I bought a 750 ml bottle of pepsi cold drink on 24/12/2018 and the coupon behind the label read "terms and conditions: valid on 250ml, 300ml, 330ml, 600ml, 750ml, 2l, 2.25l bottles of"pepsi'. Valid from 10 am on 1st march 2018 till 11:59 pm on 31st july 2018. Offer valid in selected geographies only. Pepsi also available without this offer. Sms your location to [protected] and get a list of outlets offering discounts. Sms charges to apply. Carry the label to any of the outlets indicated via sms and avail discounts on food. Not valid on home delivery. For detailed t&cs visit, https://www.facebook.com/pepsiIndia/. detailed t&c's to prevail."
But the manufacturing date read - 28/11/18. With lot no: sbn7176b28k18
What is the company doing with the offers showing the dates that have already passed by, and the manufacturing date is much after the offer validation dates.
This is a pure cheating with the customers and playing with their trust. I want the company owners to have a check on this and pay for this unethical practice.

    But the manufacturing date read - 20/11/18.
    What is the company doing with the offers showing the dates that have already occurred when the manufacturing date is much after the offer validation dates.

      I bought an uncle chipps packet of rs 20, the chips we're stale and in very bad condition. They we're not even peeled and cooked properly. Chips are eaten by kids, you must understand that. The lack of quality check is their in the products, earlier as well i found the chips not good in quality, but i didn't reported. Your green packet o[censored]ncle chipps also had lot of masala powder which was not mixed properly with the chips, the packet was stinking.

        Bought a 1 litre pack of orange juice. Manufacturing date is 16/7/18
        After keeping for few days at home, as i bought few for a party at home. I have noticed the pack is all blown up. The pack is still sealed. I have not opened the seal yet as it is smelling bad.
        I am a regular consumer of your products but this time i am really disappointed. My children are so go d of orange and mixed fruit juice.

I had applied a fridge for my newly restrurant maahi-cafe &food court at palwal on date[protected]and i had given two cheaqes for amounts 100/- and 30000/- cheaqe numbers 256494 and 256495 respectevely of idbi bank to markrting manager mr. Manoj and dealer dev traders.
          Unfortunately i have been not received any fridge or cheaqe till date. So i request to you to return my documents and cheaqe of 30000/- as soon as possible.

          The offer of promo mechanics was valid till 31st July 2018 only.But the MFD of the bottles I bought today was manufactured in the last month i.e. on 20/11/18.How could such a big company could make a fool of their customers.My complaint is that they must tell me that how could I apply to that offer.

              Dear sir/madam

              This is chander kapoor from delhi. I am running a departmental store named your own shop. From the last 1-month, i want to place an order but the distributor is not responding properly. I make calls for lays stock. Moreover, i have to chase and follow up 10-20 times every day. Firstly, salesperson hardly picks my call. Secondly, he always talks to me in an inappropriate way and misbehaves too. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from your employer is not acceptable. Furthermore, distributor mr. Ravi jain abused his dominant position by not providing me a stock and he said (Mein maal nai dunga jo karna hai karlo aur mein order bhi nai lunga) he has no right to talk to me like this and this is the way you trained your employees. I have a recording the way he talks to me. If i want i can post it on social media that will affect your company. I have many other ways but at the end, it will hamper your company's image only that right now i really don't want to do because i am waiting for your strict action against this distributor. Wanted to know the reason why he will not take the order?
              I am your customer and i think your company producing a product for consumer only. Its strange your salesperson doesn't want to supply your stock then for whom are you making products. Due to this, i lose the sale of lays every day and customer as well. I have never have seen such irresponsible behavior from such a big brand.

              To resolve the problem, i would appreciate if you could contact me as soon as possible or send salesperson who wants to supply the stock of lays.
              I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. On this festive month i am very low in stock and want to order but don't know to whom because the current distributor is not interested in doing his job. Please contact me at the above address or phone number ([protected]).

                In a lays american style onion nd cream packet which costs 10 rupees and the cover says 20% more chips, the content was just the same as of a 5rupees packet. We were so disappointed with it. Lays was something people would prefer when they feel like eating, a company like that should not do this. I kindly ask u people not to repeat this again. Thanks!

                    I bought a pack of lay's india's magic masala, but the chip inside were of lay's salted. Also the taste was bad with too much oil in it. Please do the needful and take action against it, as it seemed that the packet was tempered. Also the taste of the chips was not as that of salted chips it tasted different so please take this into consideration and make sure that no duplication is done. I also have the packet with the lot number on it.

                    The lays American style cream and onion is my favourite one since childhood but now It seems like it's quality is becoming cheaper by the time.most if the chips are burnt or sore 8 out 10 chips are either burnt or extremely sore in taste

                    I don't have any idea why such a huge chips company will use cheap quality potatoes.

                        I am bhavya from rr layout bangalore... I bought 6 packets of 5rs lays out of which 1 is empty dressed packet. I am regular customer of lays but y does it has happened.. Shop keeper also didn't notice while giving later wen i asked he is not responding. Is that d way they deal with customers?? Need a apology reply with explanation.                             Someone from your instagram handle team just commented an offensive joke on one of my pictures. A company like you should be more responsible with your social media presence and should respect people's sensitivities. The world is talking about female empowerment and raising awareness about online harassment and yet your employees go around posting out of context and vile comments on women's blogs. Really disappointed with your callous attitude. I want the person behind this comment to be brought to notice and am willing to take this issue up with the higher authorities of your company because harassment is harassment.
                            We don't share a casual sort of relationship so a person from your team cannot make such comments on my post. Maybe your employees should learn the basic social interaction skills and then should be allowed to represent you on social media platforms. I'm expecting a formal apology from you and not a instagram comment!

                              I am a dealer (Rollmantic store) o[censored]r products (Coldrinks) from last 5 years i have a question the refrigerator in my shop is whoose property its a company refrigerator or a distributor refrigerator from last 4 months i dont sale pepsi products coz my area distributor (Madaan agencies moradabad) is discusting allways threating us about the refrigerator i want to sale pepsico products coz i love it.
                              I have a question tell the that
                              The refrigerator provided by pepsico is whoose property
                              Its a company property or distributor property why distributor threating us plz provide me pepsi products from any other distributor
                              And my area distributor is very bad in talks no company representatiove solve my problem plz solve my problem

                                Hi we have submit the document 20 days back regarding refrigerator for my shop. Also i purchased almost more than 10k amount products from u without your cooler. Still we didn't get any response from your side. Also not even your employees not taken the order regualarly everytime i need to call and give the orders.                                   My name is gurmit singh, i am working with u from last 17 years. I was happy to work with u. But from 3 month my fridge is not working. Mechanic was visited my site and he said its can't be repaired. I have contact with my local dealer about the same but they don't co-operated. My dhaba is one the famous dhaba in my area and it is the only punjabi dhaba. So normally i got very good attention.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have been in touch with couple of pepsico distributors regarding providing me a refrigerator at our newly launched restaurant in bangalore. But the dealer keeps evading me and keeps postponing the date for providing the refrigerator.
                                    I want to get a refrigerator plus the pepsi refrigerator. Any help in this regard would be welcome. I don't want to reach out to the distributor again, as i am not sure if he will keep his word.

                                      This pritam singh from haryana dist. Mahendergarh. I am your regular pepsi drinker. From last 6 month i feel something wrong with your cold drinks. Quality not remain in your brand. While drinking it feel only like sweet water. Thats not right way to cheat the costumer. If i pay money than its my right to get good quality in cold drinks. Find the problem and make it clear. Otherwise am going to take it at laboratory for quality test. If results not found good.. Than a. Face to consumer court.
