The section with my bet history has disappeared on the Parimatch website. Now I can't check which of them were wining. It feels like the service is getting worse every days..

When I contacted support, they explained to me that the betting history section had temporarily disappeared due to technical work on the site. They assured me that the problem would be solved soon, and after restoration I was able to check my betting history again.

    I placed a bet on a live match, but the odds kept changing to lower ones during the bet placement process. This is unfair to users. Fix this system.

    After I wrote to support, they explained to me that the odds changes are due to the dynamic nature of live betting and can fluctuate depending on the situation on the field. They promised to improve the transparency of this feature.

      I have deposited 5000/- for Parimatch App dated on 6th JAN and still payment status is showing PENDING, i have tried to contact to support team multiple times but every time they didn't get proper response for the problem

      I need my deposit and money soon

      I'm loyal customer to parimatch playing for many years

        Every time I try to withdraw funds from Parimatch, the withdrawal terms change, creating confusion and frustration.

        I contacted Parimatch support because the withdrawal terms kept changing. The issue was resolved quickly—they provided instructions and assigned a manager to assist me. Now withdrawals are processed without any problems.

                                    When you try to activate the promo code on the Parimatch site, it is not accepted by the system, although all conditions of the action have been met. As a result, the user loses the ability to use the bonus.
