My name was raja chaudhary, i booked the hotel through the oyo thru. When i went to the hotel in secunderabad, i told not to book it, then the hotel of oyo was canceled on 12th july 2019 but i did not even get the call. I am speaking by calling people somewhere, but no one is listening to my complaint, no one is chatting my problem, so please message me and get my refund oyo is found i hate oyo

    As we reached the hotel (Oyo 18842 Amana Suites, Mumbai) in a heavily pouring weather, even after having a prior booking with ID TZQC2831, we were not allowed to check-in on the pre-decided amount of INR 1632. As we were asked to get in touch with the customer care, who repeatedly put our call on hold in the promise of providing another hotel, we spent more than 1.5 hrs to fix the issue. In the end, we were also not provided with another hotel and we were left to facing a lot of inconvenience in such bad weather. Then, we paid INR 1500 for a day which is almost a double amount to stay in the same hotel which had minimal facilities. We demand a reimbursement with a separate cost for this inconvenience caused.

      Hi,

      I made a booking for below mentioned hotel with booking id given in reference.

      Oyo 35609 royal garden brindavan resort
      Mysore

      But, when we reached the hotel they refused to provide rooms saying that they have lot of pending amount to be settled from oyo.
      I called the customer care of oyo and asked to talk to property manager and still they didn't accept to provide room for us. They also told they asked oyo not to make booking for their hotel, but still that was not done by oyo.
      Its purely a blunder and irresponsibility of oyo. We were in complete mess due to all these nonsense discussions which we didn't anticipate in our tour planned to spend time peacefully.

      We have been told that an alternative location will be arranged which is not acceptable due to below reasons.
      1) we liked that locality and planned for stay and dont want to change
      2) we roamed around and reached hotel so tired and wanted to take some rest and not in mood to roam again to the new location.
      3) it was late.

      Due to this i requested to cancel the booking and refund the amount as we have already very much disappointed with your service.

      Total amount paid : rs 3206
      But the mobile app is showing only rs. 2888.

      Finally i got a message as below for a refund amount of rs.219.

      Hi, your booking at oyo 35609 royal garden brindavan resort has been cancelled, as per your request. Bookingid: pcaf1365.
      Cancellation charges: inr 2987, refund amount: inr 219.
      This amount will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days.in case you do not receive the amount, call [protected] or email us at [protected]@oyorooms.com.

      I don't understand why should i pay so much to oyo for a worst service and your inability to provide room for the booking we made?
      We have not cancelled the booking by ourselves.

      Please understand the situation and i demand a full refund of rs.3206.

        I booked a room at oyo 6869 ecr grand residency vide fbs2870 for 2 rooms from 4/8/19 to 5/8/19, by paying online rs.1708.00.
        Subsequently i received message stating due to unavoidable circumstances they shifted me to o24512 neelankarai, 1st avenue, 1st street, on ecr chennai and i agreed to it.
        Again in the night after i slept i received a message stating shifting of the room
        To a far away place oyo 20013 silverkey, thoraipakkam and at 4.50 am early in the morning i called to inform them, no one picked the call and that made me to cancel my booking on 4/8/19 early morning.

        This made me to suffer with my family and when i checked with the first hotel they offered me room with regular tariff.
        I request you to repay the full amount immediate.

          We had booking confirmation but was denied check in by the hotel people.
          When called the oyo customer care, they just kept phone on hold and there was no proper response.
          We had gone with family and 4 hours we were on the road without any confirmation.
          Confirmation code:luks6283.
          The hotel staff was rude also, they said no rooms are available and we tried reaching oyo heldesk but in vain.
          We have not yet received refund also and no proper response from their end also.
          They are literally cheating people.
          We had one more customer in the hotel, who was facing the same issue.

            Booking id zfwb7248. False advertising of room as premium drastic condition of room on arrival dirty bedsheet with huge oil marks broken matress with big depressions asked for cleaner washed sheets staff said all are like this called oyo customer care many times all calls went unanswered was put on hold and calls got disconnected talked to the hotel receptionist about the problem he said cancel it and they will call so i cancelled and finally oyo answered i told them my concern they told me they will change the property to a nearest hotel and as soon as i pay for the new room i will be refunded for the previous booking i agreed property changed paid for both in advance refund was processed by other means i was sent a link to submit my bank details but money was still not credited to my account after 16days called many times and i got same answer that my complaint has been forwarded to the senior but no action i gave 1star rating to the app on play store and finally got a reply from oyos mohammad jahangir he called and told me the claim is processed and pending with finance dept and since 14 days had already passed he asked for another 3 to 7 days and that i should inform him via email if any problem it's been 8 days since then and no one is responding to my calls they go on holdas usual and disconnect. Not even mohammad jahangir is replying to my emails escalation no 6719544 booking i'd. Zfwb7248

              I booked a hotel on 5th aug for stay from 6th aug to 9th aug. Got a message from oyo stating that the hotel is overbooked and asked me to select anew hotel form the url in message. The url contains only one option which is far from my work location. So i asked for a refund in their in app support. Each time the issue has to be started from first. They are just listen and say they escalated the issue and leave the conversation. No refund initiated yet. One of them said i don't have a proper id so they can't let me check in and terminated the conversation. I have my entire certificates with all the government i have including aadhar driving licence and passport. And i didn't reach the hotel yet. I have screenshots of the conversation. The message i got for over booking is as follows.

              (1/3) hi gangadhar, due to unavoidable circumstances, we need to change* your booking dgrj3920 from oyo 23124 suprabha to another hotel. Click on link

              I canceled the booking for a loss of 900 and got accommodation at another hotel. Refund amount is not credited in my account yet.

                I booked the OYO canary wharf apartment to stay from 4/8/19 to 5/8/19 and it was cancelled without my consent or of my doing by you guys! You also took the payment of the apartment from my account and said the reservation was cancelled due to an invalid card but that wouldn’t be possible if you guys took the payment. My weekend was ruined!!

                  I had spoken to atleast 14-15 oyo cs executives and all the call recording is there with me.
                  My issue: - i had created a booking for oyo 6714 innate inn, kochi, with booking id "fpou4679", from 2-aug till 4-aug for 2 guest with breakfast and the amount payable was rs.1830+rs.190 (For breakfast)=rs.2021. But due to your technical reason my booking got cancelled for which i called your customer service where i spoke to one of your executive, after listening to my issue she kept me on hold and the call was disconnected then i called again then spoke to another executive mr. Ajim, he said due to technical reason my booking was cancelled so he created a new booking id "dvfw3942" with a discount of rs.362, so my payable amt was rs.1, 859/-. Now when i reached the hotel i came to know that my this id was also cancelled, so i was denied for check-in, so again i. E. 3rd time i had to call the cs where again my problem was not resolved and was kept on hold saying they will transfer to the manager and the call was disconnected after half an hour hold. Now 4th time when i called after waiting 2 hours outside the hotel, i spoke with mr. Vishnu pada and he promised to resolve the issue and created a new booking id "pscw0912", but again this id also got cancelled so he has to create another id "morj9417", he himself spoke with the reception manager and shared the booking id and also told to the manager that the id will reflect in their tab only after 30-45 mins so accept my check-in with the payment of rs.1659. Finally i checked-in and made the payment of rs.1659 at hotel at 5:30 pm after 4-5 hrs of wait. Now on 3rd morning when we went for breakfast, hotel manager denied for breakfast and asked me to speak with oyo again as my this id was also cancelled. So at 8 am i started calling your cs and called 4 times and each and every time your team kept me on hold after listening to my problem and the calls get disconnected. Then the 5th time i spoke for with ms sharabjit listening to her enthusiasm i thought my problem will be resolved but her call also got disconnected. No on bothers to call back. Then i spoke with ms. Priyanka the special officer as she mentioned to me. Now after listening to my whole story she created a new id "pvyb6807" and said she cannot create a back dated booking so she created for 3rd aug to 5th aug and said the date will be modified by the back end team and also said the amount created was for 2021 as earlier booking, out of which 400 will be given as cashback but i didnt get that also. Secondly the hotel people didnt gave us breakfast as the booking was not there even after i paid rs.190 extra though the earlier amt was including the breakfast. So i again i called 3 times and every time the call was kept on hold and it use get disconnected or it use get cross connected with other irritated customers.
                  This was the first time i booked with oyo app directly every time i use book goibibo and i am very happy with the service they give. You people needs to learn from them.
                  Now i need compensation for the harassment and the pressure i had to bear due to your technical issue, the whole day i was on calls with your cs executive and still the it was not resolved ad i had to pay excess. I am going to lodge a complaint at consumer court and police station and will share all the details in social media.

                    On 7th July 2019 I had booked hotel on OYO with Booking ID NGDQ5419 which was cancelled by property owner and OYO customer care was contacted with this regards and they promised refund within 7-14 working days. Till now they have mentioned 3 times that refund is re initiated but its been a torture to contact customer care. Emails have reply with same lines without even reading the email which asks you to wait for 7 to 14 days. Today I have been on call from last 40 mins, 35 mins on hold in that for this issue but no proper response. The person who has put on hold has decided to not to pic the call it seems. Now he has disconnected the call.

                    Need your help with refund.

                      Oyo Rooms booking ID YKZW5476 at hotel OYO 5807 Palar Residency:
                      Without prior information Oyo has cancelled our booking. After getting a message, I have promptly contacted with corresponding Oyo representative. 5/8/2019 was our check in date, and we have arrived at the hotel at 6 pm. Instead of that, the room was cancelled and we have to rebook the room with 1600 rs more price. Extremely harrassed and cheated by Oyo hotel service. I am sending the screenshot of the conversation with Oyo correspondent.

                        The worst service which i never seen is oyo. I had confirmed the room through the phone call received fro oyo. But when i went to checkin the room, room was not given to me and i had waited nearly 40 minutes with the negative reply from the hotel.                           Hi I have booked budget hotel for Mumbai from 5th Aug -9th August with paid payment . But on checking time, hotel is not ready give room due to non availability of room .as per hotel words, he did not get money from oyo and confirmation . Then i called more than 12-13 times oyo customer care .they also insist me that i should be cancel booking and get refund payment but Same time, if i look other hotel, it will be expensive price compare to my existing 5 days old booking price . As per law Hotel booking website, room is cancelled by hotel due to non availability of room or hotel rejection due to book oyo in less price offer. oyo customer care say that they will give other hotel and put my call on hold more than 20-30 min. .this drama is happened with me 6-7 times in 3 hours continuously but oyo did not response and these drama is continues gone for hold or transfer call name on raining time in mumbai.finally i got tired and delete APP of OYO .this is horrible service and experience with oyo support team .last 3 hours, i talked more than 25 oyo team members .they always keep call hold just request 2-3 minutes then they did not come back on call with replacement property of hotel .v c

                            It was really a pathetic experience with #oyo#oyo rooms .Did a booking with oyo rooms at kasauli for 4 rooms. Upon reaching the hotel premises my complete team was denied check-in, as per hotel they are no longer in associate with Oyo .Called customer service 10 times each and every time the agent kept me in queue, waited for 1 hour on call, still no resolution.Although I had prepaid the oyo hotel, oyo didn't even care to call me once to resolve this issue.I tried to make some changes through its app, but everytime it was showing en error "something went wrong"its been 24 hours and no refund was issued.lastly I had to choose another medium for stay.
                            Summary use my whole business trip was affected just because of this problem .Do not go for oyo rooms.pathetic customer service.

                            I called them today, spoke to an agent he again started from begining as of the customer service people don't have any records of customers issues.companies like this should be banned from doing business.

                              I had made a booking with my registered mobile number [protected] at the time of booking i had received the mail from oyo that the booking amount is 1771
                              But today at the time of check out the hotel manager said it is 1998 so what shall i do next shall i complaint to consumer forum or is there any other solution for it because i had tried 10 times on your customer care number from my another number [protected] but they were unable to solve the issue and call gets disconnected.

                                I have booked a room in the hotel krishna regency, bidar 585401, karnataka. My booking id:-anfz6374. I have confirmed the booking by calling oyo. But when i went to the hotel... The hotel management said that there is no such booking by oyo. They said that the hotel has no tie up with oyo. Tie up was cancelled one month before. But it was showing rooms that they have tied up oyo and providing offers to make booking. I was felt guilty among my parents, with booking room with oyo. Still they are not making any changes in their app regarding hotels in bidar. Their customer service is not responding about the problem. Please take action on oyo regarding this.. So that no other one can be do like this.

                                  I have book a hotel on June 15 under booking id-HGQN3892.but the hotel didn't had any rooms available..and they denied check in..we called oyo and complained about this..they said they will cancel my booking and initiate refund and also they send a confirmation mail of initiated refund ..but after 3 months also I didn't got any refund..

                                    Deprived of the basic promises made by your team with respect to cleaner linens and cleaner washrooms.
                                    I checked in oyo 2308 hotel crown on 02.08.2019 and checked out on 04.02.2019. The condition of the room was pathetic and after raising a concern with the reception manager, there was no proper help provided.

                                    Booked room at Golconda Inn, Hyderabad, Booking ID AEOM3785 under OYO 28743 Golconda Inn and requested room from 24th 7 am. Reached 7.30 am 24th July room is not available and booking is cancelled. Rebooked and taken the room and paid Rs.1200 in cash. Rs.898 which was paid earlier will be refunded. Not received as yet.                                         Hi team,

                                        I have booked one hotel room in aanchal hotel in dausa rajasthan on 2 aug 2019 for one night. I made the payment in advanced and got booking confirmed from oyo.
                                        My estimated arrival time was between 11pm and 12am. I intimated the same while booking the room too.

                                        When i reached hotel, hotel manager denied to give me the room saying hotel is full. When i told him i have the booking via oyo rooms, he replied talk to them (Oyo) we don't have rooms. I was stunned and baffled, i made the payment in advance, driving 300 kms, no cancellation information i received, hotel/oyo did not informed me or called me that they are full, i was left at no mans land.

                                        Me and my friend had spent the entire night in a servant room with foul smell coming from pillows and bed also no food as we don't have much options because we have to start early in the morning. And have to pay 200 rs at same hotel to sleep in servant room. However i called up there customer care regarding refund. They agreed to do so after confirming from hotel staff but my point is if i was with my wife and kids what will i do at that night or for matter anyone as its unknown venue for everyone.

                                        We were mentally harassed and tortured.

                                        Please investigate and take appropriate action, i want to sue this company.

                                        What ever documents required i shall provide them.
