Booking id - qruv5974 for 10052 pune with prepaid booking. Hotel denied checkin called up oyo customer support from 7:30 pm to 11.30 pm without any resolution. No call back made 70 calls. No resolution. No refund even now booking is showing as confirmed.
Second booking done same issue confirmed and prepaid booking. Property denied. Check in due to issue with oyo booking id hckf2509 oyo 19315. No refund received
I spent on two hotels no money refunded neither no rooms provided.
Need refund plus action on oyo and it’s management for deficiency in services.

    I've been told to pay the early morning charges because as per their time it was 5:59 & as per the hotel's & my time it was above 6:02. For a room of 881 they're asking me to pay extra 1332. Is this some kind of joke they do to people? I even checked out early but they don't care. I've called them for assistance and that's the answer i recieved from them. I even paid the 30% charges of theirs for early morning access. I've been their customer since 3-4 years & i use the app regularly i know about the rules so i won't make such a blunder knowingly.

      What the hell this company. 3rd grade comapny. Will not last too long. They should end up in jail.
      Did you ever refunded any one's money?
      My registered mobile no in oyo:[protected]

      Room booked on 2nd august. Reached hotel., no rooms available. Again they shifted to other hotel, the hotel denies to check in as oyo never informed them.
      Again i booked in other hotel (Khandagiri guest house), money deducted from account, but the hotel itself says no rooms available, even the hotel denied oyo that no rooms available.

      This is a 3rd grade company. And oyo is not now taking any responsibility from their side to sort out the problem and refund the money. Not sure if oyo owns this hotels. Oyo management donot have enough guts to talk with the hotel and take care. Just we need to lodge a police complaint, with legal notice to this company.
      If you call the customer care forwarding call to their senior takes 30 mins and again call gets disconnected.

        I made booking on 22nd june, my booking id is sqgt0197,
        Where hotel denied check in as they were not accepting any booking through oyo,
        This incident took my 3-4 hrs and made situation worst,
        Now its been around 2 months you oyo is not able to process my refund,
        Whenever i call them they either put my call on hold and disconnect it or they just forward me a formal mail.
        Attachment clearly shows the refundable amount but it has not yet processed on 75 rs i have received yet.

          I made a booking in uduppi, the hotel name is kulaya the nest. The payment is transferred rs 1772/-. We are reached the hotel, then the hotel boy told me, rooms are full. We are waiting last one hour. We made many calls for the customer care. They are not solving my issues. Total 4 members and 2 rooms booked. So, kindly solve my issues or cancel the booking and repayment the amount to my account

            I had booked a couple friendly oyo room. Before checking into the hotel, i got a message citing that my booking has been upgraded. When i clicked on the link, i found that i have been shifted to a nearby oyo hotel. When i went there, i was denird check in on the ground that the hotel was not couple friendly. However, in the oyo app, the hotel was mentiomed a couple friendly. I contacted oyo assist but they just kept me waiting. Finally i had to book another hotel. This was the most pathetic experience of my life

              I am at pondicherry now on[protected]. I was booked a hotel via oyo at pondicherry and also paid amount through oyo app. Hotel name is hotel auro. When i reached at hotel then they said we don't have any rooms right now. Then said plz cancil the booking. I contacted with customer care. And oyo manager said to me we will refund your amount and said sorry for your inconvenies. Then after some time once again i booked another hotel via oyo. When i reached at property then they are sorry rooms are not available. I call to customer care. They said we have arrange a call for your complaint. You will get a call from oyo as soon. I wait 2 hours for calls. But i didn't get any call after then hotel manager said to me just give 1300 rs we will arrange a room here and cancel your booking. I don't have any option. And i have booked a room manually. With rs 1300 rs.. Hotel name is puduvai inn guest house. After all i don't believe in oyo. You should change your motto.. Only 50% covered by oyo. I hate you oyo.

                Where it was written, please tell.
                As you confirmed on call i will get 499 in my account which was initiated on 21 july and 300 in oyo wallet.

                Why you are making fool, don't play smart and take confirmation on call. Please listen this recording what you said and what you mentioned in this mail.

                I will file a case against you mr vishal and oyo. You are just playing feelings of customers and doing totally harassment

                  And here is worst experience.. No water supply, no mattress, no knowledgeable person who can take my booking id in system.. They are booking for complimantry breakfast but not providing.. U have to fight for your breakfast u have paid for..
                  Going washroom but waiting for water so i can wash #..
                  And oyo... They are promising to deliver best and charging good money for all this # services...
                  Its request kindly take a step to make them realize they are fooling consumers..

                    In line with above mentioned subject i had made booking twice with oyo app and booked room in mumbai with rates (Rs 366 and rs.373)

                    While checkin at respective hotels i. E. Hotel raj inn and hotel amana suites they denied me for check in as they said we don't provide rooms at lower rates

                    They also said that oyo is not paying them money for bookings for amount in range of 6 to 7 lacs and that's why they have requested to delist their hotel names.

                    As i hotel denied me for check in i contacted oyo customer care but they are also fraud they listen to our complaint and hold it for half an hour and cuts phone by saying we haven't received any response form customer

                    Oyo is offering rooms at very lower rates and customer face issues while check in as hotel says we do not provide for lower rates.

                    For booking id kqlp1569 they have refunded me less amount

                    And from both hotel stays i want complete refund as i was not stayed there.

                    Gcbf9543 for this id i have requested or begged in front of them and checked out early as hotel was not upto expectations.

                      Placed an online order for dinner tonight but the kitchen of the hotel i'm staying was not informed about the order and even after calling your customer care executive my issue was not resolved and even they denied to give me my choice food. Really horrible experience. Actually i booked oyo 10209 avs sweet magic for 4 days from 1st aug'19 to 5thaug'19 way back in the month of june'19. But when i reached the hotel they denied me occupancy.in a haste oyo put me up in this hotel which is a real horrible place to put up. The entry way is flooded with overflowing drain water. Service is very bad. Room tv plays only telgu channels. Now no food even after ordering in time.

                        Sir i gave a call to the hotel reception 2hrs before check - in to know about my booking, the property manager said he won't allow me to check in at this amount and i need to pay more. The booking amount oyo told me was 1192 n he was asking for 1750 in starting then 1650. So i talked to arnab on oyo assist he told me that the tarrif amount was high at that hotel so he added the remaining amount complimentary, so i reached to the hotel where i got to knw that the complimentary amount added is 283 less then the minimum required amount. I talked again to arnab n 3 more executives regarding this on which some said that the are adiing the remaining 283 rs to get my booking confirmed while one told me that it's not getting possible soo he is shifting me to a nearby oyo, they all putted my call on hold which was aborted later on. Then after waiting for 1 long hr being helpless i paid 283 extra for my booking. So in total i paid 1483 rupees to the hotel manager even after that the bathtub facility wasn't there in the room as it was shown in the classic room of the hotel in the app.
                        The hotel staff was really very very inconvenient to me they were very rude they weren't talking to me in a nice tone they were very arrogant and they didn't even agreed to talk to your customer care executive at once. I checked out in the night only to find another room on my own.
                        *this was really a very very worst experience of mine with oyo.*
                        The property manager, ur customer care assistance no one helped literally no one helped. I m staying at a different place now. I m very very disappointed with this kind of behaviour and services.
                        I paid extra, i faced misbehaving hotel staff and then i faced your people of customer assist highly in-coperative.

                          I had a confirmed booking from oyo rooms booking ref xsmg4291 for 10 people (4 rooms, 4 days) at hoel kalyan palace (Oyo 39358), ujjain. I had also confirmed the booking over phone with the hotel manager on the booking date, but the hotel denying the check-in and said that they cannot provide any rooms as they were full. I am calling the customer care for more than 2 hours, all the times they told that they are transferring the calls to their senior as they can not do anything but i am surprised that every time after waiting 10 mins the call got disconnected automatically. One time they transferred my calls to one of the customer not to their seniors. Some of the customer care executives are-bhushan, silvia, satish gupta and kiran. All o[censored]s waiting outside the hotel for resolution and getting tired as we are stuck after a long journey (30 hrs).
                          Please suggest what can we do. Is there any regulatory authority to handle this?

                            My booking id dipw2341,

                            I booked the whole property for wedding purpose for the month of november. My booking was cancelled without any intimation and now they are saying that they cannot do anything about it. They are saying that we have cancel the booking even though we have not cell and they have taken some other booking on the same dates. It is a wedding related query and i am in a big mess as now i have nothing else to do as i have booked another hotel in the same area thinking that i'll keep all my guest in one particular area. This is the worst experience i had with oyo as the shows complete unprofessionalism and dishonesty in business. Please resolve issue at the earliest and consider as priority.

                              My booking id was qdtv8579. I called oyo over 100 times tried over emails but received zero help.
                              The customer experience managers can't understand what your problem is because of lack of educational qualification i guess.

                              They keep your call on hold for at least 20 mins or more i will be attaching the screenshots for the same.

                                I booked a room for three o[censored]s in oyo dikq9670 (Hotel tap gold crest)
                                Once we reached there they denied us to check in, they told us there is no rooms available there, we showed them ee have got a confirmation from oyo when i said this the guy was like to say us indirectly get out we can do anything, i was with my family and at that midnight i was not able to do anything, as i dont trust oyo any more i went to another hotel directly and got a room for double price
                                After i called oyo executive and explained them the problem i faced
                                Then they said like we will trasfer call to senior executive and they made me explain again my prblm and call will get disconnected with any reply
                                Same thing happend lot of times and they made me explain 8 times my problem
                                At last one executive asked me to stay on line and he called the hotel manger (Tap gold crest) in conference mode, the hotel owner said on that day i cheked in, but when executive asked him to show the copy of my id hotel manager become voiceless and he disconnected phone
                                After that he called the hotel which i stayed insted of booked one (Archana suites) he confrmed i stayed there
                                And exectuve got to know thats their mistake he apologised me and offerd me the amount i pad for my stay (2000rs)
                                And later one executive named poonam called me and said thats their mistake they will take action bla bla bla and said they can offer me only 300 oyo money, she cant do nothing more than that,
                                Is this the service provided by oyo??
                                First the oyo manger fooled us
                                Later oyo customer care executive fooled us

                                  I had booked a hotel in oyo rooms collection o mancheswar hotel and the booking amount while booking was rs 2314 and i paid the full money via online payment, but when i arrived at the hotel they told me that i still have to pay more as the booking amount is rs 5317 and i have to pay the rest amount when i showed them the booking slip it was showing 2 rooms bokked at a price of rs 2314 then suddenly oyo modified my booking from its app and made the booking amount rs 5317 thankfully i had taken the screenshot earlier and have it as a proof, then i cancelled the booking because they were committing fraud against me and raising the price of hotel even after booking, i asked for a refund of rs2314 but till now they haven't refunded my money and it's more than a month now, they don't reply through customer support keeping me on hold for more than 15 mins everytime and then they cut the call, and even email's are not replied.

                                    I am Aditya Kumar and my booking id is GRHT5619, I using oyo from many days and I am gold wizard member I had booked 2 rooms in oyo 10865 heritage shelters resort, when I reach hotel on 6 jul 3 pm hotel manager has rejected check in saying low tariff issue, I called customer care of oyo 4times first two customer care executive has disconnected call by placing my call in hold and last call was attended by mr.sandeep Kumar he claims he was lobby manager and he shifted by booking to other hotel named olive grand by erasing all the details happened earlier and it was cheap hotel this is how people cheat they showed me high profile hotel and at last all the people of oyo has spolied my vacation.i am moving back by cancelling my vacation worst experience from oyo . I will update this fraud done by oyo and my suffering with my friends and colleagues and everybody will apricate the great services by oyo and their customer care people. If you not refund my booking amount I will definitely sue your company. From 6th July I had raised many escalations and called customer service many times but my issue hasn't been resolved everyone they send me a mails saying refund has been initiated and it will take 7-14 working days.

                                    Same reply I am getting from 8th July and nothing more than that my refund has been initiated at 8 th July but it was not credited till now that is 3 August 2019. No one from customer care can solve this problem only they can show sympathy because fraud is oyo company what can employees do ? Just they can show sympathy on customer that's all. I had got that sympathy mails with me only consumer forum can punish this company then only oyo will learn something

After a month today the person on call tells me that the refund has not been processed and that I am not eligible for the refund.

                                      My guests checked in the evening on June17, 2019 and I paid 100% advance of Rs. 12, 398/-, but I received a call from them early morning on June 18, 2019 that the hotel is not worth staying as they had a lady travelling also and the hotel corridors were dark in the night.

                                      Realising the sensitivity I cancelled the booking immediately on the 18th of June morning for the balance days and got the below message from OYO at 06:40 hrs the same day:

                                      I have been following up since then for the refund and even had a chat on OYO assistance and everytime I was told that the refund is being processed. You may check your back end on the recorded conversations that you hold, which is for a minimum duration of 60 days as per the regular process. Today, when I called up the guestline I was told that the hotel owner is saying that the guests have stayed for full 5 days and that the refund cannot be processed. OYO is asking me for a proof of check out, and that too I must add in, the person was quite unprofessional with his talk.

                                      I think that this is completely OYO's responsibility to find out the truth and me, as an esteemed customer of OYO rooms, should be given what is mine. You may please go ahead and check the CCTV footage of the hotel, which I am sure again has a backup of 60 days, which stands as a proof that my guests have not stayed for the entire duration of 5 days and that the hotel owner is not sharing the truth with your team.

                                      Extremely surprising, not expected from OYO.

                                        Oyo hotels app is downloaded and registered with my mobile number yesterday. As i have some issues with my database i want to remove my account from the app. I contacted customer service but they didn't helped me. Oyo didn't provide me the option to remove my account. So i kindly request you to please remove my account registered with the mobile number.
