I had booked a ticket on irctc using paytm gateway using my sbi card and it was not booked as seats was not availble but amount got deducted automatically. On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to paytmag but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.
The details are given below :

      I have cancelled my ticket and its shown that the amount has transferred to paytmag on 24th december 2017. Its more than 6-7 days. Return my amount immediately to my bank account. I have already sent my email regarding the refund amount to [protected]@irctc.co.in. But they arenot refunding my amount yet. As per rule they have to transfer the refund within 7 days of cancellation date but its more that 7 days and i haven't received my amount in my bank account.

        Have cancelled my ticket with transaction date on 22nd december 2017. Its showing that the refunding amount has transferred to paytmag on 24th december 2017. Its more than 6-7 days. Kindly requesting you to transfer the amount to my sourcing sbi account.

        I have sent 500Rs to wrong number [protected]. Receiver refuses to give back the amount. Paytm is simply asking me to connect with him. Paytm also should take care in helping the reversal process.

          I have placed an order of 11 items on19th december but received only 8 out of them and the status shows as delivered even though i have done payment of 3000/- ra. Since then every day i have called them up and escalated regarding the same but no proper action is being taken... They keep the call on hold and don’t reply us with any status update on...             Balanceebit my account but not added wallat or not credit my saving account

              I made a transaction for ALTBalaji through Paytm option on the application for 600 Rs(In Total) but was the transaction was rejected twice(300x2 Rs) and as per my Bank Account(HDFC Transaction) the money has been transferred to Paytm.

              Can you please look into this and assist with the same.

              On 24th Nov, 17, I added a sum of RS. 1000 in my paytm wallet.
              On 26th Nov, 17, a sum of RS.800/- deducted from my wallet under "postpaid hybrid flow order.
              I could not understand as to what it is.
              I have never made such order.
              Please do the needful.
              I initiated payment to my friend's mobile number through paytm.
              Rs. 1350 deducted from my bank account but not credited to my wallet.
              Worst thing is Paytm doesn't respond to my complaint in any way. Pathetic.

                This is regarding:

                Transferred to bank
                Paytm cash txn id [protected]

                The status is "pending".

                I started this transaction on 29 dec. Still the status is pending. At least make it failed and refund the money back to my paytm wallet. There is no response from the customer care also. I tried to call there and entered this txn id, but it said that the txn id is wrong. I attached the screenshot to verify that the txn id i took is from the website only and is not wrong.

                I have booked a ticket from Agra fort to ahmedabad with date of journey 24 dec 2017. The transaction id is [protected]. And pnr no. Is [protected]. I have cancelled the ticket and amount you have to pay is 395. But still i haven't get my refunded amount back

                    Today in the morning i was send the money through a qr code and the money is show in the receiver paytm for business in transaction amount. So how to send this money to bank account plz tell me??? The money is send to transection amount but that not be send to the bank account so how to send that amount to bank account??                     i was send the money to a merchant account by a scan qr code i was send the 5000 rupee and that was paid by my paytm wallet but that 5000 rupees was not be receive by the bank account that amount send to be the merchant transection amount in the paytm business so how to send this amount to the bank account

                        I have ordered one bpsche washing machine which was showing net amount 20783 after loyalty cash back for rs.5100.
                        In other apps it was around 22k. Once i proceed after the option of loyalty cash back, it was showing your loyalty cash back shall be refunded within 24 hours of delivery. On the below of this message, there was another option to use further promo code. As i was using first transaction on paytm mall apps, i put a code for rs.100 for new user. After 4 days of delivery when i contacted with paytm customer service they told me that you can not get credit of loyalty cash back of rs.5100 as u took the 100 credit against the promo code. My question is when it was declared that your loyalty cashback applied and i shall get back the amount after 24 hours if delivery, why the subsequent promo code applicability did not warned about the invalidity of loyalty cash back? Are they trying to make fool customers? Loyalty cash back of rs.5100 can not be offset by promo code offer of rs.100. Need serious action on it.

                          Respected sir. My one friend suhash transferred an amount of rs.11000/ on 2/11/2017 through paytm wallet nagpur txn id no.[protected] to my sbi udaipur account no.[protected]. It is very bad and sad to say that amount 11000/ has not been credited to my sbi account udaipur by paytm company till 31/12/2017. Two month has been elapsed.
                          I do not know what are reasons. There is no right representative in paytm company who can solve my problem. Why this amount is withheld by paytm authority.
                          I pray to paytm company with folded hands please credit 11000/ in my account as stated above. What are the policies of the company i do not know.

                          Please help me. I will appreciate to the company if my amount is credited to my account at the earliest. Please do not reback or resend this amount to that wallet paytm nagpur as that shop has found closed

                              I have ordred li-ning xp 710 badminton requet (Pack of 2) on 29/12/2017 thoygh paytm mall but after amount deducted from my account got the message like payment of rs. 1031 failed and saying that your payment has been declained by your bank but i have verifeid with the bank and conformed that the transaction has been successfully processed at the bank's end.
                              Please look into this as soon as possible and let me know the status of this issue.

                                    I have ordered american tourister cruze spinner 55cm blue with order id [protected]. I have applied cash back offers and 25 % cash back offered and another 500 rs cash back applied and they show price 3120 rs, but once i pay they charged rs 5310 from my account. I have repeatedly contacted customer care center for resolution of my problem but they are not ready to accept their application error. Requesting other reconfirm thrice before cash back offer from paytm.

                                      Customer service of paytm mall is absolutely useless. It has been 20 days today. My order has not been picked up and by tomorrow, they have rejected my pick-up order that i had refused here. Which has been totally lied. I have not seen any such wasteful delivery till now, as far as peytm mall. I will give 1 star rating of paytm. I will tell all my friends that they never buy anything from paytm mall and they also gave 1 star to paytm. And...

                                      I am paytm user... Now i am unable to login to my account.. And i am entering the correct number and password... But also that is telling that i have to enter valid username or password... Or my account will be blocked... I reset it so many times. I have paytm cash in my wallet. Now i have urgency to use that money,
