I have found a piece of plastic in my lays packet which my little sister was having. She ate it and said something was troubling her in her throat, I made her vomit and found this piece out!! What is wrong?? This was the only trusted brand! Do the needful ASAP!
What if something would have been happened to her? Whom should I go to ask and complaint?
I have attached the pictures for your reference. Give a look and to keep your brand image maintained take care while production!

I want you pay a compensation, as damages happened to my sister!! Or else I’m ready to go to consumer court!

I Abhishek anand started a shop in july in patna, bihar. There is no proper system of distributionship of pepsico India products in this area. The person who is currently dealing is very rude and took all the documents and bank check in the month of august and told me that cooling machine will be given within 15 days. But it's mid October now and we didn't got the freeze. Now he is saying that i can't provide you the cooling machine. We told him to return our papers but he is just trying to give excuses and all. The products also were a month old from the manufacturing date hence it was about to expire in 3 months. We told him to return the products 15 days prior to the expire date but he delated it for 20 days on purpose and then said that we cannot return the expired products. Very bad experience with PepsiCo India. Never thought that such big multinational company will have such pathetic system of working.

Today in the morning I brought a bottle of slice, after 1 sip I found something bitter in taste and when I see it I found it expired. I visited to a local store from which I purchased it. And he refused to return it, neither he changed nor he returned the money he said to contact to the company.
And after some time me and my friend gone ill . And visited doctor due to vomiting and dehydration.

I bought two small pack of lays today in a shop near Kannapuram Thara busstop Kannur district Kerala. When it opens inside of one pack is empty.

I have order PepsiCo freeze with all the documents and cheque. It's been a month without freeze and there is no sell of PepsiCo product. I have tried to contact area representative but there is no response from them.
It's been humble request to please provide me the refrigerator so I can start my business i am writing this complaint because I am loosing to customers.

Botal me kachra aaya hai

Purchased a Tropicana Slice bottle of 1.75L from nearest dmart store. The bottle was well within the expiry date (mfgd in June 2022, expiry dec 2022). However the cold drink had fungus in it. Unknowingly some family members already consumed it and started feeling uneasy. Attaching pictures as proof.

This is not a product quality complain... But a complain regarding lack of availability of the product. Cheetos masala balls are really had to find in india especially in Kanpur UP . Also no one was aware if the company was going to stop producing that product. So as a request i want you to please check the availability of this delicious snack.

How company can print upcoming date as MFG DATE

I have been using PepsiCo freeze for decade now but this one is worst experience yet. I moved to gujrat and bought this freeze for my restaurant. Two months back freeze stopped working all of a sudden. I am trying to contact service centre and all the seniors they are not replying nor taking calls. They are trying to avoid contact and work on it.

I have tried reaching out to Area Head, he assured me the problem has been resolved however that is not the case... According to the dealer, the company has misinformed me and the supply issues still exist... Since then I have been trying to reach Mr. Rakesh, however he is not taking my calls...

I was very disappointed as I was left with no choice to buy anything else. There are already too many forwards being sent about how your company fills the packet of lays chips with just air and no chips, but now you have made it a reality. Where do you ask me to put faith in your product now when the little that was left is taken away? This time you have crossed the point of tolerance.
