I have submitted my complaint on 1 feb 2019 my complaint no. Del[protected]. Agent came to my house and said that sound speaker issue and we need to replace it. So we raised request for speaker, i paid the service charge that time only also contacted service team for same.

Till today i have not received any part arrival message and i have been trying to contact local dealer and he always says more days...

I gave my 5.1 speakers to philips service center, address: 2, shanmugam rd, west tambaram, tambaram, chennai, tamil nadu[protected] to repair on september 2018 which was before my warranty period end date. Its being 5 months past and i am said continuously from the service center that they haven't received the spare parts (Transformer binding) yet.

This is really bad and pure negligence to the customers...

We have been using this dvd player all of sudden it stops working and going to standby mode.

I have visited to philips servicing centre in seetharama radio stores, chintha vari street, arundalpet, vijayawada.

They really don't understand the problem and suggesting, it's not possible.

If philips servicing guys are really not able to fix the problem they should not sell the products....

One of Philips earphone was not working properly and was in warranty period so i have given it to Philips care present in Bhopal (Sunil distributor, ground floor, zone-mp nagar, 462011, ) on[protected] but till date i haven't received my earphone, and whenever i call to care they tell that the product is not available we are making it to available asap....

I have brought a iron of philips from a distributor in december 2018. The iron stared giving trouble and filed a complaint from mobile no [protected]. Once person came for repairs. The technician came for repair was very raw.

I think instead of repair it got further damaged. With in couple of days itself the iron got stop working and we fed up with poor service.

As philips india has not responded this is a repeat complaint for philips india to check and respond on the type of failure. This will lead to rectifying the design, material failure in future tv's. This is to stop customers to be badly cheated due to design and material failures.
