1. I had 80 rs in my phone pay wallet before 21 july.
2. I was trying to make electricity bill payment of 1524 on 21 july. I tried to make two transactions and both of them failed.
3. 1429 has been refunded to my icici bank and has been settled. I received the money too.
4. 1509 was however declined by phonepay because of that only, it is first visible in my icici bank statment and later it got debited.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have discussed with phonepay and icici bank both. Both are blaming each other.
Phonepay response:
Regarding transaction of 1509, they mentioned that i have entered wrong pin and because of which phonepay didnt receive the money.
Icici response:
They mentioned that if any transaction is failed, it can not be reflected in credit card statement.
Me:
I feel phonepay is lying because
1509 was the second transaction in the process and it is not possible that i have entered the correct pin first time and incorrect pin second time.

Please take necessary action against phonepay as they are the cheaters.

    Phonepe has added wrong credit card to my phonepe account. I did a credit card payment of 45000 thinking it is my card. Card number partially visible is 4386*9433.

    Transferred rs. 25, 000 on 07-june-2018 with transaction id (N[protected]) and rs. 20, 000 on 08-june-2018 with transaction (N[protected]). Done these transactions from my phonepe account and attached screen shots as well.

    I am sure i have not added that card. I have been following up with phonepe for last 3 months and no response. I am asking either revert that transaction or give me that full credit card number and name so that i can request him. Can you please help me to get full card details or revert that transaction.

    Even though I have not submitted a close wallet request phone pe has deactivated my wallet when I clicked on withdrawal and customer care has no way to reactivate.. phone pe customer care has terrible service as they don’t even have an option to cancel an order placed via phonepe as the wallet will not receive any refund at all

      I have initiated a payment to irctc via phonepe two times.
      once the transaction got cancelled, so request you to kindly provide me refund to the concerned bank account
      second time the transaction was successful but tickets are not booked.IRCTC status shows payment is pending from PhonePe end.

      Both times the amount is deducted from my account. Therefore I request you to refund my amount so that I can book the tickets again.

      I have tried to book a train ticket on irctc through phonepe. The amount has been debited from my bank account by phonepe. But the ticket is not booked. Whike checking in IRCTC site, it shows payment is pending from bank end.

        Amount got debited from my bank for rs 20000/- towards my credit card payment but in phonepe it shows as transaction failed and in credit card it is not reflecting. Just now i have received a msg from phonepe shows that 'amount should have not been debited from your account'. When will my amount refunded??? The queries i have asked through phonepe app is not responding.

          I can not get case back during money transfer through phone pe and also dn't get money transferring
          Offer on my phone pe,
          When i transfer 500 rupis 20 times through phone pe, my partner get casa back but i can not so regrading this i completed to phone pe and i requested to you please cure my problem which occer in my phone pe

            I have recharged my airtel number with 349 rs and it got deducted and i didnt get recharge. Phonepe wants me to cal airtel and airtel is saying that they didnt receive any amount and wants me to contact phonepe.
            Phonepe is responsible for my deduction money, they have to contact airtel and make clear whether my amount is received or not.
            They are responding too late and finaly closing the issue by saying the amount is now recharged but still i didnt get any recharge.

              My amount is not credited but it is showing that amount is credited. I m so unhappy with this app. Non one is responding correctly i have been calling from 5days. Atleast u have to respond na. With out response then what is the use of creating this apps. Customer care is not at all perfect. Pls try to solve the as early as possible.900rs is not credited.

                I have debited my electricity bill from phone pay, transation shows successful transaction. But, when i check my electric bill status i there still no change. I contacted to the electric office and my bank but they have no idea. But the money has deducted from my account. It was my last day payment. I had to pay externally to the electric office. I had to go through a lot. Sorry, guys i am very unsatishfied by phone pay.

                  I have transferred the amount rs. 1500 /- on 5.9.2018 to my friend account
                  Amount debited from my account but still it was not credited to the account
                  In phonepe it was showing transaction successful.
                  In bank also they are not ready to check they informing us to contact phone pe customer care i hv tried to customer care no also they also not answering to the cal.

                    I had done recharge two days ago but we don't have any sms to done recharge. Amount is deducted in my account.. But there is no recharge response... Ocalled airtel customer care then he says that the recharge is not done by phone pay... Then how i will find my money back... I called phone pay customer care number so many time but there is no response... If you people don't resolve my problem so it is a worst effect for me... To use phone pay i am sending my utr number... If you have some information so email me my email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com...

                      I Avishek Sinha here by want to inform that on 4th September I did one transaction in Phone Pe.The Problem is that My Money has been debited from my state Bank account but the transaction status is showing its failed.The UTR number of the transaction id is[protected].And the Traction Id is P1809041741367277919034.So I don't know what is happening .But Please refund my money back as soon as possible.Here i attach all the document.I also have the state bank of India PDF of this trasction.Here i cant attach the full PDF that's why i attached a screenshot of that PDF. Please do resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I called customer care, lady picked up my call and i escalated my issue but she said company is going through kyc verification issue and i need to wait till issue get resolved. I want my money back as soon as possible.
                      Bymistake i deactivated wallet. Want to activate it again. Plz help me

                        I got a message from Phone Pay that money got deducted which I haven't booked.

                        1. I didn't get message If I booked ola they would have sent OTP which is must to start ola ride. All I got is money deducted from the account.

                        2. I got cashback of 11.5 rs saying cashback on 1st 5 booking but I've already booked more than 20 rides.

                        3. The old ride is not even reflecting in Ola app why? If I've book any ride it should display in Ola app as well.

                        4. I called many time customer care all they are saying you may have booked it through different login but as per phone pay security, you can not log in to multiple devices only through the same device in which your phone number is active. how is it possible?

                        However, I did a mistake linking my credit card for autopay not knowing it was a fraud they can deduct money making the false booking. and all they come up with mam please unlink your card or uninstall the app.

                          Payment of rs.7891 for dakshin haryana bijli vitran nigam (Dhbvn) electricity bill ([protected]) via phonepe (Transaction id: n[protected]) has failed. But rs.7891 is deducted from sbi account and phone pe customer executive told me sbi bank will give you refund in 7-9 working but bank already deducted rs 7851 to phone pe app payment partner. So i requested to consumer complaints officer to take necessary action for give my amount rs 7851 refunded to my bank account.

                            I made one electricity bill payment to south co. Through phonepe app on 27 jul 18 for 172/-. I got confirmed from phonepe that ticket no: 20770003 & transaction id: n[protected] was successful. But in the month of aug 18 i was charged with arrear amount 178/- for non payment of bill. While contacting with phonepe they are telling that our job is over & u go & contact with south co. On regarding this transaction id. While contacting south co. They are telling that we are unaware of this transaction. Now what to do. Pls help.

                              I have shared my link to my freind. And my freind signup the phone pe with my link. And he add the bank account. And when he has done the first transaction he didnt get the cashback and same here i also didnt recieve the cashback. And when i call the customer care he says that it will take 4 days to credit the cashback. But it almost 4 days i didnt get the cash back....

                                Hi

                                I booked an irctc ticket on 1st sept 2018 via phonepe. Ticket costs325 debited from my account. But there is no confirmed ticket in my booking status. Its showing pending from phonepe.
                                Please dont cheat people like this. The ticket is for 30th dec 2018.
                                Please do the needful. Atleast refund my money. That is also fine.

                                  I tried to pay a phone bill through Phonepe app which got denied due to some unknown reason and the money got deducted from my bank account. I instantly got a message stating that the money will be refunded back to the bank account. and i haven't got the refund yet..!! and somewhere it shows it takes upto 7-9 days
                                  the problem is why does it takes so long to initiate the refund, what was the problem on my end. i could have done it from any other way if i knew this was going to happen, and why does phonepe deducts the amount if bill did not go through and why does it have to take this long
                                  there are many other problems a common man face because of funds, and why do we have to wait for 7-9 days for the refund..??

                                  and its not a small amount, it was 7000 rupees that got deducted and i'm in a very urgent need. i need that money, nothing is going to work without that. PHONEPE is fraud, i've heard many problems like mine and i feel so stupid to put 7000 in such a least rated app
                                  In my phonepe app - even after completing the kyc, i am unable to do the withdrawal from wallet.
                                  On clicking withdrawal - it asks me to complete my kyc again and when i click continue - it says that "sorry, e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable."
                                  SIrr main 50000 ka transaction kiya tha woh mere account se kat gaye lekin transaction failed dikha raha hai mujhe refund bhi nahi ayya Trasaction id --P1808291211020329516986

                                    Though, I have did my KYC on the app, but still not recieving any cashbacks as it says KYC not done.
                                    Contacted Phonepe customer service but they have a wrong number as customere care number..raised tickets but nothing happend..everytime i click on complete kyc link it opens the Phonepe app page in playstore..
                                    Phine lootimg the customers..
                                    And not providing any assistance is the biggest fraud happening..

                                    Phone pe has closed my wallet but amount left in wallet not refunded ..Even I am not able to activate my wallet again ...How same possible..If by mistake submitted wallet closure button ..App don't have any option to activated wallet again... Refund my wallet money back & activate my wallet again.. Immediately
