    Hi team,

    I am prafulla, [protected], added rs. 731 two times to make payment of pizzahut through paytm. But my order was declined because paytm had some issue. I tried to contact paytm customercare (That is most difficult work in india) not able to connect, they donot have any customercare which work properly. From my hdfc account 1462 was deducted neither that amount is in paytm nor refunded to hdfc. After waiting some time paytm is showing 731 rs, where rest 731, i have no clue. Due to this incident, i was not able to make pay to pizzahut.

    I request paytm to return my all muney to my hdfc bank account. Because i donot want to use paytm anymore. It is such a stupid platform. It is paytm habit. Since 2 times same thing is happening to me.

    Last time i made airtel dth payment same thing happened. I hade to make 2 payments. First payment was decline but after 2 days that was done.

      Have loaded the money and deducted in credit card but it is not reflecting in the paytm account, i need a very urgent reversal so that i can pay the insurance at the earliest

      Credit card sms is available that money mentioning about the money got deducted, i tried the paytm website is not userfriendly and no one available to pickup the phone calls

        Dear sir,

        My name is ashwini kumar pandey, holing a paytm account at [protected]. First of all thank you so much for developing such an nice app for quick transactions.

        But here i have grievance, like we never check our passbook usually, but i found that i am trapped by one of the application of social networking named as "woo". I installed this app in september and paid amount of 900 rs through paytm, for which the transaction id was [protected]. During its installation i did not gave any standing instruction for auto renewal.

        Recently i checked my paytm passbook and found twice 900 rs has been auto deducted through paytm to woo. Now i am surprised how come paytm can release funds without my consent.

        Transaction details are - id - [protected] (September 16,[protected] rs - with my consent

        It is a clear fraud case, which is not justified. If paytm is so insecure, why should we use it. Almost 10 days back i had also done this complaint to paytm custmer care number, and they assured me to send the mail and will get the reversal of same, but hardly any actions.

        Please look in to the matter urgently and help me to get the refund of 1800 rs against transaction id - [protected] (October 30,[protected] rs &. Id - [protected] (December 6,[protected] rs). This has happend only by the fault of woo & paytm, especially paytm cyber security comes questionable. Why should i pay for this.

        Also help me get disconnected from woo so that they cannot trace my paytm account.

        This is really breach of trust issue & i doubt paytm cyber security in future.

        Please expedite the case to resolve earliest.

        Open Woo app the go to settings -> payment settings -> subscription -> unsubscribe woo plus.
        After this there will be no further deduction from paytm or any other system. Don't delete directly without doing unsubscribe because even if there was subscription on woo plus and you deleted your account then also money will deduct.
        But I still don't know how to get refund of fraud deduction from paytm account for woo plus. Even I have same problem they automatically add subscription without my consent.

          Return of dead moto er plus initiated. But not approving. Its been 15 days. Everyday they are asking for same documents. I have given all documents. Photos of damaged phone with imei. Since they asked for doa (Dead on arrival) letter from moto service centre. But service centre rejected as it was more than 7 days from date of purchase. But i have given request to paytm on 2nd itself. But they just initiated return but not approved till date. Got frustrated for replacement policies. Visited 5 times service centre. Mailed more 10 times to them. Dialed more than 25 times.

          Sir, kindly solve the issue and i need a replacement of refund.

            I made a transaction on paytm on dec 10, 2017 transaction number [protected].. I sent rs 300 to someone which got deducted from my account but not sent to the receivers account.. I've been texting paytm care everyday but there is no response from paytm side.. I have the screenshot of passbook of the recievers account.. I sent them that also.. Im trying hard to contact customer care but they dont have any voice customer support service in india.. No response from paytm side.. Please do the needful asap.. I need my money urgently

                Hi,
                I was paying my monthly electricity bill to cesc ltd. Through paytm getway. After all procedure & transaction, i faced the following issues;

                1) payment receipt not generated from cesc, as it shown in a window that, "payment not received by cesc".
                2) my payment detail not showing under 'my order' option.
                3) to verify details, i've check my bank account & it's showing that payment successfully done to paytm.

                  Paytm here i am dr. Daniyal farooq, your customer from a long time. I had ordered a product from your app on 9th dec and it was indicated to me on app that the product will reach to me by 13th dec. When i didn't recieved the product till 13th i contacted your executive and get to know that the product will reach to me by 16th dec. And from 16th i am regularly contacting your executives and there is no positive response from your side. And today morning i came to know that the product has been cancelled from your side. What is this? When i didn't cancelled the product so why you did? I dont want a refund. Go hell with that refund and that product. But i promise i won't be ordering a single rupee product from your site again and will share all this concern on facebook, twitter, everywhere. Its all your fault firstly the late delivery than order cancellation from your side.

                    I made one order on indiacakes.com on 9th december, 2017 amounting rs.642.50. I paid via paytm and order number was[protected]. Amount deducted from paytm but order was failed.

                    I wrote several times to paytm but they are not interested in solving the query. Even merchant is not helping and replying properly.

                    I paid via paytm to merchant so its paytm's responsibility to help me but they do not care about the customers. From last 8 days, i am trying to co-ordinate with paytm guys but response is pathetic.

                    I will definitely escalate this issue and complaint about paytm.

The price of the product was mrp. 8991 and with discount it came to 4799. The product was delivered, but the weight of the product is 9.8kg, but i received a small box, which is not even 100gms, but it is mentioned as 9800gms. Called paytm multiple times, but no help...

                        I am facing many problems because of paytm. I have not get my refund of my order for philips tv till now. My order have been pick uped from my address 2 days ago. Till now i have not get my refund. When i am calling it says check the number you have dailed. Why this paytm is creating so much problems. You are not solving problems on time taking a long time then also we don't get any resolution.

                          I placed order in paytm, of a flip cover with my paytm account [protected].
                          I received a wrong order.
                          So, i returned the product for replacement.
                          Neither it was replaced or refunded.
                          It's still in processing.
                          I am very disappointed for this.
                          And am fed up to reach paytm customer care.

                          Today I got a call from [protected].
                          He said that, he is from paytm.
                          And he is gonna refund my amount.
                          He asked me to tell the details of my card.
                          I said my debit card details.
                          And my card bank name.
                          He asked me the amount of which I have to be refunded.
                          I said it was 284.
                          He asked me to tell the otp, which was came to my mobile. There it was a online purchase of 2284 rupees, thru Wibmo payzapp.
                          I declined his request, and threaten him of registering a police complaint against him.
                          Hope, this fraud by paytm app is solved as soon as possible.

                              I was registered with them with an mts no [protected], since mts is not giving services anymore, i can't transfer my funds lying with paytm, complaint registered with them no 45498490, they are asking so many documents.. I gave biggest proof my aadhaar with that no... Sbi passbook showing transection with paytm... Their executives are not contactable... Now paytm asking bank statement... Passbook

I was regularly recharging my mobile nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] from that account, given proof they are not accepting, transferred many of the time to my company account no [protected] from paytm given proof they are not accepting...
                              I think they have plenty of money lying unclaimed with them, what is the procedure to get involved with govt agencies to get the clear picture... How they keep safe our money in case death o[censored]ser or loosing sim or mobile...

                                I had booked a ticket from bangalore to udupi on 14/13/2017 with order id [protected], in the invoice bus operator name was ideal travels, the bus was supposed to reach destination by 6.00am today but the driver and cleaner dropped me and 15 other passengers in mangalore and told the bus operator told to drop till mangalore only so you better take other bus and reach destination from mangalore to udupi it's 60km distance, but at 5.30am how and where to find a bus in some unknown place?? Paytm is supporting fraud operators and cheating people, i raised the concern in paytm customer service and i got a anonymous resolution from paytm they paid 130 rs cash back which i never initiated and the decision was one-sided they anonymously took decision and paid this amount but the mental tensions which had to face at that point in time who will compensate for it? Paytm is a third party administrator providing a platform but there is no credibility, paytm is losing the trust and proving again and again to be a fraud.
                                I tried to transfer 200 rs using upi with upi transaction id[protected] but transaction was failed and amount debeted
                                And u people dont have any concern about costumer
                                u people dont respond on phone then why did u provided that [censored] number

                                I used paytm for pay electricity bill of CESC LTD on 13 Dec and 11 Dec for Rs 510 and money deducted from bank both time but bill is not paid. Money deducted vide Paytm[protected] dt 13/12/17 and Paytm[protected] dtd 10/12/17. Request for returned money in account.

                                      This is a complaint against indiashopee.com & paytm.com. I get a call from an executive at 11:30 am on 11/12/2017, claiming that she is from paytm on my registered mobile number. She then went ahead telling that i am listed as one of the top 10 lucky customers of paytm as i purchased one desktop on so and so date. She also tells me all the patytm details and my cart items with all purchase history to make sure she is the customer executive of paytm. Now, she added telling that i have four options as gift items from which i must select one and must go through a minimum purchase of 3000 in paytm before 12 pm on 11th of this month. She says to add item to cart and give her a call on the same number. As mentioned, she had all my paytm details, i went on believing her and did as directed.

                                      I added a ups (Value: 4963) to my cart and gave a call. She tells to make the payment to a number ([protected], wallet tx id: [protected]). When asked why make payment to a number and not payment gateway, she tell that it is a call from paytm gift department so i must go the same way.

                                      Now, after transaction i get a call saying that i will receive the product within 2 days with my gift free of cost and booking details in mail and sms with cashback within 24 hrs. I didn't get any cashback and mail but got one sms (From: [protected] on 11 dec at 1:00 pm stating booking id: sn0847596).

                                      After 2 days, again i made a call to the same number for the status of my order. They then tell that it will for sure reach within 2 days as it was delayed due to some courier problems. After 2 days, again i am getting a call (From: [protected]) saying that they will be charging some 6700 in the name of gst which was never mentioned before. I then tell them weather you cancel my order of give my product without any further payments as i was never aware of this payment to be made. Then they tell that they are from gst team and cannot do the same.

                                      I then called the previous numbers and asked the same, then they transfer my call to some senior executive. When mentioning about paytm, he told that they are not from paytm, but from indiashopee and cuts the call. They then don't receive any further calls and switch of their mobile or put on block.

                                      1) if this is a fraud, how can someone access a paytm account and get to know all the details.

                                      All my contacts are being corrupted by paytm. how to stop it? i do not want it. it is very irritating unnecessary and with out my permission.
