We are 2 family stays here and rest 4 rooms (3 bhk divided in 12 rooms) allotted to oyo.
This is very far from the main road and in a residential area with a trust operating with the same colony. Members are trying their best to move the oyo from their residential area as this may disturb their day to...

My booking id was rywd9826. I had booked a stay at hotel krishna viabhava at banaglore from 26th to 29th july usihng oyo rooms. The room had not advertised that it will be full of cockraoches. amount not yet refunded (booking id: gxvq2968)

So this is my second complaint regarding the same issue that was published on this forum on 7th July and as I said earlier, the money to be refunded almost 2 months back by now (booked on 23rd May) is yet to be received, I sent them mail, had a talk with their support assistant, raised a complaint here before. BUT WHY IS THAT I AM STILL STRUGGLING TO CLAIM MY OWN MONEY
Oyo definitely is a fraudster, their such a negligent behaviour...

Oyo room is very irresponsible and a pathetic service.

We booked a hotel in gurugram hotel comfort stay near sector 42-43 metro station and when we reach the hotel they say due to less rates they can’t give us the room, they denied to give us the room.. And say you have to pay more money rather then booking amount.. But why i can pay extra.. If the amount shows Rs. 680 they said you have to pay 889..this is so drastically...

I had booked my stay in Dalhousie(Hotel Surya Resort) through oyo rooms which the hotel cancelled on our arrival. Date: April 23 - April 25, 2019.
The hotel did not accept oyo room bookings. Amt- INR 4036/-
However my stay was taken care by providing an alternate nearby hotel by oyo room executive which I had to pay extra and higher tarif.

Its been almost 28 days that i still did not received my refund payment rs.3818 on booking homestay id cbxf1724 on 29.06.2019 and cancelled home stay on 1.07.2019 because my trip was extended for one more day and booked another home stay via oyo id qtvn5089. I have called many times to oyo customer care. Yet there is no much response from oyo rooms. Kindly help me to get my refund money back...

I pre paid the above booking id through oyo mobile app using amazon pay balance.
However at the time of check-in the oyo property (Oyo flagship 504 gk)
Said the payment is not done. I showed them my amazon pay transection id also transaction id#: p[protected]
Finally i made a card payment on the spot expecting one transaction will be reverted.
However, i didn't get any transection...

I had booked for a room through Oyo and the hotel denied check in coz of water issue. And I was promised a refund but on contacting Oyo many times still I didn't get my refund back. Everytime they send the same mail stating that it s initiated and it LL be refunded within 7-14 days. And my booking id is EPVH9834. And in the app it doesn't show any refund status....

fraud for room

Hii, i booked room from OYO rooms near to new delhi, mahipalpur in the name of Hotel Goodluck House. When we reached there they said Air conditioners were not working due to short circuit. Then we contacted to OYO rooms and they said we will send you in next hotel but they never did. we were waiting there for their call for atleast 3 hours then they send a person from the hotel Aero Look. when we reached to the next hotel reffered by OYO...

hotelier denied check in even after paid reservation

My booking ID HQPF6254 for OYO 43486 Hari Vilas bhawan vrindavan denied check in on 28thJuly, 2019 due to dispute between oyo and hotelier as Oyo is not processing their payments on time. On the other hand we were told by hotelier that they could have accommodate us if we had chosen pay at hotel option. Then i called Oyo customer care number and given my phone to hotelier for resolution but at the end we were offered to modify our booking...

oyo 7054 hotel ambalika refusing booking

My booking id is[protected] which was confirmed by yesterday on 19th july '19 and full payment also had done but today i came to this hotel but hotel management has been directly denied to provide this service again this booking id.
So pls help and resolve this issue asap as i will refund my amount.
On 20th july hotel ambalika receptionist and manager told me that we had no more tie up with oyo so we can't accept this booking...
