I bought a tropicana 1ltr 100% juice in panjim goa, and the seal inside the pack is broken. The cap is sealed properly. After returning the juice back to the store i saw 2 more tropicana packs to have the same issue. I was forced to buy it because the store wouldn't take it back anymore and claimed that this is how all the juices are.

I find it hard to believe that. What do you have to say about this?...

I have a shop in chandausi with the name kamdhenu confectionery. Last year we did the sale of 2 lacs. I have submitted all the documents related to freeze. Before 15 days ago distributor told me that my freeze has arrived to chandausi. He is demanding for 10 thousand rupees for freeze. So please tell me that why should i pay or when will he install my freeze....

My name is Vishal Ravikant and I am an extremely frustrated customer of Auqafina Water 20 litre cans! I make a call for Water delivery and then I have to chase and follow up at least 10-20 times every day...and they keep giving false commitments that it will be delivered today...and that today never comes! It takes a minimum of 3-4 days for them to deliver the water to my home...that too after repeated 40-50 follow-up...

I am staying in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. From my childhood, I have observe that for Cold Drink, All Retail Shop charge Re 1 or Rs 2 extra of MRP value.
My concern is, whether Retail Shops can charge more then MRP price.
Retail Shop not ready to give bill for the same. This is happening in INDIA's INDUSTRIAL CAPITAL CITY - MUMBAI.
Kindly guide us & help us to STOP this.

I am the owner of Sonu Karyana Store, located in Narot Puli, Sarna, Pathankot – 145025, Punjab.

In April–May 2024, I signed an agreement with PepsiCo for a single-door fridge, after depositing two cheques — one of ₹10, 000 and another of ₹100 — as part of the contract. I was assured by the local PepsiCo staff that the fridge would be delivered within 5–6 days.

Since then, over one year has passed, and I have still not received the fridge. Despite multiple follow-ups with local staff, I am only told that “it will arrive in 2–3 days” every time. I even made a metallic stand for the fridge last year, expecting delivery.

I have emailed PepsiCo India at consumer.[protected]@pepsico.com and pepsico.[protected]@pepsico.com on 29 May and 2 June 2025, but have received no response from the company.

Additionally, when I asked the local PepsiCo representatives to cancel the agreement if they could not deliver the fridge, they refused and told me I would have to sign a new agreement and make a fresh payment — which is completely unfair.

In the last 2 days alone, I’ve made sales worth ₹12, 000 from beverages — but now I’m unable to sell Pepsi products properly because of the lack of a fridge, despite being a Pepsi partner for many years.

I request PepsiCo India to please look into this matter urgently and resolve it as soon as possible by delivering the fridge or officially cancelling the agreement with a refund if delivery is not possible.

I purchased mango slice from dmart Gandhinagar qty 1.75 liter in which white fungal growth observed and given bed smell. Pl do the needful and resolve concerns

I bought a packet of plain salted blue uncle chipps as i opened it i found out 5 pieces of chips. It was a 5/- packet so basically a chip cost me a rupee. Having it since childhood so i did not expect this.

I bought the pack of chips and there was only one piece in whole packet…..having a video of same only one piece of chips in packet and the taste of was also sooo bad

you fridge is not working last on week i have complaint you area manager but no respond from there end, request you kindly arrange the technician for check the fridge as soon as possible as I'm facing your PepsiCo sale loss on regular basis.

This complaint is regarding PEPSI refrigerator. Actually due to some my personal reason i shut down my shop permanently in May 2023 and from that time i am continuously calling to my dealer to pickup your asset and provide me NOC and my security deposited cheque. Regarding the same i reached out to Ankit ( [protected]) Sonu ([protected]) and [protected]. Every time they told me Asset will be pickup in 2, 3 day or within a week but around a year passed nobody has pickup the asset. Even after every 2, 3 month they ask asset photo on whatsapp.

I want to inform you that my space was on rent and now the owner is saying if you will not pickup in next 7 days i will sale it in scrab. so i request you to please collect the asset and provide me the NOC otherwise i will not responsible for the asset.

I purchased a 1.2 litre tropicana slice bottle and i got a unusual taste, quality concerns from it. I drank it.. Felt something odd in my mouth.. Took it out.. And it was a like a rock lichen. I felt so awkward that i immediately disposed taking a photo. This is surely a violation against health and safety. There should be immediate action against this and do let me know what action you took.

i buyed a empty lasy packet. The falover is american style cream & onion. When i reached home the packet is filled with air, how the company will manufactured such a deficit packets. On that time i feel very sad. These people hurt me a lot these a just 5 rupees packet but i dont know how many people are facing this issue, after buying that 5 rupees packet. Please some one get me the justice. The company must give me an explanation and justice too..

I purchased a 200-ml 7up bottle from the IIITB mess canteen and found about 6 to 7 bugs on the inside of the bottle cap. This is totally unacceptable and outrageous. I want some kind of compensation for this.
