Purchased from - great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd, bapuji nagar, janpath, bhubaneswar
On july 2018, i have identified that tv is having retrace line in led screen. On 13/07/2018, i have raised complain with philips customer service about the said issue
And they have visited my home to see the issue. The complain number is bhu[protected].in more than 6 months, i have not received any update from the philips team.
So i visited phillips office at hanspal, bhubaneswar on 14/01/2019. The reply i get from phillips office is "due to nonavailability of parts, your tv can't be repaired and complain get cancelled" and asked me to call to the customer care number again to raise the complain. When i called to customer care executive, they said "your complain has been cancelled and re-lodge the complain again".
I want my tv should repair asap and need to give me penalty of such delay.
Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
