Model no 43PUT7791/V7 LED backlight failing within 2 years

I purchase model no 43PUT7791/V7 LED TV on 20/10/2016.
Within 2year its Backlight is not working
I bought Philips TV as Philips has quality Products,
But looking at my TV problem within 2years, I am doubtful about quality of Philips Products.

This is never expected from PHILIPS.

Also, the sales man gave me warranty for 5 year all included, I have company warranty card too, he assured me that company provide services for 5 year free of cost. But when I complained about tv, customer care executive tells me to pay 300/= + GST.

What’s the meaning of 5 YEARS WARRANTY. I know a knowing brand PHILIPS can't lose its customers a little bit issue.
Please resolve the issue as early as possible.

    Philips offers service and repairs through GK ELECTRONICS SERVICE WHICH is at #39, 1, 2nd main road yeswanthapur blore 560022.

    for the first service they have charged me 6850 and have done that software installation for TV confirming that there will not issues for two years the service was done on 12th march 2019. today the same issue has popped up. now the guy doesn't respond stating today Tomorow... happening from past 1 week

      The connector joining the top & bottom part of soup maker got burnt. The unit is less than year old. It is over 3 weeks, a rs. 100/- worth connector spare not available and not made available. I had sent a complaint mail to corpcomm. [protected]@philips.com. I have not received any reply and not even an acknowledgement.

        We had purchased a bi-plane cath lab in the year 2017 for our neuro cath lab amt. Rs. 5.50 crore (Approx).

        Philips india ltd. Lodged a case under section 138 of negotiable instrument act against us for bouncing cheque no.111528 in which parties were made mr. Rahul agarwal, chairpewrson of the university and his five family members including his father, mother, wife, younger and his wife that was totally wring. Family members have nothing to do with university.

        We had made payment of rs. 44, 71, 000/- on 16.07.2018 by way of rtgs against bounced cheque but the philips india ltd. Did not uplift court case upon us in gurgaon court hence court issued arrest warrant against mr. Rahul agarwal, chairperson and his 5 family members.

        This is totally harrashment o[censored]s and mr. Rahul agrwal and his family.

        We are in way to take legal proceedings against philips india ltd.

          An shop in my locality is selling fake wall switchboards I have installed them all in my house worth 2 lakh rupees and in one year the plugs became lose and stopped working.

            I regret to inform you that I had registered my complaint for service of my
            philips air purifier on 26th feb 2019 vide service request no is 60-[protected].
            I got a call at around 5pm that service technician will not be able to attend the
            call at that moment due to heavy rain during that time though technician was
            present at kalyani then. Then I fix the next date on Ist march 2019 with their
            consent. But nobody came on friday. Again I call customer care and they assured me again.I got a call on 4th march from mobile no [protected]
            asking me whether I received any call from technician. Soon I received a call
            from [protected]. I asked him to come on 5th march.He declined as they
            will remain busy with training programme and he wanted to close the call
            and asked me to keep faith on him and He personally will attend the call
            on 8th march at 5pm.But I refused to close the call and I call [protected]
            and told him details and he assured me that call will remain open until this is solved. On 8th march I returned hurriedly before 5pm. At 5pm I call [protected] and he received the call and asked me to another day.I disconnected the call and call again to[protected] but the phone was switched off.

              Product : 22" philps led tv
              Purchased date :[protected]
              Dealer : great eastern trading co. Kolkata.

              Nature of complaint : no picture visible. Screen total back-out after running for 4 and half months.

              Problem was reported and checked by philips approved service center on[protected]. Compliant taken.
              Panel problem was reported and the same part was to be replaced.
              Service center had confirmed that requisition for the parthad been raised. And added that if the part is not available then new tv set will probably be replaced.

              Have also spoken to kolkata philips service head, mr. Gopal mukherjee today. He said it will take time cause the manufacturing company has shut down. No date was given as to when the part will be supplied.

              More than 2 weeks have passed since formal complaint. No rectification of tv has taken place.

              Required : rectify the tv problem or replace the tv with new set.

              I bought this product from Amazon on the 11th October 2018. The motor is not working. One day it just made a lot of noise and stopped working. I am attaching a picture of the white circular top which appears to have broken. This needs to be repaired/replaced immediately. Thanks

              Display of my philip TV is lost which is under warranty period . I have complant on 16.02.19. The service engineer came and agreed to re-pace the part.Hence still the date the part is not re-placed by them.

                I purchased philips 39inch smart tv in feb 2017 model no: 39pfl6570/v7 a18. It has 1 year warranty.in january 2018 my tv was got repaired and as per philips technician tv mother board was corrupted because of inbuilt setup box of videocon d2h high frequency radiation. They have replaced the mother board free of cost because it was under warranty. But at that time they didn't got philips motherboard. So fixed videocon tv motherboard and if they asked technician he said both are same sir we will map and give your tv ready. But now again in february 2019. By tv was not working and i got smell from tv like earlier in jan 2018. This time also tv motherboard was corrupted. This time its not under warranty. So if they are making inbuilt setup box and high frequency radiation in videocon d2h and because of that reason tv are corrupting means. How as a middle class person bear this loss. Why cant i get free service/ replacement for my tv.

                No update from Philips as of now and I tried the Customer care Number[protected]. It was out of service from last 10days. Wrote emails to [protected]@vgmail.in, philips.[protected]@pemail.com, corpcomm.[protected]@philips.com and [protected]@tpv-tech.com. But no response from them.

                I went to Philips service center in Nizampet/KPHB Hyderabad. I given my TV there on 30th April 2019. Till now they are trying for mother board (because it was burnt), from any other service center and they tried with Videocon and Philips intially and they didnt responded back to service center. Now no where Philips TV Model No: 39pfl6570/v7 A18 mother board was not getting. After Warranty if they not provide the parts of the TV means who is the responbility for this. Cant we go for consumer court. While buying we are trusting the brand Philips and taking TV in 2017 and if they dont provide their spare parts. After spending so much money and taken TV we need through it in dustbin ???
                I have purchase a Philip speakr SPA9080B/94.
                This speakr vioce very poor and mic not working. please check this speakar and repair.

                  Iam registering this compliant because we face bad support from the dealer side. We buy led tv on 5-9-2015 at price 30, 000/_.. That was on onam festival time. The executive told my father and sister that there is extended warranty for that item. My father and sister don't have any idea about the product or how to check these warranty and all. He told additional three years warranty they included it in extended warranty in their system. My father trust this guy and buy the product bcz they thought it was some system process that they are included in the scheme. When our tv got complaint they telling your warranty of three years finished two months before. They tell complaint is for panel to replace need 18000/-rs. This is sort of verbal cheating. We need proper support. This is our first philips product and we are very much disappointed.

                    I bought philips shb1603 bluetooth mono headset on 19th april 2018 from ebay. The device was a faulty one. Ebay cc told me to go to service centre as the product was under warranty. I submitted the device on 28th apr. Since then, there is no news of product as i have neither received any replacement nor refund. Neither they are forwarding the complaint to superiors nor giving any other alternative. So pathetic. Its still in progress. Almost 10 months competed. So pathetic. Dont know what to do.

                          Please note that i am having a music system vide model-hts-3366 and i am very happy with the product but last few weeks the cd tray is nit coming out inspite of putting this in "open"" mode, please depute your field engineer to resolve the same. Please note that it is a post warranty case. We have tried to open it by several times by remote but still it is not opening and the disc is lying inside.

                          Requesting you to support on priority to stitch the problem for ever. Charges can be payable

                            Hi, I have bought the philips tv Model number: LED48PFL4958/V7, Registered mobile number:[protected]. TV Has 2 more years of warranty pending. When I try to contact the customercare number 39404040 never worked. Always says switched off. When called the authorized service center(Delta service BTM bangalore), he visited the my home and said display issue and asked me to raise compliant to take the tv for repair. Where he denies to take the tv and get it repaired.
                            And worst part it just for saying display issue, he asked for a service charge of Rs.1350. Which I denied to pay as there was no solution provided.
                            Now some body show me a way what to do next?? Philips is thos what you do to customers, switching of[censored]r customer care number??

                              I purchased my led tv online on 2016, model: 40pfl5059 and paid separately rs4351 amc for 18/04/2017 to 17/04/2019 (Quick customer electronic services (P) ltd). When i am having some problem in my tv some tied up agency sent their engineer who didn't recognize my amc and they told it's no more invalid and moreover they charged their visiting fee, not sure what happened in backend with philips and the company who was selling warranty for them. Now who should be responsible for this? I lost my money and trust on philips company. I need a solution on this

                                I own a LED TV with model number: 43PUT7791/V7 which was sold to me with 1+2 years of warranty on Feb 21, 2017. From Sept 2018 my TV screen started showing black colour patches. I tried to get it resolved by calling customer care number 39404040. And service task was assigned to United Electronics Phillips Servicing Centre. They got my TV repaired twice and charged me service charges & travel charges. But the black patches come up again after 15-30 days. I again requested for the proper and total repair with complaint number HYD[protected] on Jan 9, 2019. But nothing has happened till today Feb 20, 2019. When checking about the status they say spare part is pending. Customer care executives always reply back that they will rise a reminder and then they ask me call Service Center guys. Who in turn have no idea when they will get the spare part. OR else customer care guys give me Number of MR. Abhishek ([protected]) OR Mr.Vikas ([protected]) who are supposed to be Philips Customer care managers. But they never answer the calls.

                                I seriously do not understand why my TV happened to have same problem again and again even after being repaired by authorized service center twice. Why is my latest service request HYD[protected] has been pending for more than a month. Why do not Abhishek or Vikas answer any calls, why do customer care even bother to provide Abhishek or Vikas numbers to customers whose problems are not being addressed. Is this never-ending loop to keep customer going on to and fro from customer care to service center then Abhishek or Vikas (a dead end with no response) so that customer finally runs out of the warranty or replace the existing item with other brands with better after sales.

                                All I expect is to get my TV properly fixed so that it never again gets the same problem again OR replace it with new TV.

                                Below the are all the service request number which I received every time I escalated same black patches on TV’s screen. From past few days customer service number is no longer working

                                  I bought a 43 inch tv in late 2016 with 3 years warranty for my parents. When i had purchased it storekeeper had specifically said that this warranty is specifically for offline stores and in this warranty there won't be any charges or home visits.
                                  But on jan 7, 2019 ago my tv stopped working and my dad complaint to the philiphs customer care.
                                  There he was advised that visit charges of 650 rs would need to be paid irrespective of warranty status as policy has changed on 2017.
                                  When the service engineer came he charges us 1350 rs saying that my tv is greater than 32 inch hence i have to pay this amount.650rs quoted was for tv upto 32 inch.
                                  Lastly even after visiting our home engineer said that we need to take the tv ourselves to the customer service centre for repair. If that is the case what is the point of service engineer visiting us?

                                  My father who is 66 year old had to take 43 inch tv to the service centre on his own and had to visit another two times to get it back. Is it fair to ask customer to take huge tv to customer service centre?

                                  I have sent 6 emails to customer care but only received a reply for first mail that they will look into it. Its been more than a month but no response received. I called the customer care they said they do not look into complaints they only look into any repairing request. I am yet to receive a response and an apology from their end.

                                  Didn't expect such service from such reputable brand.

                                    The complaint registered for philips tv ddb model set top box not working, no resolution received. The contact centre us no not reachable, the emails don't get any revert even after weeks of complaint. Such pathetic customer service never experienced. Someone by the name anil jain called me yesterday and registered the complaint

                                    Philips India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    My Bluetooth speaker was not working and I have it for repair in authorised centre on 20dec 2018, where they said it will be sent for replacement. I was informed that it reaches me in 15days. But till date I haven't got my speaker.

                                    My product producing some extra sound with audio. Please take my complaint as soon as possible and already complaint philips customer care but they did not clear the issue. Clarity service centre is very very bad service, they are not responding.

                                    This dp7800 dosenot charges and dosenot charge the phone very bad phillips☹️☹️ i have purchased near about 1 or 2 weeks ago please replace it😌

                                      Philips mixer grinder (Hl7701/00) purchased on[protected] in bajaj electronics - madinaguda, miyapur, hyderabad - 500049.

                                      Product is not functioning and given complaint on 22 dec 2018. Service person (Mr. Gnaneswar - [protected]) came and checked the mixer and informed the motor is damaged and need to be replaced, so taken the mixer to their service center on 02 jan 2019 as it is under warranty.

                                      Till date i. E 16 feb 2019, the mixer is not returned back, when ever we call the service center (Ph - [protected]) their reply is it will take another 1 week to repair and no proper response from the service center.

                                      It is very difficult to maintain the kitchen with out the mixer grinder, please understand our pain and request you to resolve the problem asap.

                                        I would like to inform you regarding a complain against philips india service centre, bhubaneswar, kindly read the fact narrated below:-

                                        1. I purchased one philips mms 5220, 5-1, multimedia speakers system from ankit electronis, 154, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar on dt. 19.10.2017.
                                        2. The system is warranted against any defect due to defective material or workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. Accordingly the warrantee period is valid up tp 19.10.2018.
                                        3. First the system is break down during the month of august 2018, according to the warrantee card procedure, i called customer care, accordingly service centre person came to repair the system but did not success, they told to give the system to their authorised philips service centre i. E. M/s sairaj electronics, 212, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar – 7, accordingly i took the set to the service centre on dt. 19.08.2018. The receptionist of that service centre kept the set and issued a job card, and told to return the set after 15 days. Accordingly returned the set after 15 days.
                                        4. When the set is operated at my residence, the same defect revealed which was appeared previously.
                                        5. Again the set was taken to the service centre on dt. 19.09.2018. Accordingly they kept the set and issued another job card which copy is retained with me till now, they told to take back the set after 10 days.
                                        6. After 10 day the i went the service centre, the receptionist said ‘ it will take another 10 days because the parts are not available.
                                        7. Meanwhile, the purchaser went to the service centre for 9 times, always they ensured and saying another 10 days.
                                        8. Lastly the service manager told to refund the purchase cost of set subject to produce of bill and proper approval by their authority. Accordingly, i submitted the copy of bill. They took 6 days to refund cash.
                                        9. After 6 day i met the service centre receptionist, but the boy said it was under approval, it will take another 6 days,
                                        10. During this period, after getting assurance from service centre, i purchased a new another company multimedia set from market.
                                        11. Lastly on dt 07.12.2018, i met the service manager, but he said cost will not be refunded, the authority of philips is denying, it will take another 15 days for repairing.
                                        12. Till now, they have not made a single call.

                                        Therefore, i request you kindly inquire the matter and take necessary action.
