I also register complaints but no feedback til now. I booked room and paid. But the hotel responds was oyo not paying money so they canceld all bookings related oyo. What iresponsibilty from oyo. Because we r booking and paying now troubled. What is the solution for wastage of our time and addetional expenss. I think oyo is not a trusted one now please be carefull

    I paid the hotel fee just now.. the money is deducted from my account.. but in the apps say..i havent pay.. it keep asking me to pay.. i contacted with the hotel also and they say.. i havent pay the hotel fees..

      I had booked a room for 2 at Hotel Taj Palace, Mangalore (OYO 16667) for the 12th-13th June. The amount had been paid. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we are told that the hotel has been closed for some work and we have been denied our stay. I was travelling with a patient and we had no room to stay. This has been a horrible experience with OYO !!
      Luckily, I managed to book a nearby hotel to stay for the night.

      I want a refund of my money right away without any delay.

        Hi,

        This is very unfortunate to say that I am highly dissatisfied by the service offered from Oyo.

        I booked my room (Booking Id: LVEM2354) and I made the complete payment and received the message that my hotel has been booked.

        After receiving the message, I booked my travel tickets.

        After sometime, I came to know that my hotel has been cancelled by Oyo. I called customer care service but they started making me fool by giving nonsense reason. They even closed the issue without providing any solution. Such type of behaviour from Oyo is really heart breaking and disgusting. Later on I raised a complaint and it was resolved

        Now, again after 2 days, it started showing that outstanding amount of Rs. 495 is due.

        I don't know why this thing is happening again and again with me and this is a kind of mental torture Oyo is giving to me.

        Such kind of acts are really unacceptable and it is really hampering my journey. Kindly provide its resolution and make the outstanding amount as zero as I have already paid the amount which was asked at the time of booking.

          When i go to hotel for check-in, manager of hotel said the AC's are not working and when i talked to your customer service representative for 5 or 6times and again and again they put my call on hold for 30minutes and disconnected the call. Is it the correct way to deal with customers.is that what services you give us. From now inwill suggest every one to not to use your app.

            Oyo Case Id: 15827629

            I was supposed to get the refund of Rs. 479 but still not received.
            On 25th may, i have received a mail confirmation that i will be getting the refund within 7-14 days but its now more than 18 days haven't received any amount.

            Customer support team are not responding well, they put on hold for more than half an hour and after that disconnect the call.

            Please help in getting the refund.

              I was booking on 11-6-19 in hotel oyo 33378, Krishish kunj naer santakruz east mumbai.
              my booking was confirm on application and with oyo confirmation call, but at the hotel not providing me check in.
              he says : because oyo booking is given too low rate on booking .so we don't want to give you room
              then i was normal check in there with 2500 rent.

                I booked a hotel at oyo for family, and paid half amount of booking about 1651.hotel name is Sarita mountains, almora.but when i reached at hotel the manager said that we can not give you rooms.contact oyo agent or go to other hotel.that night me and my family slept on road whole night.i raised complaint at oyo assist, and call many times to customer care.but oyo did not talk to me.and there were no hotel shifting.stil no refund.

                  I had booked hotel OYO42057 Hotel Park Palace Lachung (Booking No.GDLM 8053) through my registered mobile [protected] (email id - [protected]@gmial.com) on 06/06/2019. I got the confirmation message for this booking.

                  On arrival the Manager denied check-in, stating that they shall not give 3 rooms @Rs.2987 . They also talked to OYO team (after I contacted OYO team from mobile No [protected] (since my mobile [protected] tower was not working) even than they trashed me and my family out. It was raining heavily at Lachung at 7:30 evening and I keep on contacting OYO team (5 times) and OYO could not resolve the issue.

                  My grievances is, who has given authority to OYS team to play with customer. How come a confirmed booking (where payment has also been made) of a customer has been denied the services. What OYO team do to ensure that their customer gets what they have paid for. Is merely return of booking amount by OYO will absolve the responsibility of company.

                  Even after taking to OYO team, no resolutions were provided. I was assured by OYO team that senior official of OYO team shall call on ([protected] -alternative number provided by me, since my no [protected] was tower less that point of time) within 15 minutes, however no calls received whole night. I had to take other alternative.

                  I am looking forward a suitable and merit resolution from OYS team.

                    I had booing in OYO 7580 Jagannath Temple, there was no facility of TV, Wifi and AC was also not working. i have lodge the complaint regarding the at the time of checking itself but no resolution provided yet.
                    I called multiple times to resolve the issue but oyo is not responding, either they said we will check and let you know or they will put your called for infinite duration and will cut the call.

                    That kind pathetic service they providing. Cheating customer and looting their hard earned money. On the name of 3 star hotel they will provide the loudge.

                    OYO team refund my entire amount with this booking immediate.

                      The worst experience i ever had.
                      I booked 2 hotels 1 in rishikesh and 1in dehradun (8-10).but in both the hotels i am denied by the hotel to check in as they said they are not taking oyo bookings. I ws just so [censored]ed up as i have already paid for both of the hotels 3k i was not carrying that much cash to book another hotel at the same location. As i called oyo and asked for refund they just denied and now its been 4days i haven't received any notification regarding my refund procedure.
                      Oyo is just a fake application as they are showing hotels that are not accepting oyo bookings.
                      Facilities were abusing and was so arrogant idk what just wrong with that hotel manager as they are abusing a girl regarding a booked room even when I already paid.
                      If oyo doesn't do anything against that hotels i will definitely put a FIR against both of them.

                        The Oyo26679, Jk Inn, Mysore, was booked priorly but the receptionist replied rudely refusing that property belongs to me not of Oyo if I pay money over the counter then only they would provide room it seems, online payment to Oyo is not accepted. When we called to the customer care they alloted a new room and cancelled the old saying that the refund will be intiated and will be back in my account in 7 to 10 working days. But again I am getting messages like thank for checking in jk Inn hope u enjoy the stay though the room was cancelled from your and refund is intiated. Please kindly consider and do the needful.

                          My booking to above named hotel is being cancelled and is being shown as upgraded... Which is a property of home type and is at least 5kms away from Krishna... Earlier while making booking, price got sudden increase which already troubled me a lot... Now another problem.. On the way to my trip instead of enjoying I m wasting my time calling n messaging u ppl. If it is to be upgraded then upgrading to a Premium hotel and location is called as upgradation as per my knowledge... I have been staying with Oyo for long but this time I m feeling sick of booking with u ppl... I afraid of complaining further..

                            These people are not giving me my refund. I had booked 1 double room in Allahbad in Hotel Court View for 3 days (14th to 16th May) through OYO. But when I reached at the hotel they were not having amy booking for me. They contacted the OYO guys and then they said there r no rooms vacant. And it took me 4 hrs to finally contact oyo guys. These people were just transferring the call from one person to another. It was 7 in the morning and I had to take the single room in the same hotel paying the double amount which I hv already paid to OYO.
                            Then after 4 hrs of discussion with their seniors they said tht I will get the refund within 7 to14 days. And now I'm calling them since 2 weeks but when I explain them my issue... They just keep my call on hold for hours...I have all the recordings in my phone. U should never prepay them. They never entertain u once they get the money. Before the payment was processed they were giving me all support but now they don't even talk about this issue... They just say we r not responsible. This is just ridiculous. These people should be taken to court.

                            I thought of booking the hotel beforehand so tht I face no issues once I'm at my destination. But it turned put worse. I had to pay double the amount I already paid (to OYO) to the hotel in cash to get the one single room which was not cleaned also. It's my hard earned money u keeping with u guys. I told the hotel guy to talk to OYO and take the payment from there ans I will pay only the balance but he refused and he took full amount in cash from me. Now as it is I had spent extra. Atleast return my amount which I got no service for.

                            I was overcharged at the hotel, as the hotel manager was saying that there's some tariff issue and you have to pay rs.911 more for check in, as it was a harsh summer day I decided to pay more rather than going out and finding another hotel. But after checking into the room I was shocked.. the hotel room was small and dirty, no chairs, walls were black and dirty, expensive and 3rd class food. Etc.
                            And after messaging OYO services about overcharge and room quality issue they asked me to call on this no.[protected] and oh boy! What a mess their service is. First they told me that I'm 100% eligible for the refund as there was nothing found like tariff issue or such then OYO sent me an email asking me for my bank details, after sharing so, they kept my issue aside and never responded and after calling them, my call gets transferred again and again and again and finally gets disconnected automatically but they never connected me to their technical team. I've called them for like 56 times and still got no luck . It's already been more than a month and I still haven't got my refund back.

                              It is really a pity that I had to chase you for such a petty case since 31st of May 2019. I have been struggling to get any resolution of my issue since 31st Of May and customer care executives transfers call that nobody receives.
                              I booked a hotel via #OYO on 31st May but as I was denied Check In after several attempt your customer care executive booked another hotel. When I reached there they also denied check in saying they don't have any contract with #OYO. Then I insisted to refund my money to customer care executives though they told me that I will get refund for both the bookings but till date nothing has happened. In #OYO App it says my refund has been cancelled. I am feeling cheated now. Booking IDs are QLCX7062 and VEZC6421. #Shame #OYO

                              I would like to inform that after contacting a manager in OYO Kolkata office through my school friend he pursued the case on Thursday Morning 13th and by Friday 14th June afternoon my money have been refunded 100%. I really don't know what would have happened if I could not pursue through some insider. Sorry state.

                                My booking in the hotel was from 29/04 to 09/05. I had to check out two days prior in the hotel and when called the customer service i was promised an amount of 5, 300 as the check out charges. Was promised a callback from supervisor to confirm the amount but no one called. After multiple calls which i made to the oyo customer service portal the supervisor told me that the charges have increased to 13 thousand. Again was promised number of callbacks in the day where they said they will check their call records of what the agent spoke and will call back for the same but no callback. This is very bad customer service. They have been dropping my calls after being adamant for the issue to be resolved.

                                  I had booked hotel OYO DWANG RESORT-23391 (including breakfast) in the name of my brother Mr. Ashok Mahto on 28th May 2019 in Gangtok from 30th May to 1st June 2019 through OYO App. I got the confirmation message for this booking. On arriving at destination the property denied admission saying there is no booking in the name of Mr. Ashok Mahto and they also told that they have already ended up agreement with OYO company and suggested us to contact OYO.
                                  When we contacted OYO Customer Service, they sent us another hotel named as OYO 35885- RUMTEK HOTEL DEMADZONG instead of what i have booked and they told us this hotel is as similar as OYO DWANG RESORT-23391 but Rumtek Hotel Demadzong was a property of very low standards compared to my earlier booking. This hotel denied providing breakfast which was part of our earlier booking for which payment was done upfront.
                                  I have paid Rs. 7625 for Dwang Resort 23391, Rumtek Hotel Demadzong which is way above its standard. Above all the physical pain and mental agony which my family suffered due to OYO mismanagement is unpardonable after paying full amount in advance.
                                  I have been cheated by OYO and thus demand refund of my entire amount without any further delay. No customer should suffer because of their problems with their properties. The harassment faced by me should be immediately compensated by providing the refund.

                                  I am trying to contact with OYO Customer services since 5 days and made more the 20 calls but no fuitful solution is providing by them and i have also mailed to OYO on 5th June2019 but no one is responding.

                                    I had booked OYO 15989 (RC Residency Bhagsunag, Bhagsu, Dharamkot Rd, McLeod Ganj, Himachal Pradesh 176219) property with booking ID JXBV7491 for one night (6th June 2019 - 7th June 2019) and made full payment for the same.

                                    When we reached the hotel on 6th june 2019, hotel manager denied check-in and told that they do not have any tie-up with OYO rooms. The tie-up was canceled from 10th March 2019.

                                    We had to go through lot of difficulties as it was very late when we reach at hotel and then we need to look of alternate solutions. OYO team was not responding and when talked to customer support they put call on hold for nearly 20 minutes and then cut the call. I was having small kid with me.

                                    OYO is still taking the bookings.

                                    I want the compensation for following reason.
                                    1. The vacation day got spoiled.
                                    2. OYO put my family in danger in unknown city.
                                    3. They are not initiating the refund.

                                      We book an oyo room on 10th of june at 9.53pm. The room was booked for 11th - 12th of june. The name of the oyo was - oyo flagship 24821 waterfront guest house. The address provided to us by oyo is AQ block sector 5, kolkata.
                                      When reached the place at about 11am. The first thing we noticed is the hotel was nowhere to be found near the location given to us so we thought maybe incorrect address is give. We tried calling the manager of the hotel. We tried calling him for about 5-6 times and then he finally picked up. We politely asked the person whether we are speaking to the manager or not. The person said, “ I AM THE ONWER OF THE HOTEL, I HAVE 7 PROPERTIES SO PLEASE CLARIFY WHICH ONE YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. We gave him the oyo number and then what he said is the most shocking thing ever. He said “ THAT PROPERTY DOES NOT EXIST. I HAVE MOT STARTED THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPERTY YET. THE ROOMS SHOWN ARE DUMMY ROOMS AND THE HOTEL IS NOT LIVE YET. OYO MADE A MISTAKE AND LISTED THE HOTEL IN THE LIST. GO AND CALL OYO AND CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.”
                                      After hearing this, we tried calling oyo 16 times out of which they only picked up twice. Both the times, the representative said i am really sorry, can i interest you in booking another room nearby? The rooms offered to us were twice the amount we booked the first hotel for. And, also the locations they were asking us to go, were almost 8-9 kilometres away.
                                      We finally booked another hotel and checked in at about 1 pm. We waited for 2 hours in this weather. The haphazard caused to us by oyo is disgusting.
                                      We finally got a mail from oyo at 2.46pm, about 4 hours later saying our booking has been shifted to another hotel.
                                      Serious action needs to be taken against oyo this time. Awful experience.

                                        My amount of 359 rupees from Oyo was not credited into my account but they are saying the money was already been credited. I wrote a mail to the customer care about this they responded very late and did not provide refund transaction details also. They are showing a fake notification in the Oyo app that your money successfully credited into your account. But we are not receiving money into my accounts. If they really credited refund into my account why they aren't giving a refund.
