Hey, oyo silver key 43483 sk 2.0 paschim vihar, this hotel guy denies me room and misbehaves with me and my partner and the oyo team dont even have control over this guy and now the oyo team isnt doing the refund,, as i already paid the amount via paytm.
Kindly look in the issue.

Fphd2836 is the booking id.

We apptoched to the hotel they say that we arent 19 so we wont give you rooms, and that guy was staring at my partner and making us both feel uncomfortable, the big part being oyo has terms and conditions stating the required age is 18,,, but this claimed something else and first of all who gaves him the permission to talk to any customer like that, he made us feel uncomfortable and now the oyo team is not giving us the required refund.

Its a kind and polte request to shut this oyo off and kindly look if the hotel staff has any issues with how to treat someone.

We already paid fir the rooms and were above 18.

Hoe the issue is resolved.
Or i am taking some legal actions against the hotel staff of this oyo 43483 silver key paschim vihar.

    Recently i have completed my tour on thailand with total oyo holidays booking id - dito0657. I was waiting for feed back call from oyo, but till two three weeks after completion no such incident happened. There may not be the tradition in total oyo holidays to get feedback or support from costumers after full payment. Still being costumer i feel need to convey total oyo holidays about their success. After mailing the details of errors the oyo was giving me just missed calls. After messaging the oyo on tweeter one call came and just apologize and cut the phone. Just like kid.

    Few points i want to share with
    Oyo could not calculate exact payment and busy in telling just of outstanding even after full payment instead of giving final iternary.
    No such iternary is officially mailed and confirmed by oyo.
    Before start due to change in flight schedule i have requested for early check in but none of total oyo holidays taken care and spoiled our very first day.
    Inclusion of all the transfers are also not considered even with requests.
    Seller/tour managers in thailand are time machines and never heard, assisted and privileged even in small issues.
    Full day coral island tour ended on 1400 hrs. And dose not include any activities only transfers.
    Both of the hotels provided are not convenient any way especialy for indian tourists & food is not available nearby.
    Due to inconvenient hotel locations we can not move in city easily during spare time and have to be in hotels only.
    Sri racha tiger zoo transfer is only for 0430 hrs. Including lunch, transfer and attractions which not possible to complete.
    Same thing happened during safari world and marine park. We can not enjoy all the attractions and shows in both the park and returned with incomplete enjoyments.
    We have to leave the locations before completion of all the shows/attractions.
    On last day no pick arrived for airport transfer. No such call from any person was done to remind or pick up us. We made our own arrangements.

    Total oyo holidays has not taken seriously while preparation of itinerary, never suggested the attractions which are essential as well as must.
    Also total oyo holidays is not serious about issues raised before departure even after reminded and called several times.
    Till date oyo app has no registration of my booking online & is of no use.
    Oyo official account on whats app is none o[censored]se since showing that 'you don't have any bookings' even after automatic generation.

    After all my opinion is that i should not have go with such inexperienced and in-serious total oyo holidays.
    Also i never suggest total oyo holidays to anybody. Because it is not a nearby destinations to travel frequently within short period and not to return with such bad feelings.

    Conclusion is that total oyo holidays never serious for costumers but payment only. Total oyo holidays may waste valuable time, money and family time before and during tour. Total oyo holidays is not convergent with international holidays to operate but to take away tour enjoyments of families.

      Booked a room at oyo 39773 pride on 20th november for a single day for rs.1102 (Booking id - cjxe3254) and got confirmation too but recieved a payment failure after 10mins and they made me pay again for the same room (Booking id - fzko7283) and got a message that i will be getting a refund for my first booking which didn't happen yet. Please look into this.

        I stayed at oyo room with family on 19&20 november 2019. The way hotel staf[censored]sing digital key of room is very illegal and safety security issue.
        On 19 th evening i submit my room 2008 key at hotel counter and while come back at night about key not available at counter night shift manager say day shift lady receptionist take it in her purse and he offered me room 2005 and shifted my luggage from 2008 to 2005 by opening room 2008 with master key.
        On second day same incident repeat. I submit my key evening and come back to hotel at night about 11:30 hrs. Again key was not available. So night shift manager tell sorry sir will open your room 2008 with master key, manager was at gf counter and master key must be with him. But when go to my room 2008 was opened by 2floor service boy with other master key.

        Here story not end but start after about 45 minutes @ 12:30 night, when i was in starting phse of sleep some one press my room bell. I opened the door and see a young man. After looking at me that young man rush to gf with speaking sorry sir it was by mistake.
        Again at about 1:50 hrs same young man press my room bell, i opened the door and catch him, again he was saying sorry sir it was by mistake and show me his room digital key i was surprised in his key was printed 2008.
        Till the time i sought and night manager come to me and that young man, who was drunked run away.
        I ask night manager for complain register he informed that it is not available you can complain online after check out you will receive a link.
        There is no any complain resister system.
        Next morning i discuss with mr. Ashish saxena as per hotel receptionist and night manager he is group manager of oyo.
        Ashish also look me immature he is not taken the matter seriously and say me i will remove both person from job.
        And after disturbed my two nights at ashirwad hotel finally i check out from hotel and book new room at hotel royal gandhinagar ghaziabad which is at walkable distance from this so called oyo hotel.

        If any one in oyo group sincere please improve your digital key system. Now ownwards i decided not to stay in any oyo hotel or any hotel having digital key system.
        I will also spread the information to my circle don't preferr oyo.

          Hi,

          My self vipan dhawan did booking with oyo rooms for mata chintapurni temple mandir hotel on 10th november with booking id: fehd0283.
          When we reached the hotel, the property manager denied the check-in and asked us to pay 2700/- in cash whereas we have already paid.

          Also, we were 10 members and having one 2 month baby as well and we waited for almost 1 hour on the road and requested as well to oyo team and hotel to give some solution but n return we got abusing behaviour from hotel staff.

          Oyo staff told they will refund the amount and we got an email confirmation also. But it has been now 14 days, we didn't get payment in bank account.

          Now when i called to oyo, you team is claiming that we have cancelled the booking due to health reason and oyo is at no fault.

          She asked almost 10-15 question and then disconnected the phone.

          Please help us and i will ask you to ban the oyo from india. Please find email.

            Booking id otvu5764.... I booked a room from 22 july to 24 july with a pre payment of 1755 and the 30min before starting of my booking oyo cancelled my booking and charge a cancelletion amount of 782 ruppe... When i called oyo they say that the full amount will be refunded but they refund only 973 rupee... Till now the net amount is not refuded into my account

              Hi team,

              I have booked room for nov 9 - nov 10 stay.
              They keep on shifting hotels because the hotel doesn't accept online payment.
              Finally oyo accepted the issue and cancelled the room and stated that they refund the money which i have paid.
              I got a email stating that refund is initiated and will get it in 7-14 days.
              After 14 days also i'm not get the money.
              When i reach oyo care, they informed payment team will reach you but still i didn't get a call from oyo payment team.
              I need to know when i will get refund.

              My booking i'd : urcs8921.
              Amount paid : 1226.
              Case i'd : 23529096.

                Sir/madam,

                1. I had booked a room at oyo 62361 silver pearl bech resort at neil island, andaman on 09 nov 19 (Booking no qodl9403) for the stay at said hotel for 01 day i. E, from 12 pm on 16 nov 19 to 11 am on 17 nov 19 and fully paid rupees one thousand three hundred and twenty two (Rs. 1322/-) online from my account as asked for and there was no due amount. However, on arrival at oyo 62361 silver pearl bech resort at neil island on 16 nov 19, the hotel owner declined us to provide any room. He said, "oyo has neither paid any amount to us nor intimated anything about your hotel room booking as per your booking no qodl9403". Inspite of showing both hard and soft copy of booking reference proof, the room was not provided to us.
                2. Immediately, i tried to contact your customer care repeatedly but could not succeed. Further, i went to police station at neil island, narrated details of complete inconvenience to the duty police inspector and submitted a written complaint with all supporting documents as advised.

                3. Further, i had to pay rs. 2000/- cash additionally to the hotel owner of silver pearl bech resort at neil island and stayed in the same hotel for the stay as mentioned above.

                4. Hence, i want my complete money to be returned to my account.

                5. Please do not reply stating that, sorry, same amount will be reduced in the next time when i book any hotel through oyo.

                6. Remember, i am a defence officer. I am not requesting or asking any extra favor from oyo. Please return my money to my account on priority. This may help in forgetting the inconvenience faced by my family and regaining my faith on you. Please do not try to check my patience and compel me to take any further serious action which i do not like. Remember, i am a man of principle, ready for any consequence till i get justice.

                Documents attached for your ready reference are as follows:

                (I) booking update is attached as annexure-i
                (Ii) certificate by the owner of silver pearl bech resort at neil island for not
                Giving room as per booking id qodl9403" with reason and taking
                Additional amount of rs. 2000/- for the same accommodation attached as

                (Iii) bill no. 312 submitted as a proof for taking additional amount of rs.

                  In my pgdm program, i did my summer internship in oyo rooms — at ahemdabad.
                  In the time of interview it's clearly mentioned that intern will get 10, 000/- stipend, my two months (May-june) internship is over, but still stipend is pending..
                  I think oyo rooms is a top leading company in hospitality industry.
                  So, kindly look into the matter and do the needful response for the same.
                  If i will not get reply within 2 working days i'll go on media.

                    At oyo my booking id: aycq3485
                    I called at hotel for booking confirmation and they denied the booking by saying - "we do not confirm oyo booking now days and we do not have partnership".
                    I called oyo customer care - sneha was assisting me, i describe my whole case and to resolve it. She mentioned that - we need to shift you to another hotel and cancelled the existing hotel booking (Suite room 400 sq feet area with bathtub) without my confirmation and initiated my refund and booked the new hotel booking id- htls7308 (Small classic room 100 sq feet) without confirming me the hotel fare (Which is higher then my existing booking)
                    She took the decision herself only. I have my call recordings.
                    And then any your senior male person called me (No- [protected]) and said - "sir your query was that you were not getting refund, so we glad to inform that refund has been initiated and will be credited shortly" and i received the below mail from oyo regarding refund issue, which was never my problem.
                    This is the total miss-interpretation doing by oyo to a customer and finding way to cover their mistake and not providing solutions.

                    Let me clarify you, I have not received any resolution and still the complaint is pending and you cannot mark resolved without my confirmation.

                    If you are making it hassle then let me proceed further.

                    I have mentioned my contact no but I have not received any Call from team OYO.
                    I am still waiting for your call and not received your call.

                    As my booking is of 8 to 10 december.
                    Should I expect resolution on faster mode.

                    Or shall I proceed booking with some other online portals.

                      Hi,

                      I waited almost 14 hours after my check in time, even after multiple escalation and follow ups I didn't get proper update. And you have disconnected the call in middle which is not acceptable. I am going raise complaint on forum where I can project and share my worst experience with oyo. I am not at all satisfied with your service and customer support.

                      Your team is not bothering about the mental stress and invoice caused due to this booking cancelled.

                      And I have booked this hotel long back and reached the location as pet plan. Last minute your team is booking hotel far away from here where I don't have proper transport facility and te to travell.

                      Another hotel booking done without my notice confirmation message received after 3 hours of my booking timing.

                      Because of this issue my long plan got completely distrubed and lot of efforts and money wasted.

                      I need refund and compensation for everything which I have spent for this travell and (6 people 12 hours ) 72 man hours where my family wasted over call on road side to get update from oyo.

                      Don't write apologize or inconvenience for known mistakes.

                      Apologize is not the concern, I need refund amount and compensation for 6 people 12 to 15 hours where your team wasted time because of poor information and lack of customer issue awareness.

                      Your team is completely irresponsible, no one ready to take ownership to resolve issue.

                      6 people spent on road for 15 hours time, need justification for this.

                      Saying apologies won't get my time back.

                      In your terms I don't believe there is value for customer time and struggle.

                      I am not understanding the meaning of best possible resolution, what we discussed on the call not best possible resolution.

                      My statement is clear, my family and myself struggled during the day. your team is least bouthering about that.

                      I need refund and compensation for the people as well.

                      It's not my mistake to fallowup multiple times with oyo on the day and depending on your customer care support team to get room.

                      And it's not a last minute booking to give this kind o[censored]pdates.

                      Because of this entire trip plan got spoiled.

                        I have booked an oyo (Booking id - tsex3715, oyo 30721 hotel wow) at bhopal from 16th to 18th and got the confirmation.
                        We had booked a single room for 3 people.
                        We reached bhopal at 2am and when i tried reaching to hotel by phone and they were not answering.
                        Then i contacted oyo customer care and they guided us directly to the hotel.
                        We took a cab and and reached there by 3am and when we tried to check in, the receptionist told that there is no room left for you to stay. We shiw him the booking details and all and he told that it is like that here.
                        They told us to book room in another hotel.
                        We argued with him, but the final result was the same.
                        Contacted the customer care again and they also told us to book another room.
                        Since we were 3 and 1 was a girl and the time was 3 am, we booked another room through call. (Booking id - deil3956, oyo26783 hitel avantika)
                        Then we took cab and when we reached there, the hotel was locked from inside and after shouting for around 15 minutes 1 guy came and opened the door.
                        They asked us about the booking details.
                        We had booked 2 rooms for 3 people for 2 days at around 3000.
                        But the hotel guy told they wont give the room for any money less than 4000.
                        Since the time was 4am and we all were tired (Coming from chennai by train) we tried to bargain and finally they gave it to us for 3500.
                        The bill was of some other hotel name.
                        Now coming to rooms, it was not properly cleaned. They didn't supplied packaed water.
                        Didnt had ac remote for the 1st day.
                        Gave 1 remote for 2 rooms on the second day.
                        Like this the experice with oyo was very much terrific.
                        You are advertising in your website like "100 percentage. Fully controlled by oyo".
                        What are you actually controlling in this.?
                        What can you do stop this.??
                        What if i have maid the payments online and they were no rooms left to check in.??

                          My wife and her colleague were denied check in at the oyo property in a strange place in the middle of the night (1 am). They said they don't have any tie up with oyo, whatsoever. Neither i have got a refund, nor there has been any action against that hotel. I was told that some executive would be calling me back and here i am, waiting for the call for past 20 days.

                            I have booked oyo hotel city castle on 20th oct
                            My booking id is togi1609. I paid 1278 rupees and was to get a refund as the hotel denied me entry i got msg the refund is successful but still its been a month i have not received the cash back. I have talked to several guest experience managers and they dont give me any detail they just delay the call and most time put me on hold and dont come back. I gabe them evey info including my bank statement still haven't received any resolution. They are carrying out a fraud. They dont give utr number or the neft details. And the refund id they give me is wrong and my bank is not accepting that as they say this is no id.

                              I have booked one hotel through oyo room services on 13th nov vide booking id eqod7248 and for this i have paid 1272/- through my hdfc bank net banking, but oyo services informed that they have not received any payments from my side so again i have paid through my credit card.. But when i checked both the payments credited to oyo rooms.. But the customer care executive of oyo rooms informed me they have received only one payment through credit card, where as bank confirmed me with utr number that my net banking payments also credited to oyo rooms on 14th nov.. I don't know whether oyo will refund or not

                                We booked hotel for 5 nights in bhubaneshwar oyo village inn 10510, booking id jbry4071, we were outright denied check-in though we had pre paid entire amount online. We were denied entry and were asked to pay the entire amount in cash again if we wanted to check-in. We took a change in hotel through oyo only to find another hotel which was extremely dirty, shady and ridiculous which was not managable. We were left loitering on the road in late night and ultimately shifted last movement in an entirely new hotel. So much money spent.

                                  My concern is for udaipur city in rajasthan.
                                  This is the second time i am facing the same problem that whenever i book a room online which states oyo above the hotel name. The amount always get deducted and i receive a confirmation voucher against it, but at the time of check in, both times the hotel denied me to check in the room. They admit that yes we have a booking of your name but we cannot allow you to check in because you have booked an oyo room online and oyo is not giving us money for the bookings... So if you want a room then pay us ofline then you can proceed the check in. And both the times i have to argue with the online portal to refund me the amount... It will be very helpful if you can take this seriously otherwise you will be finished very soon.

                                    We had a booking at oyo hotel nainital with a booking id tacu3642, we did not check in the hotel due to dirty hotel room issue but money 1299 get deducted at that time and they insured us to it will return in 24 hours, but later they said it will take 7 to 14 days, it's already more than 10 days gone but they did not initiated the refund and not responding to us properly
                                    Please look into this and do necessary action needed.
                                    They are doing the same with many others customers.

                                    The Oyo team is not willing to return our payment made on 8th Nov 2019, since 8th Nov we are getting a single mail on daily basis that we have initiated the refund from our end and it will be submitted in you account in 7 to 14 days.and whenever we talk to Oyo team for our refund they send another mail to submit bank details for payment to get in bank account.and each time they send an apology for inconvenience and sound nothing expect misleading us by mail and call,

                                      I booked two rooms with oyo hotels check in date 11th of november and check out date 12th of november booking id 'ncpx5173'. Hotel listed television in amenities. That tv wasn't working so i complaint the same to hotel manager andhe promised me to fix it in an hour... I called him 5 times but he didn't fix tv during my stay.in evening bathroom also got locked from inside which manager opened after an hour. I faced so much mental agony so i raised a complaint with oyo rooms for compensation. It had been more than a week, i was continuously chatting with them through mail and phone calls but they finally denied to refund me any amount. I also paid 400 as early check in charges. Oyo rooms is doing fraud by listing amenities which they don't provide. My privacy was breached and i also suffered mental agony and it is a clear case of negligible on the part of hotel and oyo - the service provide and i should get compensation for the same.

                                        I don't find Oyo a good app to use for hotel booking and all services, I faced a lot of problems booking Oyo, many times hotel refuse to accept booking from Oyo and many time they refuse the online payment booking from Oyo, I want to delete my Oyo Account but there is no wany to do this please help me to delete my Oyo account as soon as possible.

                                        It has been 17 weeks since i got denied 3 rooms for overbooking reason with booking code : GXVL5426.

                                        Still waiting for refund settlement until now. All responds i got was (and still): it will be checked and please wait for further notice.
