Ashribad Hotel staff behavior very bad not provide towel blanket, normal water etc. then ii complen to OYO custemercare but till night i will wait but not solve the problem from OYO team, OYO customer care say but not solve this problem,

    NOT PROVIDED ANY RESOLUTION OYO CHEATED TOTALLY TO VALUABLE CONSUMER
    Paid Rs. 1574 / for room booking. Payment failed as per message received & room was also not booked. But the amount deducted from my Bank Account.
    Till date not received the amount.

      Hotel agent cheated me of 2822 rupees.
      I made oyo hotel room payment twice
      Once using phone pe and once using cash.
      Hotel agent promised of refund once phonepe transaction successful.
      Now he refused to return my amount. Please take necesary action. I have all proofs. Oyo elite kurlappa shopping complex 2nd floor bengaluru.
      I demand the hotel agent to refund my amount. Or else il file a criminal complaint against him

        The security guard in oyo 43697 hotel grace triveni nagar, chowk, talawade rd, sahyog nagar, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411062 took my number when i had called reception, i had to do it since wifi was not working and no intercom was provided.
        He sent me abusive messages on whatsapp.

        I had attached all screen shots for reference.

        He was drunk and every night he use to come there drinking the other cleaning boy told after the matter.

        He was the security gaurd having key of main gate.
        He had also sent his photo but deleted it before i can take screen shoot.

        Oyo is hiring such kind of employee

          I had booked a room in oyolife pg in south dum dum property id -1160, but i left the room in a week. At first i paid security deposit of 4800 and the next month november i paid 4100. But when i left the pg room i had paid the rent of november. I had put a move out request in their app for refund but no response till now from their side and no assistance.
          These people only will cling to you when they want their rent but after that they forget about their customers.
          I want my security money back or else i am putting a case on you for fraud in court.

              I booked a hotel in oyo 46909 executives nest check in date 23 nov '19 to check out date 26 nov '19 through oyo app. I visited to hotel on 17 nov '19 to know the status of my booking.
              Hotel manager 'om prakash & sanjiv pandit' refused to give the hotel at scheduled check in date because booking amount was too less for them.
              They were saying that they booked the hotel on these days to someone and they are giving more amount than that of oyo.

              Now, i called to oyo customer care and senior executive but they are taking lightly and no body giving way out from that one.

              Say no to oyo!!

              Now i initiated refund of my paid amount of rs 5308 for above booking but they refunded only 4246 rs for that.
              Customer care are unprofessional and they are just raising ticket no. Without seeing status of previous ticket no.

              Fraud oyo
              # oyo means fool to customers
              After 48 hrs, issue is still pending. Such a pathetic service from OYO. They are making fool.

              Don't take any service from OYO

                They promised fully furnished accommodations and allocated me room 108, but in the end they said that it was given to someone else and that i had to stay in one of the other rooms and wait. This alternate room did not have water, an ac or a geyser, it also has rusty fittings. Things that they promised to provide in their website. The room is also infested with bedbugs. When i requested a shift to the room that was allocated to me. They said that it was not possible since another person was staying in that room. Now they are refusing to give me the refund that i have requested.

                  What a pathetic stay!

                  I have been your customer when it was all started and the no of times that i have stayed with you is more then 100, i have been keep on promoting about you in all my circle, but now i can say that you lost your loyal customer.

                  Dear oyo team,

                  This is regarding the booking id: ahux7589,
                  As recently i made a booking through your app with updating my company gst no. The booking was dated from 14/11/2019 to 16/11/2019 at the time of check-in even i mentioned the guy at hotel that i need gst invoice and he said sure the invoice will be given by oyo team, which still i have not received. Also am writing to you is my stay was hell pathetic as:

                  1. The hotel was equal to an horror place that no one will feel secure at the time of stay, it was totally different from the pictures that are uploaded on your application. Also their was no one to assist for luggage not even for showing the room. The hotel guy just gave the key to me and told the floor, i mean what the hell! Add of the property is (Oyo 37248 hotel prince residency, gurugram).

                  2. Still i managed somehow but when i entered the room no appliance were working as tv speakers were damaged no audio was coming out, bedsheets were untidy even the pillows.

                  3. Also i added my breakfast at the time of booking and what i came to know after visiting at the property that they don't have their kitchen active for dinner or any food. This is so disgrace and shameful that one side on your app you booked my breakfast and added it to my bill, and on another hand the person doesn't get the promised commitment for which he is being charged
                  Like if someone by mistake relay their trust on you then for sure you will make him die from starving. Is it so???

                  4. And the final issue for which i have been escalating more then ten times and having a word parallelly with your experience manager for getting my gst invoice as the details were added on your app regarding my gst no. And i was fool that i trusted you again under the memtioned tag line on your app " add you gst no. Anytime for getting gst invoice bill at the time of checkout and experience an hassale free stay.
                  Wooowwww! Such fake commitments, i mean i have an question for myself that was this the chain i was staying from so long & kept on promoting? Is everything fake about you and we may believe that oyo has right to misdeal in market with people emotions with fake commitments?

                  Here is an si. Ple advice for you that rather then dumping hotels everywhere first keep a check on quality standards that you are dealing in.

                  Also the people of today's era don't need ur cheap rooms, firstly they need is quality and fulfilling of commitments made to them that's what will enhance their experience and give you an chance of making them frequent users of your service.

                  Such bad hospitality service in my experience!!!

                  Lastly,

                  Kindly provide my gst invoice with my gst no. On it asap,
                  As per govt. No one can deny providing gst invoice to the party having registered gst no.

                  I will put this out and escalate it on each and every social media platform & showcase that how oyo is dealing behind the scenes.

                  You lost your loyal customer & let me tell you, many more down to go!

                    I stayed in oyo009 town house, white field hyderabad from 10-13, nov, 2019. I am to inform you that i paid rs 8000/ to oyo (Rs 2000/- during check in and rs. 6000 during check out). Payment details are attached. The counter staff did not inform me about the advance paid by me. He should have taken rs 4000/ during my check out on 13.11.19 as the actual bill is rs 2000/-.
                    I therefore request you to refund rs 2000/- excess to the bill paid by me.

                      On 7th & 8th november-2019 i have booked 2rooms booking i'd id uetb6348 & cvpf7942
                      I paid rs.1659/- through credit card and oyo team shared gst invoice rs.30/-
                      And
                      Another booking i'd cvpf7942 i paid rs.1965/- through credit card and oyo team shared gst invoice rs.119/-

                      Where is my balance amount which i paid??

                      Last 1week i am calling oyo call center but no proper response from them
                      I am not expected this cheating service from oyo

                        I booked oyo hotel oyo 37542 guwahati for 14 nov -18 nov 2019. That i checked out on 15 nov 19 because mosquitos in the room and also bathroom was unclean and liking. Oyo authorities promise me refund of 4088, that i have written on mail.
                        Now no oyo authorities replying me regarding my refund.
                        Kindly resolve the the issue also refund my amount.

                            I opted for oyo wizard gold membership while booking oyo townhouse 118 (Gagan vihar) on 20.10.2019. Then i cancelled this booking subsequently.

                            After that i paid rs. 399 for oyo wizard gold membership separately without any booking through oyo app. I received the confirmation that payment has been successful and oyo wizard gold membership has been given to me (Screenshot attached). Also 3000 oyo money has been added in my wallet as the benefit of oyo wizard gold membership.

                            From the last 25 days i am running after oyo people. They were just telling me they are looking into it. Inspite of clearly telling them that i opted for membership 2 times, once with the room booking which i cancelled and then again, separately without any booking, they told me after 5 days that since i cancelled the booking therefore membership was also cancelled. Till date nothing has been done. Neither oyo money has been added to my wallet nor membership has been given. Just my money has been taken by oyo without any service or benefit provided to me.

                              My bookind id (Pqev7325). I booked my stay for myself and my friends (3 adults) in hotel mars (Jew st, padma junction, shenoys, kochi, kerala 682035), from 12th till 15th november 2019 (3 days) stay.

                              I have paid my money online (Rs.5393) well before my travel. I promised from oyo that there will be complimentary breakfast for 3 o[censored]s on 3 days.

                              But the hotel said no breakfast, which would affect food expenses for 3 o[censored]s for 3 days.

                              We raised this compliant to oyo customer care. Where i experienced the worst cutomer service.

                              First i spoke with a customer care executive named simran (He said his name is simran) and i raised this complaint, he didnt responded properly and he cut the call.

                              Then i spoke with another customer care executive named komal, and i raised this complaint, she didnt responded properly and she cut the call.

                              Then again i spoke with another customer care executive named pooja, and i raised this complaint, she didnt responded properly and she cut the call.

                              Then again i spoke with another customer care executive named van (Yes! He said his name is van), and i raised this complaint, he didnt responded properly and he cut the call.

                              Oyo looted my money and they are unable to provide what they promised. The customer care didnt care even to file a compliant of a customer.

                              Everytime when i called, the cutomer care executives of oyo responded as if that my complaint was unknown to them. The compliant was stored in their server, they were just pretending as if there is no mistake from their side.

                              Is this how you guys treated your customer?
                              Is this how you guys loot the money of customers?
                              Is this how you people take a compliant of customer?
                              Is this how you guys react to your customers' troubles?

                                I have been complaining about my issue but it hasn't been solved yet. I am supposed to receive the refund amount in between 14 working business days but 14 days are already over. This is such an inconvenience and i want the matter to be handled with some seriousness or else it will be taken to higher grounds. The payment was done through my bank account ([protected]).

                                  When I reached hotel they said there is no room in the hotel for you. I already did a booking in the morning. After so many conversation they provide me a dirty room, dirty badsheet, pillow cover. They property manager itself is saying the room is not good and there is a smell in the room. I did not stay in the hotel and I changed the hotel at the same time. Now the customer care is not listening to me. They are listening to the property manager and they are telling lie. They did not having any bills for checkout, and checkout signature.

                                    The was OYO LIFE rooms in Shollingnallur. The Supervisor "Raj Mohan" said the security will be fully refunded to you after the month when we will leave the room. The supervisor misguided us with the refunded amount. We had paid Rs. 7000/- as the security charges. We already said to supervisor that we will stay for one month only. Everything was clear from first day. He said you should pay 7000 and fully amount will be refund. Now, when I got bill and refund from OYO LIFE. it was Rs. 5111/-. and they had subtracted some charges that wasn't clear before payment and we are unaware of. Please look into this matter. In this way they take Rs. 2000/- from everyone's account. This practice should be shut down.

                                      How can a hotel be occupied after you guys confirm my booking that too a day prior to my check in and provided another which is no longer providing the oyo service. Its my sincere request from you guys kindly update your hotel list of jaipur as many of hotel are not accepting booking from your application. We faced a big issue you changed my stay fr one hotel to another hotel and other hotel also not accepting your booking my check in time was 12.00 but due to you guys i have to check in at 1.00 that too without oyo app directly from hotel reception as they no longer provide oyo services.

                                      Owpn6953 in which you changed the hotel
                                      Other where oyo service not provided are itof6342 and xbvc9342 hotel green lagoon and last booking id where they not accepted also is mypc0817
                                      These all booking were made for single day. Can you imagine i have to make so many just to stay for a day and still your call operator are soo rude and unhelpful
                                      Please update your list so near future we don't face same issue again.
                                      Your service are decreasing day by day.

                                      I booked a hotel from oyo for 4 nights . I booked double bed room but hotel show me single bed room for my booking. I called to oyo CustomerCare & talk with senior. Senior commit me he will change the property & no amount pay by you but my account shows 4900 approx paid to hotel extra. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have a made a booking through oyo to hotel raj palace oyo 16383 my booking id is ihda3796 at the time of booking i ask them to add my company gst no so that i can claim my stay from coming. They accepted the request and provided me the case id i. E., 22963443. But t the time they mailed me invoice there didnot mentioned the company gst no i. E., 24aaacs8577k1zv.
                                        Now at the time of complaining them at there registered complaint they keep sending the old invoice and beating around the bush asking me for new booking even not listensing to what my query is?
