      I checked on the website it was clearly mentioned that the product original cost is more than 500. However they are giving it in just 367 and another cash back of 58 on the top of that they were offering free shipping. I ordered product. I received the product within 48 hours but it was faulty (16GB memory card). On the other hand the original price that is mentioned by the company is 347 only on the product which seems clearly being cheated by the company and they are not reverting.         Dear Sir/Madam, At paytm website, I ve done a recharge of amount 298 on an Airtel no.- [protected]. In paytm website, at airtel 2G data plan, it was mentioned that, Rs 298 Validity 56 Days Data Benefits. 3 GB Unlimited 2G data. Post 3 GB unlimited on throttle speed (max 40 kbps) But after successful recharge... I ve' got Rs. 100/- main balance, & 1048 MB 3G data. when I try to contact with paytm care, by mail, they informed me that was the error of Airtel. But airtel told "they have not such plan". A question arise, "If paytm provide correct information, after my recharge, why paytm delete 298 recharge option from 2G data plan on their website?" I think...paytm should pay the penalty to me... as I could not got the benefit which is mentioned on the paytm website.

          I have recharge FROM PAYTM of Rs-500 but the amount has been deducted from Bank and still the recharge is not done..It is Showing that the recharge is Pending "WAITING FOR THE OPERATOR TO CONFIRM" I don't understand why I have to face such a Problem ... What was my Fault? I Have sent many Email but nothing has happened yet.. Such a horrible situation.

                I ordered Nokia Lumia 525 dual sim mobile online by paytm.com .I received item very late. After putting return request they accepted return request.But they did not arrange pick up for the same.I return by my self but item was not received by merchant as the address was given paytm.I paid 200 rs for courier.Now they have cancelled my return request without any reason.

                  have trouble with total 3 orders placed on 21st Sept 2015 First Two Orders Order No [protected] and Order No [protected]. For above two orders, The recharge is showing successful, but the amount is not credited to my tata sky account. When contacted paytm helpline for the same, the automated message says to contact operator customer care, when contacted tata sky customer care they said they can't help or assist in the payment made using third party. Request you to cancel my order and return my money back at the earliest For third Order Order No [protected] For this third order, the recharge is showing successful, but the amount is not credited to my tata sky account. When contacted paytm helpline for the same, the automated message says the order is failed and the amount will be credited back to paytm wallet. But still the amount is not credited to my paytm wallet.                     This is with respect to the worst service provided by paytm. These people are cheat and should be ashamed off of their work. Just making business and not taking care of customer issues. They do not fulfill your promises as happiness is guranteed at paytm. Their website has issues and I have to bear the cost of it. I made an order and it is delivered to some other address because of their website issue. But Paytm can not owe this issue.

                      I purchased a Laptop through Paytm on 16/sep/2015, which was delivered yesterday(21/sep/2015), but i found that product is defected and having white spot on screen, when i asked customer support of paytm, they said paytm dont have any replacement process, and also said that they will give me reply inl 24 to 72 hour for return or cancel. But they are not sure if they will do it or not. But I have wasted my time on paytm, but I want my product replacement. They are not replying accordingly what I want about the product I purchased. Even they are not saying in confident way that they will replace the product. I purchased they product from paytm and they gave me faulty product, they thought if nobody will consider or notify the defect they product will go out from their stock or else. I request you to kindly take this issue seriously and take the appropriate action accordingly.

                      Paytm saying that they have a policy to return but not replace. ie they will send you a faulty product and if you raise voice they will offer your to return it back. But not replace it.

                      This is clearly a cheating as customer invested so much time to find the product and after he found product faulty This kind of ill treatment should not be acceptable.
                      Exactly same issue are also find in my colleagues laptop...these are the sort of cheating in e-commerce business.
                      Against this an immediate action must be taken.
                      I have also purchase same Laptop with same Model Number, I found that product is defected and having same white spot on screen, Paytm saying that they have a policy to return but not replace, when i asked customer support of paytm, they said paytm do not have any replacement process. This is clearly a cheating as customer.
                      Yes Exactly this is not good way for e-commerce business that people waste their time for purchasing product, after all they are not getting good response...
                      no matter product is defected but they should replace their product immediately..

                      I am facing the same issue with Paytm. I ordered a laptop from Paytm but they gave me Broken laptop. No replacement policy in place and they are not ready to give the same offer again. When i spoke to customer care about the issue they are ready to give 200 rupees as compensation against the 44000/- laptop.

                      Other issue is we will not get the full amount when the order is refunded but the partial amount, because the cash back amount will go to Paytm wallet. This is pathetic.

                        Sir, I made a purchase in the Paytm website (https://paytm.com/) for Canon SX60 HS camera on 17th September 2015 vide Order No.[protected] for Rs.28, 493 (Twenty eight thousand four hundred and ninety three only)This was my 4th purchase with Paytm and all the purchases are made on the website. I have already purchased one iball mobile phone, car freshener twice and this camera is my 4th purchase with Paytm in the last 2 months. The current model followed by Paytm for purchases in their website is the Cash back coupon model wherein some percentage (say 10% or 15% or 20% etc..) of the purchase value is credited back as cash back and the same will be available in the "Wallet" of the purchaser in the website. The credited cash in the wallet can be used for the next purchase. As per the above cash back offer, i purchased the above said camera with 15% cash back offer by applying the coupon code (DG15)which works to Rs.3500/- as cash back. Now Paytm is refusing the cash back stating that i have not applied the code and also claiming that i have not verified my e-mail address and hence coupon has not been applied. 1. First and the foremost why i should verify my e-mail address on the 4th purchase i am making with Paytm. This verification was not followed when i made my 3 purchases earlier and my cash backs was credited once the items were shipped. 2. When i tried to apply the coupon code (DG15), it simply returned an error "Go to the profile and verify your e-mail address". When i went back to my profile, there is absolutely no option to verify my e-mail address. My profile was complete in all respect with my Name, E-mail id, Mobile Number & Date of birth etc. which was provided by me at the time of creating my account with Paytm and during my first purchase itself. Lot of communications has happened on the same e-mail id with Paytm (refer to screen shot below) and i have never changed anything in my profile in the last 2 months. Now where is the question of verifying the e-mail id? Why i should do it now for the 4th purchase when this was not followed for last 3 purchases. How will i verify my mail id when there is no option in my profile to do that like "Verify your e-mail id now" button etc.. 3. Nowhere in the world this type of e-mail verification is being followed suddenly for the 4th purchase or for that matter for an e-mail id properly registered with the Paytm and already communications are happening on the same id and no changes has been made to my profile in the last 2 months. Now where is the question of e-mail id verification and where is the question of non-payment of cash back due to non-verification of e-mail. This is a clear case of cheating the buyer by putting some unwarranted, unwanted verification procedure that too after few transactions has already happened successfully.                               On 14th August I received a Electrolux Micro wave oven (model no.M/o D20M.WW-CG) thru FedEx after paying Octori extra Rs.460/- (which was not informed at the time of placing delivery), I had not ordered Electrolux, my order was for IFB 20PM1S 20 L Solo Oven. The details of the one that I had ordered is IFB 20PM1S 20 L Solo Oven (Metallic Silver), however the vendor has sent Electrolux (pics attached) The MRP of IFB is Rs.6940/- and I purchased for Rs.6300. whereas the Electrolux microwave sent has a printed MRP of Rs.4700/- i called Paytm customer care and informed them about this goofup. and requested them to either discount the current product or else arrange pick the same abd deliver IFB 20PM1S 20 L Solo Oven (Metallic Silver) within a week and ofcourse refund the Octroi amount also.” however till date no action has been taken by Paytm team and everytime we call them up they say the issue is referred to higher ups and has been taken on priority, so please wait for 72 hrs. their 72 hrs is never ending

It is showing that waiting for operator confirmation. And there is no way that I can reach out to customer care executive of Paytm. Few days back also I had made wrong recharge of Rs 199 by mistake. I dropped mail and tried to reach them but nothing happened. Paytm is providing the slowest and worst service as I have experienced...

                                My complaint has been resolved. Paytm had refunded the money to my paytm wallet.
                                I have recharged my Vodafone number [protected] with 180 Rs on 21st sept 2015. I haven't received the recharge yet. It is showing that waiting for operator confirmation. And there is no way that I can reach out to customer care executive of Paytm. Few days back also I had made wrong recharge of Rs199 by mistake. I dropped mail and tried to reach them but nothing happened.

                                Paytm is providing the slowest and worst service as I have experienced and they have not provided anyway to reach out to them immediately. Especially I advise not to book bus tickets coz for that also I didnot receive any confirmation then I had to call the bus operator to confirm whether the ticket has got booked or not.
                                I had recharged my idea [protected] with an post paid bill of 362 using paytm on 10 September 7.30pm. But it doesn't credit. It still shows processing on paytm app. Money is debited from my bank account. Please help me sir. Paytm order number- bil/[protected]/idea-bill/[protected] NB Transaction number- Regards, nandeesha

                                  Please beware of this site they don't have customer are number the number given on the site when dialled automatic message came write to our cybercell for security issue I placed order for two pedigree packs and one corell dinner set someone from Paytm itself cancelled the order and after getting money in Paytm wallet he used it yesterday at 4.59 again and again I am complaining please take some quick action but nothing happened till now totally fed up with you people

                                  I placed two orders with Paytm on Sunday night at 9.30 pm. On monday morning at 4.49 am I got a message from Paytm that they have cancelled both orders no [protected] and [protected] and refunded the money to my paytm wallet but soon after someone did 4 transactions from my paytm wallet and took more than 4000 rs to make the payment to Ebay (Billdesk rs 701.10 and billdesk 489.52 Billdesk 2198.80 and last one is 610) I told Paytm again and again that I have not done these transactions and I think it is an insider job as we can't login to our a/c without one time password which is sent by Paytm on our registered mobile number.
                                  As paytm claims their wallet is totally safe and secure but I think otherwise.
                                  NOW I WANT TO MAKE ALL MY RELATIVES AND FREINDS AWARE OF SUCH SITES AS THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMERCARE NO AND THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. THEIR CYBERCELL ADVISED ME TO LODGE A FIR AND DIRECTLY DEAL WITH EBAY. I ASK THEM WHY SHOULD I DO THIS AS IT IS YOUR FAULT YOU SHOULD DEAL WITH EBAY AND REFUND MONEY BECAUSE I GAVE MONEY TO YOU AND SOME ONE FROM YOUR STAFF HAS DONE ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS ON MY BEHALF THEIR UNHELPFUL STAFF AND CYBERCELL POLICIES LEAD TO SUCH FRAUDULENT ACTIVIES. I ASK THEM WHY SHOULD I DO THIS AS IT IS YOUR FAULT YOU SHOULD DEAL WITH EBAY AND REFUND MONEY BECAUSE I GAVE MONEY TO YOU AND SOME ONE FROM YOUR STAFF HAS DONE ALL THESE TRANSACTIONS ON MY BEHALF THEIR UNHELPFUL STAFF AND CYBERCELL POLICIES LEAD TO SUCH FRAUDULENT ACTIVIES. THEREFORE I AM USING SOCIAL MEDIA TO SPREAD AWARENESS ABOUT THIS SITE SO THAT THEY WILL KNOW THAT NOT EVERYONE WILL STAY QUIET AFTER BEING DUPED LIKE THIS.

                                  I tried to pay my Torrent Power utility bill IN 1 DEC[protected]/- through Paytm, the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my bank account it is not shown either in my paytm account, nor it is reversed bank to my bank account it is more than 50 days since this transaction took place. It is more than days since I have raised a complaint, I have neither received a solution refund nor has any executive contacted me Torrent power says they have not received any payment as the transaction failed while it was processed to Paytm and hence they cant help resolve this

                                  I tried to add my bank payment 2000rs 10-DEC 2016- through Paytm, the transaction succesful but the amount is nt go back my bank account it is not shown either in my paytm account, nor it is reversed bank to my bank account it is more than 2days since this transaction took place. It is more than days since I have raised a complaint, I have neither received a solution refund nor has any executive contacted me Bank power says they have not received any payment as the transaction while it was processed to Paytm and hence they cant help resolve this..                                     I have booked my bus from Coimbatore to Bangalore through paytm . Order number ref [protected]. But the travels had confirmed that booking through paytm has not been registered in their system and I was asked to disembark because the travel list had a different passenger name. I did show them the ticket and also paytm order booking. All in vain.. I was asked to take this up with paytm. But paytm customer care does not even respond . it is a big time cheat. They are squandering money. They don't have a customer care on call support who can even address our issue.. Really frustrating.

                                      Placed the request to refund 1752/- amount back to original mode of payment on 03/09/2015 but haven't received till now. They give only one reply, check with the bank. But i'm working in a company and can't go to bank during office hours. It is there responsibility and duty to see that i receive my refund within the given time frame. twice i've sent my bank statement to them. it's been more than 15-18 days. pls help to resolve this issue.
