Myself nishkal raj, I've been using parimatch for a long time now I've made mansy transactions as well, recently the customer service is just terrible, they take days to reply in the first case, they ask for bank statements and payment confirmation slips, I provide them then they take another 5 days to tell me that they've considered the case and gave a complaint ID. But still the issue isn't resolved, previously I had encountered the same issue I made a deposit of 301rs using phone pe to a screenshot thei website provided for deposit, the transaction was successful from my end but did not reflect in my account I sent a series of emails and for no use. I did not receive that amount till now, and same issue again, on 1st Feb I made another 301rs deposit, in their website dashboard the payment status is showing declined, ( I had followed all the necessary criterias for the deposit it was made within 2 mins) I've been trying to contact them via mail but no response from their support team. Their online chat doesn't work. These people are scammers.

I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue with my withdrawals. My past withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected, and every time I contact your support team, I am given the same response that it is a "technical error." However, despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved, and my withdrawals continue to be rejected.

I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, and I expect my next withdrawal request to be successfully processed without any further delays. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take serious action against your platform.

Please provide a clear explanation for these repeated failures and confirm that my next withdrawal will be successful.

The system shows incorrect end dates for promotions. I tried to participate in a promotion once, but it turned out that it ended a day earlier.

Once I had to face a problem when converting bonus funds into real ones. The conversion conditions turned out to be extremely confusing.

The platform lacks normal training materials for beginners. I would like to see detailed guides on bets and their varieties

The section with match results is updated with a big delay. You have to look for results on third-party resources, which is very inconvenient

The constant technical work on the site happens at the most inopportune times. I once lost a chance to bet on an important match because of this.

Slots on the Parimatch platform work too slowly. Sometimes animations freeze, and this spoils the entire gaming process.

The platform does not allow you to cancel a bet immediately after placing it. Even if it happened due to an error, nothing can be fixed

The site shows the wrong balance. Once I saw that I had funds, but when I tried to place a bet, the system said that the balance was empty.

After the new update, the interface became even less user-friendly. Some functions are hidden so deeply that you have to search for them for a long time.

The mobile app constantly gives an error when authorizing. You have to enter your login and password several times to log into your account.

Sometimes bets are blocked without explanation. I wanted to bet on a small odds, but the system just rejected the bet without explanation.

When I bet on a match, the system automatically changed the odds to a lower one. This is a scam because I agreed to completely different conditions

The "Promotions" section contains a lot of outdated information. Some promotions are no longer relevant, and the "participate" buttons simply do not work.

After the bet was completed, the system charged me an additional fee. No one in support could explain what this fee was taken for.

The site does not have the ability to enable two-factor authentication. This raises doubts about the level of security of personal data.

The partial withdrawal function does not always work. I was once denied this opportunity, although all the conditions were met
