The mobile version of the site constantly throws errors when trying to open live matches. It is simply impossible to use

When I contacted support, I was told that the errors were related to a recent update of the mobile version. They promised to fix the bugs and offered to download an updated version of the application.

    Dear Parimatch,

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Gambling

    The issue that I have experienced was: I deposited ₹ 2500 through UPI on 6 February which was not credited to my Parimatch account. I also complained to Parimatch help centre that I did not get the money even after the deadline was over they only said your money is safe with us it may take some time. I have deposit screenshot and my bank passbook also the payment QR.

    This meant that It feels me frustrated and I can't place my bets due to this

        Myself nishkal raj, I've been using parimatch for a long time now I've made mansy transactions as well, recently the customer service is just terrible, they take days to reply in the first case, they ask for bank statements and payment confirmation slips, I provide them then they take another 5 days to tell me that they've considered the case and gave a complaint ID. But still the issue isn't resolved, previously I had encountered the same issue I made a deposit of 301rs using phone pe to a screenshot thei website provided for deposit, the transaction was successful from my end but did not reflect in my account I sent a series of emails and for no use. I did not receive that amount till now, and same issue again, on 1st Feb I made another 301rs deposit, in their website dashboard the payment status is showing declined, ( I had followed all the necessary criterias for the deposit it was made within 2 mins) I've been trying to contact them via mail but no response from their support team. Their online chat doesn't work. These people are scammers.

          Dear Parimatch Support Team,

          I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue with my withdrawals. My past withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected, and every time I contact your support team, I am given the same response that it is a "technical error." However, despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved, and my withdrawals continue to be rejected.

          I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, and I expect my next withdrawal request to be successfully processed without any further delays. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take serious action against your platform.

          Please provide a clear explanation for these repeated failures and confirm that my next withdrawal will be successful.

            The system shows incorrect end dates for promotions. I tried to participate in a promotion once, but it turned out that it ended a day earlier.

              Once I had to face a problem when converting bonus funds into real ones. The conversion conditions turned out to be extremely confusing.

                  The section with match results is updated with a big delay. You have to look for results on third-party resources, which is very inconvenient

                    The constant technical work on the site happens at the most inopportune times. I once lost a chance to bet on an important match because of this.

                          The site shows the wrong balance. Once I saw that I had funds, but when I tried to place a bet, the system said that the balance was empty.

                              The mobile app constantly gives an error when authorizing. You have to enter your login and password several times to log into your account.

                                Sometimes bets are blocked without explanation. I wanted to bet on a small odds, but the system just rejected the bet without explanation.
