Dear sir
Last week we bought your product tropicana orange flavour from a shopping mall. There was only one date 03/12/17. We dont know if it is expiry or mfg dt.
The product tasted very bad and smell. Wasting rs.90/- is one thing. We bought a very bad quality food product which does not show the expiry date explicitly is very disappointing.
These are another classic example how people in india are taken for a ride.
Thanks and we will never every buy your products.

    Sir,
    We all india consumer forum jammu 7 kashmir recieved a complaint from a customer named ravi abrol resident of jammu and kashmir tht he has purchased a cold drink dew from a market but found a packet of tabacoo in a sealed cold drink so we are here to represent his complaint for further action against the shopkeeper/company pepsico india, the image of the said cold drink bottle is attached with the complaint so pls take some neccessary action or otherwise we go to the consumer court against the company.

      Today i had consumed a 200ml mountain dew at a local restaurant in chennai named hotel murugan, beside dominos pizza, kelambakkam, chennai.

      After my meal he charged me ₹15/- for that beverage which he himself claimed as ₹14/- and the excess charge is for refrigerator.

      When i checked on your website https://pepsi.in/pricing.html it's mentioned ₹8/- so please kindly take action on the hotel. Particulars are given below. Also he refused to provide bill as i argued regarding this issue of price

        Had just opened a cafe in nibm undri pune.
        The contact person for pepsi in this area is only one his name is vinod and his contact number is[protected]
        He never ever picks the phone.. He had made false promises that he will come and supply the goods and take documents for the fridge purpose..
        Every one drinks pepsi and other cold drinks here but it's such a bad service... I want to complain about vinod..
        Who is giving such poor service to us..

              I have my bakery shop in dattanagar chowk katraj pune. My bakery starts on 15 th june 2017 from the month of july 2017 i am calling your distributor mr konde for your products and to give me fridge. He is not responding to us at all. He only says that you will get fridge in 10 days 15 days but after 5 months complaint he is not giving us fridge. He also give fridge to my neighbor 10 days ago but not responding to me.
              I request company to look into matter and solve my problem.

                Shopkeepers in our locality charges us 5 to 10 rs extra as they say it is extra charge for cooling the beverage. Fews shops like shimla coldrinks and good luck restaurant charge more than 5 rs for small bottles and more than 10 rs for bottles more than 500ml.
                Even they dont give us bill with gst...
                Even extraa penny is going directly in thier pocket.

                    I have purchased a kurkure packet in bangalore with having batch n2061017 where in mfd: 06-oct-2017 and found it totally bitter in taste. After having this i am feeling like puking and to verify that i gave it to my friend. I have kept this packet with me now and fileing a complaint to here.                       Hello to all,
                      I use tropicana 100% apple juice from past 3 months and have already drank 13 bootles. But i was shocked to see what camr out of my bottle when i drank it yesterday. Also i m a wholesaler of tropicana juice and i sell it in my shop in a small town o[censored]ttar pradesh, which is basti. My shop's name arora fancy store, gandhi nagar basti. I sell it to people with assurance that it is good for health and i don't know with what assurance should i sell it now.

                      I opened this bottle on 10 november and yesterday when i was going to finish the bottle i heard a noise of an element in it. Suddenly i got shocked and then i tore that bottle and i saw a unhealthy particle in it. I don't know if it is a pulp of a fruit or any other chemical.

                      I don't know what kind of quality test such a big company is having. I m attaching its pictures. But it's my request to all of you to please check at least 10 times before drinking any other juice for it may contain any thing.

                        There was a dealer krishna cake palace who was selling the product at higher price and most important he was selling the expired product to the customer.
                        When i asked him to change he had not done i am having the bill.
                        Kindly take some action against them.
                        When i asked him that mrp us ₹ 12 then why he is selling it at ₹ 15 then he spoke nothing he said that he will charge that much only.

                          It is observed that the sales manager has never visited our firm since inception (3years) and sales officer since 2 years. We have been asking for hoardings which has been not provided. There is irregular supply of materials as ordered quantities are less. Fridge provided at the beginning is the used because of which often it falls for the repair. Now its been 6months it not repaired despite complaining.

                          Many chips are burn And so oliy smell in this packet

                          My cooler problem in 6 month. 10 times complaint in our dealer. But no response.
                          I have log a complaint in kanpur for facing problem in rsfrigrator but engineer visit in my shop. he has shouting in my shop i told them it is my home also dont shout other wise ill be comlaint but was angry dont want to talk his senior on call.

                          And without check the refrigrator start the bike and go.

                            I am running a grocery shop ezzi provisional store in bijalpur indore 452012. To sale pepsi cold drinks, pepsi provided a fridge against an advance amount of irs. 5000/-. Three months ago i requested pepsi manager (Mr. Dharmenderji tele. [protected]) to take back the fridge as i no longer require it as my business not doing well. After lot of calling finally he instructed one of his subordinate to deal with me and do the necessary. His subordinate mr. Rahul phone [protected] called me and asked to submit the advance pepsi receipt to remove the fridge from my shop. Again calling him and his manager mr. Dharmender to remove the fridge but no response at all.

                            After chasing them continuously and getting no positive response, i am compelled to put this complaint in consumer forum

                            Dear SirI am running a very small shop in “Bijalpur INDORE (452012) M.P.INDIA.(I have enclosed all photos including my shop for your visualization of surrounding where my shop located) since March 2015. I was selling Pepsi and other Pepsi beverages. One salesman deliver a Pepsi Fridge with a deposit of IRs.6690/-. The deposit receipt attached herewith. As my business was not running well, I asked PepsiCo Indore branch to take away the fridge and reimburse my deposit back. After struggle of couple of weeks, making complain to complaint forum, PepsiCo General Manager Mr. Dharmender turned up and asked me to give him 25 plastic cerates back as mentioned on the attached receipt to get the deposit back. On deposit receipt only 25 M.T. was mentioned, which I did not suspected that the meaning is 25 cerates, I explained him that only five carats had been given to me and PepsiCo salesman had very clearly said that this monies is against delivery of fridge not cerates. I don't have 25 cerates as not delivered to me. Logically I had never required twenty five cerates as my shop is in a newly developed colony in remote area of Indore, having only 10 houses when I took the fridge no such business that I can consume of 25 cerates of beverages. The attached photos will explain my point PepsiCo salesman cheated me. It was very obvious that PepsiCo manager is taking side of his salesman, which prove that this type of cheating, fraud is only possible with collusion of PepsiCo GM
                            Then I said take your fridge I give me whatever cerates you find at my place. This is a clear fraud and conspiracy which is happening under the nose of PepsiCo general Manager Mr. Dharmender with his full knowledge and consents. Fridge has been taken away on 12/12/2017 and I only received Rs. 940 against my IRs.6690 deposit.
                            PepsiCo is a multi million rupees company and cheating with a small unsuspected businessman like me ethically, morally does not suit PepsiCo.
                            Only I took this opportunity to put my case to your knowledge that at least you will give me justice and instruct Mr, Dharmender to return my money back as for a giant company like PepsiCo, this amount is a drop of water in a vast ocean.

                              This is to bring in your kind notice that the world class product manufactured by a mnc is not even maintaining the quality of their products. With a deep grievance i would like to express my bad experience with your product (Tropicana), which i have brought today morning and i found an unwanted article in it. The snapshot of the product is attached (Please find the attachment).

                              We could not identify the article whether it was an insect or some residue of fruits or any other thing? It was not even expected from a brand like pepsico, we do not buy only the fruit juice we also buy the brand. Today’s incident forced us to thing upon your brand credibility.

                              After finding this unwanted article from the tropicana tetra pack, i called the consumer helpline ([protected]), detailed my grievances and the executive (Swati) ensure me the issue will be resolved by the concern team but in the next week may be on monday. This is again a hard to believe issue from a reputed company’s consumer help desk. Is this your seriousness concern to your quality?

                              Now this is the hard time to retain your brand loyalty, i am giving you 48 hours to resolve the issue, because it may risk my health and well as my family’s health. I will not let you go like this only, if it’s not been resolved within the timeline i have given, i will go to consumer court and in social media.
                              I will let the market know about the truth of your product.

                                We are using your aquafina water bottles and we are facing lot of problem in getting it now. There is no response to innumerable calls. Our numbers are blocked or not responded or takes call and pretends as if not hearing anything but talks harshly on our bashing. On calling [protected] we were given [protected] and on contacting [protected], name of mimakar reddy is displayed in true caller. If it cannot be supplied, inform us and we will not waste our time in calling you and will to other brand. Please respond and confirm it. We look forward to see your response or else it would be escalated further

                                I am an extremely frustrated customer of Aquafina water, based in Hyderabad.

                                Please see below the mail-trail that I have been writing to the Customer Care of Aquafina...and no one responds...to ANY of my emails that I send them.

                                Water delivery happens only after DAYS of contacting the company...it is pathetic that such a reputed brand is functioning like a completely mismanaged company...when you read the below email-trail, you would be able to sense what level of Customer Service does PepsiCo have!!!

                                Hello Aquafina team,

                                Another email coming from 1 of your MANY DISSATISFIED customers!!!

                                My issues with Aquafina continue to exist!! There are delays in delivering water ALWAYS…the minimum wait is for 2 days since the time I place the order till the time I actually get the delivery.

                                In the recent past, I have been called by your Hyderabad based Aquafina employees directly that I should only be calling them up for delivery requests…which I do…and STILL I have to follow multiple times…for days together…and then finally the delivery happens after a minimum of 2 days…sometimes it takes 4 days…sometimes a week!!

                                I am not living in any remote area of Hyderabad…I stay in central Secunderabad which is main-stream..and still there are issues EVERY time when I have to wait for my delivery of Aquafina cans.

                                Why can’t Aquafina be professional in their approach…where all it takes is 1 phonecall…and the water is delivered the same day,

                                This is the day and age of Customer Service….where there are numerous options for a customer to choose from, in the market..why can’s Aquafina be professional??? Aquafina is no different than a small “mom n pop” shop next door…EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!

                                I have been speaking to only Narsingh from Aquafina ([protected]) and Vinil ([protected]) also from Aquafina…who keep giving me FALSE commitments EVERY time when I order…i.e. water will be delivered today…but eventually I have to call these guys up NUMEROUS times to follow up..most of the time these guys don’t pick my calls anymore, knowing that is it from an irate customer….

                                Aquafina: I would NEVER recommend this to anyone…unfortunately I want Quality drinking water…and I AM STUCK WITH YOU GUYS…else I would have moved on years back!!
                                Someone higher up in Aquafina….WAKE UP… and PROTECT YOUR BRAND!!!

                                I had reached out to you folks via the below email because the current Aquafina Distributor who is aligned to my residence locality is SAI ENTERPRISES: SAMPATH RAO (mobile no.                                 I got a call from your team (Rama from [protected]) to tell me that for my area, the distributor is Sampath Rao!

                                I have been dealing with Sampath Rao for more than 2 months now but HE DOES NOT PICK UP MY CALLS! I try calling him 15-20 times a day…every day…and he has saved my number so that he does not pick up my calls.

                                Once in a few days, he only communicates via SMS..but he does not receive my call.

                                Please treat this as a formal complaint against SAMPATH RAO (Sai Enterprises)…who is representing your organization in a very wrong way!

                                Is there any other distributor who can deliver in my area? I am fed up making 15-20 calls on Sampath’s number…and he never picks up my phone.

                                Please help me…I am a very frustrated customer of Aquafina!

                                  Couple of days back i visited sub way and purchased 2 mountain dew 250 ml cans and charged 200 rs for just 2 cans...

                                  I just thought it could be mistake from the counter guy as he charged extra by mistake, but when i saw the mrp at the bottom of the can it was really rs 100.. It shocked me... The same can is just rs 25 in the normal market.. And i got charged 3 times for the same item in sub way...

                                  Please confirm if its really a contract between subway and pepsi to charge this amount or is it fraud...

                                    Hi,

                                    I am running a supermarket in bangalore from last 3 years. From the initial days only, i am having this problem of irregular supply of pepsi products. After multiple requests a pepsi refrigerator was installed. But still yje supply was irregular. After some time the refrigerator had some problem and stopped working, i raised several complaints and 3-4 times guys came and checked for the problem, they leaved saying they will visit again with the solution. But nobody has come. Now the supply is also stopped and fridge is also not working.
                                    This is resulting in revenue loss to pepsi only. Every month i am selling 50k-70k of coke. This could easily go to pepsi. Pls resolve this issue or take the fridge back. Its only wasting the space.

                                      My father bought a 600ml pepsi bootle from chirawa, rajasthan today afternoon.in evening he give me the pepsi and me and my sister will drink that pepsi around 5pm then after that i found the different taste and colour that time i checked the manufacture date then i found 28/3/17 and we can use it only for 3 months after manufacture date. Now me and my sister have stomach pain. Tomorrow i'll complain against your company and retail shop that you sell expired products.

                                        Yesterday i bought a bottle of pepsi from noida city centre metro station, after taking a sip it felt very wierd and taste was awful, then i offered it to my friend he also felt the same and even he was feeling like vomiting, and in the morning today, i was having pain in my stomach and when i called my friend he told me that he is having pain in his stomach and had also vomitted last night. I was very much dissapointed and have told my friends about this and as this is a product which is favourite for all and this type of mistake is intolerable for be. If anything serious happens to me or my friend then i will sue you for this. So make sure this doesn't happen. And i want results regarding my complaint. As a customer i also have the right to demand compensation for this. This kind of mistake is not acceptable for a company like pepsico.
