I have done transaction of 20000 on 12 Apr 2019. Transaction was successful but they didn't credited.amount in recivers account
I called banks they didn't help me also phonepe customer service. They are not satisfied response to me about transaction.
How to get back.my money

Payment status is showing a pending but amount got debited from my account and not credit into the receiver's account. I need refund please resolve this issue
