Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id:CDBHO439) through call with OYO executive on 11.12.2021 with partial payment amount INR 419 (refer screen shot) and executive said you will get confirmation/verification call on later.

On next day i received call from hotel management (mobile no: [protected]).He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please be note that person have all information like partial payment detail which i made, remaining amount, location of hotel, Name of hotel, name of customer etc. Based on information i paid amount of 3770 INR through UPI (refer attached screenshot).

During check in at hotel on 11.12.021
I came to know at hotel reception that payment has not been received. Person who called me is not available at hotel as well as on call. After many trial of calls and discussion with hotel staff I again paid remaining amount to hotel via UPI payment INR 3770 to get room(Refer screen shot) . Later i came to know that first payment of INR 3770 is a fraud payment.

Now question arise that,

Case -1
If person calling from hotel to get remaining payment then why hotel management asking to do repayment

Case-2
If person is not calling from hotel or any other third party then how they had information about my booking with payment details.

In view of above from both the cases its clearly shows that its mistake of OYO/hotel management to leak booking information or not accepting payments.

Customer booking hotel for hassle-free journey. Here i feeled that i made mistake by booking through OYO with advance payment and feeled guilty.

I request to you that please investigate above concern and initiate refund of INR 3770 (refer screen shot).

    On Thursday night I paid for my OYO room (RS799) but the amount got deducted and the booking wasn't shown. Then I had to book the room again. I need the refund if my first payment in which the room hasnt been booked. This is the contact number with which I made the booking [protected]. Email id ameen.[protected]@gmail.com.       Against my booking id J3ZS8279 on the oyo website, I am seeing refund amount due to me due to my mid stay checkout. my booking was till 20th Dec 2021 but I checked out on 8th due to urgency. I have paid the amount for full duration. I need to know the status of my refund.
      Your customer care is unreachable on ‭[protected]‬. All the time it is saying that agents are busy, even at midnight for 2 days now. The chat support is nonsense with template responses and long waiting time.

      Pls respond to me by call. I dont want to play around with your mails and you chatbot.

            I request you to pls refund Rs.599 + Rs 599 back to me as the online booking made on 28th Nov 2021 from my side through mobile number xxxxxxxxxx, booking ID's YSQC0644, B35L1547 for 2 rooms. Also, I want to bring to your notice that the reason for not checking in the hotel was that the hotel rooms were very dirty, some unwanted things like alcohol bottles were lying in the bathroom and the photos shown for the property on google was not matching with the actual one. Before booking the room I asked the person from your side that please assure me that the property is suitable and good for family stay and I will not face any issues as I had my parents and a 7 months old baby with me, he assured me and said you will not come back and complaint for the same sir. Trusting him and believing that the hotel would be good according to the google reviews and photos I went ahead and booked the rooms by paying online immediately for 1198/- (599/- each for 2 rooms). I called OYO customer care on the same night and the person said that your booking has been cancelled and you will get your refund in your account.
            From last 2 days I've been trying to reach you people, call goes on hold for 15 mins and gets disconnected, you people are not even entertaining and that too when the customer is not at fault. Your service department is not getting connected when I dial [protected] and then press 2 due to which no one is able to help me with anything.
            It is highly disappointing from your side that you make fool of your customers and believe in just earning money and not the good will. Your positive response would be highly appreciated!!!

                I have made a booking through the OYO app and my booking ID is ZBX91549.

                While making the booking, there was a mistake that could be on my part. I intended to select 11th to 12th December as the dates but the present date was selected by default which was 8th December to 9th December.

                I immediately realised this and tried reaching out to OYO and have been trying to escalate this throughout the night.

                However, the only response that I have received is that the booking is non-modifiable and non-refundable according to the company policies.

                Issues such as these do happen and it wouldn't hurt if OYO shows more flexibility towards this rather than being stubborn about their policies.

                I have got more upcoming bookings that I was planning to do with OYO. But this situation is making me look back on that decision.

                If OYO modifies my booking to the desired dates, I am ready to pay the difference amount between the two dates. It is a win-win situation for both - the company and me. It is only a matter of 2 or 3 days at most.

                  I tried to book hotel rooms in Kanpur for 17th Feb, 2022 on 5th Dec, 2021. I searched hotels in oyorooms.com website in laptop. I selected oyo townhouse 703||Super 3||Govind Nagar. When I clicked on continue booking, the website asked my datails and asked me to make payment. I selected UPI method and entered my number for GooglePay method. It triggered on my GooglePay app and I made the payment using the link. The payment was successful. Meanwhile the website was waiting for the payment and it kept waiting forever. I never received any message or any mail or any booking ID.
                  I only have upi transaction ID in my hand. UPI transaction ID is[protected].
                  I tried reaching oyo customer care but they couldn't help and cut the phone without suggesting anything which is very annoying.

                    I have booked oyo in Anand, Gujarat. The oyo hotel has mentioned that it is near to Anand bus stand. But it is nearly 20 km from there. I am not able to reach oyo hotel because of too far from city limits. I had made my payment .
                    I want my refund back.

                      I had booked 5 rooms through booking.com. but I am very sorry to mention that I am not happy at all with the hotel. Following observations for your kind information.

                      1. Bathroom and toilet are very dirty.
                      2. Bedsheets are teared and dirty. .
                      3. TV is not working as remote is not there.
                      4. Towel and napkins were not kept in the room. We had to ask for the same and the quality of towels supplied are useless.
                      5. Hotel manager is having a cost cutting approach.
                      6. No shampoo or soap are provided in the bathroom.

                      I have booked rooms for 2 days but I couldn't stay for 2 days. I have already paid for 2 days but I had to vacate it one day erly and book another rooms somewhere else. No matter if I had to pay more for better arrangment. I have not seen such third category rooms in my life. I am sorry to say that your management is not maintaing the quality and hygiene of the room . I will never book a room governed by OYO.

                        I’ve booked a room(MS8E7033) for my family to be checked in on 3rd Dec ‘21, fully paid(Rs. 4489). When I reached the hotel, I denied checked in, the app now shows different room. No calls or notifications received regarding this change. When I called the customer service I’m asked to go to a different property, when I get there they denied booking as they are going through some renovations. I called customer service again, now their tone changes, connected me with the owner and they spoke with the receptionist. I’m shows another room(no. 29) that’s too small then the equivalent one I booked(no. 101 - the booking says) so I asked for a refund. Not sure what happened after that, my status shows I’m checked in, how absurd and unfair! When I asked they said it’s a mistake but the status still is checked in. I haven’t even given my ID, standing outside of the property with my family stranded and they say I’m checked in. The area is unknown and scary given the situation, thankfully with locals help I could find another hotel for the stay. The bottom line is, I didn’t get what I booked for. Not even the equivalent. I’m not gonna stop writing and lodge complaints until I get my money back.
                        FYI: I got the call about room change around 8’o clock PM the day of my booking. Why??!

                          I booked oyo with booking id AT5N8379 in oyo flagship 76522 in delhi from 2nd to 5th december. Evening of 2nd i called oyo customercare and made sure that i would check in at 1Am of 3rd dec since my flight will reach delhi by 12.30am.
                          When i reached the oyo destination which the app showed, i could not find any oyo hotels at that place at 1AM in night. When i tried to call customer care of oyo, it was very busy, i could not connect to any one of them. I tried calling 'call hotel" option from oyo app repeatedly, after some time one drunkard guy from oyo hotel answered my phone and he provided a way to oyo hotel. When i sent my taxi away, to my surprise i found that i went to a oyo (oyo townhouse 373) which i dint book (since the automatic call hotel option connected to a wrong oyo).
                          The hotel guy refused my check in and later i could call back the oyo which i booked also. Stuck at night 1am, i paid Rs.1638 and checked in the oyo 373 thinking tomorrow morning i will check in to my previous hotel. Though the hotel was very untidy, having not other option i checked in it.
                          At 2Am in night i called the customercare and explained everything and he assured me it will be sort out by morning 9am and gave a ticket id - [protected] and then i slept of. When i wokeup at 8.30 and i checked out at 10am thinking i ll go to oyo 76522. To my surprise i received a mail stating ' your booking to oyo 76522 as been cancelled since i have not turned up to the hotel'. since i have cheked out the oyo 373 hotel also, i am standing in middle of road, and called oyo customercare. After explaining everything she(oyo executive) just raised a ticket number ([protected]), and informed me some other person from oyo will cal me. I have been standing in road for 1hr, no one called me, so with no other option i checked in back to 373 oyo and paid 3000 to extend my stay till dec 5, manager assured that he would provid a clean and tidy room . But the promise was not assured, linen were dirty, water stagnating in restroom, stinky rooms. Still now oyo has not called me regarding this and they have removed my booking from app compeltely but i could manage retrieving it from my mail.

                            I booked a property which was “oyo 81099 collection o the sunshine “ on 4 th dec in the evening i made a transaction of 1183 /- through a google pay app however the property was pathetic there was illegal activities involved like prostitution and environment was not up to the mark unhygienic and disgusting staff they denied that no payment was done for this particular property from my end when i showed them the screenshot o[censored]pi payment which was paid by me through a google pay they denied and refused our check in .
                            After seeing inappropriate things i refused to stay nd contacted the oyo customer care they were not responding

                            kindly return my money back whole amount 1183

                              I have booked oyo room through oyo application for 3days from 13th to 16th Dec 2021 for Rs. 3230. The amount got deducted from my bank account and booking if not generated.

                              I have the payment details also.

                              Kindly resolve the issue. And help with the customer booking id or else help with the refund.

                              It's been 3 days from the date of error occurred. But we didn't get any refund. We tried to call oyo customer care . We got a reply that the payment is not received where as payment deducted from my bank and screenshot has already shared for the same. And from customer support, it is getting forwarded from person to person but we are not getting any solution.

                              Kindly help us ASAP.

                                I have two booking ID's where the bookings were not accepted by the hotel staff so when I called customer care they tried to shift me but then coudnt so they promised me a refund of the payment I had made upon sharing my bank details to initiate the refund. I was promised a refund within 7-14 working days and today it has been 30 days. Contacting customer care is useless as they say they will check and put me on hold and disconnect. I have tried 11 times in a day and the same thing happens.

                                  Sir as I booked a hotel two room when arrived at hotel to check in he just told me that we have no any room so when we raised are voice he told cancel your room and go away. We also lodge a complaint against owner on oyo service but they told us owner is giving you another room that was not liveable so we have left the room.
                                  Oyo has provided only one booking id refund that is EM0R5240
                                  But refund for Id QF4F0965 not given by OYO as owner told to OYO we stay at their hotel ROOM that was completely wrong.

                                    I would to bring following facts for your consideration booking Oyo rooms.
                                    I booked a room from OYO apps on dated 25.11.21 in Gwalior in M P
                                    (check in 27.11.21 and check out 28.11.21).
                                    I booked a room from OYO APPS and I was allotted rooms at Deep hotel in Gwalior.
                                    When I reached Deep Hotel, They said they are not booking hotel
                                    through OYO apps.
                                    Then I approach OYO costumer care they directed me to hotel Green.
                                    There also room was not booked for me. I was again contact to costumer
                                    care they again asked to me to approach me hotel Kanchan Palaces.
                                    After reaching Kanchan Palaces I was shocked there also no rooms was
                                    booked for me.
                                    I am Enclosing OYO apps and Whatsapps messages along with this mail.
                                    I was put in to lot of trouble and mental agony all through process.
                                    Hence finally no room booked my name any hotel.

                                      My booking was canceled by the hotel right before check-in time on Nov 13, I had a call with customer care they told me it's not possible to do an immediate refund but I can reach out again after the expected checkout time is over, So I reached out to them on 15 Nov but they failed to create a ticket for the refund then I reached out again on 17 Nov.
                                      Post that I tried to reach them again on the status of the refund and I was told they cannot do the refund as I did not contact them within 48 hours of checkout time. Even after telling them that I did contact them multiple times and I have screenshots of conversations.
                                      They force disconnected the chat.

                                        I booked an Oyo hotel using booking.com. I made a partial payment of 1307. Due to change of plans, I was not able to visit. And they charged me a cancellation charge. I claimed a refund from booking.com and I was told that they contacted Oyo and they accepted their mistake and I will be refunded since there was free cancelation. I talked to Oyo's customer service and they mailed me that the refund would be provided within 7-14 days. But I didn't receive it. So, I lodged a complaint again, and again I was mailed the same, that I would be refunded. Still didn't receive it, I lodged a complaint and I was told that I will not be refunded as per their policy. But I booked Oyo hotel via booking.com and I was eligible for the refund. After mailing me twice that I would be refunded. After a month they are saying that I won't. This is so wrong.
