Regretfuly I am to inform you that I was subjected to harracement &great inconveniece due to the mismanagement &miscommunication by OYO rooms establishment which are as follows :
1.Initially I was booked at hotel R S Plaza vide booking ID: HTLMVRDZMC with complimentry break-fast.
2.Due to some construction work at hotel R S Plaza my booking was transfered to some other hotel without taking my concent, which did'nt suit me as I wanted the hotel on the main road .
3.On my aproach at [protected] they could'nt find to full-fill my need, resulting me to cancel the booking & I was assured to get the refund within 7 to 10 days, but have'nt recieved refund sofar, though 14 days elapsed .
4.I tried again as a fresh at OYO38425 Gracious with booking ID: ZREF0653 with the same requirement as earlier but without making online payment but to pay at the hotel .
5. OnAug 4, 2019 while I was at the Bangalore Airport Ur group tried to contact me on phone but due to network problem I could'nt be contacted & subsequently they made SMS to contact on [protected] to cofirm my arrival within 30 minutes & I did contact within 20 minutes to inform my arrival at hotel at around 8pm due to delayed flight .
6. In between through the same no. [protected] I tried to confirm whether my booking included complementry break-fast, but to my surprise somtime it said "Yes" & sometime it said "No" .
7. Even at the hotel Gracious they had booking withought break-fast & also with the different booking ID.
I am at a loss to understand why & how this mis communication occured causing me harrasement & gerat inconvenience . This proves rendering poor services by U to Ur customers & I will ensure in future not to take any servises from U .
Kindly get my refund against my first canceled booking at the earliest, failing which I shall be bound to move to the Consumer-Forum .

Kindly refer my complaint dated 12/08/2019, which has 'nt been resolved yet though more than 20 days have elapsed .
Kindly do the needful to this effect in geting my money back or else i shall have no option but to apraoch Consumer Forum .

    I had send requirement on 16 July
    Got quotation on the 16 July for 16000
    After discussion and negotiation package finalized for 14000. Made payment on 17 July and sales person told hotels are booked.
    After that I got call on 28th July that cost of package have been increased because hotel costs are increased and I need to pay 4000 extra, then I said its not possible. (He had made booking earlier then why is this??)
    I got email and call communication on 30th July saying I have to pay 1500 at least and I agreed.
    I requested for Payment details on 30th July through mail and had also called
    I requested for Payment details on 1st August through mail and had also called
    I requested for Payment details on 3rd August for 3 times through mail and had also called
    After calling many times I got payment link ON 4th August for 18000 without details of ITENARY. Sales person told to pay as decided previously may be with some hidden agenda to trouble again.
    After requesting I got the itenary on 4th August and there were lot of changes and I replied on the same day to get back to previous itenary as agreed upon.
    On 5th August after calling many times and asking about finalising the package, sales person told that we will cancel your package and refund your money. (What is this my trip plan is nearer and he is cancelling my package). I asked him the reason and he told transporation person is not ready with this amount and and locations. After many discussion he informrd that he will send final offer.
    On 5th August I got mail that "We will be send the final confirmation to you soon by today"
    on 5th august evening I got mail with similar itenary as on 4th August and I request for same Itenary as per Ist quote. Sales person told we can provide only this much or we will return your advance. With lot of disturbance and headache from OYO I told him to cancel and refund my money,
    Today is 12 th Aust and I ' am calling sales person regulerly and he is not responding. Some time he picked the call and said he will refund on same day but till now I have not recieved.

    After getting quotation (Itenary) it is almost one month and I havent got my money nor my package got confirmed. Infact OYO ruined my entire plan and took my money also.

    Very disappointed by the service provided by OYO. I had finalised OYO because of their large network and good service from internet but after this I understood how OYO is growing so fast. OYO is cheating with their customers and making fool of them.

    NOTE: For any clarification I have all the calls recorded from first discussion to last discussion.

      I was denied to check in instead of making the booking and payment done in advance .
      The property owner wanted the payment again in cash.
      I wasted around my 1 hour calling repeatedly to OYO customer care but no resolution was provided to me.
      I felt like a fool in midnight standing in front of hotel quarreling with OYO support.
      And at last when i was told by the guest experience manager MONIKA that I will be refunded if I pay again the amount in cash
      the owner told me that I have to pay 1300 instead of 755 as mentioned in invoice.
      Now what about the extra charge i paid
      Who is gonna refund that amount ?

      This is a clear case of very bad business approach the OYO is having and a worst customer support.
      One more thing that while calling customer service my call got connected with another customer who was also calling the support for complaining.
      This clearly shows that they don't even care for any customer.
      Till now they haven't refunded my money.

      Already OYO rooms gave me so much trouble during check in and now they did not refund the whole amount for the service they could not provide.
      They deducted 245 from my amount paid and refunded the remaining 455 .

        I have booked the Hotel St.Anne's at Velankanni for 7th Aug2019 a week before for Rs.968/-.
        On 7th @8am OYO app popUp for prepayment and check-in time details. Selected 3-6pm and paid amount.
        After reaching property at 5.30pm they denied check-in as tie-up is closed with OYO 4days back.
        At that instant I lost my mind and standing with 4yrs kid and wife on Road waiting for OYO to assist.
        Their frustrating customer care and no instant solution has made my Family for 1hr for searching new Hotel nearby.
        Local brokers surrounded us irritated us for choosing their Hotel.

        At last I had to pay 2000 for another Good Hotel.

        All I am complaining is the sheer amount of Time I lost and also the tension I felt with family in an unknown place and not knowing language.
        This made our rest of day very unhappy...

        I want them to pay all my losses due to their unprofessional services.

        1) No proper customer care - very low professional service
        2) No response on complaints given
        3) Very worst App they have developed, which is culprit and cheating.
        4) Very Poor Managements.levels it seem.

          Rooms were dirty, no liquid soap or shampoo in the bathroom, tv was not working, no fridge as shown in the the pictures. Cups and plates were also not clean,
          The breakfast prepared was not good at all, the omlete was not cooked properly, the puri were too oily and doesn't look hygienic.
          Overall bad experience from oyo, was not expecting this from you as i have stayed in oyo before

            I booked a room at oyo lifegrg 1075, sect 15, gurgaon at oyo, booking id 21903 in the month of june just for one month assisted by one of oyo representative.
            The oyo representative confirmed me on call that i will get security amount refunded and he has made the request to concern departure for the same and now he is not even picking the call. I called to customer care no. [protected]. They said that i will receive a call, but no response was found. They gave me the case id 18872571
            Now an another oyo representative saying that i didn't sent any mail regarding security refund.

              Hi,

              While booking this hotel, it was showing as 'complimentary breakfast included' but when i click on book now, it redirects me to next page where i could see that they are charging extra for the breakfast.
              Can you please tell me why it was mentioned as complimentary if i had to pay for same?
              I have already called more than 3 times to call support but each of your associates has kept my call on hold until it disconnect by it own.
              I am attaching the screenshot where it is mentioned ' complimentary breakfast included'. Please check and revert with solution asap.
              I have even mailed to respective mail id and followed up multiple times since 8 days.. No one has even acknowledge the mail, i was also seeking help in fb page'messenger'.. Every one said the same thing 'concern team will get in touch with you' but no one till date called. I am frustrated now and need a justification from them, but i am hopeless now!!

                I made a booking in gurgaon in one of the flagship oyo hotels. But the experience has been a nightmare. I was denied check-in by 2-3 hours. I could check-in only at 4 pm as no room was available. Isn't it amazing that room becomes available at 4 pm. It seems they were giving room for few hours basis to some people. We called oyo helpline but there was no help. Only thing we heard was sorry sir, let me connect to senior team and call got cut. This happened so many times that it was like a torture. It was nothing less than a mental harassment. After so much ruckus finally we were given a room at 4.
                Even the room was worst. Dirty linen, dirty washroom. Tv was not working. Nothing was good in the room. But as we had work to do so had to stay somehow. Even then the oyo customer care was as helpless as before. I don't know why they even exist if they can't help.
                Net morning we got ready to have breakfast as we had pre-ordered one through the app. But to our amazement we were told that no breakfast is made available at this hotel since last 3 months. Then why the hell we were allowed to pre-book the breakfast. Again we called the oyo custome care but it was the same. One of them said let me talk to hotel and the call got cut. One of them said let me transfer the call to senior and then after few minutes again call got cut. They are just making mockery of the customers. Just looting their money.

                  I and my friend booked 3 rooms in bidar by oyo rooms but we didnt get service from that hotel

                  I booked hotel from oyo rooms whose booking id-ksjx2810

                  Hotel name - new venkateswara lodge
                  Date - 03th aug-19 to 04th aug-19.

                  When i reached hotel at 10pm (03th aug-19) then hotel management denied to give rooms they said now there is no agreement between oyo and hotel sps.

                  Then after i booked the hotel from counter and try to call oyo but no response from oyo.

                  I already paid to oyo for hotel booking charges but now dont know how my money return.

                  Thank you OYO team, but i was mention 3 rooms in the complaint and i was mention only one room ID, and i was forgeted to mention remaining 2 rooms booking ID ...please kindly resolve this ID complaint

                    This is the worst experience and last experience with oyo. Let me tell from begining.. I booked a room for today in kalyani. My bookings was confirmed.. I called oyo customer care and they have also confirmed i will not face any issue.
                    When i visit today they hotel reception said they can not give me hotel @954. Both of them are rude and show anger on me.. They said do whatever you want, we will not give you the room. And also said we are not tied up with oyo now, we remove the board. They uses slang as well. I call hotel from oyo app, some one pickup the call i told him the problem, he said talk with oyo and disconnect the call.

                    Now the turning point i called oyo from outside of the hotel, the first person immediately transfer the call after 10 mins of hold call disconnected automatically.
                    Again i called oyo. Prashant took the call and rude in call from beginning also unable to understand my problem thn again transfer the call in spite of i said don't transfer.. I wait for 15 min thinking that someone will call me but in vain. Then i left the hotel and cancel my meeting also came back by 35 km traveling by own.

                    Is this a support should a customer expect?? I said i am in problem they are not giving me to check in give me the solution he transferred the call.

                    There is no escalation matrix.. I will uninstall oyo and make sure this will escalate in social media and also not recommend this to any one..
                    This kind of harrashment with rude behavior of hotel not acceptable..
                    I will lodge a complain on consumer forum as well.

                    If possible arrange a call back right now.. Otherwise it will be gone.

                      I had a worst stay at oyo 14345 hotel panchsheel. Rate and review them on google to help spread the word about my worst experience.

                      Issue!-
                      1-i had made complete payment of rs.2522 through my amazon pay account and you can see below that there remains no dues however they have charged rs 500 while checking in as check in before payment as 0-30% then they charged again rs.1644
                      They charged checked out charged to my guest they are dacoits. They should be kicked off though i have already file a suite but this should be enlighten and bring to public notice that which kind of hospitality business they are running or looting business???

                      Total 2522+500+1644=₹4666 for stupid third class useless room with 10*12 room size and breaching contract done over confirmation.
                      2- i had to loss my prestige and my guest was cheated by them oyo and hotel panchsheel both.
                      Why they took again payment when i had already paid completely settlement???
                      Why they have not given receit of bill???
                      I have all details of transactions by amazon and credit card and cash all together...

                          I and my friend have booked 2 room on 6 and I have mentioned the time of reach 9-12 pm but even after this when I have reached the have told me that they have only 1 room such a ridiculous thing is this after this some your oyo customer care representative booked another hotel and that hotel was really ridiculous is this kind of facility you people are providing immediately I left that hotel and booked another one for which I was needed to pay higher than which I have booked
                          you people don't have any policy such waste of time, money by done booking from your app.

                            Booking id - octj2107
                            I booked this hotel oyo 16360 hotel green homes on 23 july 2019 and did payment of rs. 699 through google pay app before checking in and then i was denied check-in due to some low tariff issue. Then my booking was transferred to a different hotel where i did payment with cash. I did complaint through oyo assist at least 4-5 times but still my problem is not solved. Please look into this issue and refund my money soon.

                              I made booking with oyo and i made payment online for stay at bangalore.
                              My booking id is npyb1490, while before payment i get quotation showing breakfast included but after payment they told its not and when i escalated complaint in oyo assist guest manager told that breakfast included and mention in special note but after we made check in hotel deny to serve breakfast and 2 o[censored]s made early check out and now i want refund of money of my losses

                                I booked hotel from oyo rooms whose booking id - jepc6921.

                                Hotel name - sps in, rewa
                                Date - 10th aug-19 to 12th aug-19.

                                When i reached hotel at 9pm (10th aug-19) then hotel management denied to give rooms they said now there is no agreement between oyo and hotel sps.

                                Then after i booked the hotel from counter and try to call oyo but no response from oyo.

                                I already paid to oyo for hotel booking charges but now dont know how my money return.

                                  As per your commitment i had booked a room through oyo and paid online but there was date issue in it and as per your customer service person i had to cancel that booking because of date issue..
                                  And the date issue is that we reached chandigarh 10th of august 2019 but booking was done 9th of august 2019 after that your team person said that you have to book a new hotel so that we will refund you your balance in such condition i started calling from morning to evening for a single booking finally i got a room and stayed there for night but now your team person said that there is no refunding policy here...
                                  I'm harassed by all this so much kindly help me & refund my balance amount 639/-

                                    I booked a room on 5th aug with my number [protected] for 2 guests 3days and the final payable amount was ₹ 2858 for which i have a confirmation mail. The next day i had to leave for bangalore with my spouse and we had late night check-in since our flight was delayed. On 6th i noticed the changes were increased to ₹4897 for which i called customer care for several times and finally got it resolved at ₹3039 with ms. Madhvi dixit, who also sent me a confirmation mail along with a feedback mail. It was satisfactory as i had to pay 200 extra only. Now i was waiting for the same to be updated on my app to pay off the same online. It was not updated till the time of check-in but the next morning it was again increased to ₹5643 and we again spent around 3 hr talking to customer executives on our holiday and finally left the room for which we had to pay alot extra than the charge we were suppose to pay for 3 day along with a cancellation charge of ₹1713 with final payable of ₹3823. The customer care executives were all hazards and we're cheat, infact this app and this system itself is a cheat. Our money is treated as granted and is literally theft from us with different means.

                                    Now they are not even agreeing to refund where as we were said to be decreased the final payable which was not updated till the end of the day and we checked out with the same wrong charges. We were informed that the booked charges may increase with day to day hikes and deals, then why is this platform available for all the future bookings and satisfaction and security.

                                      Booked oyo 3541 hotel galaxy annexe through oyo website on a non-refundable basis looking at fancy pictures of the hotel and facilities on the page. The page refuses to mention that there are no lifts in the hotel which is prerequisite for every building and hotel. Had booked the hotel for my parents who are senior citizens and who can't climb floors easily. The staff refused to help us and was extremely rude. The staff didn't even help in connecting us to the oyo captain when he saw we were struggling with the oyo call centre. The receptionist refused to take any responsibility for anything. This is absolute misrepresentation and we seek complete refund.

                                        This is the email which i sent to makemytrip and oyo just 10-15 mins back.
                                        My family (Mom and brother) is denied check-in @hotel augusto (Oyo 4009 hotel augusto. They are still standing outside the hotel as i am writing this email.
                                        This is really utmost ridiculous experience i have ever had.
                                        Unable to contact any live person on makemytrip numbers - [protected]/+[protected].
                                        After long time i got into the chat with live agent and then chatted for almost 27 mins then they said will call within 30-45 mins but it's been close to 1.5 hr but still waiting for the call even after i explicitly provided 3 numbers - [protected]/[protected]/[protected].
                                        Also talked with oyo on this but still no resolution. Hotel management in the conference with oyo clearly said that we are not accepting any prepaid booking because my payment is still pending since last 3+ months.
                                        So, right now i have started another chat with makemytrip but it's been almost another 45 mins and still waiting for live agent in addition to waiting for the call. So, decided to write this email but still not sure if this will help to resolve this issue. Still my family is waiting outside in varanasi on the road (Current time: 9:40 pm ist). Police also came but still no resolution.

                                        Hi Makemytrip/OYO,

                                        So, finally after waiting for 12+ hours I called you guys(Makemytrip) instead of you giving us a call back and only to hear "I am sorry there was some technical issue so we could not look in the issue but we are working on this now." Seriously, what you guys will do now when check-in was denied yesterday and we were stranded. Didn't you have any courtesy to call after 30-45 mins yesterday which you had committed? Forget about commitment for a moment and recall the word "HUMANITY" (which I think is somehow completely wiped out from your mind) and tell me why you guys did not call yesterday when it was made loud and clear from our side that check-in was denied and we are waiting outside the hotel.

                                        If you have any issue with "OYO 4009 Hotel Augusto" then why don't you delist from your website or make it invisible to your customers until you resolve the issue internally.

                                        We(customers) should not be facing any issues because of your internal dispute. In the conference, OYO customer representative did not utter a word except "Yes Sir" when hotel manger was bombarding with all the questions like it's been 3 months I did not get paid from you guys so I am denying all prepaid online customers. After hearing this I understood that definitely I am not the first customer who was denied at hotel but it would have happened with several others also.
                                        I also asked both (Makemytrip and OYO) to connect with senior person but why this will happen? Not sure what privacy is involved that they cannot transfer to senior management. Unnecessary, please stop using any jargons in terms of privacy, internal policy etc. If you cannot connect to the concerned senior person then please resolve the issues at your end.

                                        And please try to categorize the issues based on nature of the criticality and not only based on first come first service. Like, if anybody's family is standing outside the hotel that automatically should become your utmost priority and should be ranked to the top of the your priority list, even in the case of change in shift as well, in comparison to the ticket(problem) who is merely waiting for refund etc. So, this time in this particular situation I took care of this on behalf of yours. We paid extra money and checked-in into a hotel during midnight which was 5 hours after this situation occurred. I am really sorry to say this but please try to do your job diligently.

                                        Please take this kind of issue seriously and do not involve customers in this type of altercation.
