Dear Sirs,

I had taken two policies from PACL India Ltd on[protected]Policy
No.0522250 and 0522253 ( Regn No.UI45200237 and UI45200240
respectively ). I had also paid 30 installments in this period. The
policy will expire on[protected] as per Plan No. 12/6Y. That means a
few months to be balance. But now I am not able to continue the
payment of policies, due to some financial calamity, as it is required
about 2 years to complete the policy. I had contacted the authorities

re-payment the money, but they are helpless to resolve the problem. So
I humbly request you to Please advice me through appropriate channel
to make arrangements to settle the issue as soon as possible

PACL India Ltd. a compnay having chain system business to promote their business to join others & earn money. But after some time the senior guys forced the junior ranked people to invest for monthly gift i.e. TV,Wrist watch,VIP Bags etc.. to improve their business or target.Otherwise they used their reference & stop the commission at the branch. I would like to know who has given the pemission to stop the commission. According to the company terms & conditions or rule of any chain system business, the higher ranked person will get the commission if their junior doing good work in the field.Obviously the should support the junior.

I had invested in a Plot Scheme Regd nO. U[protected] in my son Muthumanigandan D's Name in the year 2003 and remitted the installments Rs. 5460 for 3 years. through the agent. Subsequently he has not turned up and the scheme ended on 9/3/2009. I preferred closure of the account on 19/8/09 and was eligible for Rs.16380/-. The office was so much crowded and I found hard time to close the account as if I went for borrowing. The amount was paid on next day with great difficulty. I found that Rs 193/70 (liqudated damage) and Rs 6000/- towards 20% ev. Charges on face value had been deducted for no reason. I was not paid any interest on my investment of Rs[protected]*3) but deduction of Rs 6193/70 was made. No one could able to pay attention even to clarify. I wrote complaint on 10/3/10 to their Delhi Office and reminded on 56/10. So far no one replied. The unauthorised/unexplained debit was not paid. Even I was not paid interest too. I found some one had addressed the poor administration in the same consumer complaint column. I too had my complaint so that it reaches proper hand and our money paid back. Please let us know whom should I approach if they had not paid/replied.

I was by some agents to invest on this company for long term deposit of ten years. I do not know much about this company. Besides the agent also could not tell much details. Pls let me know about this company and its investment plans. tks

also invested money in pacl india limited(Peral). So kindly give us the feedback this is 100% guarantee company that will they give my maturity money atfer some period or this company will be bankrupt and run away or after some time government will intefere the affairs. one of known person had a very bad experience working with this company as GM, he was brought in with so many big-big promises and thrown away in only in 6 months by one consultant of this company who is known as a small caterer, company supports that consultant by terminating GM in spite of knowing that GM has no fault. Company does't pay any notice,compensation moreover not paying his salary for days which he worked.

To The Authorized Person,
Myself & my GM Mr. Vikas Khokha who were working as F&B Mgr and General Manager respectively, have been told to discontinue our services without any just/reasonable cause on 21st of Jan'10.
On repeatedly inquiry for our job status,GM-HR ( PACL(I) Ltd,New Delhi) send me a letter of SUSPENSION on 25th through email stating therein charge-sheet follows.
Till date no charge-sheet is issued to me, and verbally pressurizing me to resign. In the above suspension letter I am instructed to sign and wait at the gate of work place for further communications.
All this is causing me enormous physical and mental agony.
I am staying in rented house with my two small children , I am the sole earner of my family, this has come as a Shock for us, now I have no job left.
I humbly seek your intervention in this regard for justice.

On 21st Jan'10 one consultant of company comes to its unit (Resort) based in Goa (Salcette) and sacked two of senior managers of resort within no time without giving any notice or so and snatched car, office, cellphone etc and threatend to not to challenge their decision any where otherwise they may face a charge of any false allegations before any authority.
Company is not ready to pay their lawful dues also in spite of requesting frequently since then neither both managers are allowed to approach their work place for any type of clearances at local basis.
Now any concern authority is requested to look into the matter and do the justice.
