Hi i ordered a wallclock my order no. Is[protected] i got absolutely rubbish response. I ordered a black colour wallclock mistakenly i clicked on the copper one. Since 3 days im trying to talk to customer care. Nobody did anything about it. Its a waste for me n my house. I needed an exchange not a refund. But unfortunately very bad service and responses. At a special request i ask you to exchange it.

Hello, the product delivered is as per the description mentioned on the website and hence cannot be accepted. Please check the detailed product information to know more.
I got my ordered item one week back but till now no one will come for assemble the product.. When I request them rather than 5times they said that they will send the carpenter but didn't stick to their words.
Please help me out from this problem.. Very bad experience with peperfry. This is my second time bitter experience with peperfry..

    I have placed an order today for sofa and chairs and made the payment. Upon placing the order i realised that it was wrong order and i wanted to cancel it. I called pepperfry customer care within 15 minutes of placing the order and asked them to cancel it. They simply refused saying they can not cancel the order. I do not understand how they can not cancel the order when i called them within 15 minutes.

      It seems, it is a big fraud with consumer on online podium and least bother about consumers. I rushed to the studio and studio executive placed my order with wrong discount code and i got less discount so requested to match the price or cancel the order. But struggling between studio and customer service and no resolution. Though all this going they immediately started process and dispatched order even i am requesting them to cancel or match the price. I am writing on this podium so awaken customers read and stop working with them. I will surely take legal actions against them but consumers be careful with this kind of cheat websites.

        I ordered the night stand along with the bed both being walnut color but received the product in 2 different colors and night stand seems old and fade. You can check the same in picture, but pepperfry will neither exchange/replace the product nor will they refund.in fact the customer service agents say they cannot help and we can go ahead and complaint wherever we wish too. I don't understand why people in our country i've guts to do wrong and be proud about it. Kindly help me with this.

          I ordered a centre table from pepperfry (Order number[protected] on 11th november. The date of delivery was supposed to be 23rd november. The order has not been delivered yet and the customer service center keeps telling that the order will be delivered the next day but no results. I have been calling them everyday for an update but they seem least bothered and no solution has been provided yet.

            I want to cancel this product and pepperfry does not cancel orders once placed. No online website does this, orders can be cancelled before it gets shipped. I want the product to be cancelled.

            I wish to order a different product as i did not realize that the product is plastic, i do not want plastic finish.

            As a consumer, we should be able to cancel orders when placed online.

              Disgusting service and fraud company!!! Worst wood quality and worst assembly. All joints are visible!!! Same day return request is also not accepting not even returning my money which is not lesser than 13k.!!!

              No return no replacement, don't buy products from them, they just say best wood quality but worst wood quality gets delivered by giving them loads of money!!!

                I have bought twin wroght iron bed from pepperfry and the worst experience together. They have not delivered the complete product where accessories are missing, when carpenter came to assemble he found there is something missing, since then i have been calling and king to resolve but there is no one to respond and help.
                The complaint of the company is even worst no complaint is getting registered and for there mistake they are giving excuses.
                Is the way customers are treated??? From yesterday, if i ask anyone rom their team, they all say its not my mistake and pointing fingers to others.

                  This is regarding order number[protected]DE1724912-S-PM28483 and[protected]DE1797244-S-PM12333 ordered from Pepperfry. The items arrived completely damaged/broken. To date, the refund amount was not credited to my account. Extremely poor customer service and policy from pepperfry. Third-party shipping vendors deliver all broken products and absolutely no checks or value for the quality.

                      Brought one dressing table which was delivered after a month and for assembly we call and requested several time as we are available only on weekends but after so many attempts got carpenter to assemble on weekend. On opening the box found that the unit is badly damaged. Glass is broken and shelf corners and wood was also damaged from so many places. Now customer service is denying return/repair as they can do this only within 7 days. Like really?? To deliver they are taking endless amount of time with wrong traking details updated and to return it is 7 days. The product is in such a bad condition that i wonder in transit how come so many damages can be done. Also there was no fragile tag mentioned on the packing as it contains mirror. The installation guy also mentioned about damages in his record then also i am getting the reply that they can't do anything as 7 days are over. So here i am to let you people know that cheating like this will not be acceptable at any cost and i need solution for this issue.

                        This product was a of 3+2 seater sofa. The 3 seater was damaged and asked to be replaced was returned due to damage came back post 1month to find that the fabric is different to the one bought and hence doesn't match with the 2 seater.
                        This is causing immense trauma for my parents dealing with it.
                        Now they refuse to replace with the ordered product as there is no damage.

                          Bought 2 wardrobes, shoe cabinet and side shelf from pepperfry.. Within 6 months it started catching fungus.. Tried wiping it and placing in sunlight exposure fr few days but the vry next day again fungus would grow back.. Have spent quiet an amount for these products and i’m unable to discard them in such a short term.. All the other furniture at my home is intact without any problem except the ones we bought from pepperfry.. I’m now confused as what to do next.. If anyone knows a remedy pls help..

                                Hi ordered a sofga set in the night of 11th nov 2019. I canged my mind and wanted to go from other design from pepperfry itself and called customer support in the morning around 11am.

                                They straight a way refued to cncel the order and even they are having some policies for returning the order. They have looted me in a sense. This is a lot disappointing. I will refrain to buy anything from pepperfry in future and i will recommend to refrain using pepeerfry for anybody else

                                  I bought a bed from pepperfry, after 15 days a defective product was delivered to me. The delivery guy refused to take it back and dumped the defective bed at my place. When i called the customer centre they asked me to share images and said would get back in few days. The bed and the mattress is occupying one entire room in my house and even after calling the pepperfry team multiple times to atleast get it assembled so that it looks good in the house, the unprofessional team choose not to answer my calls and kept disconnecting my calls. Every time i called with unknown numbers they mentioned they would come in a few hours but never visited. This is the worst ever service provider i have ever encountered. They have my hard earned money and all i have in return is a dump o[censored]seless bed and mattress occupying one entire room in my house

                                  I had purchased a wall unit from Pepperfry. Com and a supply with top crack was from them. After I contacted they send the carpenter / engineer and validate it. There after they were silent and no action was taken from there end.

                                  The bed makes a lot of noise as some parts are still loose
                                  The assembly is not done properly. I also called customer service but they didn’t lodge my complaint

                                    Its absolutely unsafe to buy from pepperfry! Order#[protected]they take 100 percent advance then they deliver faulty n damaged products. Then they take it back and then its your headache to call them everyday. Their employees are trained in lying and fraud. They will tell that they will call within 3 hours and you will not get a call even for three days. You even get an sms saying you will get a call back but you never get it. I am suffering by placing an order worth more than 50k. I have followed up everywhere and not getting any response. Now i an considering legal options. No one certainly wants to purchase from such a company. If you search on google, you will find many such horror stories of pepperfry customers.

                                      I purchased a nilkamal cupboard online on pepperfry. The cupboard was assembled by the pepperfry carpenter and he did a horrible job.

                                      The doors are not locking and the drawer is not sitting in place properly.

                                      Yet they have refused to send any carpenter to get this rectified. They have now put this on nilkamal stating that they have made the product like this and it is their fault.

On contacting pepperfry they replaced it with order id[protected] from their back end. On diassembly of the broken bed, we got to see that the wood inside is of very low quality. We immediately mailed photo of the same and informed them to cancel the order and refund. They told that they do not have cancellation. We communicated that we will not accept the product but they shipped the same after some weeks. I did not accept the item but they are not refunding my money. I am lying on the floor with my baby for about a month. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                        I told and mailed them many times not to ship the replacement item from the same day of pick up of the first item. It is on a genuine reason that the wood inside is very bad. I feel cheated for RS 9179/- paid.
