Hi team,

I have booked one hotel room in aanchal hotel in dausa rajasthan on 2 aug 2019 for one night. I made the payment in advanced and got booking confirmed from oyo.
My estimated arrival time was between 11pm and 12am. I intimated the same while booking the room too.

Very disappointed with oyo. Can anyone help?
My brother booked oyo room since he had written exam in kolkatta. The hotel charged extra money, the actual amount to be paid was 5649 inr and said oyo team has no communication with hotel staff.

charged double for the room booked through oyo and confirmed

I have booked a hotel at new delhi through oyo rooms. I have booked the room for 2 days at a price of rs 1543/- without food. Later, received a message from oyo to confirm the booking by giving a missed call from my registered mobile no. ac not working at night,geyser is not working.

It's my third visit in same hotel, but all time disappointed, during 1st visit electrical short circuit, second visit no ac no gyser, at last. Third visit same problem ac is not working at night, n gyser totally shut down, add at gorkhpur tulip inn, respond from manager very much negative. Secondly continue call at oyo on customer care, they making false promises, no attend till now, hotel rating is just eye wash buisness....

I've been told to pay the early morning charges because as per their time it was 5:59 & as per the hotel's & my time it was above 6:02. For a room of 881 they're asking me to pay extra 1332. refund not processed even after 35-40 days

I made booking on 22nd june, my booking id is sqgt0197,
Where hotel denied check in as they were not accepting any booking through oyo,
This incident took my 3-4 hrs and made situation worst,
Now its been around 2 months you oyo is not able to process my refund,

The customer experience managers can't understand what your problem is because of lack of educational qualification i guess.

They keep your call on hold for at least 20 mins or more i will be attaching the screenshots for the same....
