This is to bring in your kind notice that the world class product manufactured by a mnc is not even maintaining the quality of their products. With a deep grievance i would like to express my bad experience with your product (Tropicana), which i have brought today morning and i found an unwanted article in it. The snapshot of the product is attached (Please find the attachment).
We could not identify the article whether it was an insect or some residue of fruits or any other thing? It was not even expected from a brand like pepsico, we do not buy only the fruit juice we also buy the brand. Today’s incident forced us to thing upon your brand credibility.
After finding this unwanted article from the tropicana tetra pack, i called the consumer helpline ([protected]), detailed my grievances and the executive (Swati) ensure me the issue will be resolved by the concern team but in the next week may be on monday. This is again a hard to believe issue from a reputed company’s consumer help desk. Is this your seriousness concern to your quality?
Now this is the hard time to retain your brand loyalty, i am giving you 48 hours to resolve the issue, because it may risk my health and well as my family’s health. I will not let you go like this only, if it’s not been resolved within the timeline i have given, i will go to consumer court and in social media.
I will let the market know about the truth of your product.
