To whomsoever concern,
This to make a note regarding your work process that is really very disgusting to share the experience regarding the last booking for jaipur.
The hotel is already closed long time back and you people have confirmed the booking and also taken the full payment. We get to know that you people cannot help and neither can do the payment refund that was your foolish mistake we are supposed to charged double amount the harassment my guest faced and we were on the phone from 2-3 hours and all of your employee kept us waiting on the phone and disconnected all the calls like this is how the system is working. That is really disappointing please forward me your higher dept number and email - id.
And also refund my full amount by today at least out of guilt and your fault accept that which you should have done yesterday itself but your employees they were ridiculous.
Suggestion - please keep updating your system and staff too that is really harassing for a guest to travel reach and find nothing is available at the venue and with that you people are not accepting your fault.

    Hotel royal star, dimapur, nagaland did not allow to stay at their hotel after we have the booking conformation. Booking id is uczx9821 on 09.07.2019. They said they can't book that room at rs.700, which was actually rs.1500 according to them.

    I hope you will do something so that no other travellers will face this kind of situation.

      I booked a room at oyo. Conference call with my friend who was at the way to shimla and it was done. It was a 10 min call and the operator booked the room but when the call got disconnected. I did not received any confirmation as was like previous bookings

      Another guy named shiva picked the call and then said he donot have any record regarding our previous booking and asked me to book the room again. I did what he said. It was a nice experience with both the calls

      But the 2nd call i made just to make them realise how it feels. But however it was my personal reason to cancel the booking.
      But the 2nd operator said that they had not received any call from my end regarding my booking and kept on asking my booking id.

      I have both the recordings and call details and i donot want to pay any cancellation fee. Till the time my issue will get resolved

      When i asked them regarding their customer care or complaint helpline number, 2nd operator simply denied me. How can i have a booking if the first one did not confirmed me.

        Dear sir/madam,
        I shahsad abdullah had booked an oyo hotel named:
        Oyo 1327 inchara hotel through oyo app. But when i got there at the reception they denied check in because of low fare given by oyo to them. I called the customer care and waited upto 2 hrs. At last the person at customer care said that they have resolved the issue and asked me to move on to the same hotel. Still the lady at the reception did not allow me to check-in. Then i called oyo rooms customer care and this lady at the reception and person at customer care had a very unprofessional quarrel between them. At last oyo customer care representative told me that they will issue refund. But when i checked my app it shows that oyo took all the money as cancellation fee. Its due to the fact that oyo doesn't pay enough money to hotels and as a result i was stuck in between them. I humbly request you to perform necessary action to at least get my money back.

          I have booked a hotel of premium category with a review rating of 4.3 namely arya regency at kolkata after researching among various sites, i had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults, i'll be reaching kolkata on 11th at around 8.30 pm along with my family, today on[protected] i have received a message from oyo that my booking has been rescheduled for a silverkey property in not so premium location, and after that i had conversation with 2 callers for reallocation or for better arrangement, but all the time my call was kept on hold and no further response received from the other end.

          I humbly request oyo authorities to look into the matter since i am traveling with family for medical treatment reasons and come up with a better accommodation option at premium location in between fortis ananda nagar and elgin road.

            Hi i contacted oyo support regarding my hotel stay. it was not good experience . there was no room lock in my given room, no ac remote, bathroom shower water mixture not working. I have reported to oyo support & they told they will refund rs 300 oyo rupee in 24 to 48 hours as token of apology but many days have passed . I have not received rs 300 oyo rupee . I have contacted their support team but they always say it will be credited within 48 hours but still i have not received it & given time has been passed.Kindly credit rs 300 oyo rupee As Soon As Possible.

              Hi,

              I had booked 2 rooms in Hotel River Touch resort for 3rd August 2019. When I reached the resort with my family I was denied check in. The reason hotel manager told me was that they were not tied up with OYO anymore. After utter disappointment, I called OYO customer care at 2.20 pm where Pooja told me not to worry as OYO would provide alternative arrangement within 5 minutes. My family was relieved to here this from her and so was I. But even after waiting and hoping for more than 2 hours we finally decided to head home. Our whole day and car fuel worth Rs 2500 was wasted.

              After reaching home, I again contacted OYO customer care and narrated my situation. I was told that OYO shall provide me with the best resolution and would get a call back within 1 hour. Again after waiting for more than 2 hours and getting frustrated I got no call.

              On 4th August, totally frustrated I again called OYO customer care along with online chat support, again the same thing was promised and that I would get a call back. When I finally received a call from OYO, I again had to narrate my situation. Then again I was promised that I would get the best resolution for the 4th time.

              Today is 8th August and I have not received any call or mail from OYO.

              This carelessness and ignorance is not at all expected from a company like OYO.

              If you guys are not taking this seriously and are not ready to compensate me, I will go to consumer court and press and will not in anyway let this go unnoticed by all the customers of OYO.

              Hoping to get the best compensation as promised more than 4 times.

                We booked a room in om sai hotel, they took our aadhar card for verification and we had to ask them to return us the same.. due to some work we extended our stay for another day, they again took our aadhar n didn't return.. they had our contact number as well but i didn't receive any call from them.. once back to our own town i searched for the hotel number n spoke to them n kept calling them to hand over our aadhar card however they have stopped receiving our calls neither have sent our aadhar cards.

                  I have booked hotel Himalaya on 14/7/19. My comments are as below.
                  On 20.07.2019 at 10.12 AM Confirmation message from OYO about booking in Hotel Capital O 30373 (Ref no.KBGI0317) 3 star Hotel which I confirmed immediately.
                  On 20.07.2019 at 1.21 PM Message from OYO. Due to some unavoidable circumstance Booking has been shifted to Hotel Kanishka (Ref no.10534). I have no other but to accept because I was in the train.
                  On 23.07.2019 at 9.59 AM. Requested to checkout but Hotel refused and his behavior was very bad.
                  On 23.07.2019 at 10.08 AM, 11.00 AM, 12.50 AM, 1.00 PM and I had given no. of calls on helpline no. [protected] but every time I got the reply that they are helpless and OYO Sr. person can solve the problem of early check out and they will revert you but I deeply regret to mention that no one reverted.
                  on 23.07.2019 at 12.50 PM I checked out because I had to meet the customer and it was very big deal for my company so I paid the Hotel excess money charged and checked out. I received the mail from OYO at 2.26 PM mentioning that they are not able to contact me on my mobile which is very surprising because I have given no. of calls to OYO from my 2 mobile nos.

                  I have received the payment of Rs.957/- against deduction of Rs.1914/- Booking id 10534 Hotel Kanishka Bangalore and nothing has been mentioned/ informed why they have made the short payment. Very bad service from OYO. I suggest no one should opt OYO because they take booking in good hotel and the last moment they changed your booking in normal hotel.

                    I booked a hotel from oyo for 2 days in which they gave discount and showed the billing amount of rs.4, 443/- and while i checked-in the hotel, staff told me the discount which oyo gave was not available and oyo will be bearing that discounted amount i. E. Of rs.810/-. After 2 days at the time of check-out oyo billed the amount of rs.5, 252/-. It means oyo charged that extra discounted amount from me which initially was a discount i. E. Rs.810/-. That was a bluff from oyo. Afterwards i raised a complaint with oyo executive, they told me they will be initiating the refund of rs.810/- which i haven't received till date. (Case id: 18646808 &[protected]. Oyo executives never respond honestly nor provide any remedy regarding the same.

                      Booking Date: 2nd August

                      I booked hotel R R Palace in Gorakhpur. Before check-in, I called customer care for my booking confirmation and they told me that your booking is confirmed and you can make the payment at the hotel. When I reached the hotel, the hotel manager told me that they are not accepting OYO booking as they do not have a tie-up with OYO from 1st august. I called customer care and they said that they are sorry about that and they shifted my hotel booking to other hotels which will cost me double the booking of my earlier booking cost. Firstly I suffer for that, I called OYO customer care more than 20 times. Some executives disconnect my call, some put my call on hold for more than 30-45 mins. After so many calls I made, one executive told me that he booked another hotel in the same amount as shown in attachment. But when I reached the new hotel which was a hotel Sapphire Inn I suffered again, the hotel manager said that he can't book a hotel in that amount and told me to call OYO customer care. Again I called OYO and they do the same thing, put my call on long holds and some disconnect my call. After calling so many times from different number one executive from the escalation department added the extra amount as a complementary to make me check-In. But the hotel manager said that OYO has to pay 2 lac rs already that why he will not allow anyone to check In from OYO booking. Again I called on customer care and suffered a lot but didn't find any resolution.OYO should be penalized for that's pathetic service and I want a refund for that suffering and a traveling amount which I paid to reach the hotels.

                      I didn't get a refund yet. And this is not an exception. You are doing the same thing to most of the customers.
                      I have caed oyo and one perosn from had told me about oyo 16970 hotel mahal and they booked it and said me to pay after that i call hotel they said they are not accepting online payment and all now what should i do and they not picking up the call also worst service i have ever seen i have faced this same problem again in 3 days

                        I have accidentally booked (Paid through google pay option also) a room for yesterday (6th august 2019) at 9:30 pm. But actually i was looking for a room for saturday check-in...

                        Since i booked i a wrong date i tried to cancel it by calling the hotel.. But they told if you booked through oyo you have to cancel through it... So i tried cancel it through oyo app but app was not responding to that request (Its still not working). Then i contacted through oyo assist, chat everything but everyone said its not possible to cancel. And they told they ll speak with some ground level persons and give the solution in morning..

                        Then today morning (7th august 2019). I called customer support whats up with ground level people. Support people told me that.. If its cancelled on the day before. May be it will be refunded.. Now its not possible (Note : i am not able to cancel yesterday as app is not working to cancel)

                        I have booked too many times and referred my friends to use it also... But this time.. Oyo customer care people (Night shift guys) simply disconnected the calls while speaking. I am hugely disappointed with oyo.

                        I have paid around 4k for this booking. And didn't even check in.. Please understand the heat.

                        If possible refund or else booking date is modified i will be happy.

                          Oyo and my # experience

                          Oyo people are cheaters. Thieves. Worst service ever.

                          My story:
                          I have made a booking on oyo but needed an early check-in; couldn't opt for early check-in while booking since the option was disabled.
                          I booked and paid in full; then, i reached out to the hotel guy to help me with the early check-in, but, the hotel guy asked me to cancel the booking since he could not accommodate 2 hours before my actual time.

                          I canceled and my entire amount was deducted; ever since i was reaching out to them for my refund for about a week's time and they tell me now that they can't refund. # people. # firm.

                          When there are makemytrip, airbnb, and better players, none should opt for such # firm. Cheaters. Thieves.

                          No hospitality ever.

                            I placed booking with oyo app in mantinee sale for the date 28/07/2019 at hotel club 29 at price of Rs.999 which was prepaid.
                            But when i went there they denied me from check in saying that oyo hasnt updated us with tariff still. So i called oyo care they said they will call me back and they didnt. So i had to extra amount for staying there. I had to pay 469 extra without any reason.
                            Worst experience. Please help.

The money shud be deducted from oyo rupee which has not been deducted and i had to pay cash after getting the conf from oyo cust care that the same will be refunded.                                 I have made a booking for august 11 to august 13, 2019. I have already paid the money in advance. Now the hotel is denying me the check-in.

                                In order to raise the issue i have called the customer care, they raised the issue. But when i followed up on the details, the customer support is putting the call on hold by saying transferring the call to senior. I have called more than 10 times so far. Also sent the mails but no response.

                                  Regarding my refund complaint how many times should i contact u regarding the issue it's not my fault it's ur technical issue and yet u r not solving the issue n making us wait i will not book any o[censored]r oyo rooms never again i should receive a call today and get my problem resolved within a day it's ur mistake and making me wait and testing my patience

                                    #oyo # trip spoiler #cheater #fraud # don’t book oyo if you want to enjoy your trip

                                    I had planned a weekend trip to mysore on 3rd and 4th august 2019 with my friends. I had booked 2 rooms from oyo at oyo 35609 royal garden brindavan resort. The photos on oyo app were extremely good and satisfying. The property was in a good location and had all the amenities as per the photos.

                                    We reached at the above mentioned property on 3rd august around 2pm from bangalore. The property manager told us that we don’t accept booking from oyo anymore. The property manger has told oyo to delist the property from oyo app since may 2019. The property manager even told us that oyo has not paid amount worth rs 6 lakh to them and hence we are not accepting any bookings. We called oyo customer care and they were as usual busy.

                                    Oyo customer care number is so busy that the call connected after 45 minutes. At first oyo guest experience manager anisha debnath tried to shift to another property oyo 10865 heritage shelter’s resort. On phone she mentioned that you will not have to pay any single penny at the new property as this is oyo issue. She mailed us the new property details, but i was shocked to see the amount to be paid at the hotel in the mail. This was a cheating by oyo as there was a difference between what was promised verbally and what was given in written.

                                    We again called oyo customer care and again a wait of frustrating half an hour to connect the call. This time guest experience manager manish agarwal. We asked him why there is an amount to be paid in the email as this is a mistake by oyo, he said oyo will pay the amount in 10 min and there will be no issues. To be on safer side we asked him to email this. He emailed us that you will not be paying any single penny.

                                    We reached oyo10865 heritage shelter’s resort. It was again a frustration for us. This time the property manager told us that oyo has not paid as per the property’s current tariff. We again called oyo customer care. We realized this time that we are calling oyo customer harassment number and not oyo customer care. The property manager and oyo customer care had lot of arguments. Oyo customer care this time played a nonsense trick and said that we have done our best but property manager is not listening. After lot of arguments with them they finally accepted to shift us again to a new oyo property.

                                    This time it was oyo 19926 sbr residence. We were so tired this time that we accepted to spend one night. This property had 4.5 star rating on oyo app (I will explain the reason behind this in my description below). The rooms were dirty. The linens were not washed from years and years. Towels were smelling badly. Wash basins were not having water. Plates and spoons which were given had oil layers on them. We had to wash them on our own. Air condition was pathetic.

                                    We had expected swimming pool and clean and spacious rooms as per the photos of our initial booking but we got a hell experience from oyo.

                                    At the checkout time, i went to inform the property manager. He asked us to show us the oyo app. We thought, may be he needs a booking id. The property manager literally snatched the mobile from me and rated our stay as 5 star rating. After doing so he gave me the mobile and rudely said us to leave. This is the pathetic behavior of oyo manager.

                                    I have filled complaint against the manager to oyo customer care but they are not responsive about it.

                                      I, Abhishek Johnson, had made a booking for hotel R. Maiden at Kasauli, H.P, from 2nd to 4th July'19, booking ID PSOZ0341, for amount Rs.2341/-.
                                      However, to our surprise, when we reached the hotel, we were told by the manager that their hotel had discontinued their OYO membership since quite some time.
                                      We immediately contacted the OYO customer care centre, which was absolutely pathetic and useless and they did not provide any alternative solution which not only led to harassment but also a lot of inconvenience.
                                      To add salt to our misery, we have yet to receive refund for the cancellation.

                                      It has been more than a month since the cancellation and you are still looking into it.
                                      Are you also going to provide interest on the refund money?
                                      Justice delayed is justice denied.
                                      I guess we might as well highlight the apathy to the media and show oyo's ugly face to the perspective consumers.

                                        1. I had reserved 2 rooms, one in ground floor and one in first floor. The bedsheets were dirty and stained from previous visitors. They changed the sheets only after multiple requests. Also, housekeeping staff were very lazy and agreed to clean the rooms only after 12 noon. Also bedsheets were not changed everyday.
                                        2. The ground floor room had absolutely no ventilation at all. To reach the room, one has to pass through the reception area which is very cramped and stuffy. The hotel staff sleep in this area till 8 am in the morning with the main hotel door closed. So, if you unfortunately get this room, you won't be allowed to leave the hotel before 8 am. When we asked to open the door, they behaved rudely.
                                        3. The 1st floor room had a balcony but no railings!!! The stairs also had no railings. If you open the balcony door, you will get the fresh smell of sewage being dumped in the canal nearby. The bathroom handle was so feeble, it broke the first time we tried to open the door.
                                        4. When we checked in, we had to wait for 3 hours without electricity in a room without ventilation. There was no power backup facility.
                                        5. We ordered lunch after checking in at 3 pm. Food arrived at 4:30 pm.
                                        6. They did not offer any sealed water bottles. We had to purchase them.
                                        7. The entrance of the hotel was unnoticeable from the main road. We could see the oyo sign but there were no directions on how to get to the hotel. We had to drag our luggage down a narrow muddy road from the main road to reach the hotel.
                                        8. The reception area proudly displayed a certificate from oyo boasting great quality rooms. But i doubt, these certificates are being handed out without proper personal investigation by oyo officials.
                                        9. Accepts only cash, no cards.
