am still waiting for the tech. to come or i hav to logged the complaint to the consumer court for not givng the after sales service.

                                  We regret to inform that have been using the reliance number[protected] since past 3-4 years but with many issue. We have launched complaint n numbers of times , had dropped mail and also had telephonic call but the result is zero. No one is there to listen and take care of our complaint. 2 years back we complaint to Senior manager based at Meerut circle some one Mr Deepak . After lot many rounds of followups we suceed to replace the handset with a second hand handset and we collected it from Parasvanath Plaza office. But the guarented that it is a new/ fresh set but the condition hows that it is a second hand set.

                                  Now again since 15 days this phone is switched off due to it excellent quality and also we have launched complaint ,no one is there to attend our complaint and they guarentee about there services.

                                  We would like to share we are also having TATA, Bsnl and Airtel phone connection , we are please with there services and no issue . But in reliance we had experienced the worst and poorest services they provide.

                                  Even after this mail they do not reply , the last option we have is to disconnect all our reliance post paid phone connection and switch on to any other network

                                    I had complained about my Onida 21 IQ colour television on March 9, 2008. Now after 20 days of the complaint, i feel like cheated, insulted & decepted.

                                    Nature of Complaint : Video & audio not coming, Light/Power indicator glows on & off.

                                    On March 12, 2008 Service Engineer came and taken my TV's PCB to the service center. He told us that "there is some problem in Power Supply & in one IC, it will take 3-4 days to rectify it and will cost around 1200 INR.

                                    After 5 days on March 17, 2008, I had called ONIDA Customer Relation Center and talked to Service Engineer about the proceedings, He said that it will take another 3-4 days to rectify it.( response was in very rude manner )

                                    On March 24, 2008 i agained called ONIDA Customer Relation Center, he was absent on that day.

                                    I again called on March 25, 2008, Service Engineer said that he is not able to identify the problem & it is not possible to rectify the problem. He suggested us that we should change our PCB. He said that he will put New PCB of same Onida 21 IQ MODEL for Rs 2500. We agreed and allowed him to change the PCB.

                                    On March 26, 2008 Service Engineer came with new PCB and he replaced it. I was not present at that time as i was in my office. My Mother had attended him and identified two problems :

                                    1. Video and Sound were not clear at all.
                                    2. Power ON/OFF and Menu Buttons were missing on television.

                                    He said he will comeback with the required kit, taken the amount Rs 2500, given her the BILL and went away.


                                    After coming from Office, i noticed that apart from the above problems, many features that were in old PCB are not in this new PCB now. Even my old remote is not working at all.

                                    On the very next morning, i called Service Engineer and told him about the problems.He said he will come on Saturday.

                                    On Friday March 28 evening I reminded Service Engineer and taken the time of his arrival, so that i will be available. He said he will come by Lunch.

                                    On Saturday March 29, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. I called him. He said very rudely that he is busy now and he will come in the evening but he didn't come at all.

                                    I am really fed up of calling Service Engineer again & agian.

                                    Now I am humbly request Onida Authority to step in and take the quick, sharp & necessary action to rectify my television problems.
                                    I hope ONIDA will try it's best to maintain the customer faith & esteem.

                                    The same problem was with me. it took all most two months to rectify my onida telivision.I gave up calling service engineer again and again and finally contacted higher onida authority that finally solved the matter i advice you to contact onida top official in person which is only the way to solve your matter. Even if it does not solve the matter you can always contact news channels like pehredar etc or you can go to the consumer court.

Even after my repeated Nerul CRC given Vashi CRC addredd to contact, there also the same drama repeated. Eventhough I have AMC for my TV the company is totally failed to give service . i take this oppertunity to pray all that no to take AMC for your ONIDA products as they are not insist on after sales service.
                                    We have taken a Ondia 14 " classic TV, on 30.04.08, in Ratanagiri maharastra, India, from agency Smarth Near Laxmi Chok, after 1 week we got a complaint of picture tube of the tv we have made contact with tv service center, he too told the same i.e. Picture Tube, then we gave the tv for repair i.e to company service center, they informed that they will replace new picture tube.After more than 15 to 20 days we got the tv, and now the same problem we are receiving i.e on 06.05.08.Now Please reslove this problem as soon as possible

                                    Problem is that when i switch off tv from main suppy of board or when power supply disconnects, it's tv sounds gives certain BIG bang sound like sounds are broken or glass is broken.

The technician from ONIDA had visited my place, he had informed that the lence of the DVD must be replaced and the warranty has been expired, i have to pay the charges for the lence. I was surprised to know that in just seven to eight month, the lence has been damaged, how it happened?, and the company like ONIDA is giving just six months warranty on this product?                                     Ihave purchased onida model DR---in the year 1995 and is still giving good service. Now in our area set top box(STB) has become operative and we are suppose to change over and use the set top box. When the technician came to install the set top box he found that AV(audio/video) connection is not compatible and need a AV converter. Kindly let me know any such thing AV Converter is required for this model and if required where it is available and details of this converter to purchase from the shop.

I faced problems with the TV and the service people came and serviced the same two months back. After two months I am again the same problem with the set. After complaining, your service enginer visited and said that spares to be replaced for which he said he will come along with the spares. But till today no body visited and rectified the problem.                                     I have purchased Onida Poisson Home Theater TV in Oct 2006 (Rs.23700).

                                    From the Date of purchase we are facing problems with the set. We have logged in our complaint in 8/14/2007 #[protected]. Since then we have registered 8 complaints. But the problem is not solved. Today complaint # [protected]

                                    The problem is no Display (i-e. we are able to listen to sound but no picture, picture will go off suddenly when TV is running). Service people from ONIDA will come, they will do some soldering to make it work then they will go. Again after few weeks and months we will face the same problem. They give reasons, which are not satisfactory.

                                    We don’t know whether the problem is with the set or the model itself. We are regular ONIDA customers. Having bought such a costly (Rs.23700) product and experiencing such bad problems is unbearable

                                    If the problem is with the set, then make some arrangements to replace the SET, else if the problem is with the model, facilitate us to choose some other model in ONIDA.

                                    Your engineer is came to attend the complaint on 03.04.2010 but he did not carried the related parts so my TV issue is not resolved, he promised to bring the parts on Monday i.e. 05.04.2010 but he is not turned up after reminding on 05.04.2010 around 3.00 p.m.

                                    while at the time of complaint you always ask for the type of problem so why this irresponsibility of non-carrying the related general parts was shown.

                                    I also registered the complaint no.[protected] on 04.12.2009 that also resolved after 7 days and whit ch was also same problem for that you have charged Rs.1050/-(450/-+600/-), if I will pay this amount in every quarter then what it worth for me.

                                    Kindly analyse your very poor customer service and inadequate quality of service.

                                    Respected sir, I purchased new ONIDA THUNDER 3 years back and found we made mistake., more than 20 years we were using ONIDA COLOUR TV there was no problem at all, but for change we purchased Thunder from Ghatkopar Mumbai. Now Picture tube became weak. different types of colors we are watching. This is surprise to me. Such a very good company same ONIDA TV which was given back to dealer and purchased THUNDER I made mistake.? more than 20 years no a single problem and this direct picutre tube weak.                                     I lodged a complaint (No.[protected]) regarding non-functioning of power on switch of ONIDA TV Model CO21BLDUA with Sl.No.4037554 with Onida Service Centre on 03rd December 2010. The Service Engineer of Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (franchisee of OnidaTV) attended and rectified the problem on 16th December 2010 and charged Rs.150 towards the cost of component and Rs.325 towards Service (labour) charges as per cash memo No.41244 dated 16th December 2010. But there was same problem in the TV on the very next day i.e. 17th December 2010. I lodged another complaint No.[protected] on 17th December 2010 and I have been following up the matter almost every day with the service centre over phone but nobody turned up to rectify the problem till 17th January 2011. I suggest that nobody should buy Onida TV as the quality of service extremely poor.

                                      I have purchased Ondia Model:HYDROFALL68(twin tub semi-automatic washing machine) from M/s.Padmapriya Trading Company, Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh on 08.11.06. At the time of purchase the dealers informed that the service centre was available at Kakinada and the they will immediately rectify as and when it requires, but the washing machine doesn’t come any compliant. But the service centre was now shifted to Rajahmundry. At one time we made compliant to the service centre but the mechanic has unable to identify the compliant to rectify. At present we are facing much trouble with the washing machine and we are unable to purchase the watch selector nob at Kakinada. But no one respond for the same and they informed that the mechanic will come and repair for the same but no one has repaired. I am very sorry to say that the service is not satisfactory as advertised or informed by the sales promotees. At least please look into the matter and send the mechanic as early as possible and the repair may please be done.

                                      Our washing machine of Onida too have the same problem that it is washing but not working for rinse and spin. I complaint many times to the authorised service centre. But they never turn up. Now only I realised that it is our mistake that I purchased Onida. As it is having poor service, it is not advisible to purchase Onida product.

                                        ONIDA KY THUNDER TV WORKS EXCELLENT BUT AFTER SALES SERVICE IS POOR. COMPANY TAKEN Rs 1700 EXTRA FOR EXTRA WARRANTY BUT NOBODY RESOLVED THE PROBLEM. WHEN I COMPLAINT ON BASSBLASTER AND OTHER SWITCH FUNCTIONALITY COMPANY PERSON VISITED AND NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE. AFTER ONE MONTH THEY TOLD THAT YOUR WARRANTY IS OVER AND YOU NEED TO PAY EXTRA AMOUNT.

                                        MY KIND REQUEST TO THE INDIAN PEOPLE, NOT TO GO EXTRA WARRANTY BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE FROM ONIDA .

                                        I would like to inform you that I btought Onida oxygen ky bass thunder 5 or 6 years ago.during warranty period the bass system stopped working I called care one person came and take away sound card with him and come after 2 days after repair.than it works ok.
                                        Than after warranty it again got same fault and I paid rs850 to onida engineer without any bill and I got repaired .
                                        But after some time it got same fault and I did no repaired it coz it cost a lot.but I purchased the oxygen modal due to sound effets as there were several other companies as sony but I trust onida for better sound quality.
                                        But I feels that my trust was not up to mark and my family always saying that you make wrong purchase.
                                        Anyhow I removed sound card from it as it turned a simple modal.
                                        I just got(june 2) power supply failure issue as my tv not turned on nor any front indication blowing.
                                        Kindly suggest what shoud I do now.
                                        Coz value for money is so called a product that works better continuously.
                                        In my family there are 2 more tv one LG ones SONY 1200 watt .working well from last 7 years
