I deposited Rs 3, 000 to sit at a poker table but my balance was not updated and the table did not let me in.

Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted support, they checked the deposit and confirmed that there was a system failure. A few minutes later, the amount was credited to the balance, and I was able to join the table. They apologized for the inconvenience and promised to improve the balance update process.
