My name is Vishal Ravikant and I am an extremely frustrated customer of Auqafina Water 20 litre cans! I make a call for Water delivery and then I have to chase and follow up at least 10-20 times every day...and they keep giving false commitments that it will be delivered today...and that today never comes! It takes a minimum of 3-4 days for them to deliver the water to my home...that too after repeated 40-50 follow-up...

In a lays american style onion nd cream packet which costs 10 rupees and the cover says 20% more chips, the content was just the same as of a 5rupees packet. We were so disappointed with it. Lays was something people would prefer when they feel like eating, a company like that should not do this. I kindly ask u people not to repeat this again. Thanks!

I have raised a complaint to reti (Distributor of pepsico) before a month but still they are not resolving my complaint
My fridge is not working since a month a guy camed twice but did not resolved our problem instead of that opened firdge and said it will take time to resolve.

I bought a pack of lay's india's magic masala, but the chip inside were of lay's salted. Also the taste was bad with too much oil in it. Please do the needful and take action against it, as it seemed that the packet was tempered. Also the taste of the chips was not as that of salted chips it tasted different so please take this into consideration and make sure that no duplication is done. I also have the packet with the lot number on it.

I am retailer of pepsi cool drink i got a problem of cooler and auto cut from last 1year that reason there is a lot of electricity bill i am paying i give a complain but technician is not giving response he is saying i will come night i will come tomorrow like this he is doing and closing the complain with out visiting to out let the technician name is omer

I am bhavya from rr layout bangalore... I bought 6 packets of 5rs lays out of which 1 is empty dressed packet. I am regular customer of lays but y does it has happened.. Shop keeper also didn't notice while giving later wen i asked he is not responding. Is that d way they deal with customers?? Need a apology reply with explanation. I can hardly find 1 or 2 small pieces of chips in it that's all... Photo can be shared

I am the retailer of your pepsico company. And also promote to pepsico product. There is fault in visi cooler provided by the company. There is lots of noise in the air cooler fan.& also lower down the speed of cooling & create lot of heat. We hope that the company take necessary steps immediately.

Someone from your instagram handle team just commented an offensive joke on one of my pictures. A company like you should be more responsible with your social media presence and should respect people's sensitivities. The world is talking about female empowerment and raising awareness about online harassment and yet your employees go around posting out of context and vile comments on women's blogs. Really disappointed with your callous attitude. I want the person behind this comment to be brought to notice and am willing to take this issue up with the higher authorities of your company because harassment is harassment.
We don't share a casual sort of relationship so a person from your team cannot make such comments on my post. Maybe your employees should learn the basic social interaction skills and then should be allowed to represent you on social media platforms. I'm expecting a formal apology from you and not a instagram comment!

I am a dealer (Rollmantic store) o[censored]r products (Coldrinks) from last 5 years i have a question the refrigerator in my shop is whoose property its a company refrigerator or a distributor refrigerator from last 4 months i dont sale pepsi products coz my area distributor (Madaan agencies moradabad) is discusting allways threating us about the refrigerator i want to sale pepsico products coz i love it.
I have a question tell the that
The refrigerator provided by pepsico is whoose property
Its a company property or distributor property why distributor threating us plz provide me pepsi products from any other distributor
And my area distributor is very bad in talks no company representatiove solve my problem plz solve my problem

Still we didn't get any response from your side. Also not even your employees not taken the order regualarly everytime i need to call and give the orders. I have contact with my local dealer about the same but they don't co-operated. My dhaba is one the famous dhaba in my area and it is the only punjabi dhaba. So normally i got very good attention.

Plz provided me a new fridge as soon as possible

I have been in touch with couple of pepsico distributors regarding providing me a refrigerator at our newly launched restaurant in bangalore. But the dealer keeps evading me and keeps postponing the date for providing the refrigerator.
I want to get a refrigerator plus the pepsi refrigerator. Any help in this regard would be welcome. I don't want to reach out to the distributor again, as i am not sure if he will keep his word.

This pritam singh from haryana dist. Mahendergarh. I am your regular pepsi drinker. From last 6 month i feel something wrong with your cold drinks. Quality not remain in your brand. While drinking it feel only like sweet water. Thats not right way to cheat the costumer. If i pay money than its my right to get good quality in cold drinks. Find the problem and make it clear. Otherwise am going to take it at laboratory for quality test. If results not found good.. Than a. Face to consumer court.

Yesterday i purchased uncle chips 55 g 20rs. Packet from greater noida, uttarpradesh shop.

After opening the packet i see most of the chips are brownish in color and the taste is really bad. Uncle chips was my fav chips from childhood but now i am very disappointed with the quality.
Lays cips are better now for me.

I just want to highlight the risk of lossing customer trust on a very old product.

So please work on quality not on the offer you are giving on the packet (Make my trip 500rs wallet cash)

Yesterday I brought spanish tomato tango of 20 rupee.. When i opened it i found tht hapf of the lays were burned from sides and they were tasting so bad. I have been buying lays for a long time and since ladt year the problem of burned chips has increased a lot. Such a bad food quality check u have. Pls take immediate action against it. I have been getting the burned chips earlier also.. This is not good.. We are not giving money to eat all these burned chips... Kindly take action against it.

This is in reference to an experience with the pepsi products i purchased in my office and found a mold in the bottle (Some sort of fungus). This was immediately reported to the concerned vendor and pepsico however the response i got is that the bottle is open hence they can't do anything. I've reported this to fda as well however apart from forwarding mails internally i've not got any help. I still have the bottle in my possession and await to hear for a positive response.

I am your 30 years old customer in accident on 25 december 2017 our shop is burnt and your fridge is also burnt and your sale manager arvind pathak (Amritsar) told wait for few days we will provide you another fridge and now they are saying we have no stock of fridge.
You have to option to choose another company like coca cola for business we didn't able to provide you fridge because pepsico company has not providing new fridge stock
I love pepsi but your distributor don't want to your sale up pepsico

Ajay in anakapalli distributing person. But till now he is not responded so please arrange a refrigerator to our hotel as early as possible. We are customers to you but its not the right way to treat us in this way. Please respond us immediately.
