I Rajesh Kumar just booking a hotel shiv shristhi palaces but when reach destination the hotel is close. Is this the way to cheat people to deduct payment with confirm booking and when reach place there is no room with us. This is totally cheated me from you end. As I booked hotel on 9.6.14 at shiv shristhi palace which I'd is MPDN 7539 and also booked on 11.6.19 which I'd is RAQL7349.but after reach destination on 11.6.19 at 7pm and there I got information from security Guard that this hotel is closed for a month longh.but still OYO get booked this hotel requarly.
This is totally fraud from customer. And for this I have suffered lots. I take alternate hotel at deogarh Rudraraksh in on 11.6.19 at 7.45 I have check in
This is our demand to return of payment which I pay for this two booking asap.
Otherwise I go for consumer court for file a complaint against fraud case which you have done with me.
Waiting for your reply and revert me back asap.

And after messaging OYO services about overcharge and room quality issue they asked me to call on this no.[protected] and oh boy! What a mess their service is. First they told me that I'm 100% eligible for the refund as there was nothing found like tariff issue or such then OYO sent me an email asking me for my bank details, after sharing so, they kept my issue aside and never responded and after calling them, my call gets transferred again and again and again and finally gets disconnected automatically but they never connected me to their technical team. I've called them for like 56 times and still got no luck . It's already been more than a month and I still haven't got my refund back.
