I own a LED TV with model number: 43PUT7791/V7 which was sold to me with 1+2 years of warranty on Feb 21, 2017. From Sept 2018 my TV screen started showing black colour patches. I tried to get it resolved by calling customer care number 39404040. And service task was assigned to United Electronics Phillips Servicing Centre. They got my TV repaired twice and charged me service charges & travel charges. But the black patches come up again after 15-30 days. I again requested for the proper and total repair with complaint number HYD[protected] on Jan 9, 2019. But nothing has happened till today Feb 20, 2019. When checking about the status they say spare part is pending. Customer care executives always reply back that they will rise a reminder and then they ask me call Service Center guys. Who in turn have no idea when they will get the spare part. OR else customer care guys give me Number of MR. Abhishek ([protected]) OR Mr.Vikas ([protected]) who are supposed to be Philips Customer care managers. But they never answer the calls.

I seriously do not understand why my TV happened to have same problem again and again even after being repaired by authorized service center twice. Why is my latest service request HYD[protected] has been pending for more than a month. Why do not Abhishek or Vikas answer any calls, why do customer care even bother to provide Abhishek or Vikas numbers to customers whose problems are not being addressed. Is this never-ending loop to keep customer going on to and fro from customer care to service center then Abhishek or Vikas (a dead end with no response) so that customer finally runs out of the warranty or replace the existing item with other brands with better after sales.

All I expect is to get my TV properly fixed so that it never again gets the same problem again OR replace it with new TV.

Below the are all the service request number which I received every time I escalated same black patches on TV’s screen. From past few days customer service number is no longer working

    I bought a 43 inch tv in late 2016 with 3 years warranty for my parents. When i had purchased it storekeeper had specifically said that this warranty is specifically for offline stores and in this warranty there won't be any charges or home visits.
    But on jan 7, 2019 ago my tv stopped working and my dad complaint to the philiphs customer care.
    There he was advised that visit charges of 650 rs would need to be paid irrespective of warranty status as policy has changed on 2017.
    When the service engineer came he charges us 1350 rs saying that my tv is greater than 32 inch hence i have to pay this amount.650rs quoted was for tv upto 32 inch.
    Lastly even after visiting our home engineer said that we need to take the tv ourselves to the customer service centre for repair. If that is the case what is the point of service engineer visiting us?

    My father who is 66 year old had to take 43 inch tv to the service centre on his own and had to visit another two times to get it back. Is it fair to ask customer to take huge tv to customer service centre?

    I have sent 6 emails to customer care but only received a reply for first mail that they will look into it. Its been more than a month but no response received. I called the customer care they said they do not look into complaints they only look into any repairing request. I am yet to receive a response and an apology from their end.

    Didn't expect such service from such reputable brand.

      The complaint registered for philips tv ddb model set top box not working, no resolution received. The contact centre us no not reachable, the emails don't get any revert even after weeks of complaint. Such pathetic customer service never experienced. Someone by the name anil jain called me yesterday and registered the complaint

      My Bluetooth speaker was not working and I have it for repair in authorised centre on 20dec 2018, where they said it will be sent for replacement. I was informed that it reaches me in 15days. But till date I haven't got my speaker.

      My product producing some extra sound with audio. Please take my complaint as soon as possible and already complaint philips customer care but they did not clear the issue. Clarity service centre is very very bad service, they are not responding.

        Philips mixer grinder (Hl7701/00) purchased on[protected] in bajaj electronics - madinaguda, miyapur, hyderabad - 500049.

        Product is not functioning and given complaint on 22 dec 2018. Service person (Mr. Gnaneswar - [protected]) came and checked the mixer and informed the motor is damaged and need to be replaced, so taken the mixer to their service center on 02 jan 2019 as it is under warranty.

        Till date i. E 16 feb 2019, the mixer is not returned back, when ever we call the service center (Ph - [protected]) their reply is it will take another 1 week to repair and no proper response from the service center.

        It is very difficult to maintain the kitchen with out the mixer grinder, please understand our pain and request you to resolve the problem asap.

        Attached the service receipt and service request email.

          I would like to inform you regarding a complain against philips india service centre, bhubaneswar, kindly read the fact narrated below:-

          1. I purchased one philips mms 5220, 5-1, multimedia speakers system from ankit electronis, 154, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar on dt. 19.10.2017.
          2. The system is warranted against any defect due to defective material or workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. Accordingly the warrantee period is valid up tp 19.10.2018.
          3. First the system is break down during the month of august 2018, according to the warrantee card procedure, i called customer care, accordingly service centre person came to repair the system but did not success, they told to give the system to their authorised philips service centre i. E. M/s sairaj electronics, 212, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar – 7, accordingly i took the set to the service centre on dt. 19.08.2018. The receptionist of that service centre kept the set and issued a job card, and told to return the set after 15 days. Accordingly returned the set after 15 days.
          4. When the set is operated at my residence, the same defect revealed which was appeared previously.
          5. Again the set was taken to the service centre on dt. 19.09.2018. Accordingly they kept the set and issued another job card which copy is retained with me till now, they told to take back the set after 10 days.
          6. After 10 day the i went the service centre, the receptionist said ‘ it will take another 10 days because the parts are not available.
          7. Meanwhile, the purchaser went to the service centre for 9 times, always they ensured and saying another 10 days.
          8. Lastly the service manager told to refund the purchase cost of set subject to produce of bill and proper approval by their authority. Accordingly, i submitted the copy of bill. They took 6 days to refund cash.
          9. After 6 day i met the service centre receptionist, but the boy said it was under approval, it will take another 6 days,
          10. During this period, after getting assurance from service centre, i purchased a new another company multimedia set from market.
          11. Lastly on dt 07.12.2018, i met the service manager, but he said cost will not be refunded, the authority of philips is denying, it will take another 15 days for repairing.
          12. Till now, they have not made a single call.

          Therefore, i request you kindly inquire the matter and take necessary action.

            My product warranty is valid for september 2019. I found some problem in my product. I am facing power button issue is located in grinder below side and also speed manage switch. I am resgister my comlain 3 time. 1st and 2nd time my issue is not resolve due to your side what ever any issue. Finally last time engineer visit in my ariea and repair my product but he ask me for money for repairing my product. I have no any option so i am provide him money. But i am not satisfied for your service. I am till wait for your reply why your engineer charged me for money, when my product is in warranty

              I also bought phillips 42 inch. Tv 42put7590 with 5 yrs. On dec 2015. Guarantee from vijay sales indirapuram ghaziabad. This tv has started display problems 6 months back. Now whenever i call to cutomer care, person comes after so many follow ups and then they get it repaired in 15 -20 days, they have repaired it thrice, now since last 2 months they have said they will refund 50 % value of the tv. (They have charged service tax thrice)

              But again there is no response from the concerns. People from videocon come for service, now phillips co. Has vanished from between. I didn't expected such pathetic after sales service from big brand like phillips.

              I am totally disappointed from this pathetic service of phillips.

                At the very first time i submitted the complaint about the issue i was facing for my 43 inch led tv, that is display was not working only the audio was working. Within 1-2 days an engineer visited, he did'nt even touch the tv as soon as he turned on the tv it started working properly, he took the visiting charge. As soon as he left we again started facing the same problem. Again i made a second complaint to the philips customer care, they said "in there system its been shown that our first complaint is still no resolved, so they'll just put the reminder and engineer will be visiting in two days". But after then no one visited for 15-20 days. After few days one guy visited (Named vinod) he inspected the tv and said the blacklight needs to be get replaced, charges would be 1450/- (Travelling+service charge), on which we agreed
                He said (Vinod) that he would be taking tv by tommorow, it will take a week for tv to be get repaired. After then again he did'nt even call back. After two days i called him and asked he said part is not available, he gave me some other guy number (Named ramdas sawant), when i called the second guy (Ramdas) he said "that the part is available, next day philips technician will come to take the tv." i said that we are not available for two days on that he aksed me to call back when we reached. On sunday i called him (Ramdas) he said that today is sunday, by tommorow he'll send the technician. Again i just asked to confirm whether the part is available or not on that he said yes its available. Next day monday no one came, we waited till monday. On tuesday (Today 12/02/2019) i called him (Ramdas) and now he said that the part is not available, within this week your tv will get done.
                These guys are just fooling customer. Philips definately should look after these.

                Its almost been a month my issue is still not resolved, such a bad service by philips. Hope so it would now get resolved asap, or else would never recommend philips product to anyone

In the mail and also there is a issue with your toll free number provided, Warranty service toll free number is temporarily not available, Trying to reach you on another toll free number, but on answering the automated caller information say temporarily not available. And only warranty call are a mess, whereas paid services are readily available.

                    Extremely pathetic customer service experienced. Have been told by the customer care executive that due to technical problem unable to register complaint. After switching on the tv it is stuck on d2h page. Doesn't move further. Have been trying to reach them the whole day since 7feb, but either the line is busy or customer care says technical problem. Fail to understand this

                      I have submitted my complaint on 1 feb 2019 my complaint no. Del[protected]. Agent came to my house and said that sound speaker issue and we need to replace it. So we raised request for speaker, i paid the service charge that time only also contacted service team for same.

                      Till today i have not received any part arrival message and i have been trying to contact local dealer and he always says more days required and not telling me the fixed date. My service dealer name is mukesh electronics.

                      Dont bother about the customer complaints and solve or reply. I had very bad experience with philips. I will not suggest anyone to buy. I had called mr rupesh your manager. He told me call on the numbers and even they did not reply on emails... But they couldnt pick the call. Its very bad. Please take some necessary action.

                      And sir there is a extra issue of me i have purchase my led tv 32" with 5 years extended warranty and have a warranty card and original purchase bill. My purchase dated is 10.11.2015. But the executive of mukesh electronics say to me my tv is not in warranty. Sir please give me the suggestion today i visit you head office gurgaon branch

                        Hi,
                        I gave my 5.1 speakers to philips service center, address: 2, shanmugam rd, west tambaram, tambaram, chennai, tamil nadu[protected] to repair on september 2018 which was before my warranty period end date. Its being 5 months past and i am said continuously from the service center that they haven't received the spare parts (Transformer binding) yet.

                        This is really bad and pure negligence to the customers you owe. Such a big and famous brand not able to satisfy the basic customer service. Also the service center people's attitude was really bad and even worse in handling their customer.

                        I am totally stressed and i need either my speakers repaired back or full replacement asap.

                          Hi,

                          We have been using this dvd player all of sudden it stops working and going to standby mode.

                          I have visited to philips servicing centre in seetharama radio stores, chintha vari street, arundalpet, vijayawada.

                          They really don't understand the problem and suggesting, it's not possible.

                          If philips servicing guys are really not able to fix the problem they should not sell the products. This is really frustrating. We purchased this product for money not for free.

                          We need proper resolution on this, problem should get fixed. I have wasted my whole to get this problem resolved.

                          We found the common case spares are not available.

                            I have purchased tv from snehajali on date 18/06/2017 with 3 year extended warranty but tv display not working after 12 month i have complaint to customer care after, customer care representative was charge me and now not proper results

                                I have complain about the Colour Tv LED 42 Inch of which display got black ... not viewable while the tv was running... i Have paid Rs 1250.00 for service charge on 14 th Dec2018... still the TV is not repaired as Techno Vision Service centre in Panvel is not bothered to close the complain and also saying we dont get the service from Philips team. I have wasted my hard earn money and the value of the product is zero. What is point buying a Branded TV when its service so pathetic. This is Panvel area near to Mumbai yet so quality of service is so bad.

                                  I have purchase a music system vide description Philips HTL1032 2.1 Channel Bluetooth Soundbar Speakers with Subwoofer (Black), on dated 17.05.2018 vide invoice no DEL4-300132. After purchasing this product company provide installation and demo at my house address mention above. But when company engineer providing demo then this sound bar were not work and engineer suggest lodging a complaint and asking for replacement. As per purchase condition company is bound to provide one year warrantee so I have lodge a complaint with toll free no provided by the company and they provide me a complaint no i.e. SUP001/532811. After that I have made telephonic call many time but all the time they are said that we will replace your product very soon they also provide me the mobile no of local authorized person Mr. Nadesh. When I talk to Mr. Nadesh he said that we have taken approval for replacement from the company we will replace the product very soon. But after elapsed of eight month company had not replace my product and company authorized person making me fool from last eight months and now he is not attending my phone. I have faced harassment and mental tension in last eight month with my financial loss of Rs. 4590/- . I have all communication recording as a proof.

                                    I had purchased philips dry iron hd1182 from satyam appliances, 7 bungalow andheri west mumbai. During 1st use it got spark, philips technician got it repaired, 2nd use same problem. Registered complain but issues not resolved. I have already informed them for refund not repair as i have lost faith in their product. Kindly help as i am working woman and cant follow up every niw and then. Laxmi

                                      I have purchased Philips Bluetooth Sound Speaker (HTL2163B/12) on 16.06.2018. In the month of October, the speakers stopped working. I have raised a complaint in Philips Customer care with complaint No. SUP001/573741 on 03.10.2018. I took the sound speaker to authorized service center of Philips (Lokesh Electricals in Kota Phone No.[protected] for checking. After checking, the Technician told that one of the part in the sound speaker (i.e. PCP) has to be replaced and since the spare was not available the device had to be kept for 1-2 weeks.
                                      After 2 weeks, I have inquired for the device and it was told that spare part has not been arrived yet from Philips. They asked me to wait for another 2-3 weeks.
                                      After continuous followup for almost 4 months, on 28.01.2019 they called me and told that my device is ready. I went there to collect the device and while checking, i found the same problem exist (i.e. speakers are not working).
                                      Now, they are asking me to wait for some more days.

                                      Almost 4 months have passed and they are not able to repair my device.

                                      I have also contacted Philips Customer care and they are also not in a position to comment. They are simply asking me to wait.

                                      I have also contacted Philips regional manager of Rajasthan (Mr. Nitin Pareek ph no. [protected]) for the complaint. He is also not able to give any solution.

                                      Hence, may please look into the matter and take a serious note of this complaint.

                                      If the device cannot be repaired, then may please consider for replacement instead of giving fake assurance.
