I booked the Oyo for two days, the guy from the Oyo called me around 10:40 to pay more or else they won’t give the room, I told them to cancel my booking and asked for a refund, they told me to cancel from my side, I paid 1771 ruppees and received a refund of just 884 ruppee, when I contacted costumer care they told me they won’t do anything and disconnected the call without helping

    I have made OYO booking at Capital OYO Townhouse 330 DLF Phase-2 from date 11 Sept 2022 to 25 Sept 2022 with booking id QOK77444 (Rs.13949) . Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walkin customers and booking done through OYO App. So, my company now not reimburse the above amount as oyo have mentioned in payment receipt invoice collect from hotel at time of checkout. Very frustrating situation to me... please resolve my problem asap.

    I requested for proper invoice mentioned GSTN detais on it of my company . They take all details and told me to wait for 2 days and you will get proper invoices . They didn’t reply by himself after 2 days so i ping them again. After that they just send me voucher type thing not proper invoice. Please check all screen shots.

        Booking was completed, money was deducted. but hotel not accepting booking.

        I tried calling oyo but no one responded properly.

        After i called multiple times comapny is saying they cant initiate refund since its been more than 7 days.

        I want to know the reason first why my booking was not accepted at hotel. Why no one from OYO tried to call me even after chatting to them multiple times.

          My name is Saravana Kumar B. I booked a room in Jayam residency urapakkam for 20 Aug - 21stAug 2022. I paid the amount of 3929 Rs. and due to change of plan i cancelled my booking, i got a confirmation message from oyo that your booking is cancelled and we transferred your refund amount 100%, but yet i didn't get it into my account and when i call to customer executives in regard of this issue they just keeping my call hold after listening that i am calling for refund. The main issue is if the refund amount is not transferred yet then why the application is still showing as in progress.. My booking ID - GR4M2581

            I booked a hotel on 21/09/22 through the OYO app. The hotel's name was SPOT ON 74664 Dalhousie Guest House in Kolkata. I paid the charges online while booking. The booking id is FIRR5695. After booking, I got a confirmation message through WhatsApp. Then again after 5 min, I got a message stating that either I need to shift a booking to a nearby place or cancel the booking as the current hotel is unavailable. It also mentioned that if I cancel I would get my entire amount back. First I tried to shift but I did not get any response then I tried to cancel and again I did not get any response. I have also attached a screenshot of the conversation. Also, I contacted the hotel but they said to contact the OYO for this and said that they weren't responsible for this.

            I waited for 2-3 days to see if I would get my money back but I haven't got it. Please see through this and return my money as soon as possible. This is not expected from a company like OYO.

            The refund amount is 710 rupees.

              I had a booking on 24 th sep with the above booking ID CJXL3039 when I reached the hotel. The specific hotel us not operational and when I tried to get help on oyo app and even in customer care there was no response. How come they can even list the closed hotel in the app and for there was no service provided to book me to the other property near me.

                My refund has been initiated by OYO customer service but it has been more than 10 days that i haven't got my refund.

                After reaching the hotel i was denied check-in and i contacted the customer service through the OYO APP as well as through call. The customer service personel tried to solve the problem and initiated the refund. After providing my account details the refund was initiated on 14th September but it's been more than 10 days and i haven't received the refund yet! Please help!

                Today i got an email about the refund status. My Booking has been canceled and i had paid in advance but still they are not willing to refund the amount! This is absurd! After Booking a hotel from their app and paying in advance i was firstly denied entry, then after getting promised for a refund they are not refunding me the amount. Please give me justice!

                Oyo still hasn't solved my problem yet. When i try to chat with customer service on the app they ask me to call..after that when i call i can't reach the refund team..my call is just put on a loop! It's been more than 2 weeks now!

                  I booked a hotel with booking ID : B2TC1996 in OYO. The hotel denied my checking asking for local id proof and the hotel guy told me to cancel booking. After cancellation, they charged my entire payment as cancellation charges. I tried to call them many times. They will say transferring call but no use. No refund. Kindly help me in this.

                    I don’t know what a crap algorithm oyo followed incident one booked a hotel using oyo id RZ3T8533 @749 via book now & pay at hotel method/function & when called the hotel he asked for extra money or else they will cancel the booking incident two booked another using oyo CFB79423 @690 via book now & pay at hotel method/ function & when called the hotel again asked for some extra money or else they will cancel the booking incident three booked another hotel using oyo A3QB9229 @ 669 via book now & pay at hotel method/function & when called they again asked for extra money or else they will not provide the room then after getting fed up with the services incident four I called CUSTOMER care where they asked me to book another oyo and if they will confirm the booking from their end (# so called CUSTOMER support team) then no hotel will cancel the booking the only thing I have to do is doing payment which seems like a scam so I hang up the call and again called the (# so called CUSTOMER support team) incident five who again told me the same ### that if we pay the amount pre booking the hotel will not cancel or charge extra money for that so I asked him to choose THE BEST stay option so that I won’t face any hassle again so he choose another staying option for U9CB2724 @379 i did the payment through the my UPI and went to the hotel for check in where he again asked me for extra money so I told him to cancel my booking but he said he is unable to cancel the same from his side and if I cancel it I will not get refund after no choice left I had canceled the same incident six I called (# so called CUSTOMER support team) where the informed me they are only sales persons and if I want to raise ANY COMPLAINT or query I have to call +[protected] which never gets connected.”pathetic algorithm worst service” Oyo guy tricked me to pay the amount which was non refundable I need my refund

                      I had booked a hotel room with OYO in Dehradoon for 6th-7th July and then another booking in Rishikesh for 8th-9th July. At both the places I was denied check-in by the hotel management due to some issues with OYO rooms. The customer support told me that I'll get a full return for both the booking. It's September already but I have not recieved my money yet into my bank account. I mailed and called the customer support several time, but I am yet to receive any refund from them.

                        I had already paid 512 Rs and cancelled the booking by calling the customer care as per their policy and was promised a full refund. I was asked to wait 7-14 days for the same. Its been more than a month now and I still haven't received any refund. I tried calling the customer care and they hang up after putting me on hold for 15 mins. This happened multiple times. This is clearly a SCAM happening by OYO.

                          I booked a room for 1 night and 2 guest in oyo town house arya in saltlake.The booking id is D4CA9749. After booking and completing the whole amount(744) it charged extra amount .That's why I called oyo customer support they said when u booked the hotel, there was a error in our server, so u charged extra amount.I personally think it is a totally rubbish think.By the way when I reach the hotel hotel support says it was a booking for 1 night and 1 guest.That time I puzzled and told them it was booked for 2 guests but they don't listen my voice. I showed them the email but they doesn't agree .They charge extra amount.
                          I paid firstly 744-the whole amount, then they extra charged 354 and 586.
                          Oyo extra charged 354 and 586 for 2guest . scam happened.

                            I made room booking from OYO on 17th Sep 2022 for OYO 75810 Ronak Hotel, Greater Noida. for 549 Rs. with Booking ID MZPH7554.

                            When I visited above hotel receptionist denied my booking saying that they don't have any booking inspite of Full 100% advance payment made & They rudely told who will give booking for so much amount & dint allow to check in which led to fuss at last moment as we did not had any place to go which All bags & find new hotel

                            After that I called OYO Customer care he said he will transfer my call to refund department, Later I wait for 5 mins then call automatically got disconnected. After that I am not able to connect OYO to that same number.

                            I asked many people in Delhi, They said this fraud is happening everywhere with OYO in delhi.

                            I request you to please help me and other people for getting our refunds. and Please take strong actions on them so it won't happen in future with anyone else.

                              As I booked hotel in goa using oyo app I deposited 50% of amount as prepayment letter on at the time of checking we heard that my room is allotted to someone else and no room was left for us, and then when we connect with oyo customer support they will refund 100% amount with 100% addon points as a compensation and total amount in momentary terms is 13500 and yet now till date 2 months had been passed and no refund yet credited approx. 100+ calls we tried to connect its whole a big scam.

                                Booking id: HBCS8030 This was one very unsatisfactory solution that was provided to me by OYO, Since morning I wasted more than 5 hour on calls (have recordings) and did more than 8 calls to find resolution, did have not find the resolution. Where is my refund? You guys agreed to provide me a complete refund, where is that, I can't see any refunded amount, not even I am able to connect you guys on call. Its now been around 1 month a nd still I cant see any refunded coming in my account.

                                    I had to cancel the room due to OYO doubling the price of the room on the day of checkin (First part of SCAM). I had already paid 1, 457 Rs and cancelled the booking by calling the customer care before 9AM as per their policy and was promised a full refund. I was asked to wait 7-14 days for the same. Its been more than a month now and I still haven't received any refund. I tried calling the customer care and they hang up after putting me on hold for 15 mins. This happened multiple times. This is clearly a SCAM happening by OYO.

                                        Today, 22-09-22 i booked a room in Shyama Guest house, Vrindavan for 14 oct - 17 oct. I paid the amount of 2637 Rs. and because of some reasons i cancelled my booking, i got a confirmation message from oyo that your booking is cancelled and we transferred your refund amount via UPI but yet i didn't get it into my account and when i call to customer executives in regard of this issue they just keeping my call hold after listening that i am calling for refund. The main issue is if the refund amount is not transferred yet then why the application is showing that your amount is transferred in your account via UPI.
