I have recharged Rs.17 in my mobile no [protected] on 19th September;but the recharge failed and i have charged Rs. 17.after 10 days i contact them and they said they will refund my amount but no refund done yet.i want my money back as soon as possible. a message from you came on that day was, Recharge of Tata DOCOMO Mobile [protected] for Rs.17 failed. Refund of Rs.17 done.

I have done the online payment to BESCOM on 04/11/2014 of amt 600.00 but i got this month bill with due of last month amount and when i contacted BESCOM they told PAYTM is not tayedup with BESCOM so i need to pay full amt last month & this month amount through bescom only, so kindly refund my amount which i payed to BESCOM through paytm on urgent basis. My payment details are given below.
ORDER NO.[protected] NOV '14 5:35 PM.

It is showing as successful in system on "4 Nov 2014" at "5:35 pm " and amt got debited in my bank account also but BESCOM has not received my bill amt & i got arrears of last month bill amt in this month bill so i have to pay both the bills directly to BESCOM now so pls refund my amount to my bank account ASAP.

Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
On 3rd mar'2015 i booked 3 tkts for bus journey from indore to ahmedabad on 6th mar'2015 from paytm in sanjay travels, but bus operator inform me that journey is cancelled and your money is refunded to the booking site.Since from 6th mar'2015 till today i have submitted 4 requests to them from their site only but nothing is affecting them also i tried a lot to contact them but that no. [protected] is not even picked by any person.

I had done two recharge from paytm app in paytm app the recharge showing success but i had not recive the balance in my mobile a/c and they had charge on my card also . Regarding this i had already mail three times to paytm but i had not recive my refund yet.

poor they are replying late and closing the issues without asking me and
everytime I have to raise a new issue.More over 20 days i am no received the refund
I had booked couple of deals on Groupon. While booking it showed status as failed so I didn't receive any coupons from Groupon. I had paid for this deal via Paytm. As deal had failed I asked Paytm for refund. I had lodged the same complaint 5 times (Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected], Ticket #[protected] and got the same reply that "issue has been resolved" but I didn't see the amount on Paytm wallet or in Bank. PayTM is blaming Groupon for the issue and Groupon is doing the same on Paytm but no one is solving the issue.

I booked Bus ticket from PayTM from Hyderabad to Mumbai but the bus operatot later called and told me the price published on PayTM site is not real and the actual price is 10 times from what published on site and for which I have booked...

I have requested cancellation of that ticket from paytm portal, the moment bus operator update me about the fare difference and asked me to pay remaining amount.

Still neither the Paytm has not refunded me the amount paid for ticket booking nor update even after multiple follow-up with them over mail and its been 1 month now...

Please avoid PayTM and their pathetic services.

The bus vendor called me and told that bus fare is Rs. 1590 not 159 Rs and asked me for remaining amount so I Have told them to cancel the booking...

My order for the product was delivered on 12/06/2016 in a damaged condition for which I placed a reversal request on 16/06/2016 and got approved for reversal on the same day. As per there email within 72 hours (3 days) there courier partner were suppose to collect the product. On 23/06/2016 after 8 days I raised a complain on there site but nobody turned up for pick up.
Again on 30/06/15 I raised a complain for which I got a reply that the reversal was cancelled as customer wants to keep the product. There is no communication from my side for cancelling the reversal. I am raising reminder request again and again and what they have to say is it is cancelled after 16 days.
