My room ended up having bed bugs so I checked out early. My deposit was not refunded and I was not refunded money for the nights that I did not stay. Confirmation # HGGWP1213259 My stay was from 11/6-11/8
I even previewed the rooms to make sure the rooms were room clean and as advertised. Mine was not.. I should have known better then to stay it was a run down room with toilet paper wrappers plugging holes, a dirty floor, broken counter top holing the sink I had to plug in the lamps so that they would work. but the bed was so old I could feel the springs. But the bed bug were the last bites were my final.
I went up overnight desk because that is all that is open at this time, even though this is 10:30 am ask what he, the manger/owner would like to do. he shrugged his shoulders said he would call the pest control. I asked what about me. He didn't respond. I asked for another room because I had another night, he told me he didn't want to spread them. I asked for black bags because I didn't want them in my car as I traveled home where I could treat them. I also asked for a refund he told me that he would refund my deposit; Which I have yet to receive. He also stated that I needed to contact the company that I made the reservation with, when I did that they told me it was a service issue and i had to contact OYO because they already had they money. Every time I contact OYO I get hung up on, or I no understand you.

    I’m the property owner of POP 83160 Sri Kameswara Lodge N Convention Amadalavalasa 532185.
    I’m suffering with OYO since Day1 of my property Listing.
    When I’m surfing internet for OYO registration without knowledge.
    One OYO Excutive unknown name called me and forced to list my property without giving any information. at that time I don’t know any thing about online bookings terms and App operations etc. OYO teem not trained me or told me how to operate CO-OYO app, what is the OYO Rules etc.
    My property listed on 28 th sept 2021.
    I’ve received a booking on 29 th sep for a un married couple at lowest price, but I’ve checkin this guest. All my moral ethics are leaved for this first booking. I don’t know to checkin on app so I’ve not marked this first booking as checkin so the OYO teem marked this booking as no show. This is first day experience.
    After 2-3 days I found that all my bookings are marked as NO SHOW. Then I’ve tried a lot to contact OYO Excutive. He dos not answered my calls, then I’ve mailed so many issues to OYO support they have not responded or replayed for my maile’s. day to day I’m getting so many issues.
    without experience I’ve updated walk-in advance bookings on Co OYO app but this bookings are canceled in last minute, but these bookings are marked as checkin. Sum of no show bookings are marked as forced checkin, all of this type of issues worth is above 50, 000.
    OYO team calculating, all walk-in bookings worth 30, 000 + OYO bookings worth 40, 000 + wrong entries worth 50, 000 total 1, 20, 000 as room revenue. Finally OYO settled this account to pay back 50, 000. All these transactions done in 35 days. How to solve this problem? nobody answers my mailes or phone calls. On my CO OYO app there is no AGM number displayed. I’ve no way. finally I’m praying you to settle my issues urgently. Please settle my bills I’m in financial trouble please save me. As per my knowledge OYO collected room rentals on my property up to 40000. Please do necessary action urgently.

      Ref: My booking with OYO28592-SRI MARUTI PILGRIM HOUSE-Trichy, Tamil Nadu, INDIA. Booking ID:H1TW6729

      Hi

      I have recently booked a 3 pax room with the above referred facility with Check in dates as 31 Oct – 01 Nov 2021.

      Unfortunately, I was unable to use the facility as the property was against all my expectations and hopes. In my last 30-35 years of business and personal life, I never had encountered a “Hotel” experience in any country or place I have visited, whereby, I do not have words in my vocabulary to explain how horrible, horrifying and disappointing, it was.

      With much difficulty to find the hotel, we reached the place about 6:30 pm on the day. It was in a so much congested and shady area where people even cannot walk or even stand on the road or pavements. There was not even space to park a bicycle in front of the facility which I was supposed to stay. The promise was that there are ample FREE vehicle parking spaces in front of the facility. It was so untidy and foul smelling atmosphere all around.

      Tried to call them sitting at the vehicle but no one picked up. Tried calling OYO help but it was disconnecting after reaching 2 options that were available as per the IVR (Inter-active Voice Response) facility.

      After waiting and failed phone calls, I decided to go into the reception area. The entrance area was not at all visible from outside. With much difficulty had tried to reach the reception. None was available there to attend me nor to take phone calls.

      There was foul smell all around inside the place.

      Some weird/scary looking persons were around the place but they offered No Help.

      After waiting around half hour, had desperately returned from the place and found another decent Hotel in the city and stayed there for the night.

      After an hour or so, had tried to call on the numbers available once again (both on the hotel as available on the booking confirmation and on the OYO Helpline) but was of no use. Nothing was able to be conveyed nor anything was able to bet resolved. After about a hour, was able to talk to one person at the facility but was not able to understand anything which I tried to talk in English language nor in any other language, possible. (It was mentioned on the booking confirmation that they can speak my own language, in case I do not know any other!)

      I strongly urge someone from OYO to interfere urgently and make sure that these guys refund my money in full. I have paid Rs: 1, 458/ on 29th October 2021 with a booking reference number: “H1TW6729’

      So disappointing and disgusting a place to try staying in if everyone wants to go that town!!!

      Do let me know in case you require any additional information in this regard.

      N.B: Please try not to sell these king of places to your prospective guests, which may surely damage your Goodwill and Fame and eventually to lose the trust that OYO have got in the customer minds.

        I was booking a room from Oyo app on 05/11/2021 from 7th heaven hotel Jamshedpur for Rs. 1194, and my money got deducted from my PhonePay Wallet but no booking showing on my Oyo app, tried to contact the customer care but they are unable to help me on that because I don't have the booking id. Need the refund asap. Please find the attachment for the payment

              I booked Baga Resort Dezy in Goa and after reaching there found there is no property at the location or anywhere nearby, after calling customer care they could not contact the property and did not give me the no either, after making several calls i got the refund initiated and got on Rs. 4275 but i paid Rs. 12854. I had to wait for 2 hours on the road with my family to find another place. OYO is a fraud company they are cheating people like me and putting us thro so much of hardships. I will take legal action and claim for compensation for the mental trauma me and my family went thro after driving 650 kms from Bangalore. How can they take booking and payment when they haven't checked the Physical presence of the property. The customer care no is so diffcult to get thro. This is a FRAUD COMPANY

                  I am very disappointed to say that Oyo Rooms is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Recently I and my friends had booked 4 rooms in 11903 Jumbo Stay, Kolkata with booking ID GLZ26249 for one night. On the date of booking, early morning there was a mail informing me that our booking had been cancelled. An amount of Rs. 4145/- was deducted as cancellation charge. As we were stranded in a city with no place to go to and with different states having different covid norms/restrictions, we were utterly helpless. With no other solution in sight, we tried to get in touch with Oyo´s Customer Support Team. But every time we called them, they kept diverting us to the Service Team. The Service Team patiently heard us out and informed us that the cancellation was done by us. They assured us that they will do their due deligence to find out if there is a genuine technical error that caused the cancellation and that they would call us back. But they never bothered to call us back, let alone resolve our issue. This entire drama must have played out more than 50 times in the past 36 hours.
                  What is unfortunate is that just because we made the payment upon booking without even once doubting the credibility of the OYO portal, the Oyo team in cohorts with the hotel management duped us of Rs. 4145/-, which is more than 95% of the total amount we spent on booking. The Oyo team did not bother to help us out despite knowing none of it was our fault becase they are unprofessional and do not care about their clients/customers. This experience caused me and my friends a lot of hassle and made us realize that perhaps a Non- India alternative like Airbnb would have been both professional and reliable. Platforms like OYO are there only to dupe the people of our country. As a saving grace in delivering the only service Oyo promises to its clients/customers, the least that Oyo could do is accept their mistake and refund the amount. If they do so, it will reflect their work ethics and motivation to better serve their customers. However, if they continue to ignore us this way, it will only prove to us and the world that they are desperate to make money and in the process, they promise one thing to their customers but show the sad excuse of a technical problem and dupe the customers of their money. Therefore, it is a highly unreliable portal that believes in profiteering by first exacting payments from trusting clients and then putting them in helpless situations without even attempting a cross-check from their end to validate whether the clients' complaints are genuine or not.

                    I booked an oyo hotel O 81367 Hotel Fortune with the oyo id YLVX7182 on 2nd October 2021 and made an advance payment of Rs.1596 from my phonepe number [protected](SBI account).Once I reach the hotel, manager denied check in on the ground that their contract with Oyo has been finished, they no longer allow booking from Oyo.Therefore I request Oyo to cancel my booking and start the refund process. They did that on the same day but even after almost a month I haven't received the refund amount. I contact Oyo but they are not responding. I Went to the concerned bank with the bank reference number, bank said they have initiated refund process but biller jas not started the process. I again approach Oyo but this time they dont address my issue and not receive the call.
                    Kindly take this matter seriously

                    I iust received an email explaining the same fraudulent message that we have initiated the amount on the same day(as they do it with all innocent customers) but in reality I haven't received my amount.

                      hotel name - OYO 76253 P crown hotel(Nagpur)
                      Description - the room provided (number 101) was totally different than the picture displayed in OYO application. Room was very small, dirty bed sheets, no wifi, no hotwater. in toilet, there were potty stains, and it was not cleaned and unbearable smelly. when raised issue to reception person he said we cant provide good rooms at offer price, if want need to pay extra 1200rupee. he even said, amongst all the money OYO will keep 50% we are not getting anything. from next time come directly so will get good room at discount. because of no option stayed with the booking but because of very dirty room and bathroom smell left the room in 4hours.
                      after checkout given bad rating to Hotel and got immediately a threatening call from hotel for not giving good rating(reception person name - abhishek) having recording as well as call history too.

                            Dear OYO,
                            I had recently tried to book a hotel room in oyo That is on 30th around 01:19 Pm Yesterday of this month in Secunderabad for my 1day visit for that the app shows me to pay Rs.337 now and the rest of the amount will have to be paid at the time of checkin. I Followed the instructions shown and do a transaction of stipulated amount for getting room confirmation I've done this via. phonepe one of the payment mediums listed on oyo application. unfortunately my payment falls under Pending but amount from my account has been debited i don't understand with whom i have to interact with regarding the issue, I tried to get a help from oyo help through the app but it Asking for booking id but i didn't recieved any such messages
                            maybe because of pending transaction from either of you. I immediately contact the phonepe customer service to abort the transaction they said that they don't have any rights to abort a transaction once the secret pin has entered and i also recieved the same Response from my Banking excutive as it was a third-party application we do nothing you interact with them only for proper resolution. Today i Called to oyo and the respective hotel executives both of you were not responding fairly simply tells me to wait for a minute and disconnecting my call is this what we expects from such a platform like you it's not about the money we lost its about the time and situations we loose because of such filthy incidents I'm attaching the screenshots of my bank and phonepe pending statements. Please Do consider my Sincere Request and Respond soon.

                            Company asked for my mail and registered mobile number but before that my transaction got failed and my problem was partially solved. if the same situation was arises to someone who unaware of it then who'll take the responsibility for his hard earned money.oyo or phonepe or receiving bank or sender bank or upi or who else.

                            today i got a message from phonepe that my transaction was failed dye to some technical issues arise at receivers end and any amount debited from my account shall be credited back. Hope your services will be delivered without delay and spoiling of customers quality time in an attempt to book a hotel I personally appreciate Oyo rooms customer for streching positive gesture for solving issues at the Quickest and hopefully you'll improve your services even more better in the near future.

                              The PhonePe team has confirmed that the payment is successful to the merchant's bank amount.

                                I had booked a stay in oyo hotel in chennai for 11 days and the oyo app showed complimentary breakfast. When I reached the hotel, then they told there’s no complimentary breakfast. I immediately called the oyo customer care and then he talked to the property manager and then said as the commitment is not honoured, they’ll refund me 100 rs per day for my entire day and I need to contact the customer support after checkout. Today when I called customer support for refund then they’re denying the claim and saying it can’t be done despite their earlier assurance that it will be.

                                  This is regarding - KEMC9156
                                  I have reserved 2 rooms for date 15/Oct/2021 to 16/Oct/2021 at property OYO 46346 Kowsika Residency, Pondicherry by making the whole payment of 3433/- in advance(neft) via OYO mobile app.

                                  While I was on my way to check-in to the property, I received a call from OYO([protected] at 15/Oct 6.42PM) informing that due to unavoidable circumstances, OYO is changing my booking KEMC9156 to another hotel for which I'll be confirmed with the changed details shortly. I awaited more than 2 hours to receive any confirmations, tried calling OYO customer helpdesk numbers several times but of no help. Wherein booked status in my OYO Mobile app got changed to Canceled by its own & surprisingly the property details also got changed by its own (OYO 46346 to 79867).

                                  That day I have my family with 5 members (including 1 female senior citizen, 2 female, 1 kid & myself) traveled to Pondicherry by Taxi from Chennai by doing an advanced confirmed booking of 2 rooms through OYO. It was really very unfortunate and scary situation happened with me/family when OYO canceled my booking at the moment while we were about to reach the property to check-in, in a new place where you don’t know anyone, not familiar with the local language, in the rainy late evening (~9pm). On top of it, when we tried to reach OYO customer care to express the difficulties neither the customer support executives bothered to listen/resolve nor they redirected the call to the right department. They kept on providing [protected] number to contact, whereas the ivr options of this number kept on redirecting the calls to either same room booking/cancel support or automated refund status message & our call went on same cycle but no right support/help we got at the ever needy situation where OYO has taken the full payment.
                                  It was a horrible night for my family and we encountered many troubles due to OYO's mismanagement.

                                  After that, I have made other arrangements than OYO facilities to make my stay at Pondicherry for the same days.

                                  Now when I'm trying to connect to the customer care ([protected]), the IVR gives options for refund assistance but when pressing the asked keys it repeats the previous menu and went into a never ending cycle. The only option works is Reservation desk. Now when trying to reach OYO’s Help Assistance through Mobile app or web by giving all booking details, there also some automated response comes like – ‘Hi! Welcome to OYO. My name is, I would be happy to assist you with your query.’ When I put my refund query then I receive response like ‘Please stay online, I am working on your concern. Kindly give me 5-6 minutes. Please do not press back button on your device to serve you better.’ After this no response until 20 mins and disconnects.

                                  Until now, I could not connect OYO’s Refund Desk for my booking.
                                  Its been 14 days now but there are no refunds happened to my bank account. I would like to know, when my refund will done from OYO.

                                    I had made a booking ID GEP07846,
                                    But due to some error i selected 27/10/2021 (current day) instead of 28/10/2021 (day i wanted to check in)

                                    I had made book on[protected]:47:48

                                    Instantly tried calling the hotel option, no one answered, all the representative of OYO denied the refund.

                                    I would like to get my refund back.

                                    After trying modifying instantly there was an error.

                                    Spoke to the Oyo representative for almost half an hour straight and no positive response.

                                      I booked OYO 81027 from 15 Oct to 18 Oct 2021 (Paid total 2463 : 1963Rs + 500 Oyo money) - Booking ID : MOI14161. On 13th Oct Oyo changed my hotel to OYO Flagship 44105 without my consent. I cancelled the booking because new hotel was not suitable for us, I got Oyo's confirmation mail about the cancellation that 1963Rs will be refunded within 7-14 days and 500 oyo money will be credited in oyo wallet. Its been more than 14 days, only oyo moneay has been credited and amount of 1963Rs is still pending. Nobody from cutomer care [protected] number is picking complain call,[protected] cutomer care refusing to take complains.

                                        Initially, I had booked the hotel room for only 2 days and thought to go with early check-in at 6 am and I am fine with a 30% charge. As I check with the manager, he refused to provide early check-in. So I left with no choice and canceled the two days booking and booked the hotel for 3 days. If I can book for 3days, then why it is not possible for early check-in. It is clear that Hotel Management is pushed me to book for 3 days. I have raised several tickets, but still Oyo is not resolved and I feel Oyo is encouraging this behavior. Take strict action against hotel management or refund 70% of the money for booking 3rd-day booking(30% standard charges for early check-in).
