one of known person had a very bad experience working with this company as GM, he was brought in with so many big-big promises and thrown away in only in 6 months by one consultant of this company who is known as a small caterer, company supports that consultant by terminating GM in spite of knowing that GM has no fault. Company does't pay any notice,compensation moreover not paying his salary for days which he worked....

Myself & my GM Mr. Vikas Khokha who were working as F&B Mgr and General Manager respectively, have been told to discontinue our services without any just/reasonable cause on 21st of Jan'10.

On 21st Jan'10 one consultant of company comes to its unit (Resort) based in Goa (Salcette) and sacked two of senior managers of resort within no time without giving any notice or so and snatched car, office, cellphone etc and threatend to not to challenge their decision any where otherwise they may face a charge of any false allegations before any authority.
Company is not ready to pay their lawful dues also in spite...

we had deposit rs 550 per i nstallments -13paid rs 7150/- total paid from 20/11/2007 to 10/4/2009 to there agent .but we had recived back only rs 5170 on 3/1/2010
they were saying we have recived only which we were giving.

I am a policy holder of your company from 1 year policy no- U[protected]. Actualy the agent from your company is my cousine brother So that I have accept the policy without any confusion.But Still I want to know that whether the compnay is registered under IRDA & RBI and fully concerning by Income tax depertment? and where the collected premium will be invest? and what type of fund do you have? balance fund or debt...

I have registered in PGF Limited on 12/01/2004 with S.No.:DP2H 1468526 and the expiry date is 12/10/2009. We have Contacted several times in office to get the money back, But every one is saying it will come. Since 65 days are over from the expiry date, I want to know the delay reasons and interest payable for the delay. Kindly do the needful immediately to get the amount with interest.

company have about 200 offices in all over india as customer service centre, in name of PACL India Ltd, Group name (PEARLS).
company have deposit plans against provide agriculture land on one time payment plan ie.e. (Cash Down Payment Plan CDPP) or Installment payment plan (IPP )for 6-10 years. the amount return back as per term year.

could you let us know that the deposit amount or matureity amount are...
