The search function on the Parimatch site does not return the desired results for the keywords, which makes it difficult to find interestings sports events, which complicates the beting process!!!...

    I contacted Tech Support and found that my loyalty points were not earned due to a technical glitch. After checking, I was given back all the accumulated points.

            I went to the tech support, they told me it was a temporary system failure. They compensated for my cancelled bets and I had no more problems.

                          I reported the problem to Help Desk and they confirmed that it was a temporary failure on the side of the streaming provider. As compensation I was awarded live bonuses, and now the streamers work without delay.
