[Resolved] Paytm — taking too much time to transfer money from my old account which i can't use after shutdown of mts business | |
I was registered with them with an mts no [protected], since mts is not giving services anymore, i can't transfer my funds lying with paytm, complaint registered with them no 45498490, they are asking so many documents.. I gave biggest proof my aadhaar with that no... Sbi passbook showing transection with paytm... Their executives are not contactable... Now paytm asking bank statement... Passbook Copy already given they are not accepting asking bank statement... I was regularly recharging my mobile nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] from that account, given proof they are not accepting, transferred many of the time to my company account no [protected] from paytm given proof they are not accepting... I think they have plenty of money lying unclaimed with them, what is the procedure to get involved with govt agencies to get the clear picture...
