My booking id was qdtv8579. I called oyo over 100 times tried over emails but received zero help.
The customer experience managers can't understand what your problem is because of lack of educational qualification i guess.

They keep your call on hold for at least 20 mins or more i will be attaching the screenshots for the same.

    I booked a room for three o[censored]s in oyo dikq9670 (Hotel tap gold crest)
    Once we reached there they denied us to check in, they told us there is no rooms available there, we showed them ee have got a confirmation from oyo when i said this the guy was like to say us indirectly get out we can do anything, i was with my family and at that midnight i was not able to do anything, as i dont trust oyo any more i went to another hotel directly and got a room for double price
    After i called oyo executive and explained them the problem i faced
    Then they said like we will trasfer call to senior executive and they made me explain again my prblm and call will get disconnected with any reply
    Same thing happend lot of times and they made me explain 8 times my problem
    At last one executive asked me to stay on line and he called the hotel manger (Tap gold crest) in conference mode, the hotel owner said on that day i cheked in, but when executive asked him to show the copy of my id hotel manager become voiceless and he disconnected phone
    After that he called the hotel which i stayed insted of booked one (Archana suites) he confrmed i stayed there
    And exectuve got to know thats their mistake he apologised me and offerd me the amount i pad for my stay (2000rs)
    And later one executive named poonam called me and said thats their mistake they will take action bla bla bla and said they can offer me only 300 oyo money, she cant do nothing more than that,
    Is this the service provided by oyo??
    First the oyo manger fooled us
    Later oyo customer care executive fooled us

      I had booked a hotel in oyo rooms collection o mancheswar hotel and the booking amount while booking was rs 2314 and i paid the full money via online payment, but when i arrived at the hotel they told me that i still have to pay more as the booking amount is rs 5317 and i have to pay the rest amount when i showed them the booking slip it was showing 2 rooms bokked at a price of rs 2314 then suddenly oyo modified my booking from its app and made the booking amount rs 5317 thankfully i had taken the screenshot earlier and have it as a proof, then i cancelled the booking because they were committing fraud against me and raising the price of hotel even after booking, i asked for a refund of rs2314 but till now they haven't refunded my money and it's more than a month now, they don't reply through customer support keeping me on hold for more than 15 mins everytime and then they cut the call, and even email's are not replied.

        Dear sir,
        I am Aditya Kumar and my booking id is GRHT5619, I using oyo from many days and I am gold wizard member I had booked 2 rooms in oyo 10865 heritage shelters resort, when I reach hotel on 6 jul 3 pm hotel manager has rejected check in saying low tariff issue, I called customer care of oyo 4times first two customer care executive has disconnected call by placing my call in hold and last call was attended by mr.sandeep Kumar he claims he was lobby manager and he shifted by booking to other hotel named olive grand by erasing all the details happened earlier and it was cheap hotel this is how people cheat they showed me high profile hotel and at last all the people of oyo has spolied my vacation.i am moving back by cancelling my vacation worst experience from oyo . I will update this fraud done by oyo and my suffering with my friends and colleagues and everybody will apricate the great services by oyo and their customer care people. If you not refund my booking amount I will definitely sue your company. From 6th July I had raised many escalations and called customer service many times but my issue hasn't been resolved everyone they send me a mails saying refund has been initiated and it will take 7-14 working days.

        Same reply I am getting from 8th July and nothing more than that my refund has been initiated at 8 th July but it was not credited till now that is 3 August 2019. No one from customer care can solve this problem only they can show sympathy because fraud is oyo company what can employees do ? Just they can show sympathy on customer that's all. I had got that sympathy mails with me only consumer forum can punish this company then only oyo will learn something

          For refund of my money I have been following up with OYO customer care no. [protected] for more than a month but have not got my money back. After a month today the person on call tells me that the refund has not been processed and that I am not eligible for the refund.

          My guests checked in the evening on June17, 2019 and I paid 100% advance of Rs. 12, 398/-, but I received a call from them early morning on June 18, 2019 that the hotel is not worth staying as they had a lady travelling also and the hotel corridors were dark in the night.

          Realising the sensitivity I cancelled the booking immediately on the 18th of June morning for the balance days and got the below message from OYO at 06:40 hrs the same day:

          I have been following up since then for the refund and even had a chat on OYO assistance and everytime I was told that the refund is being processed. You may check your back end on the recorded conversations that you hold, which is for a minimum duration of 60 days as per the regular process. Today, when I called up the guestline I was told that the hotel owner is saying that the guests have stayed for full 5 days and that the refund cannot be processed. OYO is asking me for a proof of check out, and that too I must add in, the person was quite unprofessional with his talk.

          I think that this is completely OYO's responsibility to find out the truth and me, as an esteemed customer of OYO rooms, should be given what is mine. You may please go ahead and check the CCTV footage of the hotel, which I am sure again has a backup of 60 days, which stands as a proof that my guests have not stayed for the entire duration of 5 days and that the hotel owner is not sharing the truth with your team.

          Extremely surprising, not expected from OYO.

            Oyo hotels app is downloaded and registered with my mobile number yesterday. As i have some issues with my database i want to remove my account from the app. I contacted customer service but they didn't helped me. Oyo didn't provide me the option to remove my account.               Today at 9:30 i call to oyo for booking room i clearly said that i want early check-in one of the executive who attend call said that you can get if property manager allow i said then asked him whether he allows me not, he talked to him and confirm my booking in hotel grace with condition of early check-in but when i reached there manager deny to gives me check-in and said we can’t allow u before 12 pm then again i called to oyo and talk to miss nimita (Guest manager) even she doesn’t help me and i was wait for 2 hour on road. It was disgusting experience with oyo and i told to my brother advocate about incident happen with me he suggesting me to file petition against oyo..

                Refund not given after cancellation of booking no ilgk2809 (11th may 2019) and alos2083 (31th july 2019). They don't even have send any refund message. Then we contact oyo customer care and then they asked me to file a complaint for not getting refund. That's why i have filled a complaint. This was all due to misunderstanding policies of oyo rooms. I request oyo rooms to please take action on this...

                  From past few days i have been booking a room in delhi of date 3/08/2019 but as a talk to property manager he said that he won't allow check in due to low tarrif but why?. The offer that oyo give are just there to waste our time and make fun o[censored]s.
                  I complained it to customer care and what they do.. They just hold hu for 15 to more minutes then there customer executive handle us again hold us for 20 n more minutes as they talk to property manager but they never talk to them. And call get disconnected... I did this several times.. Them after they shifted my booking to another saying that we guarantee u that it won't happen again.. But when i again contacted to manager of hotel he denied my booking by saying low tarrif.. Then i agin waste my time calling customer executives.. Then the told me that they have talked to manger and he agreed.. So i agin called manger he still denies me saying that oyo person called me but he never said about giving room. I wsted three days in playing game of booking and canceling.. Low terrif and customer care..

                    I have made booking through oyo on 03.07.2019 vide booking no nkfg4326 there was lot of problems regarding services in that hotel for which i called oyo several times and also made online complaint at the same time but no response next day again i called oyo and made complaint that time customercare person confirmed me that we will refund 500 in your wallet so that that can be used in your next booking but till today i have not received the amount every time they say they will make the refund but not doing

                      I wasn't initially informed about the notice period so i gave the notice by email on 23rd june. Pg caretaker knew of my intentions to checkout on 8th july right from the time of check in.
                      The security deposit of rs. 7499 was supposed to be refunded within 15 days of checkout. I received an email on 19th july saying i wouldn't be given any refund because i didn't serve a notice. The customer care acknowledged receiving the notice by email.
                      Now on 27th july, i received an eviction notice saying i need to pay rs. 15116 more as occupancy charge. Checkout has already been acknowledged 3 times.
                      On 1st august, i received an email saying i need to pay rs. 22615 as rent due for the month of august.
                      The customer care doesn't respond to most of the calls and when they do, they ask me to write a new mail. The caretaker of the pg, mr. Sumit told me that it was not under his control and he was ready to do the necessary at his end. He has assured me that i will get a full refund but the customer care won't respond.

                        We at tecnimont, mumbai had booked oyo 7150 metro view residency (Classic double) at malad -31st july to 1st aug @1460 for our staff mr. Hara prasad swain who is coming from malaysia. It was booked from our mumbai office (Mr. Nadeem [protected]). It was cancelled with the reason that our staff didn't attend the call which is really nuisance, as before cancellation it is must to call the person who has booked the hotel, as staff can't attend call when he is in flight (This small thing oyo's concern should understand in hotel business) how, he can cancel the booking like a layman. After this further booking done in oyo 22535 hotel orbit inn and it was really worst when we came to know that in midnight they told to our staff that this cancelled and they hv arranged booking in another hotel at goregaon for which staff had to arrange the transportation. This is really worst which has resulted big harassment in terms of metally, physically & financially and not at all acceptable. It is must to return all the charges with penalty on a/c of physical & mental harassment in midnight.

                          I m sai i got a worst experience from oyo, i have booked a hotel room in hotel tap gold crest, and we got a confirmation from oyo, we reached hotel asper instruction, the guy in the table was so arrogant he said us like there is no rooms available there i was with mu family at that midnight, we said him we had a confirmation from oyo and he told us what should i do if we don’t t have rooms available here and was like telling us to get out indirectly, and i dont want to take chance again i went another hotel got one room and stayed there, after this i called to oyo customer care on of your executives spoke to me i explained my prblms to them they made me explain to different people more than 8 times, when ever i call them they will make me explain everything again and again and at last we got into a deal that he will refund 2000 as a compensation for me and ensured me they wont make me call them again, but today one of your executive named poonam has denied my compensation and she asked to me to go for further action, is this the service offered by a reputed company like oyo??
                          Once we reached hotel we got fooled again oyo officials fooled me once again
                          I am going to file a complaint in karnataka state consumer redressal forum and i will see through that

                            Oyo customer care do not help customers at all. they themselves decides and cancels listing of few properties even after customers have already booked before and then ensures that users will get any property in the same price but after everything, they say customer have to pay more after calling them continuously for 12hrs. they places the call and disconnects, the agents, the escalation team and the complaint team too. an agent even used abusive word and disconnects. I am calling since 24hrs now but no help at all

                            In the morning I got a call from OYO name told was ANKUR,
                            He called me up to tell me some issues regarding my booking for OYO 17384 EASTERN GROOVE Dt 6th aug to 10th. When asked he replied, some time up issues and my booking should be reallocated to a different hotel. I asked him for few options, he gave some which did not fulfill my criteria. I then asked him for an availability at OYO 29004 ELGIN RETREAT, for the given dates. To which he said yes and my booking was confirmed. I even asked him about any additional tariff if I must pay as my previous booking was already booked and paid in advance. To which he replied I dont need to pay anything, as it is a problem from ur end and the booking will be confirmed. Later when I checked my booking status it was a different hotel (Hotel Nakshtra) I did tell him not to do this as it doesn't full fill my criteria.
                            While raising a concern about the wrong hotel booking I managed to see the booking for Hotel Nakshtra got cancelled and a fresh booking was made for OYO 29004 ELGIN RETREAT. To which I have to make a payment of 5202 again.

                            My point is I didn't cancel any booking, I paid for the booking I did. All sorted and done. I will get a call from ur incompetent staff following a problem from your side not mine, modify my booking with the options I didn't choose and then cancel it according to his will also ask payment from me for the booking I didn't do, and to get a resolution I will have to spend an entire day to talk to ur representative and get it resolved. What's the point in booking with OYO and getting in a fuss.

                            Anyway I also had a talk with Ruchika one o[censored]r other representative who said and will resolve the above issue and get back to me with an confirmation email within 30mins which is still pending. I seriously need a resolution for this matter asap.
                            And i[censored] guys need extra charge for such following issues please mention in ur app with a disclaimer. This sort of fuss is highly unprofessional. Please look into this matter asap.

                            And please do me a favor don't ask ANKUR or such representatives to call customers and harass them when they are confused themselves. And seriously have no clue of what they are doing.

                              Hi Team,

                              My name is shubhendu Sahoo, Booking ID MTQW5041.
                              I booked a hotel "Hotel Mohan Regency" on 25th July for 8 rooms 23 people from 22nd Aug to 26th Aug.
                              I have paid Rs.8566 on advance.
                              Today on 31st July. I called oyo customer care regarding cancellation policy, as due to some family issue I need to cancel the booking. When I talked with the customer care they said your full amount will be get refunded on your respective account. As there is no cancellation charges for this hotel till 21st August 12pm. Even when I booked the hotel it was also written the same regarding cancellation policy.
                              Then I requested him to cancel the booking on behalf of me as the full amount will get refunded.
                              But when he cancelled I received only Rs 3491. Rest amount Rs.5075 got deducted due to cancellation charges.
                              May I know why this happened ?
                              First your customer team told me there won't be cancellation charges then suddenly they deducted my amount.
                              If they would have provide me correct information then obviously I won't be cancelling the booking. For your wrong information and wrong commitment by your agent my money got wasted. Even I have asked him twice before cancelling.
                              But he told me no need to worry sir your full amount will get refunded.
                              Now when I called again your customer care, they said they can't help me out.
                              What kind of business you all are running. You all are playing with customer.
                              Look into it on priority as this happened due to your staff wrong information. If earlier he would have told me everything correctly then this would not not be happened.
                              This really disgusting.

                                We have booked rooms for 4 pax and we went there but Manager of oyo hotel panorma property id is 9673 chail himachal pardesh denied us to check in and he was drunk tried to harash women was with us
                                And he even threatned us to kill because oyo's standard is like this they are fraud and getting extra money than what they shows in thier app

                                    I uday joshi booked hotel in agra via oyo on 9th jiulu 2019 for 2 days, 21st july to 23rd july. Booking id was mlyp6849. I paid rs1587 via card. When i reached hotel on 21st in the morning at 6:30am, they told check-in time is after 12pm. I cam after 12pm then they told we don't accept oyo booking and can not give room and asked me to talk with oyo. Now my question is why customer has to suffer when there is issue between hotel and oyo. Why hotels are shown in the oyo website who does not accept booking done via oyo. Then i call oyo cust care, they booked another hotel laxman resort (Oyo22293) with booking id ghxw5806. Again i paid cash on reception rs 1927/. I just got msg that my previous booking is cancelled as i did not check-in??. No msg about refund of rs 1587/-. Only verbel intimation that we will do the needful... But when... Requesting you to please refund the amount against my booking mlyp6849.
                                    Hope i will get response if really you want to provide good service.

                                      I booked two rooms at oyo 22039 hotel bkc grand in mumbai through your customer care. You advised me to pay rs 10822.00 in advance otherwise my booking will be cancelled. I therefore made the payment in advance and went to hotel for check in. But the hotel authority denied getting me check in rather harass me as i paid the payment to oyo. At the time validity period of my mobile no [protected] which is registered at oyo was expired and contacted oyo customer care[protected] from different mobile no (Of hotel authority). And explained the matter to you and asked them to cancel the booking with full refund. Afterward i recharged my mobile and again contacted your customer care[protected]. They assured me to refund full amount rs 10822. However i have not received the amount till date. Screenshot of my booking is attached for your information. Please solve the matter at the earliest otherwise i will have to bring the matter to pmo as i donot know your controlling authority.
                                      All the booking records are not seen at my app. This is not fair. Please explain why you have deleted some of them.
                                      You are also requested not to harass customer such way. Please solve the matter in between you and hotel authority and then go for booking. I also request you to reject hotel bkc grand as they took the opportunity of my helpless situation and bound me to make payment again for lodging at their hotel. Behaviour of the hotel authority is also not fair.

                                        I was told that i'll get the gst invoice post to check out, even i called up many times at customer care and had a word with sneha and ishan (Executive) along with shipra and vivek (Escalation team) they also confirmed that gst details has been updated and will send you the gst invoice but i have received the normal one/with my company gst details.

                                        Earlier they had committed me that i'll get the same post checkout, and had a call recording as well, now they are denying to send the gst invoice.
