We have purchased a phillips steam iron, had a problem with the product and gave complaints, atfirst they have taken the product and after almost 2 months time they have handed over the product saying that it is rectified. But after only 2 days the problem repeated. we have again started calling them but we got no response, from last 2 months iam regularly calling the customer care and explained the problem, everytime they are saying that they will assign a technician but no one is coming, i also said the situation that no one is coming and solving the problem but no response. everytime they are saying that they will assign a technician but not assigning. from almost 3 months regularly calling to customer care but they are not solving the problem Was this information helpful? | |||||

I claimed my warranty for my trimmer charger before 2 months.still I didn't received it. It's very difficult to charge my trimmer. I awaiting for ur immediate response and pls confirm that I'll be receiving within next 2 weeks.
