Dear sir/madam,

This is in regard to the cost of pepsi 600 ml, I purchased from a local restaurant in Cochin, near by the Cochin university of science and technology. They charged me Rs 28/- where the MRP is Rs. 25/-. when I enquired about the issue they replied me that they are charging this much amount in addition to actual MRP for beverages. This is nothing other than cheating. This is how retailers cheat customers and spoil companies reputation. Herewith I attach the aforementioned bill for pepsi 600ml for your reference. Please take necessary action against the restaurant.

I was travelling from Madurai to Tirunelveli through government transport, my bus stopped near sattur for a nap, I asked paid Rs.13.00 where the MRP was written as Rs.7.00, I asked them that why they asked for the double the money, they said to take or leave or complaint wherever I want.

I am living in Gurgaon. My name is Manish Nischal.
Today(26/June/2010 at around 9.45pm), I bought a Pepsi 500ml Pet jar. batch No- L6 B315(packing date[protected]
I opened it it was not containing any Fizz(gas) in it. When we have tasted it, it was differing from its original taste of Pepsi bottle we bought from other shops.
When i said this to the shopkeeper he said, you opened the seal, we are not manufacturing it.So its not our responsibility what sort of goods dealer is sending to us.
And also when we demanded the bill against purchasing he denied for the same. On demanding again and again he gives us only the cash memo of the purchasing, but not the original bill. Also the behaviour of the shop keeper was also ill mannered, he didn't behaved properly on demanding the bill.
And on the cash memo there was no SalesTax number and also no bill number not even the shopkeeper name is printed, after asking he just put it his stamp on that.
And we checked some other 2-5 pieces of Pepsi bottles we found that some of the bottles we not containing any fizz(gas) in it.

As demanding the bill is the consumer right, but he didn't gives us any kind of bill.
Necessary action should be taken against such kind of acts.

I bought a nimbooz bottle from the local market, and found fungus in the bottle floating. i thought of going to the retailer, but then i saw a toll free number and called it.
The response was shocking, they didn't called back till 3 days, n then when i called again an executive was sent to my place who told me, that it was not that big issue, as he is carrying 17 same kinda bottles, n he will replace the fungus bottle with a new one.

When i argued about the negligence of the company and going to the consumer court, he asked me to do whatever i can do.... n never responded again

I want to take some serious action against the company, plz guide me

I have undergone Angioplasty on 04/06/10 and doctor advised me to take oats in breakfast.My wife bought Quaker Oats on 07/06/10 from Reliance Fresh Morar. While I was taking the oats a plastic type material(Foreign matter) having 13 mm length pinch my inner chick.
Such foreign matter can be life threatning to a freshly undergone angioplasty patient.

on 23th of May, 2010 I bought a 200 ml bottle of 7 Up drink from Shyam General Stores, Asha Studio Compound, Near RK Studio, ST Road, Chembur (E), Tel:[protected]. After my drink was finished I was told by the owner of the shop to pay Rs 12 instead of Rs 9/- (MRP). When I enquired the reason he said During Summers only we can earn and not during rainy season. After much heated arguement I had to give the money he demanded but i want justice of this subject and request the concerned person (Authorities) to penalize him at the earliest.

I purchased a can of 7up on 22.5.10 from 'Fancy Store', located in Kailash Colony market (Full mailing address: H.S.28, Kailash colony-I, New delhi-110048; Phone nos.[protected] and[protected]. Unfortunately, (and because i did not expect it to be expired), i did not check the expiry date at the time of purchase. After coming home, opening the can and having a couple of sips, i felt quite uneasy in my stomach. On checking, the can's expiry date was December 2009!!

I cant believe that a company of such global repute does not ensure their distributors and retailers to keep stock of the expired stuff and/or does not ensure it's return to the company, so that it is not circulated. I would request that the concerned shopkeeper is reprimanded and i be remunerated.

I also read about expired 7up being sold in the IIT campus of Delhi in April 2010 and served aboard a flight of Thai airways in Jan 2010. I never expected myself to be a victim of the same!! I hope such episodes would not repeat at such a frequency as it would definitely deter Pepsi-lovers like me not to reach out for their favourite drink anymore.

i purchased the sealed bottle of mountain dew of 200ml but before opening the seal i saw the some waste product inside it. it means they cheated the customer and responsible for customer health.
for this i complaint to the food and health minister and i sent the mail to newschannel for publishing this news in their bulletin so the consumer might aware before the drinking the cold drink product and choose better companies product .

I was particularly amused by the overpriced items on platform 6 on New Delhi Station.
Cart No 47 and 56 in particular is where I asked.

Pepsi Pet pack.. MRP : Rs.22 charged Rs.25

On questioning why, its because of the cooling. Warm bottles available for 22.

Railway mineral water (Rail Neer) which was cooled in the same tub, was charged as the MRP of Rs.12.

I told him that I will complain to the consumer court, but he just smirked.

Some action should be taken against such people who take the Indian Public for a ride!!

I am the user of the pepsi cold drinks. while i am purchasing the pepsi cold drinks bottle under the indian consumer act i am right to know the details with regards to con taints which are in the bottle. But over the pepsi bottles we are unable to find the ingredients details as per law it is unfair trade practice.

There is racket of duplicate Pepsi and other cold drink maker. We are not getting original cold drink.And also they are not giving us the original bill of that product.if we are forcing them then they refuse to give the supply of cold drink.

Dear sir, during IPL reasons, there was an advertisement showing from named 'PEPSI THE GAME'. There were 3 steps and one question in each steps. And we had to send answer (A/B/C) to [protected]. In 15april, 2010 when the 3rd & final question launched I sent 'B' as answer from 3 numbers(they are [protected], [protected], [protected]) Then got replied (in each number) that answering correct option and being among first 35000 to send right answer I've won rs50 talktime. But I've not recieved any recharge till now.

Asmat Milk Dairy with its store at Saibaba Co-op Housing society, Hall Road, Near Kathika High School, Kurla (West) always over charges the customer as compared to the MRP on cold drinks, on denying to pay more he fights, hurls abuses and does not sell the product to us.
This happens everywhere on New Hall Road, Near Karthika High School, Kurla (West)
All the store keepers are following this practise of over charging as compared to the MRP
Please do something about this, there have been multiple complaints by the people in this area but no action has been taken yet

Cold drinks at MRP Rs 10 are being sold at Rs 11 or 12. The reason that the shopkeeper gives that these are the cooling charges.

I am a M.Tech student of Indian Institute of Technology,Delhi. I bought a 600 ml 7UP pet bottle from an outlet in IIT Delhi campus on 19th April,2010. As usual I counted on the quality of the product and did not feel like checking it. I just opened the bottle and took a sip from it. Unexpectedly I found a complete different taste of it (rather I should say stale), and i started vomiting. Then I checked the liquid inside the bottle and i was really shocked to find some SUSPENDED IMPURITIES in it.

I can't believe that millions of people like me across the globe are completely counting on the PURITY and QUALITY of the PEPSICO products,and taking a sip from wide range of these beverages closing their eyes in faith,but PEPSICO is not at all bothered about the quality norms and moreover the health of these millions of fans and customers.

This is completely frustrating and disheartening.

I and my friend have gone for a Cinema in Sangam Cinemas, interval time I went out for getting some beverages. I asked the price for Nimboose, they told 50/-INR per bottle. In outside only 15/-INR cost product, they are asking triple cost. but the PEPSICO COMPANY LABEL was pasted in the Cinema Hall, saying that "ALL PRODUCTS SOLD AT COMPANY PRICE". Cinema Hall they will charge more, but this is too much. All most 35/-INR they are getting as a profit. I am strongly recommeded to look into this matter seriously.

Our society have to take some action against it.

Hi,

I am Nitin from mulund west. i have purchased one bottle of "slice" 250 ml cold drink (pepsi co.) from nearest shop.
I found durt particles surrounded by fungus floting inside the bottle.
I have not opened this bottle and kept with me as evidence for further procedure. Please help me on this issue for legal action against contaminated production of cold drinks.
