    This is parvinder Singh dealer at Shivaji enclave and it's been more then 2 weeks that my fridge is not working and we called on the complaint number and engineering came to us but he said he will visit us again and fridge is still unrepaired. Just because you guys were unable to fix this we are using another fridge which doesn't have space like the fridge given by you. Kindly find it ASAP .as it's really difficult to sell cold drinks without a good fridge.

        Hi,
        We bought tropicana from one of the store on 20 june 2018, when i pour the juice to my suprise there was a contaminated black, whitish substance. We open up the juice box to investigate and what we saw will keep in our mind for a long time, black substance on one side and on the other side whitish substance.
        We never expect such a low standard product which comprise our health and safety. The juice is highly poisonous and unfit for consumption with no regard for consumers health and safety.
        The box manufacting date, product details are given below:
        Manufacture date: 09/03/18 18:35:33
        Batch number: de8068ab1 06
        Attached is the picture of the box and the black, whitish substance.
        We have kept the box and the substance, please send someone to collect the sample.
        This alarming compromising consumers health and safety. We want compensation and action taken.

        Pepsico call me back and offer me 100 rupee, this is absolutely ridiculous and they treat it in a casual way. They did not even care to collect the sample. The lady on the call said as per the policy i can give you only 100 rupees which is a mockery.

          I purchased 3 kurkure packets but one of them was not sealed from the back it was just sealed from top and bottom which resulted in spilling when i tried to open the packetand the second ome was also partially sealed i. E not perfectely air tight. This has caused great inconvenience and i would like u look at the packaging more carefully. Thank you

            We, sri bhadramaruthi supermarket, from telangana state have been doing business with you for 6 years. Now we are facing several problems regarding our pepsi freezer. The freezer was totally dead from past 15 days. So, we are unable to sell our pepsi products to our lovable customers. We have already raised the complaint with local distributer several times but he says that there is lot of issue with mechanics. We request you to solve our problem so that we can sell our drinks happily as we like our drinks more.

              We bought 3 one litre bottles from nilgiris brigade road bangalore few days ago. One bottle was consumed by my colleague n same day she was down with severe diarrhoea vomiting n fever. When her blood reports cane doctor said it's water borne. We obviously never imagined it could be aquafina. Yesterday i had 1/4th bottle and yesterday night i'm dwn with severe diarrhoea n exact same symptoms as my colleague. I'm sending the water for a lab test. If it fails i swear to god i'm going to sue aquafina. We are so so sick. We had such urgent work commitments it's all gone for a toss. See photos for batch number.

                Dear sir/madam
                On 11/3/2017, i opened a tropicana mixed fruit delight and found an earthworm type insect in it. Sharing the pics. Will be filing a case against pepsico as after taking the juice, my wife was on medication for more than 2 months. After repeated reminders nothing happened.

                    Today around 15:30, i placed an order one crispy veg supreme combo (Reg. Fries + pepsi can) to burger king through swiggy. I drink a pepsi can and when it was about to finish i felt something in my mouth. So i spit it out in the can and i found a dead insects inside the can. How can you people do this with their customers. This is toxic contamination. You guys are playing with the customer's health. I want to know why it's happening and how.

                    Quality of product is very bad. It might be harmful to the health of customers.
                    Please look into this matter and help to stop these type of negligence. This is not in favor of the nation.

                    I am also a food technologist and i very well know about these type of contamination, you people can't imagine how they infect our bodies and forming a various type of diseases. Seriously, you all are here just to make money at any cost, people die or alive. You don't care about that.

                        We have already deposited Rs.4200 as demanded by the representative. And we were promised refrigerator delivery within a week. It has been more than 10 days and we haven't received the refrigerator. Every time we call them they say its on the way. We are using our own refrigerator to store cool and serve.                           Hello, im an avid drinker of redbull and i know how redbull tastes. Yesterday i got a redbull and it smelled kinda bad without even opening it. The can felt little thin... The smell is so bad. Its like a fruit thing but its not. And then i opened it and drank a sip. Its the worst taste ever. I vomited. Its like some manufacturing defect. Cant be expected from a brank like redbulll which is internationally recongnized. The smell is soo bad. I got to know its coming from the drink. I told my mother to taste it to know if its just me, as she knows how redbull tastes.. She told me after taking a sip, that i made her drink poison. Which emotionally hurt me. You are supposed to give me wings, not literally but atleast give good energy but this time, what you did??? You gave me a bad product which lead to vomit and headache because of the bad smell, terrible smell and bad taste, even thin can. Last but not least, you made my mother say negatively abt me because of your product?? If you want i can give it, test it. I want to be compensated for this, not jsut for mental stress or serving bad quality or headace or vomiting but for your inebility to serve a valued customer like me.                             I have purchased a 2 liter bottle of pepsi worth ₹90 yesterday. When I opened the bottle it smells a bit like kerosene oil.
                            But then also we thought of tasting it and we found it's taste similar to its smell like kerosene. The thing is that the bottle was completely sealed and it was not expired at all. So I found it's a manufacturing defect. I want some action should be taken in this regard. Also I want compensation for this inconvenience because that pepsi bottle I have bought was for my guest and they also found it's taste like kerosene.

                              I bought a deep fridge just to start selling only pepsi at my dhaba (Situated in kanpur) but in just 3 months its not working and i am very disappointed with this. Have logged 2 back to back complaints but no response so now mailing.

                                Sir we took a 7up nimbooz from nakoda hotel on the highway bhilwada to ajmer road. And the price of 350 ml bottle 20 rupees and he took 30 rupees from us and when we denied for 30 rupees because its price is 20 then he stated arguing and said we take 30 rupees from all costumers so you have to also pay 30 rupees. That's why we are complaining whith this expectation you may take any action against it.

                                  I bought lays packet today[protected] from a shop. Packet contained some black thingh which looks like a cockroach. It is a fried cockroach in the packet. I am upload a video with this mail. Iam eating lays every day it is my favourite chips i cannot think so i found a cockroach in lay's chips. It is very bad thing. I tried to call in customer care. I coudnt reach them. Therefore iam going to take legal actions agaist the brand

                                  This is complaint of Guru kripa sweets store of pepsi at Kymore, katni, MP

                                  They are taking 5/- rupees extra on every PepsiCo products from the MRP rate.

                                  He told me I have no issue of the complaint all officers are beoker and sold in a few bucks

                                  Kindly resolve shared issue.

                                    We are facing a problem with fridge the
                                    Fridge is not getting COOL... so plz snd the technician to check it . We are frm kazipet bapujinagar buddigaada kazipet. As soon as possible plz rply to my msg i will be ever great to you... the cooling is not happing to our fridge...we are facing prblom with that plz check it.

                                      Dear sir
                                      Today afternoon we have bought a mirinda 2.25 litter form a shop and we opened it to drink but suddenly i checked the expiry date it is 16/06/2017 1:24. It is almost 1 year old product the maximum limit is just three months but they are selling it. When i asked the shopkeeper to take retur the product he answered me that we opened the bottles so he won't take return the product. The money is not a problem to me if any small children drink it what will happen, and also i checked all the other products which he kept in his freezer the total products are in same date. Please take a necessary action against it

                                        I applied for a bottle cooler for my shop during the month of somewhere may 2017. The area sales person of yours, mr ravi kumar, had assured to provide me the bottle cooler during november 2017. Then postpone the supply to january 2018, match 2018, may 2018 but he did provide the item till date. I get only arrogant reply. I already have submitted all the documents for the supply of said item.
                                        Hence please let me know whether i can get a bottle cooler for my shop?.
