Yesterday i bought a bottle of pepsi from noida city centre metro station, after taking a sip it felt very wierd and taste was awful, then i offered it to my friend he also felt the same and even he was feeling like vomiting, and in the morning today, i was having pain in my stomach and when i called my friend he told me that he is having pain in his stomach and had also vomitted last night. I was very much dissapointed and have told my friends about this and as this is a product which is favourite for all and this type of mistake is intolerable for be. If anything serious happens to me or my friend then i will sue you for this. So make sure this doesn't happen. And i want results regarding my complaint. As a customer i also have the right to demand compensation for this. This kind of mistake is not acceptable for a company like pepsico.

    Bought this bottle yesterday and it had such foul smell and it’s frothey inside, it’s not even expired, me and my brother had a sip and we both had a vomit, it smells like fenyl and the consumer service executive says she will just replace the bottle, well i don’t want that, because i don’t want to have slice any more in my life after his experience, i want to question the company about this worst quality and smell and want an answer, it affected my stomach cos i had to vomit twice, i have the bottle at my home and also would like to complain on every platform possible. Also i demand the compensation with the company because there customer service was least bothered about the fact that we drank that pathetic drink, how irresponsible and casual they can be, i wonder pepsico is such brand with these kind of employees

    Hi Razia Khan, It seems a case of food poisoning. For regulatory action against the manufacturer please file a complaint with your area District Designated Officer (Food Safety) with the evidences you have. If you are for claiming compensation for the damages already done, issue show cause notice to the manufacturer, get his reply, if not satisfied file a complaint in your are Consumer Redressal Forum. On any account dont share the evidences you have with the manufacturer as they may try to get it from you in the name of testing.

      Hi, we have been pepsi retailers for 20 years. We have always supported pepsi. Even when there was internal ban from tamilnadu merchants association we have been selling and supporting pepsi and pepsi co products like lays etc. But the way pepsi distributor is very pathetic to say the least. There is no respect given to our needs and the replacement is not provided after pepsi technicians deemed the current refrigerator unfit to use. Apart from that there is a huge difference in the pricing of the products we get from the distributor. Please look into the matter and give us a solution at the latest. There is a huge revenue loss both for the company and us because of neglect.

              Hello all,

              I am no fan of tropicana (India) for juices but wanted to try tropicana alphonso slice mango drink and had worst experience. I was shocked to see what came out from bottom of the 1 ltr of tropicana alphonse slice. I would suggest everybody to refrain from this whole brand or this particular juice brand.

              I am not sure what kind of quality check tropicana had for alponso mango drink but it is sure that they are not performing proper check for such. I am attaching picture of what i got from juice pack. I am not sure whether it pulp or chemical or something else or some garbage.

              Worst part is our govt who is pro mnc companies, i am sure they would not even want these companies introspect to think even on quality part as they feel company like pepsico (Who owns tropicana india license) can not be asked any question due to lot of other issues. Govt is handicapped. Let us do our duty than asking everything for govt.

              My other concern it we do not have many strong forums on web where we can present out case strongly for these companies and make them pay or relealise for their mistakes.

              Either way, i would like my friends/browser to check 10 times before using tropicana alphonso. This may be contaminated.

                I am a hotel merchant who signed agreement with your managers mr gaurav, and ashwani for supply of pepsico beverages in june, though i received my order but your company has been delaying supply of fridge to my hotel (Hotel dharamshala paradise located in dharamshala himachal pradesh). I have paid for canters and even given cancelled check and other formalities but i have not received promised, and your managers say i may not receive it this year.

                      On 31.5.2017 i went to navina cinema hall run by gtree entertainment pvt. Ltd. I have purchased a pepsi pet jar 600 ml from the shop in the 1st floor of the cinema hall. The batch number of the bottle (5255c11e17) mfd 110517 time 05.05 mrpps 35/-. But i was surprised as the person charged rs50. I asked him bur he said that this is the system.
                      Hope as a company you care for your customer and do take necessary steps against the concerned distribution house who is also the proprietor of navina cinema hall. Hopefully your company official also knows this.

                        As your good service basis we drop our business with coca-cola company and connect with pepsico company.

                        Our hotel is your pepsico company's customer for bulk stock. So as your pepsi customer we required pepsi company fridge for place your stock.

                        Regarding this we contact with your team on tollfree no. Then your pushkar retailer mr. Sitaram sharma came at our place and meet our sir and he present a condition for fridge that we have to buy 3000/- stock of empty glass bottles if we required fridge. But in our hotel what does we use of blank glass bottles. So our sir offer them against blank glass bottles we wil purchase 10, 000/- of stock of mineral water or cold drinks. But he did not agree with this condition.

                        So we want to know that the this condition is necessary for get the pespsi fridge still if we will buy stock of 10, 000/-.

                        Kindly take action and response and final conclusion of fridge that we will get or not.

                        As he said within 10 to 15 days the fridge will be deliver, but it almost pass 1 month and still we did not get our required fridge.

                          On 3rd august, i bought uncle chips blue flavor from the vendor at my office. I went up to my desk and then opened the packet, i found a big lump of something unrecognizable present in my packet. My manager was there sitting beside me and when i showed that to him, he was stunned. To find something like that in the packet is not acceptable. You are playing with everyone's health. If you are not cautious in the production then you should stop it rather than destroying everyone's health. I reported immediately to everyone and asked them to stop eating that. I was informed by my office that they will stop uncle chips. I have all the proves available with me. My supervisors emails, the pictures as well.

                                Hi there,

                                This is to bring to your attention that i purchased a bottle of mountain dew from baba loknath sweets, bagdogra, bihar more.

                                I almost drank half of the bottle when i found that something was floating in the bottle. When i stirred the bottle, i found that it was full of algae at the bottom.

                                I have the video of the incident as well eye witness of this. I had a word with the shop keeper as well who said that he will bring this to the companies attention.

                                To say the least, i am utterly disappointed with a huge brand like yours. There has to a quality check in place to avoid such things as they can be so so hazardous to health.

                                  Hi,

                                  I would like to say that i and my 4yrs old kid is a big fan of lays potato chips but after yesterday looking at the pics which was clicked from a pack purchased by me from nearby market i would rather say now that i was a big fan but my kid is still unaware and raising query from yesterday evening ' why these few chips are in different looks from the other '? I have no ans to it, do you?

                                  Next time i don't know whether i will be able to justify by ans to my kid for not buying the chips anymore for him.

                                    I was aghast to see the price of nimbooz, when i purchased that from subway which is in mgf mall gurugram. That was really surprising for me when he asked me to give rs.70, which is easily available in market at rs.30.. Totally unfare and a big shock for me as i like nimbooz, you guys are just cheaters and making customers fool... Whereas this is totally against the government rule which says there should b a single mrp for a particular product
                                    Never gonna use any product of pepsi now...

                                      I very much love u r pepsi products especially pepsi and mountain dew
                                      I'm making spot payment when they gave product
                                      They are not giving regular supply when i ask for that they are giving rude answers and finally they are blaming me
                                      Here in my town they are the worst in service and not only the distributor employees pepsi company also doing the worst

                                        Respected sir/madam,
                                        I 'm running a bakery named zashal at nedumangad in thiruvananthapuram, kerala. The most of the pepsi products (Soft drinks) has been expired. When i asked them to exchange it they negotiated to do it. They cheated me up to till date. Other companies replaced the expired and damaged products expect pepsico. So, i kindly request you to take action against the pepsico.
