I have had this issue over and over with Lays and packets o[censored]ncle Chips. They are full of burnt and bad tasting pieces.
I have personally worked on production lines of Walkers Crisps in Leicester, UK.
And I know how burnt crips are shot out of production lines by small bursts of air.
I fail to understand why there are not same standards in India. Sub standard produce brings down the brand value of a company.
Please introduce some standards into India aswell.

Hi team,

I found a Spoiled chips inside the packet of lays and tastes ugly. Felt like Vomit. I was worried how about if my old parents have the same it was really bad feeling. Without watching chips people like me directly put it in mouth. It will spoil badly. The regretting eating such food.

This is not fair as customers like us won't expect this kind of negligence from such big company..

I request production team to work hygiene, it really impact on people
