This pritam singh from haryana dist. Mahendergarh. I am your regular pepsi drinker. From last 6 month i feel something wrong with your cold drinks. Quality not remain in your brand. While drinking it feel only like sweet water. Thats not right way to cheat the costumer. If i pay money than its my right to get good quality in cold drinks. Find the problem and make it clear. Otherwise am going to take it at laboratory...

Yesterday i purchased uncle chips 55 g 20rs. Packet from greater noida, uttarpradesh shop.

After opening the packet i see most of the chips are brownish in color and the taste is really bad. Uncle chips was my fav chips from childhood but now i am very disappointed with the quality.
Lays cips are better now for me.

I just want to highlight the risk of lossing customer trust on a very old product.

Yesterday I brought spanish tomato tango of 20 rupee.. When i opened it i found tht hapf of the lays were burned from sides and they were tasting so bad. I have been buying lays for a long time and since ladt year the problem of burned chips has increased a lot. Such a bad food quality check u have. Pls take immediate action against it. I have been getting the burned chips earlier also.. This is not good.. We are not giving money to eat all...

This is in reference to an experience with the pepsi products i purchased in my office and found a mold in the bottle (Some sort of fungus). This was immediately reported to the concerned vendor and pepsico however the response i got is that the bottle is open hence they can't do anything. I've reported this to fda as well however apart from forwarding mails internally i've not got any help. I still have the bottle...

Ajay in anakapalli distributing person. But till now he is not responded so please arrange a refrigerator to our hotel as early as possible. We bought tropicana from one of the store on 20 june 2018, when i pour the juice to my suprise there was a contaminated black, whitish substance. We open up the juice box to investigate and what we saw will keep in our mind for a long time, black substance on one side and on the other side whitish substance.

I purchased 3 kurkure packets but one of them was not sealed from the back it was just sealed from top and bottom which resulted in spilling when i tried to open the packetand the second ome was also partially sealed i. E not perfectely air tight. This has caused great inconvenience and i would like u look at the packaging more carefully. Thank you

We bought 3 one litre bottles from nilgiris brigade road bangalore few days ago. One bottle was consumed by my colleague n same day she was down with severe diarrhoea vomiting n fever. On 11/3/2017, i opened a tropicana mixed fruit delight and found an earthworm type insect in it. Sharing the pics. Will be filing a case against pepsico as after taking the juice, my wife was on medication for more than 2 months. After repeated reminders nothing happened.
