I have done recharge on my jio number ([protected] )for 149 rs, amount has been deducted from my bank account but plan is not applied, this is second time phone pe cheated me, two times same issue done by phone pe .Today I did recharge, i didn't got recharge successful message from jio customer service.

PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Phonepay response:
Regarding transaction of 1509, they mentioned that i have entered wrong pin and because of which phonepay didnt receive the money.
Icici response:
They mentioned that if any transaction is failed, it can not be reflected in credit card statement.
Me:
I feel phonepay is lying because
1509 was the second transaction in the process and it is not possible that i have entered the correct pin first time and incorrect pin second time.
Please take necessary action against phonepay as they are the cheaters.
