I had booked for a room on 7th June 2019 in a hotel named Hotel P2 in Digha. My booking ID was JFUB9215.
Later on the booking day I received a message stating that the booking was cancelled. In order to confirm the reason I tried reaching the Oyo customer care. But they confirmed that it is still booked. After multiple attempts I managed to get the Hotel contact number from a customer care executive.
When I spoke with the hotel they said to cancel the booking and that they don't accept any booking through Oyo.
So I reached customer care multiple times to explain the same but they told me it was still a confirmed booking.
Again after sometime I received another text stating that the booking has been shifted to another hotel without my consent. Later on I spoke with the customer care who said that I have to pay extra 8.5 k approx to book the new hotel. I've already paid Rs. 6142 for Hotel P2 and it was not possible for me to pay extra 8.5k.
After multiple interaction with the Oyo customer care, I was informed that I will be getting a call from them which till today Jun 14th never happened.
On Sunday 9th June I spoke with the customer care and they raised a refund case and promise that they'll call, again which till now didn't happen.
I followed up with them and all I was informed that I'll receive a call in next 15 minutes, or next day.
On 13th June got to know that they've cancelled my booking. So far worst experience ever with Oyo.

I didn't even stay in either of the hotels. All I want is my refund.

    I was looking for bali package and contacted to Rajat(Rajatsharma.[protected]@oyorooms.com). He asked to deposit 2K rs which is refundable but 3 weeks passed and no revert is there. Rajat is also avoiding calls and no response. This kind of service you people are providing. Complain against shamanpreet Kaur also as he talked as senior at the time of payment

      So,
      I've booked My Room In Hotel Pragya International at Varanasi Through Oyo Rooms At 4 June 2019 And Also Paid The Amount, there I had applied some coupons so the amount was at discounted price.
      I got free that I already have booked the hotel and I thought that I'll just go and check-in.
      But
      At 8 June 2019 just before 11 hrs to check-in I got a message that my booking was not valid and cancelled. I saw The Message And I Booked Another Hotel at another site Which Was Rs. 4000 More Than This booking.
      And when I booked my room I got a message from Oyo that this was it's technical fault and I can rebook that room but the hotel I booked after it's cancellation message was not refundable.
      So is it not the case of mental harrasment??
      Please give the right judgement regarding this.
      And I also want my all the expenses which has harmed me🙏

      Oyo people not proving correct information regarding the refund they only saying reference number and RRN number
      Where as bank people are asking the mode of payment the bank details which they have initiated a refund and name of the account
      It’s being almost 25 days I haven’t got my refund till now

        After confirm booking hotel sunita mount view almora property manager not allow the check in hotel. I have booked 3 room by Oyo Room side. but property owner say that hotel not tie up with oyo room.
        Oyo Room side are very worst side they and they are not positive response by team . oyo room side are thief.

            I have booked a hotel in dhrampur himachal pradesh. Oyo assistant have confirmed my booking. When i reach here hotel manager tell me that they have ended the policy with oyo rooms. And decline the bookings. Then the employee of oyo assistant refuse to help they just transferring calls for 2hours and the solution is nothing.
            After all i know that never trust oyo people they will never help u for anything

              I have booked two rooms with 3x occupancy for two nights with breakfast for 09.06.2019 to 11.06.2019 on 12.05.2019 in Hotel N S Internation, Oyo capital O 869.

              On 09.06.2019, morning 9 a.m., i have called to oyo for my booking confirmation and Hotel reception number, one telecaller confrimed my booking and gave me Hotel reception number i.e. 91-[protected]. Then I called to Hotel reception and Hotel person confirmed my booking and I have asked him for afternoon check-in.

              On 09.06.2019 time 01.10 p.m., i have received a call from Hotel number 91-[protected] about when we will come, I asked him for 10 minutes as we were on the way to Hotel. After reached to hotel, reception person asked that we have some problems for providing the rooms in this property. we all were shocked in this horrible summer and humidity with kids and senior citizen. After sometime, reception person asked for stay in other hotel. We were answer-less. After sometime, that person shifted us by taxi to other Hotel Heaven, this is also your attached property. There is two rooms provided for us which were very small and not in good condition. Hotel reception girl asked today these room only available, then we all stayed there with no other option. This hotel staff was very helpful. Next day the reception girl changed our room to good rooms. Breakfast was very good.

              The person surrounding the Hotel N S International, asked to us that this Hotel person did these types of things always with lots of customers because OYO bookings are in cheap rates and they were given the rooms to current guests on high rates. In front o[censored]s, they allotted rooms to the 7-8 persons. When we booked our rooms before one month, why we were harassed like this.

              Kindly look into the matter if you or your higher officials want to resolve like this types of problems. I am your very old customer with repeatedly bookings, you can check also.

                This is to request you to kindly look into the ping chat and concern raised over the phone and also find the chat attached and after that kindly let me know that who all are responsible and whom should be sued upon.

                In addition to that staff was way too arrogant and rude leave apart hospitality and mannerism of any sort.

                Also to add the Oyo couldn't assist in any positive manner.
                I request you to kindly provide me the list of deluxe rooms attached to the property I booked with ID QJAR9507

                Please find the pictures of room provided attached herewith.

                I reedemed an offer from flipkart 2 days ago the coupon was applying successfully, but now they are showing that it's invalid coupon. Though it's not expired or invalid coupon. I want this solution as soon as possible.

                  Dear Oyo team, I have a bad experience of your tie up with hotels, I went on 13/6/19 around 12:30pm, I have got the discounts on Oyo rooms and have booked the room from phone pay app store Oyo offers.                     I had booked my stay with Oyo Townhouse 105 Khar West for 13-15th June for two persons ( booking id : KUTV3162). While the confirmation call was on by one Mr. Suman I was told and I quote " You would be checking in as family right?".
                    For a brand like Oyo which prides and adversities itself as respecting people's privicy and personal space, the assumption that two people staying in the same room are family is a breach of that very principle of respect of personal space. As long as a customer is paying you the amount and their behaviour is cordial, whom they are sharing a room is none of OYO's business.

                    It is extremely humiliating to be subject to this uncalled for scrutiny.

                      Dear Sir,

                      On 18/4/19 I had booked the room for Shimla with booking ID CFAZ8579 at OYO 10692 for 21/4/19.
                      I have reached at above said hotel on 21/4/19 at approx. 7.30 AM. As I entered the reception I have notice the condition of reception which was very bad hence I requested hotel manager to show me the room. He shown the room to me and I have noticed that the room bed, furniture, electrical fitting, towels are not in good shape and not worth for living for my family.
                      I have asked the hotel manager for another room but he denied. Than I have asked for cancellation charges and he told me there is no cancellation charges. I have cheeked on whatsapp and found cancellation is free. Hence as I have touch the cancellation line cancellation has done and a message on whatsapp come that your booking has cancelled. Screen shot has enclosed for your reference. I have not received any call or message for cancellation charges. Hence I left the hotel for another hotel.
                      I have got the hotel after 3 hrs of rigorous walk but It was again compromising because of Sunday and all hotels were booked.
                      When I have asked for refund they have offered only 50% of my spent amount Rs. 2631/-. I passed through lot of harassment & get tired because of OYO. You can imagine to walk for 3 hrs in Shimla is a tedious job.
                      Hence I have lodged a complained No. 1306816 dated 9/5/19 on National Consumer Help line for refund of full amount and send e-mail & Speed post to OYO as per their guide line. But OYO has not responded till date.

                      Initially OYO rooms was not responding but after my tweet on 30/4/19 they asked screen shots. Thereafter on 2/5/19 Mr Ashish kumar, Guest Experience Manager, E-mail ID: [protected]@oyorooms.com, ashish.[protected]@oyorooms.com has offered 50% refund of booking amount which I have denied through tweet message 3/5/19. Thereafter I have lodged the complained with consumer help line comp.no. 1306816, dated 9/5/19.

                        I booked a hotel in Palolem, Goa through OYO online. 1 week before journey received sms from OYO that the property is blocked and I have to shift. I spoke to OYO guest manager in this regard. They sent an email stating I will receive refund within 14 days. This happened on 26th May 2019. My booking no. is VWYC3480. I am still awaiting refund after 14 working days has passed.

                        I have received an email from OYO soon after I posted my complaint. In their reply email they have BYPASSED the original reason for which I made the complaint. There is NO COMMENT absolutely about when they are going to refund my money. I attach the image of the letter from their end.

                        I have booked hotels through oyo and after booking oyo is not provided the gst invoice for my bookings. i have called so many times but no result simply they are asking the 1 minute time but not sending the gst invoice

                          I checked into hotel 471 sehej continental at 12:44 pm and i left my beg in the hotel when i came back to room
                          The AC was not cooling properly
                          And the fan was working only if I keep the lights on and not if I switch off the lights there is a lot of dust around me even the crockery was not good and the hotel recorded checked out at 1:44 pm .

                          I complained to property owner
                          And oyo team also
                          But no one helped
                          Due to which I have to leave the oyo at the earliest

                            We Completed our journey From Delhi to Sri Nagar For 8 days which include Manali, Leh Ladakh, Kargil, Srinagar and we booked this tour from Oyo And Package id is given.
                            we had a worst experience from Oyo.
                            They don’t have proper internal communication system.

                            i have been complaining to customer care regularly but no solution.
                            I don't wana continue my Oyo account. Kindly delete my Oyo account registered in the mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com . I would appreciate your quick response on this else provide delete option in the app so that we can do it ourselves without bothering you. Thank u

                              On 11/05/19 I had booked OYO 30479 Green Wood Resort (1 room 2 ppl) at Bababudangiri after making complete payment of Rs 618 & check in date being 13/05/19 for one day.

                              After reporting at the hotel the person at the reception in coolly said that he cannot accept our booking. We (my wife & me) were surprised at his statement and asked him why it was.

                              The person at the reception hurriedly showed us some mail supposed to be sent by them to OYO which, he said, is about cancelling of tie up with OYO. He also said that they had underpriced and hence they are not accepting any guests who have booked though OYO.

                              We tried contacting OYO customer care (from that remote region in very low mobile coverage) and were kept on hold several times for long time. All OYO representatives were useless in helping us.

                              One Mr. Muzamil of OYO, after nearly one hour chat/waiting offered to credit Rs 2000 to my account for staying at any hotel by my means. I told him that OYO could pay Rs 2000 to this hotel itself (Greenwood Resort). But Muzamil said no to that for reasons unknown.

                              (Bababudangiri is a remote hill region in Chikmagalur (Kar) and finding alternate accommodation - especially when it’s getting dark - is a difficult affair)

                              I told Muzamil that I cannot go to any other hotel from this place as it was already getting dark & it would be very difficult to find a hotel in the hills. In the mean time my call was cut, probably, due to network issues. My recalls were not answered &/or couldn’t again connect. We were already worn after riding a bike from Belgaum to Babadudangiri (about 430 kms).

                              We were in stress for almost a couple hours and were kept waiting at the reception – the hoteliers unyielding & stern on denying us check in & OYO still stupid of not ready to sort it out by paying the hotel directly.

                              Probably, taking advantage of our situation, the hotelier (Greenwood Resort) offered us to pay Rs 2000 for a room & without Breakfast. Left out without any option, we were sort of forced to accept this proposal and hoped that we will get it back from OYO as Muzamil had offered.

                              The hotelier swiped our debit card Rs 1900 and took Rs 100 in cash and allowed us check in. Now, after a whole month OYO has credited only Rs 618 to my bank account and in spite of repeated requests to refund the balance amount they have not bothered to look into it.

                              The funniest part is, Greenwood Resort told us that they have sent mail to OYO (it seems) that they are not accepting their bookings as they are underpriced. But as of today (12 June 2019 – a whole month after denying me check in), booking of Greenwood resort is still reflecting on Google & OYO platform at a still cheaper price (Rs 446).

                              This means that both, OYO and the management of Greenwood resort are crooks. Online, they show a lower price and when the guest arrives at the hotels for Check In, they simply deny booking saying it’s underpriced. If the tariff is underpriced by OYO, then why the hell is the hotelier still going on with OYO and why OYO is giving booking for Greenwood Resort in spite of so many denied check ins from the hotelier?

                              On 13 May 2019, I had personally seen one more guest being denied check in who had arrived well in the dark (in the evening) and had to pay more money to Greenwood Resort for accommodation. The boy at the reception had told me that they had denied check in for a couple more guests that morning.

                              It’s very much clear that all this is a stupid selling strategy by OYO & Greenwood Resort. They well know once the guest comes at this remote location, they will not think of trying to find another hotel and then they can sell their rooms at a higher price.

                              Will be grateful if the concerned kindly take action.

                                Dear OYO team,
                                as a continues followup with oyo team for my refund amount but till not any response from your side.every time oyo executive tell me i will check your issue & process refund amount EOD but not any amount credit in my account.
                                My booking ID is CPDY7913
                                My booking date 11 jun to 12 jun
                                but hotel not allow me for check in due to low tariff issue .
                                When i was booking room then tariff is Rs 854 but hotel receptions tell me its tariff low as per property policy but i am booked room in oyo app then i was contact with OYO customer care & share all details but hotel not allow me.
                                i was tell oyo team please referund my amount against booking & they tell me your amount is refund within day but till not refund my amount.
                                Kindly take matter seriously it is miss massage from OYO.

                                  I have to get refund for my four bookings as promised by the experience managers to adjust the amount of my bookings and it was not happened by the time I checked out . I have paid the full amount..they day that it will be adjusted with in few minutes and then if I call after some time some other experience manager will get connected and ask for proof of that...how can I give the proof..even they are not looking at the escalations raised also..even if the escalations are raised they won't go to the concerned team and gets resolved without any prior notice to the customers..there is no resolution from them..they say that we will arrange a call back but it doesn't happen for years since I have already paid the amount ..so the response is not at all tolerable..from the last 7 days I had more than 50 phone calls done to the customer care and wasted my almost 12 hours of time and mental torture aswell

                                  I have the escalation IDs for few and others were not disclosed by them..guest experience managers just play tricks as if I am not audible to skip the discussion and disconnecting the call

                                    I booked a room on 9th june 2019 with id IYZV9607.
                                    The room was very near to the reception, the windows was open, only curtain was there and anyone could peak through the window. We told the hotel staff to give us another room as this was not safe for a female, they told me that no room was available and we should call oyo to get the refund as they cant give it to us.
                                    The oyo team picks up the call after 15th time and they ask if i want any other booking and they dont tell me that i cant get a refund if i dont book another room. He told me i will get a call which i didnt.
                                    Then after several time they pick up the call again on the next day and they tell ke that ill get the refund within 7 working days.
                                    Then today morning i get an email that i wont get a refund.
                                    I call them and after so much of hassle the refund team calls me and tell me if i had booked another room on the same day i would has gotten the refund.
                                    Now they cant give it.
                                    If there is a policy then you should tell it to the customer on the same day on the same time.
                                    How would anybody know it.
                                    Then i booked a room again and asked if i can a refund now, the person again tells me that ill get a refund.
                                    I dont understand why do you give false assurance to the customer if you can get it done.
                                    I want my refund back because i have been using oyo since last 6 months and i havent come across this pathetic service till now or i wouldnt have used it in the first place.

                                    I have booked room today in shimla and payed the amount at the time of check-in hotel said they don't have any room that's how you treat your customer. At 11pm in night they said they don't know anything about stay. I need my full refund

                                      I booked a oyo room at 9pm near my house because electricity was shut down due to some fault in meter of my house
                                      I checked into oyo at 10pm
                                      The AC was not cooling properly
                                      And the fan was working only if I keep the lights on and not if I switch off the lights

                                      I complained to property owner
                                      And oyo team also
                                      But no one helped
                                      Due to which I have to leave the oyo in the midnight which is very annoying
                                      My booking I'd is YBFG3458

                                      Please help me to get refund of my amount as soon as possible

                                        I had done a booking at OYO 22328 Hotel Krishna Mahal, in Kurukshetra (booking ID QNPL2384) from 8th June 2019 to 12 June 2019 for Rs 9190.On 8th June after I checked in at the hotel I faced many problems some of which are listed below.
                                        (a) I was made to stay in a different room, than the one listed against my name on the app.
                                        (b) Basic facilities were not met, e.g Tata Sky of my room was not recharged for complete one day even after my repeated requests.
                                        (c) According to the OYO application parking facility is available at the OYO property, however nothing was provided to me. Later I had to arrange for it at my own expense.
                                        On the evening of 8th June finally I gave a call to the OYO customer care to complaint about the discomfort I was undergoing and procedure to modify my booking as I wanted to check-out the next day itself because of the inconvenience. The customer care official (Miss/Mrs Sonia) told me that my complaint had been filed and I could check out the next day by paying the money for the entire duration of the booking i.e 8th June 2019 to 12th June 2019, however the balance amount will be refunded to my account within 4-5 days.
                                        On 9th June I checked out from the hotel after paying entire amount Rs 9190 as guidedby the customer care official and immediately gave a call to the customer care centre so that my refund could be intiated at the earliest. The customer care official confirmed me that a refund had been initiated and balance amount will be credited to my account within a week.
                                        On 12th June again I gave a call to the customer care for tracking the status of my refund but to my surprise the customer care official told me that there was no refund against my name. On narrating him my entire story he told me that there was no complaint made on my name against the hotel and the entire amount of Rs 9190 that I paid had been billed for that one night stay.
                                        Because of the misleading information and act of not registering my complaint no action was taken against the hotel and I had to suffer loss of over Rs 7000.
