I bought 2 lays packets and other snacks from a shop near my office. One of the packets was empty and only had air and few broken pieces of chips inside. I'm completely disappointed that a packaging that said "20% More chips" had no chips at all. I would request pepsico to resolve this colossal issue that a lot of customers are facing. I bought 10rs worth of air....

I have been eating Kurkure since my childhood, but it has been over a year that Kurkure does not taste the same.
I do not think I would be buying Kurkure again. Hope the company would fix the issue or Pepsico is taking some revenge from Kurkure.
Please look into the issue...

It's not a complain about the product quality or anything just the availability of this product is the issue as I am in Delhi and in this capital region I still am not able to get a single packet of it...

Sales manager kulgam is distributing refrigerators among friends and those who are running small retail shops in villages.we are running a fastfood restaurant along with pepsi drinks on a 24 hour buzy road, we have been neglected for refrigerator last as well as this year too.we are asking them since 1 and 1/2 years, now we stopped to sell your product too.
If we didn't get any response with 2-3 days, then we will contact any other...

I have bought a new sealed packet of Doritos Nacho cheese from the market and when I opened the packet of Doritos Nacho cheese, found that there was fungus and all the Doritos chips were sticked to each other and very foul smell was coming up. The packet was completely sealed and puffed.
The expiry date on the packet was of 18/08/2023.
Kindly look into it and take appropriate steps on this and I have attached the images too...

I have purch Sting from my nearby shop as i am a regular customer of sting energy drink but yesterday i saw a fake but exact replica of sting. I don’t usually notice such things but yesterday i did because of the taste and after that i am not really feeling well....

Few days ago I bought uncle chips worth rupees 5, but i got a bag of chips which contain only one piece of chips, and of course i have not opened it yet because it is clear by shaking the chips bag, that it is empty. Also I don't want any allegations that it is a fake complain. So when pepsico will ask me for proof, I will open it in live video. And yes this packet is completely sealed. There is no way someone have opened it, ate all chips...

Agent giving wrong commitment to all time. And talking very nonsense.
Almost I lost 4000rs stock value.

We are a retail grocery and general store running near Uttam Nagar for last 2 1/2 months. We purchased The all beverages of Pepsi from one local suppliers. The products had expiry of April, they supplied it with an assurance that it will be returned near expiry date but now when some of it are expired and rest are near expiration they refused to take up our concern saying that Pepsi Co. has no expiry return policy. With such arbitrary policy...

I am a regular buyer of PepsiCo.

But the representative that supplies me the lot is totally corrupt and cheat.

Gives me fake bill, gives me less bottles and charges me more even after catching him multiple times.

Please do the needful....

The incident happened today evening.. I bought a bottle of slice (600ml) from a shop near my house. As soon as I saw the bottle at home, there was a difference in the juice's colour.. It was a dark colour.. Normal colour should not come like this. Later when we drank it it was a bitter taste.. we also got stomach ailment.. I had a very bad experience.. I am attaching the photo of the bottle of slice which I got.....

We have applied for company fridge on 20 december'2022 paid advance amount in form of cash rs.6500 and given cheque of rs.20000. they have assured to give delivery of fridge within few days. they called us to collect the fridge from their location for which we have booked a rented vehicle and reached to the location where they have refused to give the fridge for which we have incurred the loss for visiting their location and then they refuse...

I bought a chips packet named uncle chips on 17 feb 2023 of ₹10 (24g). However, I opened the package got only 1 chips instead of 24g.
It is hereby submitted that I am running a shop and the said packate is opened by consumer.
It is pertinent to mentioned that such incident not only defame your compant but also my shop day by day.
Therefore it is requested that necessary action may be taken at your end....
